Unfortunately, the order was misunderstood, and when I tried to exchange the wrong order, it wasn't possible. The only thing that was correct were the fries, and they were lukewarm and soggy! So it ended up in the trash. Thank you very much. Absolutely not recommended!!!

I have to start with the positive, and that is that the staff is always polite and tries to do their best. But what I don't understand at all is when you say you'd like the fish mac fresh. This has worked well in the past (90%), but today was probably one of those days where I could have saved myself the money. The burgers were definitely not fresh and should have been eaten according to McDonald's time limits. But they figured they'd get rid of them. Absolute disaster and not recommended. Especially with fish products, you should definitely pay attention to the time and not the turnover. 0 stars for the food this time.

Late at night, I was with a group of distinguished young boys looking for a pleasant, but by no means posh, establishment, and I thought that an Anglo-Saxon McDonald's would be a classic yet well-considered choice. This place really doesn't live up to its already less-than-stellar reputation. I can't and won't recommend a visit.

There were fly eggs on my nuggets. It's a shame I can't post photos. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. It was the packet of nuggets that was at the bottom of the bag. And the bag was rolled up. On top of the packet of nuggets, I had another packet of 20 nuggets, a McRib, a hamburger, and two cheeseburgers. So a fly couldn't have flown in there. If it had, it would have laid the eggs higher up, right? But as I mentioned, the bag with the food was closed anyway. Never again at the Offenburg McDonald's. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I ate the second-to-last nugget.... Immediately into the bathroom and stuck my finger down my throat. Thanks, McDonald's.

The employees don't know how to work, they mixed up our order and someone else's, they thought that the order was someone else's and waited 30 minutes for our order to be made, in the end a guy came and started explaining everything, in the end the food was cold, we were not satisfied, fire all the employees except the old man

No, they confuse almost everything. We ordered a vanilla MC flurry with caramel and Oreo. We got a full chocolate MC flurry with Smarties and caramel.

A box of 9 vegi nuggets was ordered and we received 3 vegi nuggets and 6 normal ones...unfortunately we only noticed it when we got home because we ordered it to take away. We were there at 1 a.m. in the drive-in, first the coupons didn't work because of a mistake, then one woman was just flirting with her boss or whatever he was and forgot our drinks (we went back and then they were there) there were maybe 2 people there so you can't forget something like that. and in one large fries, one small one was put in. I don't understand why this happens so often at McDonald's. From now on we won't buy anything anymore. We always order something, but something is always missing. The staff doesn't do their jobs properly and when you call they just say you'll get a refund. But when the children come from school and want something quick to eat, you don't feel like driving from Windschläg to Offenburg to sort out the mistakes. I'm just surprised that the branch in Offenburg is still visited. Every star awarded for the Offenburg branch is one too many. I've eaten in other McDonald's branches and I have to say that it works in every other branch I've been to.

The colleague at the drive-in is very correct, really a kind person, but the women are really unfriendly, they have always been disrespectful, but the food tastes really good, sometimes with fries either without salt or they are really old or you are lucky and they are fresh and salted. I don't understand why the franchise manager in Offenburg locks his guests out so early on the weekend (from midnight inside). I'm a trained businessman myself and I don't find it particularly customer-friendly when the young adults who walk in from the E1 on Fridays and Saturdays and then want something to eat have to queue up in huge groups (10+) in the driveway because it closes so early. As I said, it's not commercially smart because these people make up your main sales on Fridays and Saturdays and you let them eat and order outside in the cold without a vehicle, and drivers then spend twice as long in the drive!

I understand that everything is getting more expensive, but to immediately take customers for fools is a disgrace. Every restaurant in Germany is required to display a price list outside the restaurant. This is also the case here. However, in this branch, the prices on the terminal are higher than on the display. After consulting an employee, I was told that the "computer" was broken. If the computer were broken, it wouldn't display anything on the digital display. You don't need to lie to your guests on top of that. I then left without eating anything.

Not a unique impression! Every time we've been there in the last few months at least one part of the order has been missing or incorrect. Food arrives cold at the table 4 out of 5 times. But the last visit was the crowning achievement. All the food was cold, fries were hard and inedible. The worst part was the women's room. 2 of 3 cabins were closed. The only open one is blocked to the top. I spoke to an employee who just shrugged his shoulder. Since we both had to urgently, I spoke to the next employee. She said it's often like that and did NOTHING. The third came along and said we should still go into the dirty, blocked cabin, even though I said that when you flush the closed toilets bubble. I really had to. My daughter refused to go in there and waited by the sink. I flushed and she screamed... The sewage now came out from under the sink in the hallway and flooded the floor. Our shoes and socks were soaked in the smelly water. Such a disgusting mess! Child cried and never wants to go to McDonald's again because she was so disgusted. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere.

I only rate the service from FRAU KIRCHNER in the morning when ordering a cappuccino. She knows what I want as soon as I walk in. Is always friendly and nice and talks to you, not like some other gentlemen who are there in the morning and can't even say "good morning"!

One of the most “modest” branches by far! Given the situation, it is clear that there is a lot going on, but cuts are being made to staff who are unfriendly and immature and then display a high level of incompetence. A few streets away is the BurgerKing and the KFC, I haven't had any bad experiences there!

We're just about to get 2 MC Flurry with a coupon. Everyone had a cell phone and a coupon. The employee said that we should say that at the beginning, we assumed that if we talked to two people and both mentioned a coupon, it should be clear. (No takeaway)..EDIT: Yes, we went to the checkout every time, but at some point it gets annoying because you then have to go in AGAIN , nuggets, 🍟, and everything else get just as cold. Then I have a new burger and the rest is cold. Why does sa have to happen at all? The review is 4 years old, but more current than ever.. Last time there was a salt problem.. Very generous with it .. I've been coming for 30 years and will continue to do so but it's annoying. And the last breakfast there was the biggest failure ever... I'll keep it short: Cappuccino ice cold, really ice cold, - Coffee: lukewarm - Hot chocolate: ICE COLD - Breakfast wraps: ice cold -Franzbrötchen: Cold - Croissant: Cold and no butter sold - Trying to achieve something with the service: Unfortunately no German, unfortunately no English. Visit on October 25, 2024 Amazingly clean branch. Employees were always on hand when antisocial customers left their mess behind. Ordering was done using the app and table service. The food came quickly and it was freshly prepared. There are only deductions for the unsightly, sometimes significantly worn and destroyed, artificial leather covers on the seats.

Forgotten 5 things Money burned

So honestly if you can't even put a burger on top of each other properly then you should really be worried and what a loser the manager is that he even lets such burgers go through, he should honestly lose his job too, the meat in my burger wasn't there sometimes half on the burger bun so if something like that isn't done on purpose I don't know what it is, it's really annoying and the appetite isn't really there anymore when you look at it

Our order was in the drive on October 7th at 1:00 am. The fries are a joke. There are fewer and fewer, you buy a Mc menu and you get the size of fries from a happy meal. Basically the food tastes good, location is very easy to reach. However, I just had an experience that I unfortunately have to share. I ordered something from Mac Drive. I accidentally ordered the normal nuggets instead of the vegan nuggets, which is why I drove back about 1 m in Mc Drive. There was no car behind me. When I arrived at the last window, I received a big enema from a somewhat portly gentleman (8:55 p.m.) that next time I would be sent off and receive some negative points at McDonald's. I just asked if it would be possible to trade the Nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn't like the tone at all, despite apologizing several times. The highlight was that I should just order the right thing next time. Class note.
