Back to old virtues. For the sake of the children, you go to a fast food restaurant every now and then. Since the introduction of order terminals, processing has deteriorated. The monitors used to display the status of the order in terms of preparation and collection are in permanent power saving mode. The employees behind the counter shout their hearts out to signal the customer to pick up. Who in the management team takes on this topic and ensures better processing for the customer and as a relief for the employees (they always deserve my respect) Thank you for your care

Ordered vegan food and got meat, awesome. That is inexcusable and was also my last visit. There wasn't even an apology.

Waiting times after payment are far too long. Completely incorrect time management obviously. Has nothing to do with fast! food anymore. And you always have to check whether the food is complete.

The food was ordered. After 8 minutes it was at the table. Everything is hot - the cola is ice cold. Everything was fine. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

This fast food restaurant offers the typical McDonalds range. However, I find this branch a bit small.

We ordered normally on site and no receipt arrived. We were given the wrong burger and had no proof. The employee wanted to argue with me, but suddenly said she was bringing the right burger. I got the wrong one again and then the employee was annoyed!!😠

Unfortunately, McDonald's in general is getting worse. Too bad.

There's always something here. Actually, I only come here when I'm feeling lazy and Burger King is unfortunately already closed a few kilometers away... McDonalds can't do that, but they should be better/quicker about the cleanliness. But if you're lucky, if you're eating indoors, you'll be able to clear away the rubbish left by your predecessors from the table yourself. As a reward, you can often expect a non-slip surface that almost takes your sweater off as soon as you lean one part of your body on the table. As in every Macces store, you should check the order for completeness and accuracy before leaving the drive-in or if you order inside the store, too often something just didn't fit or was missing. Regarding the staff, they always make an effort, cultural diversity is not wrong, but the feeling is that it changes constantly, sometimes with more and sometimes less good results.

It's just annoying, something was missing again but you could pay for it.. Update!! Again the burgers weren't as ordered, it's just annoying... finally get this place under control

Yesterday we ate at McDonald's in Schkeuditz for a ridiculous €35 and the service was just as ridiculous after my friend pointed out that the cheeseburger she ordered was topped with onions and cucumber, even though these two ingredients were deselected. The employee reacted unfriendly and annoyed. We could have saved ourselves the €35 and would have preferred to go to the competition. We completely lost our appetite after that.

If the staff at the desk could at least understand German I would give it 5 🌟

Friendly staff, good range of products and a fairly clean and tidy restaurant. We ordered via the self-order terminal and were served at the table. The food came very quickly and warm. The quality of the food was quite good and okay, it's just fast food and not 5 star food but overall it was okay.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. Ordering on Mc Drive was almost impossible because we couldn't understand almost anything. The employees were unfriendly and annoyed. After we received our order, the window was slammed shut. A “goodbye” would have been completely unnecessary as we will never stop there again.

A soggy McRib and cold fries. After a complaint, both were replaced.

First the positive. Staff friendly and quick. The store is clean and well maintained. But. Food is packed with bare hands in front of the customers. Doesn't work at all. One bite into the nuggets and you pull the insides out of the breading. Something must have gone wrong there

Can't even manage the simplest order. We order two cheeseburgers and two chicken burgers. Get a cheeseburger and three chicken burgers. Absolutely no recommendation!

A typical McDonald's restaurant, the tables outside were dirty, the cupboard for returning dishes was completely overflowing and my McRib cost over 6Eur when it costs 5.79 elsewhere. It tasted good.

Total catastrophe, there are tons of people waiting for their orders... they can't get anything done...

Unfortunately we experienced terrible service here! I wanted a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, unfortunately neither lactose-free nor oat milk could be selected at the terminal... The employee at the checkout was absolutely not helpful. It had lactose free but couldn't select it either. The solution we suggested, that he sell us a normal cappuccino and prepare it with the lactose-free milk we wanted, was finally possible after some back and forth. We will avoid this McDonalds in the future!

Not only was the sauce forgotten, but a cheeseburger was also missing. Worst service so far! Never again! It's not even worth one star. I'd rather drive on to Nova. Shame on you for the rip off.

The worst month I've ever been to. Nasty coffee, stale food, dry meat, terribly dirty room and toilets. Absolute disaster, I do not recommend.

We were there and left with nothing. There was a long queue at the terminals, so I went to the checkout to order. Here we were rather unkindly rejected even though we only wanted two coffees. We should please order at the terminal. Strangely enough, there was a note on the closed McCafe that said you can order anywhere.

Fast service and clean atmosphere ☕​🥤​​ We only went to the McDonald's on Bierweg in Schkeuditz in the evening to make a quick stop. We only had a coffee and a drink. Ordering at the digital terminal was quick and uncomplicated, and the drinks were ready quickly. When we were there, it wasn't crowded, there were only a few customers, and the store was clean. The tray shelves were also empty, as far as I could see. This is my personal experience; other customers may feel differently. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately, we were only eating here to charge our electric car and discovered that all the charging cables had been stolen 🤷🏼‍♂️ the fact that such a thing even exists is a thing!

A McDonalds, tastes good, is quick and not for every day. And yet, it always draws you back. Because there are always really delicious things.

It was actually very nice for McDonald's, great location. I was just a little disappointed with the staff, maybe they aren't allowed to, but I made a typo on the stupid ordering portal and realized too late that I had ordered 3x Chicken Mcnuggets (6 pieces) instead of 1x. Asked to change my order, but nothing could be done, so I had to eat 18 chicken instead of 6 😞. That would have to be the case. Do customer service.

The atmosphere could have been a little cleaner. The food was quick and was quite nice too.

I can only agree with the others. Unfriendly staff, there were no boards with numbers where the food should go. The worst thing was that everything was full of trays, the floor was wet with cola, you didn't know where to put the garbage and no one cared. There needs to be a check here.

You are skillfully ignored at the checkout for 10 minutes and then you are told that you can only order at the terminal. That alone is sad. You only had to wait half as long when paying. Well, being friendly is different.

We were there at midnight on Saturday, where it is open until 1am. You were only allowed to use 3 tables and the toilet couldn't be used because everything else had already been cleaned. Everything was cold.

Today is May 31st, 2024 - we can't even relabel it properly.

A lot of staff but it took them forever for a milkshake and two cherry turnovers. A cherry pocket was also still cold. Bad service!

Muss aufpassen ob alles dabei ist. Kann passiert als dir etwas falsch geben oder überhaupt kriegst du nicht zum Beispiel Mc Chicken Classic . Tische immer dreckig !!! Außerdem klatschten Personal essen auf dem Tisch, als so wie friss oder stirbst! Pommes kalt und keine Strohhalm für die Cola Schrecklich!!!

Overall an average McDonalds restaurant. No more and no less. The breakfast was very expensive and the fried egg on the McMuffin was not good at all and very dry. The Easy Orders were out of service and only one cash register was manned. That was inconvenient at rush hour. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs were not clean either. A pity.

Food was ready quickly, even though there were quite a few people there. However, the curly fries were already cold. But what led to a point deduction from the overall impression was the condition of the women's toilet. It smelled of urine, the floor was partly wet and there was no toilet paper. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff was friendly.

Fries unfortunately ice cold! Drink with ice cubes although not wanted, burger with pickle although not wanted and no extra sauce which was wanted!

The restaurant itself is fine, unfortunately every time, no matter what time of day, the tables are completely dirty and unappetizing. The orders are always prepared quickly and you never have to wait in line for long, the employees are actually friendly too.

Food as expected. Staff friendly. Toilets... always follow your nose. I really wonder why. Cleaning seems to be a secret. And if the hand dryer is broken, it would be nice to at least put a few towels in there.

MC Donalds ist leider nur noch für junge Menschen schön.Wir gehören zur Generation, die gerne mit Menschen reden und diesen auch unsere Bestellung sagen oder kurz beraten lassen. Ich hab keine Lust alles über ein Terminal einzugeben und am Ende viel Geld auszugeben für eine Leistung, die ich selbst zum Teil erbracht habe.Und die Angestellten hinterm Tresen hätten locker die Zeit gehabt unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nur sie verwiesen uns an die Technik. Nein Danke ,da verzichte ich lieber .

Paper for burgers fall to the floor, are picked up and reused. The area where you eat is dirty. Overall, pretty gross
