Man wollte uns hier verbieten mit unserem Schlüssel für die Behinderten Toilette diese zu nutzen. Wir haben diesen Schlüssel aufgrund von Behinderung erhalten und nur weil man nicht alles von aussen sieht, müssen wir uns nicht anfeinden und bedrohen lassen. Unter aller Würde! Die Toiletten kosten Geld dafür dass diese nicht richtig gereinigt werden. Auf der Behinderten Toilette gab es keine Seife und keine Trockentücher. Nachdem wir fertig waren lief uns ein Herr hinterher, der von den Toilettenfrauen geholt wurde und wollte uns den Schlüssel abnehmen. Er setzte uns unter Druck, dass wir unseren Behindertenausweis zeigen müssen (welcher im Auto lag) und erst als wir mit der Polizei drohten ließ er uns endlich in Ruhe weiter gehen

Eine Katastrophe. 15 Euro für die Toilettenbenutzung, nur Barzahlung. Der Laden an sich war okay, aber die Atmosphäre war furchtbar. Die Kassiererin war sehr arrogant. Ich kann ihn nicht empfehlen; parkt lieber an der Wilden Straße oder an der Pegnitz. Ich komme hier nicht wieder. PS: Parkgebühren sind nicht zu entrichten, da nachts jemand die Parkkabinen kontrolliert und anklopft.

Burger King.... oder KFC.... muss man nicht haben

Burger King wurde von mir das erste Mal besucht, aber nie wieder. Kann als älterer Herr mit dieser Systemgastronomie nichts anfangen. Wir waren mit unseren Enkeln dort und waren sprachlos wie viel Verpackungsmüll dort angefallen ist. Grausam

Ekelhaft. 1€ für dreckigen, stinkenden Sanitärbereich. Die Aufgabe der Servicekraft ist nicht erkennbar. Kein Handtuchpapier, billigstes Toilettenpapier. Drei Toiletten für so ein großen Autohof für die Tankstelle und Burger King ist offensichtlich zu wenig. Das Wasser zum Reinigen der Fenster ist lange nicht mehr gewechselt worden. Passt zum gesamten Ambiente. Ich empfehle weiter zufahren zum nächsten Autohof.

Der Autohof Schnaittach enttäuscht insgesamt deutlich. Die angebotenen Speisen wirken lieblos zubereitet, geschmacklich wenig überzeugend und stehen in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Die Präsentation erinnert eher an Kantinenstandard, Frische und Qualität lassen spürbar zu wünschen übrig. Besonders negativ fällt auf, dass selbst grundlegende Leistungen wie saubere Toiletten nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühr nutzbar sind. Die Atmosphäre ist ungemütlich und wenig einladend. Insgesamt kein Ort, an dem man gerne länger verweilt oder bewusst eine Pause einlegt.

Schrecklicher Autohof mit unfreundlichen Personal das kaum Deutsch oder Englisch kann.

Inhaber geht in Rente! Alles kaputt und zu wenig Leute. Kaltes Wasser auf den Toiletten und jeweils einen Euro für Kinder... Das sollte sich Mal Aral anschauen!

Sogar unsere kleinen Kinder mussten jeweils 1€ bezahlen für die Toilette! Als Familie waren das 4€ für kaltes Wasser und harte Papiertaschentücher. Das ist eine Frechheit. Burger King schmeckt dort auch nicht. Kommen nicht mehr wieder

Wundervoll, wenn man von der Toiletten Servicekraft beschimpft und diskriminiert wird, weil man mit einem Euro Schlüssel auf die Toilette geht, den man nur mit Befund entsprechender Erkrankungen und Behinderung erhält, welche man aber auch haben kann, wenn man noch keine 70 ist. Diese Frau wahr der Meinung zu wissen, dass ich den Schlüssel von meiner Oma habe und sie hat gesehen, dass ich gesund wäre. Absolut klasse, ich fühle mich mehr wie diskriminiert. Ich hätte die schwere MS am liebsten auch nicht, aber ich habe sie leider mein restliches Leben. Die Dame hat scheinbar Glück,diese Krankheit nicht zu haben und scheinbar auch kein Wissen darüber. Hier werde ich definitiv nie wieder hin gehen und auch allen davon abraten. Ich erwege auch eine weitere Beschwerde.

I'm not interested in the food voucher, since I don't eat that ready-made food at rest stops anyway. The parking lot is fine. There are corners that smell less of urine...other corners...WOW. BUT...I can even understand that, given the pricing policy for using the restroom. Actually, everyone should do their business on the premises. Even if the operator doesn't care...I won't be seeing this "truck stop" again either.

What's going on here is a complete disgrace. Parking fees are cash only, and toilet fees aren't valid. And then I had to wait another quarter of an hour because the lady hadn't finished her phone call. One thing's for sure: I'm giving this place a wide berth!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surroundings: There's a parking lot a few steps from the restaurant. We parked there and just got a coffee. Whether you have a dog or not, you have plenty of space to run around and stretch your legs in the nearby forest. So, I can recommend the place. Unfortunately, I can't say much more about it.

I've never experienced such a rip-off from truck drivers. Going to the toilet costs 1 euro because it's not clean, you have to eat the food in the truck with aluminum foil on it and that's what you call eating food to enjoy. The prices suck. Parking lot not clean but 15 euros that's the last one. You'll never see me here again and I don't think any driver feels comfortable here and not even the foreign drivers. This is a truck stop rip-off at its best. Doesn't offer hot food, only Aral Bistro. 15€ for parking including 5€ consumption for Aral Bistro. Toilet €1 without voucher. Shops like this should be closed down. But you can take the money out of the poor truck drivers' pockets. Unfortunately, they depend on it. If I'm ever in the area again and need to take a break, I'd rather overstay it as the time may be cheaper. Just a disgrace here.

Kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Man hat nicht nur das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter absolut überfordert sind - sie sind es auch. Dazu kommt 1€ für die Toilettennutzung… Die Cola bei BK aus irgendeinem Automaten, der nicht sonderlich gepflegt aussieht. Dazu ist Brühe warm und ohne Kohlensäure. Der Burger ist hingegen kalt und die Cheese-Sauce auf den Nachos ebenfalls. Wir sind immer mal auf der Strecke unterwegs, aber der Besuch war das erste und letzte mal!

Das Autohof hat sich gebessert leckeres Essen auch um 20:00 Uhr.Die Jungs Orest und Norbert sind sehr freundlich.

Ziemlich herunter gekommener Autohof, bei dem der Toilettengang 1€ kostet, der nicht erstattet wird. Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Ambiente gleich einem alten Bahnhof.

KFC ohne Personal, nur DriveIn möglich. BurgerKing fast nix verfügbar, sogar Cola ausverkauft, BurgerKing und Araltankstelle sind sich offensichtlich nicht grün, BB nimmt Toilettengutscheine nicht an. 50% der Ladesäulen abgesperrt. War insgesamt ein Erlebnis der Unerfreulichen Art.

Стоит 15€-10€ на одачу. Карточкой расчитатся за паркинг нельзя, выбор еды кроме картошки нечего нет. Нехотелось бы еще раз здесь остановится.

Паркинг норм,10 евро за а ночь, из них 7 - на еду, но еду готовят ужасно (взял шницель и жареный картофель - всё это воняет старым маслом), обслуживание на ресторане ужасное, никакого внимания к клиенту.

Kleine maar nette en nieuwe(re) douches. 10,- parkschein. 7,- krijg je te terug in de bistro. Is niet veel qua keuze maar niet slecht voor prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Geen echte autohof met restaurant maar bij gebrek aan beter wel goed te doen. Parking was vol tegen 20:30.
