Quiet, quality veggie. The background music is a bit old-fashioned, but it's okay. The order numbers are spelled out to avoid problems with the German reading order... In short, well-suited to being near the border.

One of the most modern Burger King's I've frequented. Clean, spacious and welcoming. Decent option.

The faucet on the toilet doesn't work, and you can't redeem coupons. Awful shit!!!

Unfortunately, the meat on the burger I bought at the drive-thru today was burnt and therefore inedible. Even upon unwrapping it, it smelled burnt, and the taste upon attempting to eat it was correspondingly off-putting.

The food is okay, the staff are nice but the men's restroom is awful, what a disgusting smell!!

As a rule, we're always satisfied with the BK in Offenburg (except for that one time, and half of our order was missing, which can be avoided by checking the food). Only today, something happened that shouldn't have happened. It might not be clearly visible in the pictures, but it was a hair that was styled or over-fried (whatever it is, it doesn't belong there). That shouldn't have happened either. I'm very sensitive about that and threw the food straight in the trash. If we'd eaten there, we would have said something about it right away. But otherwise, everything was fine, as always.

Food was great as always, toilets were unacceptable!

The men's restroom stinks so much of ammonia (fermented urine) that it takes your breath away. You have to experience it to believe it. You'll hardly find a free motorway restroom that smells worse. The food was okay, and there's practically no "service" anymore.

Ever since I saw people working there wearing headscarves, I no longer eat there! What country do we live in?

Toilet smells like a train station toilet

We were here on a Saturday evening shortly before 11 p.m. There wasn't a huge crowd of hungry people. There were only four ordering terminals, which I thought was a bit small for the size. The order was ready fairly quickly. The burgers were hot and tasty, the nuggets were okay while still hot, but once warm they were more like soda. None of the sauces we chose were good. Apparently Burger King supplied the manufacturer and these are - sorry - unfortunately inedible. The curry tasted so strongly of curry that even a small amount was an assault on the taste buds. It's a shame as the price has also gone up significantly, so we are really disappointed. The ambience was very nice apart from the fact that every table was dirty. The men's restroom was so dirty that you wouldn't even want to wash your hands there (feces on the floor, among other things, and a very strong urine smell). At least the sink in the women's restroom was usable for washing your hands, but I didn't want to go to the toilet there either. The only restroom that was even somewhat clean was the wheelchair accessible restroom. Our men used this to wash their hands.

Visited again after a long time because the fridge was "empty"...😉...still quite good for a quick bite, and "thank goodness" they still accept cash payments....👍🤘😀.... Until next time.....👋

We came specifically for the vegetarian burger and vegetable patty (country burger). And unfortunately it is no longer offered by the restaurant. The other vegetarian specialties are not comparable. For the rest the place is clean and the employees friendly and attentive. Thanks to the little lady who kindly informed us.

The value for money, we can't find it, Too expensive

The food was delicious but the men's toilet smelled extremely of urine. Why isn't it cleaned regularly? Really disgusting.

As soon as there is more going on, there is hardly any time to eat when you are on your lunch break at 12:00 p.m. Everyone is totally overwhelmed there and it takes forever! If not very many people have ordered, you can wait for your menu etc. in an acceptable time.

After an hour still no food! When we got it, a wrap was swapped for a burger and then we got the wrong wrap. If you were allergic, something else could have happened. The wrap packaging wasn't tight either, which is why I had stains all over my pants afterwards. Thanks! Never again!

If I had gone to the toilet before eating I would 100% not have eaten anything. That's the last time I was in this restaurant or pigsty. The toilets were dirty, smelly and smelly. Oh dear. The restaurant was empty, but we still had to look for the table that was least dirty. As I sat down, I noticed that there was a half-dried puddle of milkshake under the table. The fact that an extra long chili cheese now has less substance than half a sausage roll at grandma's is not a problem for this particular restaurant. In any case, paying over €12 on the menu for American sugar water and a handful of fries is steep. The staff was friendly, but had no regard for a minimum of cleanliness. Overall, the visit was a break from the habit.

Disappointing experience - incomplete order and poor customer service I went to the drive-thru around 8:30 p.m. that evening and ordered two menu items with a total of three burgers. There was absolutely nothing going on - neither in the drive-thru nor in the restaurant itself. I specifically asked three times whether everything was in the bag and was assured three times that the order was complete. At home, 20 km away, I discovered that another burger was missing. When I called the branch, I spoke to the employee in charge. His only answer: “If you had just checked.” During the conversation he even started singing - apparently he didn't really want to listen. He also said the problem lies with the employees, because it's hard to find good staff these days. He wrote down my phone number and promised someone would call me the next day. To this day I haven't heard anything else. Very disappointing! Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to matter which fast food restaurant you go to - such mistakes and poor service are unfortunately not uncommon.

The staff at the drive counter is very unfriendly. My 10 euro note has a small crease on the right corner, nothing wild. She refused to accept the note. Should you iron your money before going to Burger King in the future??? And then become rude. We'll go to McDonald's again in the future.

It's been a long time since you've been able to believe the reviews because a lot of people just spread lies. Either the staff is bad or the burgers are shit. You can't please everyone, but to this day I still can't understand lying so boldly. The staff is often contradicted in relation to castles that have not existed for months if not years and, as is so often the case, aggressive towards the staff who are just doing their job. If the Burger King is full you can't expect your food to be ready in 1 minute, so respect for the workers who work there 4-6 hours a day is important!

This Burger King is very good Unfortunately I noticed today that someone in Drive was upset that it was closed (around 10:50 p.m.) the salesman mentioned that it was locked and the guest in the Driver said that it wasn't true. Well, unfortunately you have to say that this is no service at all if the drive-in closes at 10:45 p.m. That doesn't work at all. Too bad. Too bad. The old Burger King with the old staff was a lot nicer and better. The second star is only given because the food was very good the last few visits. But I won't come here again in the future... It's nice that the shop is open again. Lots of new staff (in my opinion) that are doing their best. Had to complain (something was missing), but was corrected immediately and in a friendly manner.

We wanted the One Piece burger, which according to the internet should be available until January 19th (tomorrow). But it wasn't there, simply not listed anywhere. Not even a cardboard cutout or anything else related to One Piece that we could have taken photos with. I saw photos of other branches on Instagram, where there was a cardboard cutout of Luffy, etc. I can understand that the t-shirts are only available in limited quantities, but the burgers??? If a promotion runs until the 19th, I expect them to be available until the 19th too!!! I was very disappointed, but had to eat there anyway. It was really good that you can order at the terminal and don't have to go to the counter. The food was good, even if they didn't have what we wanted. 1 star for service because the offer was no longer available. The atmosphere is OK.

We've been to the restaurant every week so far. Until today... I was eating in the restaurant with my family, the two main burgers from the menu were cold. I went to the counter and complained about the burgers, "Hakim" said he would put them in the microwave for a moment. Seriously, no joke. We leave so much money there, to this day. What can I say? It's just Burger King. The atmosphere is nice. Perhaps they should have German-speaking staff so that ordering is easier. The restrooms are an absolute no-go; as a man, you'll catch diseases just standing there. As a security guard, I've never seen such disgusting restrooms, not even in a nightclub.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Despite the large crowd, it was very quick until I could pick up my food. A working display showing the order process was great 👍. Very clean tables and chairs. Some other fast-food restaurants could learn a thing or two from that. The burger looked very appealing and appetizing, and like the fries, it was delicious. I'd be happy to go again 👍

I have been very satisfied since the reopening, after only a few initial difficulties because the entire infrastructure had to be rebuilt and all the staff had to be hired. Now it's almost perfect, especially at the drive-in! Very friendly, accommodating staff who, even when stressed, don't forget to put anything in the bag (unlike before). You can even have funny conversations and leave with a satisfied smile on your face.

The burgers served are often lukewarm, after consulting a manager in France the cheese is put too cold in the sandwich....and this is common, having been there several times.

Everyone is very nice here. You can even order at the counter if, like me, you're not very good with the terminals. Special requests are also taken into account. We really enjoy going to this branch.

Creepy burger with almost nothing on it. Very dirty tables (yes, we dared and wiped them with a cloth - not recommended), atmosphere of a train station hall. Uh, nope.

Despite the really nice weather, it wasn't possible to eat outside. No umbrellas open and the staff didn't want to open any. The burgers were ok but the fries are still not good. Soft, taste 0. The chili cheese sauce was below all..., pickled jalapenios that were just sour and ruined the whole sauce. No cheese taste, absolutely no spiciness, just sour. Cola tastes like it's been stretched. Not again so quickly, rather go to the MC.

People like to go here! The restaurant is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. What is supposed to be warm is warm, what is supposed to be cold is cold. Extra requests are carried out by the employees without any problems. The floor and tables clean. The food is always prepared relatively quickly. The quality has definitely increased since the reopening. However, the staff works in a completely unstructured manner. The restaurant is bright and clear, the machines and paying by card but also paying in cash are no problem, the price and taste (system catering!!) are great, I ordered an offer, it was quick, my companion ordered additional items, it took longer , so I had to eat. The ambience could have been better, there was paper and chips on the floor, the toilet was okay, but there should be a fresh scent or fan, especially in summer, the cleaning service employee who came was very friendly and cleaned straight away, but still wiped more and don't skimp on fresh scents/cleaning products. Burger King OG good, app is great.

The food is OK as long as you get everything you ordered and paid for. No matter when I go to the drive in, something is always missing. Either a burger, fries or nuggets. Up to three things were missing. Complaining is almost impossible, you can't reach anyone by phone and you won't get an answer to an email. Sad thing like that

I recommend everyone to visit this Burger King on the first Friday of every month. And these Fridays a US Car Club is coming and meeting there. Anyone who owns an American vehicle is welcome to come with it; we look forward to making new friends.

Saturday 11:20 p.m. / June 15th, 2024 - I was just at Bürger Kind's drive-thru, I greeted them very nicely with a hello, I get an aggressive answer from the branch manager, I don't say hello to her first, then I did too Based on his tone, he says he feels coerced by every customer. Hello, hello, hello. This young man urgently needs help and definitely a job change!!!! His psyche doesn't seem to be able to bear the daily customers!! Such a cheeky way of dealing with customers and then as a branch manager!!! Absolutely not exemplary, it should be terminated without notice!!! My complaint will continue and I will contact Citizen King Central!! As a customer, I felt compelled and wanted to leave this store as quickly as possible...

Disastrous, ordered takeaway several times but without exception something is missing every time, even if you are the only customer.

Today, Saturday June 8th, 2024, I wanted to get a portion of fries to satisfy my little cravings. Now I ordered these at the smeared, greasy terminal, I noticed this on the door handles when I went in, then selected my fries and decided to pay the €3.99 in cash at the checkout. At the checkout I tried to open the Payback app, where the young cashier snatched the piece of paper out of my hand without even saying hello or good day. Now the Payback app had connection problems and didn't really pay my attention to the BürgerKing employee until he said "€3.99" in a very unfriendly tone. I looked at him and said “Excuse me?” to give them a chance to correct themselves. He stuck to his very rude statement with €3.99 without a request. I then said to him, “€3.99 please” and the following statement was literally slapped on my head. “just give the money” Hello, where are we? Are the employees not trained and made aware of customer friendliness? It's a shame, so I can only recommend everyone not to visit this BK branch. Not to mention hygiene. My hands are still very greasy now. Never Ever!

Delicious as always. Big King XXL is always good. Definitely fills you up (at least for a while 😜) Chilli Cheese Fries with extra jalapeño and extra cheese sauce. The hammer. Afterwards you almost can't walk anymore 😂. Every now and then you can go overboard. It has to happen sometimes. PS: Last time the fries drowned in the cheese sauce 😜😂
