I can only agree with the others here, a complete disaster cold fries cold burgers after the burgers were returned the same ones were repackaged and handed out not thanks again!

Disaster. Staff completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Waited for almost half an hour With at least 20 other customers. Food was also cold. Apparently the drive-in is only open sporadically. I haven't seen it open in a long time. The comment that the receipt printer on the ordering machine was empty was only commented on with: “It's great when it's empty” and the device was then switched off. Really a disaster there. Update: I was there again after about a year and things were better for many people. Well, there wasn't much going on, but I've never been served as nicely at the counter as today and also received an explanation about the pros and cons of ice cubes. Keep it up!

Waited 45 minutes for the food. No cash register open, just a terminal on. Fries were dark brown, burgers were on the shelf for ages (salad was brown, buns were hard).

We had to wait over 40 minutes for the food and the fries 🍟 and the burger were only luke warm. That wasn't a brilliant performance.

The last shop. I have rarely seen people like this (also called staff). If you don't know your number immediately within 0.1 milliseconds and run to the counter, you will often be shouted at loudly on the way to the counter. If I didn't know the number, I wouldn't walk up to the counter, so why blare the same number in my ear again? 2 out of 4 terminals are broken, customers who want to order at the checkout are processed with "look at the sign saying "checkout closed" so stand at the back of the terminal, I don't care that almost all of them are broken". If the guest in front of him murmurs "lick my ass..." he gets a nice "my face" from the counter staff. The waiting area is full of people, some of whom are waiting forever for their food or who are queuing to finally be able to order at one of the very, very few functioning terminals. Customer service has never been a priority in fast food chains, but this really sets the record for worst service. The best thing to do is to just go into the kitchen yourself and do your stuff, the way the employees behave would probably be the best thing for the employees too. And what do you give it all for in the end? Measly portions at exorbitant prices and you leave the store in a bad mood. If you like stress and trouble, you've come to the right place.

Worst BK visit ever!! The staff is so unfriendly that everyone needs to be sent straight to friendliness training!!! When it was busy, there was only one self-ordering counter open and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. With two hungry children. Craziness!!! Absolute disaster!!!

Fast food restaurant that takes up your time. Waited 15 minutes for two burgers, a fries and a coke. Three employees processing orders, ten customers in front of the counter, but the lady thinks she has to treat her children to free ice cream and drinks before she takes the orders. If only we had read the bad reviews beforehand and saved ourselves the wait.

Dissatisfaction again, the unpleasant lady behind the cash register who is too lazy to ask how big of a coffee I want and makes me the smallest one. I gave them another chance, but never again.

When food almost becomes too slow. An open checkout, 20 people standing in line (at eight in the evening). 2 of the 4 terminals for ordering don't work, it's super dirty in the store. There is no air conditioning, which means it is stuffy and full of unpleasant smells that you definitely don't want when eating. There is also no private toilet. You have to pay extra at the rest stop. The award for the worst BK in Germany definitely goes here

Better go mccs. First of all, the preparation really took forever. There are 2 machines here, each with a front and back side, 2 sides of the machines didn't work, i.e. there were only 2 ordering locations available, there was a huge rush, we weren't allowed to order at the checkout. Very weak when 2 machines don't work and our code via the burgerking app didn't work either. We wanted to order a burger, which was displayed on the order cards above the cash register. But you couldn't choose it on the machine, which is stupid when you can't even order at the checkout. Poor performance.

Juice shop… Waited half an hour for food. There are four ordering terminals but only one works and you can't order anything at the checkout.

I'm actually a McDonald eater, but I wanted to give Burgerking another chance. Well, what can I say: stupid! Three of the four terminals were out of order, which meant the queue stretched to the end of the room. The cash register was unmanned and you couldn't hand in the Toi slip. We then gave it to a couple who wisely wanted to eat in the restaurant next door. We waited another 10 minutes for the food itself; there were two employees there to pack. The one star is for the temperature, it was actually quite fresh and therefore hot. The tables were dirty. All in all impossible for me. It could be that they have a staff shortage, but that's still not possible. In terms of taste, the fries were quite good, but I personally like the nuggets and sauce better at McDonalds.

Sunday afternoon 3 p.m.: Waited 45 minutes for our food. Disaster! 30 people are waiting for their food. Employees are infinitely slow and don't check how to read an order, remember (e.g. which sauce was ordered with the churros) and pack quickly. Look in the packaging to see what kind of burger it is. ???? Burgers with very little lettuce and patties on the grill too long so they are dry. Never again!

That was the worst food and ambience I have ever experienced. The tables were dirty, thank God I was able to disinfect them with appropriate wipes. The pickles on the cheeseburger were under the patty and not on it. The ordering machines, apart from one, were not operational. Instead of mayonnaise we got ketchup. Almost every table or order complained. Employees were totally unfriendly and inflexible. No wonder McDonald's nearby was so crowded. They'll never see us again.

One of four self-service pillars works. There are three employees on site on Sunday during the holiday season. Waiting time over 30 minutes. Hardly any coupon from the app works and only individually. Sorry but no longer an option for us.

Burgers were warm, drinks unfortunately and fries weren't cooked through. It was not possible to order at the counter, only one of the kiosks was operational. Preparation took about 15 minutes. There were a lot of tablets in the store and the tables were greasy. The store appeared to be understaffed.

As is often the case, we took a break there. Was a fatal mistake. The premises are extremely hidden, the two "employees" are in a bad mood. It was almost by chance that I went to BurgerKing for the first time in 15 years. I don't understand how this company can be successful. It was probably quite nice on Sunday evening. Little staff. Basically classic BK, but unfortunately there weren't enough self-service ordering counters in operation on Sunday. Staff completely overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Ambience not bad but unsuitable for families. Unfortunately, the toilets in the house are not clean and need to be replaced.

My great respect goes to the employee who runs the counter, orders and drive-thru alone at the front + the employee who stands alone in the kitchen. All of this on a Saturday during the holidays. When I reached second place in the huge queue, the ordering counter was closed with the message that you should order at the monitors (they were previously out). There is always a problem here... Conclusion: I will always avoid this address in the future!!! ...closed during opening hours on last visit and staff said it wasn't open yet. ... during this visit 2 of 4 ordering terminals were defective and no ordering was possible at the counter, even though there was a 10 minute wait at the ordering terminals. Redeeming the WC coupon at the order terminal is not possible, you have to pay at the checkout - you don't scan Payback because you don't know. Display when the food is ready is broken...

Plan for waiting times of more than 40 minutes. Processes here definitely need to be improved. And definitely more employees needed. It was a mistake coming here.

I feel sorry for the only two employees who were assigned. The cash register is not staffed and four machines did not work even though there was a rush of people. Not recommended! It was quiet when we were there but it was not clean. Full trays on the tables and the tables that were empty were dirty. Full trash cans and so on. The food was mediocre and not hot. There were only 2 or 3 staff members present but they didn't really continue working. When it got busier things went from bad to worse and it became a big mess. The staff was also quite young and I had the feeling that they lacked a manager to keep everything running properly.

An adventure for the whole family. You can send the children out, although they will probably already be adults by the time the order has been processed, and the parents can have a nervous breakdown in peace between the condition of the restaurant, the number and motivation of the employees and the bankruptcy that you get after buying a tiny pack of fries suffers.

I would prefer not to give a star for anything: the staff is completely incompetent. I noticed that instead of vegan nuggets, normal ones were being served. The terminals are also unusable. It is not possible to use your own cell phone. The ordering process and the waiting time are disproportionately long. There is no way I would stop here again to even order a burger.

Unfortunately I can't give a star for the food because this is the third time we've been here and we've never had anything. On an arrival/departure Saturday there are exactly 2 employees at the counter, the customers are lining up outside in the parking lot and there is absolutely no system inside. Terrible. All good things come in threes and we've had enough now. Drive past it on your next summer vacation and eat somewhere else.

The time when you liked ordering from Burger King is completely over. I've known the restaurant for many years, but what's going on here is bordering on outrageous. If you want to pay in cash in a restaurant, you must first take a foreign language course. You are then rudely directed to the machines. Are you perhaps not trained to count remaining money correctly? I have personally experienced guests who were passing through and looked puzzled when they were turned away from paying because they wanted to pay in cash. I'll just mention the Burger King in Bad Mergentheim or on trips north in Tornesch. There you can experience and feel customer friendliness at any time. I would suggest to the staff, with a lack of enthusiasm, that they close the shop and put a currywurst stand in there. Because that no longer has anything to do with customer service. A good example is McDonald's, where service is still very important. But since you would like alternatives, the only thing left to do with this restaurant is to avoid it and go to the competition. I don't eat here anymore.

If there are two customers in front of you, you can expect it to take 20 minutes until you get your food. The error rate is also simply too high. A burger is often made wrong or completely forgotten. Decent standard restaurant. The negative are the services, common in the area where it is located, small and overpaid. If you've already paid for a meal, it's a shame to charge a euro to use it.

We waited 25 minutes from ordering to delivery, but in the meantime the burgers were ready. They had been in the bin for more than 20 minutes. The kitchen is quite fast, but the two grumpy employees who serve the food were really slow, and not a single order went away 100% correctly. Which of course causes even more delays. Weird system, with workers that we have to order from machines and at 2 o'clock tomatoes are out of the machine, 45 people wait, it takes about 20 minutes and then ordering. So I think we'll have to prepare our own food in the future. Strange employees at that. Better to go to Burger King slowly.

The worst and slowest Burger King I have ever experienced. In addition, the employees are unfriendly. Unfortunately I only read all the bad reviews afterwards otherwise I would have avoided it. Because of the conditions, I wrote to Burger King directly in the hope that the responsible branch manager would take care of the issue, as Google reviews are not taken seriously by such large chains. Even by email I only received the standardized letters, so I am forced to use this platform to warn people about this cruel branch.

Large fries weren't even enough to pass as small fries - they were also limp, cold and tasted like they had been made the day before. Same with the nuggets - some as hard as rock, others mushy. Definitely not fresh. The crowning glory was the employee - rude as hell - shouting nonsense throughout the store and his subsequent phone call could be heard from a 100 meter radius. All in all a solid 1/5 - would never come again.

For the 50th time at my favorite BK, as I have lived here for a long time. Unfortunately, this establishment has only developed in one direction over the years and that is towards shit. Unmotivated employees apart from Ms. T. <3 (This one star is only for her). The opening times are now between 1:59 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. In addition, the drive and the beautiful new mouthpiece are permanently on burn-out vacation. Anyone looking for fast food here will unfortunately be disappointed with extremely long waiting times and terribly poor service. So no problem for camper friends, because I consider a bed for the waiting time to be a necessity. Everyone else is advised to take a tent, because a few hours of sleep will probably help to compensate for the 180 heart rate and the increased blood pressure. Finally, it should be noted that I am an absolute BK fan but unfortunately I am often forced to switch to the restaurant with the golden seagull due to the inability to eat. Very bad "restaurant"! In any case, it is not a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, the order didn't come because the employees didn't want to speak English or German. Not even the hint that the order terminals don't work and that you could order from them at the checkout. Instead, they stand on their feet and look out the window.

The food at Burger King is downright disgusting. The burgers are so chewy they'll chip your teeth, and the taste is reminiscent of cardboard with a hint of old sweat. The fries are more suitable as food for pigs than for people, and the sauces seem to come straight from the gutter. Even the tomato was still frozen. If you want to get serious food poisoning, Burger King is the place to be.
