It used to be one of the better ones... the terminal doesn't work either, but a friendly, nice lady at the checkout was able to sort everything out... I have to say, a woman with a headscarf was very nice. In this day and age, that should be mentioned because it's scolded It happens all the time but most of them are nice people and I had one of those at the checkout

DriveIn Wieder mal abgezockt worden Zu Hause erst gemerkt, dass 4 Burger fehlen. Warum im Netz eine Telefonnummer steht, weiss man nicht, denn ans Telefon geht niemand. Die Burger die da waren, waren mit so wenig Soße, dass man sie suchen musste und vom Geschmack gar nicht zu spüren war. Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass die Ware nicht vollständig der Bestellung entsprach, aber sicherlich das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren. Burger King am Basketsring absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

The floor, tables and chairs are always dirty here. I honestly don't know how you can be enthusiastic about McDonalds (unless you only know pasta with ketchup from home - no offense to the enthusiasts of culinary delights and star cuisine). Unfortunately, the employees are also rude, even when complaining... So I'd rather go into the city center and get a dirty kebab from Europa-Grill... at least it'll fill you up.

I had a medium-sized order for around €30. When I got home I noticed that a product was missing. Unfortunately not the first incident. Half of the food is often cold anyway, whether in the store or to take away. From now on, always check that everything is there. But I also very much doubt whether I will come back in the near future.

Sales are only possible as a menu, which is not true; in other shops, individual purchases were possible without any problems, directly at the checkout without any problems. But here at Bremen main station the world is different. Do the employees there not want to make money or why are they so unloving towards customers?

As a local and someone who often gets lunch there because of the company, it is simply astonishing that there is not a single order that is completed correctly. Today the entire order was mixed up - and there were only 2 customers, no one at the drive... it's just annoying!!! Yes, you can control it, but it really can't be that difficult!

Really poor, food quality, wait time, cleanliness. The KFC branded cleaning robot was a novelty for my kid, until it started repeatedly shouting in Mandarin - quite dystopian. I don’t expect much from the KFC brand, by this one was far below the low standard - most undeserving of the 4.1 star on Google maps - which management have obviously rigged through legal manicuring (as is more and more common in Germany - Google maps is becoming very untrustworthy for ratings in Germany).

Very changeable, sometimes the food is good and reasonably fresh and you get it relatively quickly depending on the customer. Sometimes the food is obviously kept warm or lukewarm forever and it takes forever until you get something It's always on us
