Not sure why this location is filled with flies please cleanse the location.

Basically the food tastes good, location is very easy to reach. However, I just had an experience that I unfortunately have to share. I ordered something from Mac Drive. I accidentally ordered the normal nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets, which is why I drove back about 1 m in Mc Drive. There was no car behind me. When I arrived at the last window, I received a big enema from a somewhat portly gentleman (8:55 p.m.) that next time I would be sent off and receive some negative points at McDonald's. I just asked if it would be possible to trade the Nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn't like the tone at all, despite apologizing several times. The highlight was that I should just order the right thing next time. Class note.

Food cold, tables dirty, although not much going on

Moderately satisfied. Ordered food at the table, unfortunately no straws, napkins or cutlery. You can see there is a shortage of workers because not even the tables are clean.

Relatively good and tasty and clean

Today's event was not satisfactory - we ordered four ice creams to take away. 2x McFlurry and 2x McSundae Point 1 - the ice cream took quite a long time to prepare. The screen at the pick-up station was broken, so you didn't know when the ice cream was ready to go. Point 2 - the toppings in the ice cream were visible, but difficult to see with the naked eye. Point 3 - and this is where I feel the biggest fraud... the McFlurry cups had no advertised chance of winning, so I was denied my chance for a small portion of fries or a McToast. Very regrettable and this will be the last visit for the near future.

The monitor for order numbers was broken, so you had to check each tray to see whether it was your own order because the numbers weren't called out correctly. The Sprite had the wrong flavor (popcorn instead of passion fruit). There was no accessible toilet paper in the toilet. The burgers were so carelessly made that you had to put them together again afterwards and the paper was wrapped around it so sloppily that parts of the burger were visible without unwrapping it. The tray rack was hopelessly overcrowded, so used trays were left lying on the tables.

Went to Mc Donald in Offenburg today at 11:20 a.m. The food came quickly, except that the Mc Ribs in the packaging were swimming in the sauce and the salad was squished into the packaging. I would have understood if it had been busy but there were just two people in front of us. Not many stars, sorry.

I got a great chicken burger, no lettuce, no sauce, hopefully the bread and chicken were there.

Absolutely underground for a McDonalds! I waited for over 20 minutes and then received cold food and a half-melted milkshake in my hand. Then I don't understand what the employees don't understand about "no ice please" (with the drinks)?!? Every time I say it again at the counter, every time I get a friendly nod and yet I still have to get the ice cubes out of my drink again and again. Why??? Then the last few times the top of the Mc Café display looked really weird! Dirty and dusty! I then ran my finger over it to see if there was any residue from the cleaning agent... Surprise: I had a black fingertip! That just doesn't work! Then there was a young couple who were already waiting when I came in. So wait at least 25 minutes! The email written with the friendly reference to the dirty display was not answered! Sorry, but that's definitely NOT how service works!!! That was my last visit to this branch...

McDonald's just. If you think about it, you used to come here when you didn't have that much money. Prices are rising enormously there too. The cleanliness could still be worked on there.

I have to say, all the MAs here are the nicest people you could meet. They are helpful, friendly and very sweet. I had a really **** day. After my car accident, I waited in the restaurant for my friends who picked me up. The staff was very helpful in the meantime. They supported me mentally and physically. I don't want to write novels but I would like to say that I will never forget these people in my life. Thank God for people like that. <3 If I ever come back to town I will 100% visit here again ♥ Thank you thank you thank you!

Really nice after the renovation. With service. I think the aunt who brought us food was a bit overwhelmed that day. Although friendly, but totally annoyed. Update: It's just a fast food restaurant. The food is typical of McDonald's and the staff is friendly. Which really annoys me and that's why I deducted a star. I have complaints with almost every order. Either the wrong dip is in there, or the burgers that were ordered are missing, or there are fries instead of salad, the best example being the 20-piece nuggets that were ordered and 2x 6-piece nuggets are delivered... you can try it. There is room for improvement in handing over what was ordered to the customer.

The catastrophic dirty condition of the floor prompted me to write this review. Picture was taken from the drive-in on June 27th at around 1:30am. I think the pictures speak for themselves. You'd rather lean against the counter and relax instead of having the idea of ​​cleaning the floor. The shop was empty and there would have been time. You actually don't want to know what else is going on in the kitchen when you look at it like that.... Also because I went for breakfast a few weeks ago and the order totaled 40!! It took minutes for it to arrive, apparently a mistake was made. It was said... Since we still had an appointment, we had to choke down the food because time was running out and we couldn't even enjoy the food normally due to the time pressure that then arose.

Bought food at the drive-thru and unfortunately only realized when we got home that things were missing. It's difficult if you pick it up alone and everything is packed in bags to check! It's very annoying since you paid for it. This can happen once, but unfortunately it has happened to us several times! When I read the reviews here, this is not an isolated case and something should be done legally. E-mails are not answered by the operator or the head office. Very sad for such a company!

Staff super unfriendly. I only wanted to get breakfast at 10:32 a.m. I noticed that I only wanted to get a cafe and an MC muffin, but that was no longer possible because breakfast is only available until 10:30 a.m. So I ordered an apple turnover after paying at the drive-thru I was told apple turnover at the window. It takes 10 minutes. Unbelievable. Today's donut was so dry it felt like it was 3 days old.

My food was simply brought to someone else. I literally had to beg to receive my order at some point. Overall, everything seemed pretty uncoordinated. :)

Service zero stars I have rarely experienced something as unfriendly as in Mc Donalds Offenburg! After the nice man in charge of the shift told us to pull over to the side, we did so and a short time later we were bullied and told not to stop there

All in all, the juice shop was bad, my girlfriend is a vegetarian, they give normal chicken nuggets in the drive and not the mcplant, I had a lot of stress because the employees can't read. Plus everything was cold except the ice cream, which was warm. If you want to end your vegetarian career for a quick £10, then this is exactly the junk shop for you.

Clean McDonalds. The food is typical McDonalds, but warm. There is no long waiting time at peak times. My special highlight is that there is a small play area for children. There are also plenty of seating options. We like going there.

Food and drinks as always at McDonald's. You cant complain. Therefore 5 STARS for food and ambience. We had something to eat at this McDonald's on Sunday February 25th. Since there were very long queues at the order counters and many people found it very difficult to place their orders or redeem coupons, we quickly went to the cash register and wanted to order something there. We were then shooed away by a very unfriendly lady who said you couldn't order anything at the checkout. Another employee then told us that you can definitely order at the checkout, but that they don't want it. I think a lot of customers felt very uncomfortable that day. It's still supposed to be a fast food restaurant and not a restaurant where you have to wait in line for about 30 minutes at a counter and the cash register is free, but you're not allowed to order anything there. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again.

Everything was fine until December 2023. I've been a regular customer during lunch breaks. But disappointed for 2 weeks. The cheese on the cheeseburger and once for testing a week later on Mc Plant was inedible. So I don't dare try a burger from there again. Even the Mc Chicken and Big Mac just don't taste as good anymore after the recipe was changed. Fries partly hot and partly raw. Really a shame. I always enjoyed being there. 🙈

Просторно, светло, чисто, уютно, комфортно. Есть много зарядок, где можно зарядить телефон даже без адаптера. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Бесплатный и чистый туалет.

Wir nutzen hauptsächlich den Drive-In. Leider kommt es hier sehr oft vor, dass entweder Teile der Bestellung falsch oder gar nicht in der Tüte landen. Falls man nicht direkt kontrolliert und zuhause erst festellt, dass etwas falsch ist hat man den doppelten Fahrweg. Schaut man direkt nach, muss man eben wieder an den Schalter und reklamieren. Normalerweise geht es problemlos. Leider wird aber so der Sinn und Zweck des Drive-In Schalters ad absurdum geführt. Geschmacklich war bisher meistens alles ok. Je nachdem hat man manchmal Pech was die Temperatur des Essens betrifft.

Mitarbeiter hat sich vertippt und haben falsches essen bekommen als wir wir direkt nach 2min wieder zurück gefahren sind die Teamleiterin persönlich hat das essen nicht gewechselt und unfreundlich gewesen.Echt unprofessional und unfreundlich Mitarbeiter!

Moderner und gepflegter Mc Donalds.

Bei meiner Ankunft am 01.11.2023 gegen 09:15 Uhr stand eine Lieferung vor dem Laden in der Sonne. Nach dem Verlassen gegen 10:00 Uhr immer noch.

Kein Frühstück für einen so neuen mcdonalds ist eine regelrechte Frechheit. Der Service war unbeschreiblich schlecht.

Es ist dunkel, immer noch sommerlich warm, 20 Uhr. Der Parkplatz ist rappelvoll, habe dennoch einen Platz bekommen. Die Gastronomie ist auch rappelvoll, aber alle sind relativ respektvoll und lassen einen in Ruhe an der langen Schlange des Bedienterminals mit anstehen. Alles ist gefühlt doppelt so teuer wie vor ein paar Jahren! Ich vermiede die persönliche Abholung, da dort so viele Leute stehen und lasse das Essen an den Tisch bringen. Geduld ist dazu Voraussetzung! Die Möbel sind nicht wirklich schön aber für die derzeitige Nutzung erstaunlich sauber!! Die Geräuschkulisse entspricht etwa dem eines Fußballstadions beim Heimspiel. Das Essen wird tatsächlich nach ca. 10 Minuten gebracht und ist.... warm bis heiß, d. h., relativ frisch zubereitet! Die Qualität ist so wie man sie von McDonald kennt. Natürlich schon wegen den Preisen kann es keine 5 Sternchen geben. Alles andere drumherum ist auch dadurch bedingt, dass es hier wohl derzeit der einzige McDonald ist. Wer es braucht, es ist ok.

2 mal dort gewesen und 2 mal die falsche bestellung erhalten... leider wiedereinmal erst zuhause geschaut....

An sich schöner laden, aber leider sehr laut. Und wurde schon oft was vergessen wenn man über mc drive bestellt .(Soßen,Ketchup usw )

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, jede Menge Platz innen, sehr sauber, und man jegliches Essen bestellen, welches McDonalds in Deutschland anbietet.

3 von 5 fernsehes waren kaputt, des wegen konnte man nicht die Werbung sehen . Und mir hatte so ein komischer betrunkener her Angst gemacht . Und die hatten mir auf meinen Cheeseburger einfach kein käse drauf gemacht 😡 Sonst war alles okay

Kennste einen, kennst se alle. Sollte man meinen. Aber hier ist es scheinbar nicht so. Klar, das Essen schmeckt hier genauso wie anderswo. Aber zumindest hatt das Personal den Eindruck erweckt, dass sie Freude an der Arbeit haben. Es gäbe ein lächeln, ein nettes Wort, und schon fühlen sich die Kunden besser. Weiter so, Danke.
