McCafe serves cold cappuccino and strawberry cake with barely any strawberries. Furthermore, the service is totally awkward.

Something's always missing from your order. They even have to check an order for two burgers. I really wonder what kind of people work here that make the simplest orders such a huge challenge.

Waiting time at peak times is ok and acceptable, but the fact that you pay and items are missing or wrong is not acceptable. Even after a complaint it was still not true.

1 star is still too much for this store. We had to wait for a full three quarters of an hour for a happy meal for our daughter. Apparently there was nothing in the system, even though we have now shown the receipt to 4 different staff members. Absolute disgrace and not recommended. This is the last time you've seen us.

I know better branches of the same boss, much better! You can't be serious if, after 30 minutes and various employees have been spoken to, you get the excuse: "Excuse me, but the order is not in the system". It is a modern McDonald's restaurant with many ordering terminals. The toilets are contactless. There are numerous parking and seating options. One negative point, however, is that the orders, such as coffee, are not prepared openly in front of the customers, but in the back where you can't see it. This is not ideal because you cannot check whether the drinks are actually made with lactose-free or oat milk.

Make an advertisement for breakfast on an advertising clip, but there isn't one...hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller...the cucumber is a 3 cm slice, why don't you just leave it out...the fries are usually lukewarm...well, make up your own mind

Went to McDrive today after a nice day of shopping - then noticed on the highway that both the nuggets we ordered and the McRib were missing from the bag. Strangely enough, there was no receipt in the bag either - so there was no way to prove that half of the order was missing and no way to leave feedback with the store. A rogue who thinks evil... Staff otherwise friendly, waiting time okay. The food we got was fresh and good.

I thought so after the late shift, oh go to the Mac and buy yourself something. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets. Order was ready extremely quickly, about 2 minutes. When I get home I open the box and what was inside? 12 chicken nuggets for the price of 20. That was really the last time I spent money there. I'd rather have a sausage at the truck stop.

This McDonald's is a frequent stop on my way to and from Bavaria throughout the year. Very crowded during summer holidays, and a popular stop for school trips, not so bad the rest of the year. Wertheim outlet mall is right next to it, and as a McCafe as well. The McSmart Menu is an excellent deal.

Order went well, device was defective. Table service also okay. Burgers clapped together carelessly like everywhere else. The cheese nugguts... taste nothing! Can you do without it? No matter, the later service at the McCafe was very friendly... but selling yesterday's goods "fart-dry" is not possible. The donut... a failure! Well, it's just not a star restaurant 🤣

Rubbish you don't understand what you are eating

The sauce on the fish burger was almost completely wrong. The fries were lukewarm and the whole place was pretty dirty. The tables are sticky and you can see cobwebs everywhere.

Purchased for €45. Milkshake came with a straw, all other drinks don't come with a straw. My brother mistakenly took the straw. When I asked at the checkout if I could have another one, the answer was no. In addition, you can only redeem 3 coupons per order and you will not be informed of this. Terrible service, will never come back.

The food is like everywhere else at McDonalds and everyone has their own opinion about it! But the restaurant looks very new and fresh. Every damn time something is missing from the drive-in. Today the entire 3x fries were missing and we only noticed it 28 km further on... turning around was no longer an option. This isn't the first time, but hey if you think you can't go wrong with an order of 1 menu, 2x fries and 2 apple turnovers... this McD proves the opposite. IN THE FUTURE, EVERY TIME check the order on site, no matter how long it takes and no matter how many people are in line, that is money that has been embezzled. 1x is coincidence, 2x is bad luck, but 3x is intentional and for me there have been 8 or 9 times where something was missing and where the wrong thing was in the bag is not even counted...

Wir haben 2 Menüs zum mitnehmen bestellt und waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben Cola bestellt ohne Eis und erhalten haben wir mit Eis. Habe versucht es der jungen Frau am Schalter zu erklären, aber irgend wie hat sie mich nicht verstanden und mir erklärt. Alles gut ! Das es dann nicht ganz so schlimm wird mit dem Eis waren die Burger auch kalt. Aber der Hammer ist das wir ca 15 Minuten gebraucht haben um den Parkplatz wieder zu verlassen. Es gab einen großen Rückstau auf der Mc Drive Spur die sinnvoll durch den Parkplatz läuft und man sich in der Reihe anstellen muss um auszufahren. Werde ich mit Sicherheit nicht mehr anfahren.

Moin Folks, nun, wie immer, mal zwischendurch und für gut befunden. Die Menschen, verantwortlichen Personen freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein riesengroßes Restaurant mit Service-Ecken. Für Kinder auch etwas mehr Platz und ja für E-Mobilität eine Ladesäule gesichtet. Für mich war es sehr ordentlich sauber und flotter Tisch-Service, dabei freundlich und gut. 👍

When the food came, the curly fries were soggy and the Big Mac was cold. The stickers for Monopoly were only received upon request. The menu was supposed to be made at, the burger was just reheated, which I don't think is right and it was labeled that way. Disgusting! Never again this Mac Donalds! Maybe a new team, but they should be able to manage these simple tasks somehow! When I imagine that the burger is simply made hot again, I don't even want to imagine the remaining hygienic conditions.
