Waited 32 minutes for the food after ordering. Haphazard employees who, instead of processing orders, only move receipts. The trash can behind the café counter was completely overflowing without the counter being occupied. It's questionable how old the garbage was there.

KFC in Germany has been in decline for years. Here it is the lowest point in terms of taste.

Actually, no matter how McDonald's is everywhere, everything is ok. But, every time you order something at the drive-thru, something is forgotten or something completely different is put in for it! This happened exactly 5 times in the last 5 visits. Next time a complaint will go directly to management!

Als 1. habe ich seit der Bestellung 30 Minuten an der Theke in der Wartezone gewartet, als ich nach 20 Min mal fragte ob meine Bestellung noch gemacht wird oder vergessen wurde, wird der Bestellzettel irgendwo herausgekramt und in unfreundlicher Art mitgeteilt dass es noch gemacht wird. In der Zeit hat meine Freundin schon ihr Essen bekommen. Nach dreißig Minuten warten bekam ich meine Bestellung, der Burger sah aus wie zusammengeschmissen, das meiste des Salates daneben. Ich hatte auch noch einen Kakao bestellt der mehr lauwarme Milch war und ein Hauch Kakao darin. Für dieses Menü knapp 10.00€ bezahlt. Als ich an die Theke kam um mich zu beschweren wurde ich nicht verstanden, nachdem ich mich wiederholte rief der Mann seine Vorgesetzte mit Headset, sie sah mich an und lief einfach weiter. Echte Katastrophe dieser Laden. Das war nach langer Zeit das erste und das letzte Mal bei Mces, ich ziehe den Hut vor dieser Arbeit jedoch fehlte da alles an Service.

I thought 3 years ago that would have been the last time I ate with you. But I thought I'd give you guys another chance, and it was a big mistake. As soon as I got to the drive-in counter, I noticed that it was still an absolute juice shop. The waitress didn't even greet me and asked me directly what I wanted to eat, and once I ordered the communication ended. A robot would have given more of itself. After eating I had strange stomach problems again... Never ever again.

3h wait via Uber eats for the order. Food came cold, without the condiments. Nothing uber eats will do about since the delivery is not handled by uber, so zero information about the delivery. Called the store 1.5h in and “it’s otw”. Extremely wrong representation of 25min delivery time on the app. So much for “fast food”.

Worst motorway rest stop I've ever been to. Traffic system confusing and chaotic. Better go to the next one!

Other McDonald's are definitely better! Food is okay! Sometimes there are no things you want to eat! Service is very bad, even the boss or manager of the store stands behind the counter and looks at you angrily and is very unfriendly.

Well, I have to say they are quick with the orders, but when you look and you notice that things are missing, I find that really sad, especially when they make the orders with just under ten people

Open until 1:00 a.m. but at 12:25 a.m. there's nothing left because the employees would rather get off work.

Long waiting around 30 min for a burger. I wanted to eat in, but they put everything in take out.

Jedes mal zum mitnehmen, (auch nur bei zwei Artikeln) ständig das falsche bekommen. Ich würde gerne das mitnehmen, was ich auch bestellt habe. Nicht mehr, und nicht weniger.

Food-wise, it's a Burger King like any other. But that was it. If you use the drive-thru, everything may be okay. However, if you want to eat on site, it's an 'experience'. You have to order at the counter (no self-service terminals) with employees who are clearly overwhelmed. Orders are accepted by several people before anything is processed. You don't receive a receipt and you have to hope that everything you ordered and paid for is on the tray at the end. Cleanliness in the dining room seems to be a foreign concept, the floor and tables are sticky, the tray trolleys are overflowing and we'd better not even talk about the toilets...
