Every damn time something is missing from the drive-in. Today the entire 3x fries were missing and we only noticed it 28 km further on... turning around was no longer an option. This isn't the first time, but hey if you think you can't go wrong with an order of 1 menu, 2x fries and 2 apple turnovers... this McD proves the opposite. IN THE FUTURE, EVERY TIME check the order on site, no matter how long it takes and no matter how many people are in line, that is money that has been embezzled. 1x is coincidence, 2x is bad luck, but 3x is intentional and for me there have been 8 or 9 times where something was missing and where the wrong thing was in the bag is not even counted...

Large McDonalds with plenty of seating. Ordered the food with table service and it didn't take long. Tables and lounge area were clean. Unfortunately, toilet cubicles were a bit dirty. Therefore a star deduction. Otherwise everything was great

I will no longer be a guest here. We were here at 12:30, ordered from the machine and there was no activity to speak of. Nevertheless, we had to wait 15 minutes for two menus. When the food came, the curly fries were soggy and the Big Mac was cold. The stickers for Monopoly were only received upon request. The menu was supposed to be made at, the burger was just reheated, which I don't think is right and it was labeled that way. Disgusting! Never again this Mac Donalds! Maybe a new team, but they should be able to manage these simple tasks somehow! When I imagine that the burger is simply made hot again, I don't even want to imagine the remaining hygienic conditions. In addition, the sanitary facilities must also be checked and cleaned from time to time. The only plus point: the hand disinfection worked. Conclusion: No, thank you!

The order was made quickly and was still hot. Staff was also friendly and accommodating. However, the toilet looked absolutely disgusting, even for a fast food restaurant.

Every order is incomplete and/or incorrect. Every order must be complained about. When ordering a menu and a burger, how can you forget the menu burger? I had a "Big Tasty Bacon" twice in this McDonald's, only without bacon. Something is really wrong in the branch.

I can't afford it because I'm dependent on charity and can't move away from here for now. In any case, the street here is supposed to be a dud, because people can't even find you in Marktheidenfeld if they don't already know you. I would really like to know what your franchisors eat all day long so as not to support you eating like normal! Of course, not everyone understands that - but above all I don't understand why everything is getting better and even the DA Ye99 with its thick one can easily fit across the parking lot and the other blue ones didn't say anything to my NIGHTblue other than me wanted to go into the exit where they were already standing to take a look themselves, but then quickly turned it off when I came back to get what the nice lady didn't want to get for me at first! Weird bird? Yes, send McNacked there sometimes too!

Very nice McDonald's but the service is bad. It was busy but I think that's predictable. Therefore, please have more and, above all, good staff. Something was missing from every order. That's not possible and I don't understand why MCDONALDS isn't doing anything about it...

I've been here several times and I always think it's great that fast food is really quick here, no matter how busy the restaurant is. And it is very often full.

Probably one of the most lucrative McDs in BaWü, but disastrous to get to or from by car. Due to the location at the entrance and exit to the outlet center and the gas station opposite, not recommended, especially on weekends.

You look forward to a good morning coffee in the restaurant, ordered on site and there is only a paper cup! If it were possible to provide enough coffee cups, it's a shame

Toilets are clean and have automatic doors, there were candles on the tables and the food came quickly, warm and tasty. Nicest branch I've been to so far!

I think it is one of the best McDonald's. New and modern building. Convenient parking, large hall and plenty of outdoor space. Attentive and friendly staff. Very quick service. We had fresh flowers and candles on the table for breakfast, very nice

A clear no to food. The Big Mac menu was lukewarm. The salad was not on the Bic Mac but in the container. The slice of cheese wasn't nearly melted. Instead of the mayonnaise we ordered, ketchup was delivered. The cola I ordered had almost no carbonation and tasted watery.

The app didn't work, the staff couldn't help, the biggest problem was that no one really spoke/understood German, left again without eating because you couldn't pay without PayPal/app

In my opinion, this is an exemplary institution for the entire network. Beautiful view, location, very nice interior, everything is functional and convenient. The service is very good because 90% of the employees are Europeans.

Normally I rarely write a Google review, but I had to do it here because it's just great and I'd recommend it!! We come here very often to eat, everything was always great… food was great, employees were always nice (still a lot of work) and we always enjoyed being there ☺️ That's why my junior wanted to celebrate his 8th birthday there... Everything went smoothly!! We made an order for 16 people all at once... food came very quickly... and we didn't like anything... we also had some peace and quiet in the party room... and junior also got a small gift!! So children were happy, I was very happy!!!!and I think we will celebrate more birthdays there!!! Thanks for a great Saturday and many greetings to 2 nice managers!! It's been a long time since I had a McDonald's breakfast that was neither good nor according to the menu, a protein/egg yolk flatbread as scrambled eggs in the wrap, which had been lying there for a long time after the packaging had stuck to the wrap... Horrible

Very futuristic, an advantage, you hardly have to touch anything in the toilets, especially after washing your hands. The food is like in any Mces restaurant.

Tables should be wiped down. The toilets should also be cleaned more often and checked to see if everything is in order and available. The food was okay, the fries were fresh but the burgers were lukewarm.

Breakfast scrambled egg wrap, stuck to the paper, which wasn't nice. A large part of it got stuck. Otherwise as expected

It's not even worth one star. Which fast food shop takes over 20 minutes for a McMorning Burger. The excuse was that they were out of eggs. Yes, yes, but 20 people behind me who had ordered the same thing only with more food got it before me. Not even an apology. Really this one old woman ruined my day today. I actually like McDonalds, but the service really messed it up. I also ask you to please never go into this store again. There is no value in making money.

We enjoyed our visit at your McDonald's. We ordered a l Coffee Grande, Latte Macchiato and a piece of strawberry cake which was packed in a fancy Mc Cafe box. The service was pleasant and quick. The colourful baloons were especially bright and attractive creating the feeling of happiness and joy. The atmosphere was nice. The cake and coffee were very delicious. The glass toilet door opened itself once you approach it. Everything was clean. Thank you very much for your pleasant service.

I read in the reviews that something was often missing from the order, so I DIDN'T go through the drive - that was a good decision. For me, 2 cheeseburgers and two peach yogurt pockets were missing, basically over half of the order. I had to complain twice, they were upset about the peach yoghurt, but so was I. Sometimes a part of the order is forgotten, 4 parts is a lot, especially since that seems to happen quite often here... So no, you better check what you ordered IMMEDIATELY.

Ordered 2x large latte macchiato to take away. Actually 0.4 as it is stated on the outside of the cup. Even with at least 0.1l of milk foam, we couldn't get to 0.4l. And that for just under €5 (what??!!) per coffee. No thanks not again, I can at least get my 0.4l for my money in other branches. Unfortunately, the employees weren't friendly either.

Unfortunately disappointing. If you come from further away, you won't be able to use the app at first, you'll have to re-register for Wi-Fi. Then I looked for coupons (for Double Mc Ripp). After clicking 1-2 times I couldn't find them. Things got difficult when I asked an employee. There were language problems. Then I showed her the app and asked if there were coupons for Mc-Ripp. Unfortunately, she didn't understand me and said there was only a menu. Exasperated, I then ordered the menu in an extra Mc-Rib. After some time I clicked through the app in a complicated way and finally found a coupon for Double Mc-Ripp. So I had paid too much due to the employee's ignorance and ignorance. Wow, how beautiful it turned out. The last time I was there was two years ago and it was still a tent due to renovations. We have been coming here for years as a stopover back to the Netherlands from Austria. From an old small Mc now to a super large clean one with plenty of seats and parking. Food was also good quality. Pleasantly surprised 👍🏻

Het was junk-food,goed voor snel iets binnente hebben van eten en verder te rijden. Het was niet goed maar ook niet slecht. Duur voor hetgeen men krijgt.Wel een snelle bediening.

Bestellt und wir hatten beide Lebensmittel Vergiftung ganze Nacht gekotzt Durchfall jetzt liegen wir beide im Bett mit Durchfall...wollte zum arzt Bescheinigung holen um bei Gesundheitsamt es vorzulegen aber leider zu schwach gewesen um zum arzt zu fahren

Ich bin ja sehr für Nachhaltig bzw. gegen Müll. Irgendwie muss man auch Lösungen für einige Dinge anbieten. Mc Drive verstehe ich so, bestellen, abholen, weiter fahren. Aber ein Getränk mit fettem Plastikdeckel, der offen ist,(Loch) unklug. Ich habe um einen Trinkhalm gebeten, (der Mitbewerber bietet welche aus Pape an) wurde mir auf die energischste Weise abgelehnt. Beim losfahren, schwabte dann auch gleich die Cola mal schön auf die Mittelkonsole. Ich bin echt gegen Müll, aber beim McDrive sollte da eine Lösung gefunden werden. McD ist echt keine Reverenz mehr, zumal auch sehr unfreundlich und teuer. Mich seht Ihr nicht mehr.
