Food quality always great, but several times happens that you come and the restaurant is closed, like today it supposed to be open till 10 and closed at 8

Not enough staff but the food is very tasty.

Dirty, something is always done wrong when ordering.

Dirty, the floor sticks, employees don't care about cleaning up spilled cola.

Ordered a burger with jalapenos. Unfortunately there were none on the burger but they were charged!

A single person for service, burger preparation, checkout. On top of that, unfriendly food was cold You also had to wait 24 minutes for food. The 1st star is still too much, unfortunately there are no half stars. They will never see me again, even if I only live a few km away.

I would prefer not to give a star. Waited 20 minutes for King of the Month. An employee!! 20 people waiting!! Once and never again!

I wasn't there at all, but Google expects a review of the visit when I was with the neighbor. Which one? Just take a look for yourself, it's really tasty and your ears will ring when you really enjoy it! With what? Eating takes forever and customers are ignored and workers simply don't want to work

So Burger King is no longer what it used to be. Yesterday I ordered a large children's menu with extras to take away twice and at home you can see that the fries were simply forgotten in both menus. I thought about calling them, but the gas alone isn't worth it. The burgers looked really soggy and the salad wasn't really appetizing. Well, I've seen better Burger Kings and anyone who is passing through or lives nearby should prefer the Goldene Möwe a few kilometers away.

Saturday evening 8 p.m. Only 2 out of 4 order terminals work. The cash register is closed. The freshly made burgers are lukewarm. The store is very disappointing.

Drive 200 m further to the golde M and it's twice as fast that the food is still warm and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for 4 burgers

The staff switched off the order terminals in front of us - there were a lot of guests there and then had to order from the cashier, which led to an immense queue. Unfortunately understaffed because the waiting time for the food was very long. You can't say anything against the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the tables are not cleaned, which makes it quite unappetizing to eat there. It's better to order to-go and then it's fine.

If you want to have a quick bite to eat here, you have to plan at least 1 hour. 2 employees are working, 16 customers are waiting. The store manager should take care of the matter, the stingy one

No more. From the staff wearing dirty fingernails and dirty clothes to cold and old rubbery food, it was all there. The preparation time was also far too long. After eating it, we felt sick and unwell all day. We will never enter this BK again.

2 terminals defective. Staff unfriendly and overwhelmed. Order not possible at checkout. Tables dirty. Burger cold despite waiting time. And a restaurant management that, if you look at the comments, is completely resistant to advice, because deficiencies that have been known for a long time are obviously not being remedied. Worst burger I've ever had. Toilets were disgusting

If possible -1 star. Waited 20 minutes for 6 nuggets which were of course cold after they had been lying there for 20 minutes. The orders are only processed one after the other, meaning the nuggets were ready all the time and I could see them. The staff is absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly. The interior is absolutely dirty, there are leftover food everywhere. The last shop is absolutely underground. I can only advise everyone to go to a well-known competitor because at least you can get hot food quickly. Never again

The lady at the drive through counter was friendly and took the order without any problem. But you can't quite get it with fast food because you have to wait a long time. Maybe too few staff??? Food was ok but the burgers had probably been there for a few minutes before I received them.

Burger King. The food was usual and good. I had a “plant based menu” and was very happy with it. The fries with it were okay. What unfortunately wasn't so great today: -The employees were understaffed. But they did a good job -You should use the ordering terminals, even if you prefer to go to the checkout in the classic way -The prices have been increased, but on the scoreboard they are still the old prices.

Unfortunately there were only two checkouts and it took forever until we had our food. Wheelchair parking spaces are usually blocked by pedestrians and are extremely annoying. Why can't you pay attention to this?!?!

Lukewarm burgers, soggy fries and lukewarm cola. The worst Burger King I've ever visited. Service OK, at least there was ice cream when asked.

You can feel sorry for the staff. The branch is totally understaffed. Accordingly, it is messy and dirty. The floors and tables stick and feel like they are not being cleaned. The return carts are overcrowded. The burgers were carelessly slapped together. But as I said, the branch is understaffed and the few employees can hardly keep up with the rush. Despite the circumstances, the staff are very friendly.

MC Drive waited 15 minutes... Backed out again with other drivers.. MC was then around the corner..

This was the best Burger King, Whopper in a long time. And I only eat at Burger King when I'm on the highway. Operation and service were very polite.

Went there on Sunday evening (around 7:00 p.m.). We only saw two employees behind the counter; they were busy but friendly. We waited about 35 minutes for 2 chili cheeseburgers and a small Whopper Jr. meal. My biggest disappointment came when I opened the Whopper Jr. packaging and there was no discernible, very spicy burger inside but definitely not a Whopper Jr. located. While we were waiting for the order, other employees came to Burger King in their free time; Time to chat with the working employees was possible despite the full shop and waiting customers. Good customer service is something different.

I love Burger King but this is probably the worst I've ever been to. After eating I had a stomach ache so the toilet was calling for me... Drive-in never felt like it was in use and employees seemed unmotivated as always.

Only 1 out of 4 self-check-ins work, queues form. But the employees don't take orders personally... not even an order for 3 coffees can be accepted... Cumbersome menu navigation leads to further waiting times. Then the computer system fails and no one acts... Food, as far as I can tell, OK I used the waiting time to clean the table myself. I can only agree with the others here, a complete disaster cold fries cold burgers after the burgers were returned the same ones were repackaged and handed out not thanks again!

Disaster. Staff completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Waited for almost half an hour With at least 20 other customers. Food was also cold. Apparently the drive-in is only open sporadically. I haven't seen it open in a long time. The comment that the receipt printer on the ordering machine was empty was only commented on with: “It's great when it's empty” and the device was then switched off. Really a disaster there. Update: I was there again after about a year and things were better for many people. Well, there wasn't much going on, but I've never been served as nicely at the counter as today and also received an explanation about the pros and cons of ice cubes. Keep it up!

We had to wait over 40 minutes for the food and the fries 🍟 and the burger were only luke warm. That wasn't a brilliant performance.

The last shop. I have rarely seen people like this (also called staff). If you don't know your number immediately within 0.1 milliseconds and run to the counter, you will often be shouted at loudly on the way to the counter. If I didn't know the number, I wouldn't walk up to the counter, so why blare the same number in my ear again? 2 out of 4 terminals are broken, customers who want to order at the checkout are processed with "look at the sign saying "checkout closed" so stand at the back of the terminal, I don't care that almost all of them are broken". If the guest in front of him murmurs "lick my ass..." he gets a nice "my face" from the counter staff. The waiting area is full of people, some of whom are waiting forever for their food or who are queuing to finally be able to order at one of the very, very few functioning terminals. Customer service has never been a priority in fast food chains, but this really sets the record for worst service. The best thing to do is to just go into the kitchen yourself and do your stuff, the way the employees behave would probably be the best thing for the employees too. And what do you give it all for in the end? Measly portions at exorbitant prices and you leave the store in a bad mood. If you like stress and trouble, you've come to the right place.

Worst BK visit ever!! The staff is so unfriendly that everyone needs to be sent straight to friendliness training!!! When it was busy, there was only one self-ordering counter open and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. With two hungry children. Craziness!!! Absolute disaster!!!

Fast food restaurant that takes up your time. Waited 15 minutes for two burgers, a fries and a coke. Three employees processing orders, ten customers in front of the counter, but the lady thinks she has to treat her children to free ice cream and drinks before she takes the orders. If only we had read the bad reviews beforehand and saved ourselves the wait.

When food almost becomes too slow. An open checkout, 20 people standing in line (at eight in the evening). 2 of the 4 terminals for ordering don't work, it's super dirty in the store. There is no air conditioning, which means it is stuffy and full of unpleasant smells that you definitely don't want when eating. There is also no private toilet. You have to pay extra at the rest stop. The award for the worst BK in Germany definitely goes here

Better go mccs. First of all, the preparation really took forever. There are 2 machines here, each with a front and back side, 2 sides of the machines didn't work, i.e. there were only 2 ordering locations available, there was a huge rush, we weren't allowed to order at the checkout. Very weak when 2 machines don't work and our code via the burgerking app didn't work either. We wanted to order a burger, which was displayed on the order cards above the cash register. But you couldn't choose it on the machine, which is stupid when you can't even order at the checkout. Poor performance.

Absolute juice shop! You arrive at five o'clock and then find that the shop closes at 4 p.m.!

That was the worst food and ambience I have ever experienced. The tables were dirty, thank God I was able to disinfect them with appropriate wipes. The pickles on the cheeseburger were under the patty and not on it. The ordering machines, apart from one, were not operational. Instead of mayonnaise we got ketchup. Almost every table or order complained. Employees were totally unfriendly and inflexible. No wonder McDonald's nearby was so crowded. They'll never see us again.

Sunday afternoon 3 p.m.: Waited 45 minutes for our food. Disaster! 30 people are waiting for their food. Employees are infinitely slow and don't check how to read an order, remember (e.g. which sauce was ordered with the churros) and pack quickly. Look in the packaging to see what kind of burger it is. ???? Burgers with very little lettuce and patties on the grill too long so they are dry. Never again!

I'm actually a McDonald eater, but I wanted to give Burgerking another chance. Well, what can I say: stupid! Three of the four terminals were out of order, which meant the queue stretched to the end of the room. The cash register was unmanned and you couldn't hand in the Toi slip. We then gave it to a couple who wisely wanted to eat in the restaurant next door. We waited another 10 minutes for the food itself; there were two employees there to pack. The one star is for the temperature, it was actually quite fresh and therefore hot. The tables were dirty. All in all impossible for me. It could be that they have a staff shortage, but that's still not possible. In terms of taste, the fries were quite good, but I personally like the nuggets and sauce better at McDonalds.

One of four self-service pillars works. There are three employees on site on Sunday during the holiday season. Waiting time over 30 minutes. Hardly any coupon from the app works and only individually. Sorry but no longer an option for us.

Burgers were warm, drinks unfortunately and fries weren't cooked through. It was not possible to order at the counter, only one of the kiosks was operational. Preparation took about 15 minutes. There were a lot of tablets in the store and the tables were greasy. The store appeared to be understaffed.

As is often the case, we took a break there. Was a fatal mistake. The premises are extremely hidden, the two "employees" are in a bad mood. Friendliness is a foreign word, and it's not visually appealing when you see an employee's extremely greasy hair. Extreme waiting time, despite low frequency. The scene of horror continued outside. It was almost by chance that I went to BurgerKing for the first time in 15 years. I don't understand how this company can be successful. It was probably quite nice on Sunday evening. Little staff. Terminals mostly out of service. Ordering took forever. But really unbelievable: €3.79 for a handful of cold fries. I feel pretty ripped off then.

Basically classic BK, but unfortunately there weren't enough self-service ordering counters in operation on Sunday. Staff completely overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Ambience not bad but unsuitable for families. Unfortunately, the toilets in the house are not clean and need to be replaced.

There is always a problem here... Conclusion: I will always avoid this address in the future!!! ...closed during opening hours on last visit and staff said it wasn't open yet. ... during this visit 2 of 4 ordering terminals were defective and no ordering was possible at the counter, even though there was a 10 minute wait at the ordering terminals. Redeeming the WC coupon at the order terminal is not possible, you have to pay at the checkout - you don't scan Payback because you don't know. Display when the food is ready is broken...

My great respect goes to the employee who runs the counter, orders and drive-thru alone at the front + the employee who stands alone in the kitchen. All of this on a Saturday during the holidays. When I reached second place in the huge queue, the ordering counter was closed with the message that you should order at the monitors (they were previously out). Of course you could blame this on the lack of staff blah blah but I have a tip for those. There is a competing fast food restaurant nearby. Everything runs smoothly here

Burger King in Wertheim Lengfurt was already closed at 9:25 p.m., although according to the internet and the sign on the door they are open until 10 p.m. The best thing was that the Burger King employees were sitting outside the branch smoking.

It took over 45 minutes for our order 😤 2 employees process all the orders. One makes the burgers, the second serves the people and still collects money. Only 2 of the 4 order terminals work, so there is a huge queue here too. The food was cold, both the burger and the fries. With any other BK I would have given it back straight away, but here I just didn't want to waste any more time. The employees can't do anything about it, unfortunately the shop is understaffed! Ordered here once and never again!

Not recommended! It was quiet when we were there but it was not clean. Full trays on the tables and the tables that were empty were dirty. Full trash cans and so on. The food was mediocre and not hot. There were only 2 or 3 staff members present but they didn't really continue working. When it got busier things went from bad to worse and it became a big mess. The staff was also quite young and I had the feeling that they lacked a manager to keep everything running properly.

Employees cannot agree among themselves. The product variety is small. If I remember correctly, toilets were also paid.

Absolutely subterranean performance from the food and the apparently well-overworked staff. Tables are dirty, toilet vouchers can only be redeemed at the checkout after you have ordered from the machine. And not exactly cheap...Clear recommendation: better avoid if possible....

An adventure for the whole family. You can send the children out, although they will probably already be adults by the time the order has been processed, and the parents can have a nervous breakdown in peace between the condition of the restaurant, the number and motivation of the employees and the bankruptcy that you get after buying a tiny pack of fries suffers.

Unfortunately I can't give a star for the food because this is the third time we've been here and we've never had anything. On an arrival/departure Saturday there are exactly 2 employees at the counter, the customers are lining up outside in the parking lot and there is absolutely no system inside. Terrible. All good things come in threes and we've had enough now. Drive past it on your next summer vacation and eat somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible performance, had to wait for an entire hour (!) because the staff at the front - and unfortunately there is no other way to put it - were not able to pack and prioritize the orders correctly. Some burgers that were ordered were freshly prepared and then sat on display for at least half an hour until the staff was able to make a drink for the burger and give it to the person who had already pointed out several times that everything was there .

The slowest Burger King I've ever experienced... All orders are processed serially, i.e. the employee has been asking for a specific burger for 10 minutes, even though there are around 30 other burgers waiting under the heat bridge and 14 orders are open. I hope the Chilli Cheese that has been requested several times comes soon, because he won't pack another bag before then, even if the burgers were there...

Food has now become outrageously expensive. The small fries are now cheekily sold as a large portion. The waiting time was very long even though there were hardly any customers. Emergency solution on the motorway, unfortunately that's all it is!
