McDonald's Restaurant in Bochum

Das ist der schlimmste McDonald's in der Gegend. Ich bin schon wieder hier und es ist wieder eine Katastrophe. Die Toiletten sehen ekelhaft aus, und jedes Mal, wenn ich hier auf Toilette gehe, klebt der Boden!

Weiß nicht ob die eine Klimaanlage haben. Es ist sehr warm. Ansonsten ist das Essen gut.

Bin gerne hier. Steht's freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich gehe immer an die Bestell-Theke. Diese Automaten sind nicht mein Ding. Ich hatte mich geoutet, die Mitarbeiter zeigten für mich bisher immer Verständnis. Vielen Dank dafür 🤗🫶

Ich fahre öfters durch den drive in, und die Qualität ist für McDonalds gut, jedoch bei ca 10 Bestellung sind min 4 unvollständig, es fehlen ne mal ein burger, Pommes oder chicken MC nuggets. Und dafür fahre ich nicht hin. Aber damit ich mir dafür die Mühe mache und eine negative Rezension schreibe dauert. Also bitte versucht doch die Vollständigkeit vor der rausgebe zu überprüfen.

Komplett unfreundliches Team Burger waren auch total trocken War mit McDonald’s immer zufrieden, aber hier her komm ich nicht nochmal

Essen viel zu ölig, beim Happy Meal fast kein Spielzeug mehr da.

Schnell und lecker. Ideal für den spontanen Hunger.

Unfassbar, was ich heute um 14:30 bei Mc Donalds erlebt habe. Ich habe ein Happy Meal für meinen Sohn bestellt. Nachdem bezahlen an der Kasse, sah ich eine freundliche Dame ein Happy Meal zubereiten und dachte das wäre schon unsere Bestellung. Die war es aber nicht. Daraufhin pampte mich der Chef in einem Ton an, sowas hab ich bei Mc Donalds echt noch nie erlebt. Ich dachte echt ich bin im falschen Film. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich echt selten erlebt. Er kann froh sein, dass das Essen für meinen Sohn, sonst hätte ich sofort mein Geld zurück verlangt. So eine Person darf nicht auf Kunden los gelassen werden. Ich hoffe, dass der nicht auch so mit seinen Mitarbeiterin umgeht 😢

Extrem lange Wartezeit, mit "schnellrestaurant" hat das nichts zu tun

Was soll ich sagen halt der am nächsten gelegene seiner Art. Aber leider nicht der Beste. Im Drive in hab ich es selten erlebt, dass die Bestellung komplett richtig war und nichts fehlte. Im Restaurant selber war ich jetzt seit Jahrzehnten mal wieder und leider ist mein letzter Stand nicht besser geworden. Renovierungen sind seit meines letzten Besuches erfolgt. Aber die Tische immernoch alle dreckig und so brechend voll war es nicht, das man diese nicht mal hätte überwischen können.

Qualität der McD typischen Produkte sind ungetrübt gut und das Restaurant selbst ist sauber. Die Abwicklung beim DriveIn ist allerdings katastrophal. Im Regelfall dauert es Ewigkeiten von der Bestellung bis zur Abholung - zudem ist häufig das erste Terminal bei der Bestellannahme defekt, so daß alles direkt über die Kasse läuft. Von 4 Vorbestellungen per App waren alle unvollständig oder falsch. Entweder wird eine Portion Pommes vergessen, falsche Burger eingepackt oder einfach Sorte X vom McFlurry genommen anstatt der bestellten Kombination. Für mal fix einen McD Burger auf die Hand kann man hier bedenkenlos hin. Für mehr als 2 Teile sollte man jedenfalls nicht den DriveIn nutzen, es sei denn, man steht auf eine Überraschungstüte. Update: Wenn man für nen Burger im DriveIn 45++ Minuten warten möchte: DAS ist euer GoTo-Mc Donalds Restaurant!

Dauert am Wochende länger aber sonst gut

Double melted Cheese Menü bestellt um nen Hamburger mit einem slice bacon zu bekommen, kein Käse keine Soße. Ist nicht das erste Mal das was fehlt aber, bis jetzt waren es komplette Sachen und nicht der halbe burger

20min für 2 chicken Burger gehts noch ????

Sehr schlecht geführt! Es ist 34°C aber keine Klimatisierung. Gegenüberliegende Türen offen, damit wenigstens Windzug reinkommt. Toiletten oben, Trockner reagiert nicht, Seife fehlt. Sitze/Tische teilweise verschmutzt. Sehr schlecht!

Haben heute bestellt er fehlten Sachen und jedes Mal sagen die das die eismaschine kapput ist wohl die Mitarbeiter Eis essen dieser Laden keine Empfehlung.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin um 02:56 hier in McDonald’s, als wir beim Drive In waren war ein respektloser Mitarbeiter der ohne Grund geschrien hat, ich denke dass ist sehr unprofessionell für so eine weltweite Gastronomie, der Mitarbeiter war glaube ich türkisch und hatte seine haare mit Haargel gemacht. Nie wieder würde ich hier hin kommen zu mcs beim drive unglaublich!!!

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel.Toiletten absolut widerlich.Selbst am Bahnhof sind sie sauberer.Essen war zusammen gematscht und richtig kalt.2 Tage Durchfall danach gehabt.Lange Wartezeit und unfreundlich dem Kunden gegenüber.Sowas hab ich bei McDonalds noch nicht erlebt.Beschwerde wurde an McDonalds gesendet.Nie mehr diese Filiale

Der ganze Boden klebt und die Toiletten waren so saudreckig, daß ich ohne zu Essen gegangen bin. Das schlimmste McDonald's-Restaurant, daß ich jemals betreten habe!!!!

Zu Voll, Mitarbeiter überfordert, Essen lauwarm.

Essen halt wie bei jeden McDoof Wartezeiten sind völlig normal je nachdem wie viel los ist. Kommt mn zu Stosszeiten muss man das in Kauf nehmen wie überall sonst. Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass mittlerweile auch online bestellt werden kann und diese Bestellungen auch ohne sichtbare Kunden abgearbeitet werden müssen. Klar hab ich schon größere und schönere Fililen gesehen... diese liegt an der Autobahn, ist dadurch auch hoch frequentiert. Wie überall kann es vorkommen, daß man neue Mitarbeiter hat oder Fehler passieren. Kann man höflich absprechen und es wird gut reagiert - meine Erfahrung. Zur Inneneinrichtung kann ich nichts sagen, da ich immer zum mitnehmen bestelle. Mal drinnen mal im mc drive. Hab schon schlimmeren Service erlebt. Z.B. Köngen mc donald in BW wo man nur bar zahlen darf und alle angepisst wirken. Oder auch Essen steele wo die Mitarbeiter leider in der Mehrzahl ebenfalls weniger höflich sind. Kann aber auch das verstehen irgendwo... kommt halt auch drauf an wie viele unfreundliche Kunden man am Tag schon so hatte und auf die Arbektsbedingungen. Sind auch nur Menschen... Manche Kunden wären in einer Gaststätte rausgegangen.. . Hier sind sie König

War alles sehr frisch im Geschmack!

Ich habe Chicken Nuggets dort bestellt mit anderen Sachen angekommen waren aber nur Nuggets mit Chili/Spicy Nuggets und weniger richtige Nuggets

Größter Drecksladen. Man wartet über 1 Stunde auf seine Bestellung und dann wird noch frech gesagt, dass wir eine weitere Stunde warten sollen. Menschen die 20-30 Minuten vor uns kamen, haben sogar die Bestellung vorher erhalten.

Als Veganer oder Vegetarier würde ich mir zweimal überlegen, ob ich McDonald's mit meiner Bestellung vertrauen kann. Wir waren gestern nach dem Schwimmen dort, um etwas Kleines zu essen, und hatten zu unserem Menü sechs normale Nuggets dabei. Beim Essen hat eine Freundin vor mir festgestellt, dass ein Nugget etwas anders schmeckt. Wir haben den Nugget etwss untersucht und festgestellt, dass sich ein veganer Nugget reingeschlichen hat. Das war für uns bzw. meine Freundin nicht schlimm, aber wir sind uns nicht mehr sicher, wie gut die veganen Sachen von den normalen Sachen unterschieden werden und ob man auch dann 100 % das bekommt, was man bestellt, was jetzt die Nuggets angeht. Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall ist der McDonald’s sehr schön aufgebaut und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Kassenbon ist von 18:00 Uhr. Während ich diese Bewertung um 18:57 Uhr schreibe, haben wir unsere Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten. Fast eine Stunde Wartezeit für Fast Food ist völlig inakzeptabel. Leider ist das nicht das erste Problem in dieser Filiale. Bereits bei früheren Besuchen fehlten mehrfach Produkte oder Bestellungen wurden unvollständig ausgegeben. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten waren nicht gereinigt, überall lag Papier herum und die Mülleimer waren sowohl in den Toiletten als auch im Gastraum im Obergeschoss überfüllt. Zusätzlich war die Luft im Obergeschoss sowie in den Toiletten extrem stickig und unangenehm. Insgesamt gehört diese Filiale im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s-Restaurants in Bochum zu den schlechtesten, die ich bisher besucht habe.

Sauberkeit Katastrophe, geht gar nicht. Echt schade.

Obwohl wir das falsche Getränk und die falsche Soße bekommen hatten, tauschte das Personal sie freundlicherweise gegen die falschen aus. Es ist sauber, anders als andere McDonald's-Filialen, die wir besucht haben (vor allem die am Essener Bahnhof war ekelhaft). Zwei Bestellungen wurden schnell bearbeitet, die zweite, etwas größere Bestellung dauerte jedoch etwas länger. Es kommt also wohl darauf an, was man bestellt. Ansonsten ist es in Ordnung (nicht übermäßig freundlich, aber für ein Schnellrestaurant akzeptabel).

Recht sauber und ruhig, aber das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich.

Bisher hatten wir alles was bestellt wurde in guter Qualität und heiß. Leider beim MC Drive häufig fehlende Artikel aus der Bestellung.... also immer schön den Beleg mitnehmen und vor dem Wegfahren kontrollieren. Uns fehlte einmal ein ganzes Menü. Ganz großes + ist aber die blonde Dame am McDrive Schalter - immer nett und auch humorvolle, sehr sehr sympathisch! Der Dame sollten sie gerne mal einen Bonus zukommen lassen 😉 wir freuen uns jedes Mal wenn wir sie sehen - also - "Liebe Grüße, sie haben schon mehrfach unseren Tag erhellt!"

Das schlechteste McDonald’s, in dem ich je war. Nachdem ich bestellt hatte, habe ich dem Mitarbeiter extra gesagt, dass ich eine Zwiebelallergie habe und keine Zwiebeln im Essen möchte. Trotzdem hat er das Essen mit Zwiebeln gemacht und meinte dann einfach: „Ich habe es schon gemacht, ich werde es nicht ändern oder wegwerfen.“ Dabei hat er uns auch noch vor allen Leuten im Restaurant bloßgestellt. Am Ende mussten wir das Essen zurückgeben und sogar zweimal bezahlen, weil er sich geweigert hat, ein neues Essen ohne Zwiebeln zu machen. Ich kann wirklich niemandem empfehlen, dort hinzugehen.

Hervorragender Kaffee, hervorragender Service

auf meinem Burger habe ich Bacon gehabt. Als ich das ansprach, wurde der Mitarbeiter (anders gekleidet als die anderen, sicherlich Vorgesetzter) sehr unfreundlich und meinte zu mir, dass wir solch Diskussionen nicht mehr anfangen und wurde leicht aggressiv. Sehr sehr unfreundlich und sicherlich mein letzter Besuch.

Sauber, Ruhiges Obergeschoss, schneller Service

Bekomme jedesmal dort Pommes die noch halb roh und labbrig sind. Denke jedesmal das es nur ein Einzelfall ist und werde immer wieder enttäuscht.

Wenn der Mitarbeiter während der Bearbeitung der Bestellung telefoniert, fehlt eine Pommes und der Deckel des Takeaway-Getränkes fliegt vom Getränk. Nie wieder.

Wir warteten 25 Minuten auf ein kaltes, lieblos zubereitetes Essen. Die Pommes waren nicht durchgegart und der Burger war in Soße ertränkt. Das Personal war langsam, schlecht organisiert und wirkte völlig überfordert. Da wir noch fahren mussten, konnten wir das Essen nicht zurückgeben, sonst hätte ich mein Geld zurückverlangt. Eine furchtbare Erfahrung – wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Mal wieder falsche Burger beim Drive , und diesmal haben die sogar einen Petti beim Bigmc vergessen. Ich gehe ja schon seit Jahrzehnten da Essen aber im Moment echt nicht gut.

Typischer McDonalds Drive In, gestern gabs beim McFlurry Magnum Billionaire keine Schokostückchen und leider auch keinen Hinweis bzw Preisnachlass, denn ein Eis mit Karamelsauce was dem entsprach, kostet deutlich weniger. Heute ist er dann gekennzeichnet als ausverkauft. schlechtes Marketing, Werbung machen und keine Zutaten daneben.

Die Freundlichkeit der Arbeitenden ist nicht vorhanden. Das Ambiente ist grottenschlecht. Das Erscheinungsbild der mitarbeitenden ist teilweise echt ekelhaft. Wenn ihr alo die Möglichkeit habt woanders hinzufahren oder zu gehen, tut es.

Nachdem wir extra bei McCafe bestellt haben, um Geschirr und keine Pappe zu erhalten, bekamen wir den Kuchen auf Tellern und den Kaffee in der Pappe. Es gibt nichts Ekelhafteres als nach Pappe schmeckenden Kaffee!!! :-( Natürlich hatten wir dazu weder Zucker noch ein Bonbon, wie es in anderen McCafes üblich ist. Leider kein Grund wieder zu kommen.

3 big macs bestellt - 1x separat als chicken, dann Doppelpackmenü mit 1x als chicken und 1x normal. Alle mit chicken bekommen. Wieder einmal sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ich bereue es, nicht jeden einzelnen Burger aufgemacht zu haben. Bin durch mit dem Laden.

Online bestellt, vor Ort keine Infos erhalten, musste dann stornieren und vor Ort nochmal bestellen. Gruselig der Service!

Als wir auf das bestellte Essen warteten, viel uns auf, das zwei Gäste fehlende Ware reklamierten. Bei uns war es ebenso. Ich stelle mir gerade das im DriveIn vor. Zurückfahren wird kaum einer. Was soll man Denken? Ich glaube, ich besuche das nicht wieder.

Super gelegener Mc Donalds, direkt an der Autobahn A40 in Richtung Dortmund! Hier lege ich oft einen Stop ein, um mir einen Kaffee für die Autobahn zu holen. Der Kaffee im Mc Cafe wurde frisch zubereitet. Der Service war äußerst freundlich und das Ambiente sehr angenehm und sauber.

Ich liebe meine Amelka ❤💚🦋 💙💛 Der McDonald's direkt an der Autobahn ist super: schnell, effizient und lecker. Es gibt Automaten in mehreren Sprachen und eine App. Das reicht mir völlig.

Absolut unakzeptabel! Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, einmal nicht kontrolliert es fehlte der big mac , das trinken vom happy Meal! Hauptsache schön abkassieren aber behaupten es wurde alles reingepackt. Das essen sieht aus wie nach dem fussball spielen !Anstatt yoshi war Luigi in der Box. Bin stinke sauer! Und mein sohn enttäuscht.

I went to McDonald's with my husband around 12:40 AM today. The young man served us very nicely and quickly. Excellent service!

The hall is clean, the food was brought quickly, I liked everything.

Absolutely not recommended! The staff treat guests disrespectfully, especially on the night shift. Inappropriate language is used, and families with children are not respected. The behavior of the staff towards each other is also unacceptable. Anyone looking for a peaceful atmosphere should visit a different McDonald's.

A 40-minute wait, the food was cold and tasted like old motor oil.

We go to McDonald's once a month. There's a new guy there who's very friendly and things are somehow faster.

Things get forgotten, reports are pointless, no one answers the phone, emails are forwarded by the system but nothing happens. Not recommended.

Ugh! That's disgusting. I actually wanted to get something to eat here. But the toilets are a complete disaster. Filthy as hell, the sinks are disgusting, and the rest of the place is just as bad. There's garbage everywhere. They're clearly understaffed, and the manager should take a good look at his own establishment. It's pathetic.

We had to wait over an hour; the food only arrived after we complained. Never again.

How chaotic and yet again, the wrong products were delivered. Update from April 27, 2024: Not only are products missing from the order as usual, but now the customer is also expected to provide proof and show which member of the table service actually brought the food. Update November 31, 2025: 45-minute wait – I get my food faster in a real restaurant. Unfortunately, I can only advise against this establishment.

Absolutely abysmal. We waited 55 minutes for our food today. You pick it up yourself, McDonald's saves money, and then you have to wait almost an hour for your food? And then the food is lukewarm when it arrives, leaving you to enjoy cold food at home – fantastic. The employees can't understand the customers' frustration, they make fun of them, and one of them was even in an aggressively cheerful mood and thought it was funny that people were waiting and complaining. When people wanted to cancel their orders, he even told his colleagues, "No, we're not doing that." Shame on them for such poor organization would have been more appropriate. That's not the point of McDonald's. Delivery services like Lieferando and Uber were served in minutes. Waiting an hour is unacceptable in any restaurant, and certainly not in a "fast" restaurant.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my meal, but instead I received a shake that tasted like coffee. When I asked about it, an employee said he had made it himself and that everything was fine. I still don't know what I drank there.

Seriously! We waited 15 minutes for three perfectly ordinary cheeseburgers! Outrageous!! And then they expected us to drive ahead just so they could keep to their damn schedule! Absolutely unacceptable!! And to top it all off, the cheeseburgers were round, fell apart, and had cheese inside!! I'm outraged! They've lost a loyal customer!

Nothing to write home about, but it's McDonald's as you know it. So you're on the safe side if you want to go there.

Finally, for the first time I got a normal portion of fries, every time I go all over Germany, I got a very good portion of fries here, and the food was good

This is for McDonald's Munich, please take a picture of the shift supervisor yourself. As far as I know, the shift supervisor's name is Efecan. Dear Mr. Efecan, I must honestly say: I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior at McDonald's! The way you treat customers is absolutely outrageous. I witnessed your arrogant and cheeky manner firsthand, instead of demonstrating responsibility as a shift supervisor. Someone like that should not be a role model for a team! The entire team seems disorganized, stressed, and annoyed – and you, as the shift supervisor, are unfortunately making it even worse. Instead of solving problems, you're creating a negative atmosphere. Customer service seems to be of no concern to you whatsoever. I believe that such behavior has no place in a professional workplace, especially not at a brand like McDonald's. I hope this complaint is taken seriously – because with this kind of behavior, you will certainly lose many customers.

It's sufficient for a quick snack.

The place was packed and the staff were completely overwhelmed. It was impossible to know if or when you would get your order (the monitors were off). As a result, many customers kept asking for things, which certainly didn't make the organized work behind the counter any easier. The food was super fresh and complete. The hygiene in the place leaves much to be desired; for example, the men's restroom was in a terrible state.

Slippery, greasy tiles when you come in from outside. The toilet looks very dirty. I only went there because I had two teenagers with me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have eaten there. The Royal TS looked like something a little prince would eat, not like something that would fill you up. No, for that price, you're better off eating somewhere else.

The staff are a bit grumpy, but the food is good, it's McDonald's after all...

Ordered a large Coke, got a small one... When I pointed this out, the customer was rude and unfriendly, saying that he had small Cokes available... Yeah, and if your colleague types something wrong in the window before, that's not my problem... The clerk turned around and yelled to his colleagues, "Hey, he ordered a small Coke and now wants a large one!"... He then put a large cup under the dispenser and poured small Cokes into it... He placed them in front of me, turned his back on me, and refused to speak to me again, no matter what I said 🤷... I'll be filing a complaint tomorrow, even with a higher-up, because the whole place seems to be malfunctioning.

Ordered a caramel macchiato at 9:30 in the morning. Disgusting rum concoction. To top it off, the milk was moldy.

The fries were forgotten in the Happy Meal. Since we had table service, my husband had to go down to the counter. First, he was told "it's included," whatever that means, and then the employee flatly ignored him. After 10 minutes, he went back upstairs without fries for his nephew. The employees are unfriendly, but that's understandable given the clientele. While ordering at the terminal, I was bumped into several times by the customer at the next terminal because he didn't have enough space, even though I was standing right in front of my terminal and there were three of us. That was my second time there and definitely my last.

Every train toilet is cleaner. I think I'm getting herpes.

If it takes three times to properly prepare two cheeseburgers, then you're definitely in the wrong profession. A total disaster.

Very friendly staff, very clean there

I find this McDonald's branch (Bochum Dückerweg exit) to be the dirtiest and filthiest branch I've ever been to. Even in non-European branches, it didn't look nearly as filthy. The restroom on the first floor apparently hadn't been cleaned in a while. Thick dust coupled with some kind of dried bodily fluids on all the porcelain, etc. In addition, the soap dispenser in the men's restroom upstairs has broken out of the wall, and only a refill bottle has been placed on the sink. Clipped/chewed fingernails and toothnails are all over the floors, etc. All the seats and table surfaces are dirty, greasy, etc. Windows and floors are sticky, dirty, and greasy. This is a case for the franchisor and the health department. Incidentally, ordering with table service took almost 40 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't full at all today, October 20, 2025, around 2:15 PM. Two employees preferred to stand outside the main entrance with their cell phones and cigarettes in their hands.

It's a shame that politeness and good manners are no longer a given. You approach an employee with a smile, and they brush you off before you can even begin to speak. In a tone and manner that is completely inappropriate in a customer service setting.

Toilet hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel are rather -1 star.

No more Plant Burgers. Why?? No playground and no play area...we thought that was a shame.

I find it outrageous the prices they're asking for these days. Let's be honest, production costs are the same as fortune cookies🥠 (just kidding!?) Hamburgers/cheeseburgers shouldn't cost more than a euro, and the rest... well, I'd rather get a huge, super tasty, and freshly prepared burger at our favorite burger joint. I'll pay €2 or €3 more, but it's delicious😋😋😋

Very nice McDonald's restaurant 👍 After placing our order, it didn't take long for the food to be delivered to our table. Everything was hot, and most importantly, nothing was forgotten. 👌

The truly disgusting toilets, which desperately need a thorough cleaning (just close the doors when you're in there...), hopefully don't give any indication of the hygiene in the kitchen. On September 14th, at 2:00 PM, the dining room was completely filthy with toilet paper on the floor. I'd rather not...

Instead of plant-based nuggets, they served chicken nuggets. Instead of pepper nuggets, they served chicken nuggets. Everything was dirty and the service was unfriendly.

Centrally located, the parking lot is busy, but we found a free parking space. The food was served quickly and friendly, but the old classics are getting smaller and smaller—I guess that's called inflation. 🍔

Very friendly staff, the usual McDonald's quality. Only the prices are very meager.

Today, we went to McDonald's on our way home from work specifically because we wanted the Hello Kitty X Ninja Turtles Happy Meal figures. Since they only allow you to order via terminal or app, we did the latter. Beforehand, however, we asked if the figures were currently available. They confirmed that they were, and also told us that we could choose which ones we wanted later if it wasn't available. So we found a free table and ordered via the app. We had to wait quite a while for our food, but since it was quite busy, that was understandable. We also got really hot fries and nuggets. My cheeseburger was a bit cold, but it was okay. After eating, we wanted to swap figures as discussed, but the counter very rudely sent me away with a "no way." When I replied that the colleague (presumably a branch manager or shift manager, at least he was wearing a checked shirt) had told us it was okay, I was given a smug smile, fobbed off with a "No, it's too busy right now," and left standing there. We then decided to simply wait a bit longer, hoping it would clear up a bit, but it didn't. After a total of almost 1.5 hours in the far too loud and very warm "restaurant," we went back to the checkout, where I was simply ignored by all three employees who were filling the tablets and bags. Only the rude employee grinned at me and shook his head maliciously before disappearing again. An absolute disgrace and no way to treat paying (!) customers, especially when you pack the same character twice in three Happy Meals. The service here is truly terrible! The food is, well, McDonald's, so for what it is, I'll simply give it four stars, especially because it was hot. The ambiance was quite modern, though not everything was clean. What I found most unpleasant was the noise level. Firstly, because of the constant loud beeping of alarms from the kitchen, and secondly, because the colleague who so rudely turned me away was also acting like a "market barker," shouting the order numbers across the restaurant in a truly unbearable tone.

The burgers (cheeseburger, double cheeseburger) and fries tasted as expected – solid McDonald's standard quality. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the restaurant was very disappointing. Cleanliness: Tray racks not cleared, sticky floor on the stairs, restrooms in an unsanitary state. Climate: Insufficient air conditioning in the summer – it was extremely warm inside, making eating there unpleasant. Outside: The tray rack outside was overfilled and not cleaned. As a result, around 20-30 wasps gathered directly at the tables. Hygiene issue: Of particular concern was the fact that a rodent (mouse or rat) approached the tray rack – an absolute no-go in the restaurant industry. Overall, this condition does not meet what one would expect from a large chain like McDonald's. There is an urgent need to improve hygiene and cleanliness.

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The restrooms were in absolutely disgusting condition—filthy, with dried-on dirt in every corner, and a broken door that you had to hold shut yourself. I actually wanted to order matcha, but nothing was available in the middle of the weekday morning. So I settled for a coffee, which I still only got after almost five minutes—even though there was no one in front of me and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. The employee also seemed very unenthusiastic. This kind of service in an empty restaurant is truly unacceptable.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. Food: Burgers were cold, the rest was okay. Service: Terrible, especially the owner; you're simply ignored. Cleanliness: None! The entire place is filthy, the railing is covered in grease, and the restrooms are terrible! Not even hardcore rockers/festivalgoers would use them! Every train station restroom is cleaner, whether men's or women's. When I pointed out that the restrooms were a disgrace, I just got a shrug, I think that says it all. Never again!

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. You wait 30 minutes for your food, then half of it is cold, and you're told I don't have time to make a new one. 🤬🤬 You pay a lot of money for penny items and on top of that, you only get junk in this store!!!!
