Normal McDonald's, clean and fast

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. Ordering on Mc Drive was almost impossible because we couldn't understand almost anything. The employees were unfriendly and annoyed. After we received our order, the window was slammed shut. A “goodbye” would have been completely unnecessary as we will never stop there again.

Wrongly wrapped burger and you'll be annoyed at home, or sauces are missing. Something is always, rarely, that the entire order is perfect.

A soggy McRib and cold fries. After a complaint, both were replaced.

It's just annoying, something was missing again but you could pay for it..

First the positive. Staff friendly and quick. The store is clean and well maintained. But. Food is packed with bare hands in front of the customers. Doesn't work at all. One bite into the nuggets and you pull the insides out of the breading. Something must have gone wrong there

Despite it being lunchtime, we were served quickly and had our order after a short wait. The service staff was extremely friendly.

Very unclean. It wouldn't hurt if the tables could be wiped down every now and then and the toilets cleaned.

Can't even manage the simplest order. We order two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers. Get a cheeseburger and three chicken burgers. Absolutely no recommendation!

A typical McDonald's restaurant, the tables outside were dirty, the cupboard for returning dishes was completely overflowing and my McRib cost over 6Eur when it costs 5.79 elsewhere. It tasted good.

Total catastrophe, there are tons of people waiting for their orders... they can't get anything done...

Unfortunately we experienced terrible service here! I wanted a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, unfortunately neither lactose-free nor oat milk could be selected at the terminal... The employee at the checkout was absolutely not helpful. It had lactose free but couldn't select it either. The solution we suggested, that he sell us a normal cappuccino and prepare it with the lactose-free milk we wanted, was finally possible after some back and forth. We will avoid this McDonalds in the future!

Not only was the sauce forgotten, but a cheeseburger was also missing. Worst service so far! Never again! It's not even worth one star. I'd rather drive on to Nova. Shame on you for the rip off.

Fast service and clean atmosphere ☕​🥤​​ We only went to the McDonald's on Bierweg in Schkeuditz in the evening to make a quick stop. We only had a coffee and a drink. Ordering at the digital terminal was quick and uncomplicated, and the drinks were ready quickly. When we were there, it wasn't crowded, there were only a few customers, and the store was clean. The tray shelves were also empty, as far as I could see. This is my personal experience; other customers may feel differently. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The worst month I've ever been to. Nasty coffee, stale food, dry meat, terribly dirty room and toilets. Absolute disaster, I do not recommend.

We were there and left with nothing. There was a long queue at the terminals, so I went to the checkout to order. Here we were rather unkindly rejected even though we only wanted two coffees. We should please order at the terminal. Strangely enough, there was a note on the closed McCafe that said you can order anywhere.

Unfortunately, we were only eating here to charge our electric car and discovered that all the charging cables had been stolen 🤷🏼‍♂️ the fact that such a thing even exists is a thing!

A McDonalds, tastes good, is quick and not for every day. And yet, it always draws you back. Because there are always really delicious things.

It was actually very nice for McDonald's, great location. I was just a little disappointed with the staff, maybe they aren't allowed to, but I made a typo on the stupid ordering portal and realized too late that I had ordered 3x Chicken Mcnuggets (6 pieces) instead of 1x. Asked to change my order, but nothing could be done, so I had to eat 18 chicken instead of 6 😞. That would have to be the case. Do customer service.

I can only agree with the others. Unfriendly staff, there were no boards with numbers where the food should go. The worst thing was that everything was full of trays, the floor was wet with cola, you didn't know where to put the garbage and no one cared. There needs to be a check here.

Employees constantly have their fingers in their faces and scratch their wounds. Ultimately the finger is licked in the mouth. Then it is put into the bag of fries and frozen burger patties. The areas are swapped with each other and everything is touched. No gloves. Everything observed within 2-3 minutes.

Ordering is quick and easy both in McDrive and in the restaurant. Food has the quality I expect from McDonald's. So everything is great.

You are skillfully ignored at the checkout for 10 minutes and then you are told that you can only order at the terminal. That alone is sad. You only had to wait half as long when paying. Well, being friendly is different.

We were there at midnight on Saturday, where it is open until 1am. You were only allowed to use 3 tables and the toilet couldn't be used because everything else had already been cleaned. Everything was cold.

A lot of staff but it took them forever for a milkshake and two cherry turnovers. A cherry pocket was also still cold. Bad service!

Today is May 31st, 2024 - we can't even relabel it properly.

Zero service, ordering at the checkout is not possible, you are directed to the touchscreens, which are all occupied for a long time, employees stand idle behind the checkout. McDonald's is done for me. The same theater everywhere from Mc Drive with extreme waiting times to an absolute lack of service to overpriced food.

I went in to serve a coffee, that's all, when I left I changed my mind and stayed for the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, very good place

Am 15.05.24 um 13:42 Bei Menü bestellen und Coca-Cola Glas kriegen keine Chance ,Mietarbeiterin hatte geantwortet „-wir haben nicht mehr !!!“ obwohl Werbung läuft mit Coca-Cola Gläser -totale Verarschung! Muss aufpassen ob alles dabei ist. Kann passiert als dir etwas falsch geben oder überhaupt kriegst du nicht zum Beispiel Mc Chicken Classic . Tische immer dreckig !!! Außerdem klatschten Personal essen auf dem Tisch, als so wie friss oder stirbst! Pommes kalt und keine Strohhalm für die Cola Schrecklich!!!

Worst Mc in a long time. Waited 20 minutes for food, burger cold, ice cream melted, wrong fries received. No chance of a complaint because some customers were unresponsive and obviously understaffed. Never again. Burger topped with no love.

Employee 1 was unfriendly. Employee 2 was a little better, but she didn't want to help us either because we didn't know how to redeem the vouchers and how we should then pay

Mixed. Apple turnovers were cold. Ordered 250ml milkshake and got 400. Excellent. The free Cola Zero was also regular Cola. Great, but dangerous for diabetics. Cleanliness, well.

The first McDonald's where you got everything you ordered.

Overall an average McDonalds restaurant. No more and no less. The breakfast was very expensive and the fried egg on the McMuffin was not good at all and very dry. The Easy Orders were out of service and only one cash register was manned. That was inconvenient at rush hour. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs were not clean either. A pity.

I needed to change my kids diaper. They told me to wait because someone was in there. Waited about 10 mins to force them to open it be case they locked it. Play area was also locked, and it’s outside…. I’ll never make this stop again. Definitely not kid friendly

Very disappointing . And not the first time. Every time something is missing from the order. You paid full price. Personally, I also think that the quality has deteriorated quite a bit. Flabby burgers, already sticking to the packaging. FRIES.... YOU CAN'T ENJOY ANYMORE, limp and too salty. I only make burgers at home now. Then I know what I'm eating. I wouldn't give a star. But I had to, otherwise you can't post it.

Food was ready quickly, even though there were quite a few people there. However, the curly fries were already cold. But what led to a point deduction from the overall impression was the condition of the women's toilet. It smelled of urine, the floor was partly wet and there was no toilet paper. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff was friendly.

Fries unfortunately ice cold! Drink with ice cubes although not wanted, burger with pickle although not wanted and no extra sauce which was wanted!

The restaurant itself is fine, unfortunately every time, no matter what time of day, the tables are completely dirty and unappetizing. The orders are always prepared quickly and you never have to wait in line for long, the employees are actually friendly too.

Food as expected. Staff friendly. Toilets... always follow your nose. I really wonder why. Cleaning seems to be a secret. And if the hand dryer is broken, it would be nice to at least put a few towels in there.

MC Donalds ist leider nur noch für junge Menschen schön.Wir gehören zur Generation, die gerne mit Menschen reden und diesen auch unsere Bestellung sagen oder kurz beraten lassen. Ich hab keine Lust alles über ein Terminal einzugeben und am Ende viel Geld auszugeben für eine Leistung, die ich selbst zum Teil erbracht habe.Und die Angestellten hinterm Tresen hätten locker die Zeit gehabt unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nur sie verwiesen uns an die Technik. Nein Danke ,da verzichte ich lieber .

When you have to wait, you automatically look at the employees. People touch everything without gloves, scratch their heads, cash in and then go back to the food without washing their hands. Paper for burgers fall to the floor, are picked up and reused. The area where you eat is dirty. Overall, pretty gross

Wir haben extra Dinge bestellt die diese Monopoly sticker drauf hätten, haben aber letztlich 2 sticker weniger bekommen. Die Pommes waren recht kalt.

1 lagiges Klopapier, wem 3 zu viel sind dem ist auch der service für meine popertze zu viel. Wer diese nicht ehrt, dem liegt auch sonst nichts an meinem wohl.

Lecker und höflich wie eh und je

Ein Bestellautomat keine Kartenzahlung, das aber nur mit einem Zettel kenntlich gemacht, den man erst beim bezahlen wollen bemerkt. Kann man das Gerät nicht abschalten ?

Tudo muito limpo, parque para camiões perto,a comida servida rapida e saborosa, tudo bem, pena as funcionárias que estavam de serviço ( 15/11/2023 às 20horas) serem mal formadas e não terem empatia por quem necessita, um senhor que não sabia trabalhar com a máquina e pediu ajuda, as funcionários foram rudes e não ajudaram, o senhor foi embora sem comer... Triste gente esta que vive só para si próprio.

Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Leider fast niemand hier beschäftigt der, der Deutschen Sprache mächtig ist und deswegen leider absolut niemand da, der einem weiter helfen könnte. Sehr schade.

TipTop, nur die mittlerweile übliche Bestellung über die Bestellterminals nervt. Ging früher an der Theke schneller.

Der eine Deutsche, der an der Kasse gearbeitet hat, ist so ein Ehrenmann, sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Er hat uns einfach als Wiedergutmachung kostenlosen McFlurry gegeben. Ehrenmann!!!
