I was not a guest and never want to eat in dirty restaurants and sources of infection

I actually like McD's and often stop for a tasty meal. But on the evening of October 14, 2025, it was a bad decision. The fries were pale and only warm, and the McWrap was barely warm.

A restaurant like any other McDonald's.

The most disgusting toilets I've ever been in. And that was even though the place was practically empty. If you need a yellow card, go to the toilet here...

They're very fast. The food is typical McD fast food.

Super fast food, especially if you order via the app on your phone, you get your food before those who use other ordering services. The restaurant was completely overcrowded, but it worked; the wait was only 10 minutes. Two Mac Meals for almost €24 is steep, and it's only about one meal (Fast Foot! 😉) Fast, expensive food for on the go!

Unacceptable. Every table is dirty and sticky. The tray rack was overflowing. When I politely asked if someone would please wipe our table before we ate, I got a nod, but no one came. A family next to us had the same experience. They were simply told there wasn't enough capacity. The entire restaurant, if you can call it that, had 14 guests. Unacceptable; who would have time for guests' requests and the basics? I correct myself. Now, after 20 minutes, the tables are more or less wiped.

It was generally okay. Restrooms had no toilet paper.

I only ordered four things for my girlfriend and had to wait almost 25 minutes...

Long lines at the ordering terminals, then bitter disappointment... there's no more ice cream... and on a Sunday evening, with temperatures approaching 30 degrees Celsius. That's exactly what customers want! Sorry, but please prepare for summer!

No table service (order signs have been removed). Both restrooms are out of toilet paper. It used to be a lot better there.

We got some Planet Nuggets there today, among other things. They were as hard as rock and probably already very old. Aside from the fact that you couldn't eat them without breaking all your teeth, the packaging of the Plant Nuggets also contained "regular" ones. Truly annoying for vegetarians. Unfortunately, since we bought it from a McDrive, I couldn't complain. We won't be coming back!

I don't recommend this McDonald's. Once again, the order was incomplete, including the wrong drinks. However, I hope the four colleagues were able to sort out their personal matters, but in the future, if there are any orders, they will focus on them first. Nobody is against a private chat. Besides, other branches are much better, but in a hurry, as is the case...

Unfortunately, it is no longer even possible to order a coffee and muffin at the counter, but at a display which then does not add anything to the shopping cart

McDonald's, you either like it or you don't. The coffee is good.

You're yelled at in a certain tone, even in the morning. You don't want to know what the mood is like in the afternoon. You should simply make some test purchases and test the friendliness of the employees.

Schkeuditz is becoming more and more of a disaster! Orders are only handed out half-finished, things are forgotten and counting also seems to be a challenge. There are only 18 in 20 nuggets! Great customer fraud. Burgers are forgotten. The service looks different and it's not the first time. You should act urgently here because it is not a good sign if customers always have to check their order.

Typical McDonalds with a few ordering terminals. Food was brought to the table quickly and completely. No straw. Toilets were relatively clean but strange. The door opens to the toilet and it's so tight that you can't easily get the door closed again!?!? There were no signs from the highway. You had to drive in the other direction than to the truck stop. But it is clearly visible because of the large M pillar. The lady who brought us the food was very friendly.

The dirtiest McDonald's ever! Friendly but completely overwhelmed staff. Sticky floor. Toilets dirty. Too bad. Food like everywhere else - I like it.

Check orders urgently! Always forget the sauces

I've rarely waited sooooo long for my order! Ordered at 6:30 p.m. and paid straight away, then I asked at 7:00 p.m. The response was that it was full, but later guests received their orders quicker. Will stop somewhere else next time.

Never again. After 20! The order came in minutes. 1x Sundae 3x Mc Flurry and 1x shake. The shake was completely missing and a flurry had the wrong ice cream. Absolutely weak

Unfortunately not ideal. Cappuccino is brought to the table in a cup instead of the usual cup. Happy meal with extremely cold drink and squeeze, hardly eatable/drinkable for the children. Long waiting times.

Unfortunately, they always forget to put toys in the Happy Meal :(

Food was cold and tasted rancid. Given the price, I felt sick twice.

You can't order via the app, the coupons from the app don't work and the pickup display board doesn't work.

Not recommended! Never seen such a dirty stable in many years. Nothing going on, the tables are dirty, the dishes are piled up in and next to the cart. You can find everything on the menu on the floor.

The cola had no ice cubes and no carbonation, so it tasted stale the plan nuggets were old and hard

The name says it all. The structural condition is no longer great either.

Ate with the family for four with a value of €55. Burgers and fries were cold, chips were almost raw. Tables, floors and seating were dirty and the sanitary area was an absolute disaster...and that in a restaurant. The toy advertised in the Happy Meal was also sold out and was a disappointment for the child - useless stuff. How this facility can withstand hygiene control is a mystery to us.

Most of the time something is missing. So always check carefully when using McDrive.

The food, especially the cheeseburgers, was very modest, the burgers were flat and dry, seemed old. Bigmac and fishburgers were ok, but I've eaten better ones

I was there on Sunday and certainly for the last time, I'm used to a lot of things, but I've rarely experienced a pigsty like there, there were at least 5 employees as they all chatted together behind the counter, but the tables were all extremely dirty, the return trolley was overflowing, you're sure to pick up a lot of illnesses in the toilet! Just disgusting! Fries were ice cold and completely over salted, the slice of cucumber was simply removed from the burger that was ordered without cucumber (you could still see the imprint of the slice in the dried out cheese) which was pretty stupid for allergy sufferers. Well, in summary, avoid this fast food restaurant if you want to stay healthy!

After a long drive, I wanted to treat myself to a coffee at McDonald’s and unfortunately I forgot my scarf. A few days later, when I realized he was gone, I called the restaurant. To my delight, the friendly staff informed me that they had put my scarf to the side. I am really impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the team! It is no longer a given these days to experience such great service. I picked up my scarf and treated myself to a coffee. A big thank you to the extremely friendly staff – you guys are doing a great job!

Restaurant very dirty, tables dirty. I was denied a rag: "...let's do it ourselves..." Then it happened hesitantly. Fries cold and completely salty, burger totally dry. Neither tasty nor filling. Just McDonald's. Communication was extremely difficult, somehow no one here really speaks German anymore and I don't speak any Ukrainian or Croatian.

The food was okay, we had 2x20 nuggets. Unfortunately, there was a slight deduction for the checkout service because it took a long time. The biggest deduction is in the service related to the ambience. The decor is okay for a fast food restaurant, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Almost all of the tables had not been wiped down, food residue was still stuck to the tables and chairs, there were fries and spilled cola on the floor, and the little guests' shoe prints on the seat cushions. Please also check the sanitary facilities, the area around the sink needs significantly more attention. The napkin dispenser was also empty. PLEASE improve this, thank you very much.

Was there this evening... ordered for 50 euros, fries were missing once and the veggi nuggets were marked as "meat" on their own nuggets packaging... of course McDonald's doesn't guarantee the exact separation of the products, but in a pack it's "normal "Nuggets and a pack of "veggi" nuggets and the veggi nuggets with the help of a sticker as "meat" signs is no longer up to date, especially in 2024. McDonald's will probably no longer be available for vegetarians. Too bad.

Great McDonald's! The choice of menu and drinks is large and the staff is always friendly. The new limited edition burgers are particularly a highlight. The store is clean and you get your food quickly - even when it's busy. Absolutely recommended!

Easily accessible. Number of parking spaces was sufficient. I can't get used to using the touch panels; I find them too complicated to use and illogical in sorting and arranging the products. Waiting time at 1100 was a good 10 minutes. Instead of the tray for the food on site, I was given the bag to take away. Food was ok. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the milkshake because the paper straw dissolved. Well, it's enough for a quick bite.

Super nice food! It tastes very good here and the staff is friendly at all times and carries out their work assignments with a sense of orientation. There were no long waiting times, the music was good and the table service did a top job. We'd love to come back here for a snack! Very clean!

We were there an hour before closing time after a concert. The toilets were already locked so they could no longer be used. We ordered two more milkshakes...unfortunately mine was more liquid than solid. The other one was fine.

McDonalds just needs improvement in all respects. 2 urinals out of four broken and locked. Odors unpleasant, cleaning up takes too long.

Back to old virtues. For the sake of the children, you go to a fast food restaurant every now and then. Since the introduction of order terminals, processing has deteriorated. The monitors used to display the status of the order in terms of preparation and collection are in permanent power saving mode. The employees behind the counter shout their hearts out to signal the customer to pick up. Who in the management team takes on this topic and ensures better processing for the customer and as a relief for the employees (they always deserve my respect) Thank you for your care

Ordered vegan food and got meat, awesome. That is inexcusable and was also my last visit. There wasn't even an apology.

Waiting times after payment are far too long. Completely incorrect time management obviously. Has nothing to do with fast! food anymore. And you always have to check whether the food is complete.

The food was ordered. After 8 minutes it was at the table. Everything is hot - the cola is ice cold. Everything was fine. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Too crowded. Therefore, understandably very stressed staff. You never feel particularly good in a McDonald's anyway, fast food, but you did feel very unwelcome there. I was happy when I was outside again. The plus point is that you don't have to pay for the toilet.

This fast food restaurant offers the typical McDonalds range. However, I find this branch a bit small.

We ordered normally on site and no receipt arrived. We were given the wrong burger and had no proof. The employee wanted to argue with me, but suddenly said she was bringing the right burger. I got the wrong one again and then the employee was annoyed!!😠

Very unclean. It wouldn't hurt if the tables could be wiped down and the toilets cleaned every now and then.

There's always something here. Actually, I only come here when I'm feeling lazy and Burger King is unfortunately already closed a few kilometers away... Incredible dirt eating, the shit from the cardboard is probably thrown straight in Olympic style from the furthest possible distance, the worse the better. In the last few years I haven't even seen it look like it was there at least once Leben tries to explain it as sensibly as possible - but that's also due to the McDonalds phenomenon that lettuce and onions, and what do I know, apparently have to be chopped up as small as possible, so that the stuff is actually always spread around the bun , the sauces can also be found directly on the cardboard instead of on the “food”… If you ignored the cardboard boxes that were way too big and wrapped the things tightly in paper, then after unpacking it wouldn't look like a run-over deer. The parking lot in front of it always looks like it would be at home with the citizens' money recipients from the RTL program. McDonalds can't do that, but they should be better/quicker about the cleanliness. But if you're lucky, if you're eating indoors, you'll be able to clear away the rubbish left by your predecessors from the table yourself. As a reward, you can often expect a non-slip surface that almost takes your sweater off as soon as you lean one part of your body on the table. As in every Macces store, you should check the order for completeness and accuracy before leaving the drive-in or if you order inside the store, too often something just didn't fit or was missing. Regarding the staff, they always make an effort, cultural diversity is not wrong, but the feeling is that it changes constantly, sometimes with more and sometimes less good results.

Yesterday we ate at McDonald's in Schkeuditz for a ridiculous €35 and the service was just as ridiculous after my friend pointed out that the cheeseburger she ordered was topped with onions and cucumber, even though these two ingredients were deselected. The employee reacted unfriendly and annoyed. We could have saved ourselves the €35 and would have preferred to go to the competition. We completely lost our appetite after that.

If the staff at the desk could at least understand German I would give it 5 🌟

Friendly staff, good range of products and a fairly clean and tidy restaurant. We ordered via the self-order terminal and were served at the table. The food came very quickly and warm. The quality of the food was quite good and okay, it's just fast food and not 5 star food but overall it was okay.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. Ordering on Mc Drive was almost impossible because we couldn't understand almost anything. The employees were unfriendly and annoyed. After we received our order, the window was slammed shut. A “goodbye” would have been completely unnecessary as we will never stop there again.

A soggy McRib and cold fries. After a complaint, both were replaced.

Despite it being lunchtime, we were served quickly and had our order after a short wait. The service staff was extremely friendly.

First the positive. Staff friendly and quick. The store is clean and well maintained. But. Food is packed with bare hands in front of the customers. Doesn't work at all. One bite into the nuggets and you pull the insides out of the breading. Something must have gone wrong there

Can't even manage the simplest order. We order two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers. Get a cheeseburger and three chicken burgers. Absolutely no recommendation!
