Burger King in Bochum

Hätte ich das Essen nun gehabt könnte ich es bewerten. Aber man kann nicht mit Bar bezahlen. Nur Kartenzahlung! Was eigentlich keinen sinn in der Innenstadt macht!

Hab dort bestellt über Lieferando. 5 Sachen 2 haben die geliefert. Nie wieder Burger King.

Ein Gast saß am Nachbartisch und hatte mit Lautsprecher sehr laut telefoniert. Als ich die Angestellten der Filiale an der Kasse angesprochen hatte dass es sehr störend ist kam nur die Antwort vom Angestellten „Sorry können wir nichts machen“…. Das ist in meinen Augen kein Service!

Essen schmeckt sehr gut und sehr freundliches Personal

Wenn man das Trinkgeld beim Bestellen vorab online mit bezahlt dann kommt es in zwei von drei Lieferungen (ja ich war dreimal so dumm) dazu das das Restaurant angibt es habe niemanden erreichen können und das Essen vor die tuer gestellt und man bekommt keine Erstattung

Für 25€ gegessen und hatte immer noch Hunger. Wäre mir in einem richtigen Restaurant nicht passiert. Gerade für Innenstadt ist es Recht sauber dort.

Sind nur zum Stadtbummel in die Innenstadt, keine Toilette weit und breit. Die nette Mitarbeiterin hat uns bestimmt angesehen das wir mal mussten. Hat uns auf Toilette gelassen und kein Geld verlangt. Ist selten in Deutschland. Danke nochmals.

Der Besuch bei Burger King in Bochum war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Obwohl die Preise etwas höher sind als in der Türkei, entschädigt der Geschmack dafür. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl, sodass man verschiedene Gerichte probieren kann. Geschmack und Qualität der Produkte haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal war zudem sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, was den Besuch noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt ist diese Filiale definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Sehr leckere und frische Burger, knusprige Pommes, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Lokal, sehr saubere Toiletten. Ein sehr angenehmes Schnellrestaurant in Bochum, sehr zu empfehlen, besonders der Chili Chicken Burger. Sehr positiv auch: die Kalorienangaben können bei der Bestellung eingesehen werden.

Sehr schmutzig dreckig im essbereich

Dieser Burgerking liegt im Herzen von Bochum direkt in der Nähe vom Bermuda 3-Eck und das merkt man daran wie voll es ständig ist. Man wartet Lange auf sein Essen aber hier wird seltener versehentlich was vergessen, Es gibt 5 Terminals die das Bestellen vereinfachen und auch zu empfehlen sind.

Wir hatten Long Chicken und Chicken Italiano Burger bestellt, aber das Burgerbrötchen war zu stark gebacken und innen dunkel verfärbt. Außerdem war der Long Chicken Burger viel zu salzig. Geschmacklich war er auch nicht gut, wir waren am nächsten Morgen sehr enttäuscht.

Habe einen bacon king bestellt und die haben einfach ein patty zu wenig drauf gemacht.

Sehr langsames Personal, man muss eine Stunde warten.

Es ist wie zu Hause. Was ist der Unterschied? Da gibt es so ein Dönerburger-Monster.

Essen war nicht lecker, aber dafür sehr teuer. Es gibt bessere ketten. Pommes haben ein seltsamen Geschmack. Wahrscheinlich kein Sonnenblumen Öl oder altes Öl.

Diese Burger King Filiale ist nicht mehr das, was sie Mal war. Wir waren mehrfach dort essen. Die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen. Die Pommes schmeckt nicht mehr für die Burger King beliebt war. Burger pappig, nichts dolles. Da muß Mal einer den Geschmack prüfen. Gerade für die leckere Pommes und die saftigen Burger war Burger King einst bekannt.

Mir gefällt es hier sehr gut. Der Service ist gut und freundlich zu den Kunden.

Good Burger King, usually quick when the place isn't very busy. The food is of normal Burger King quality, not amazing, but solid. The selection of meatless options is good. It's always a solid place to go if you need something quick on the go or are just coming in late from Bermuda.

What a terrible food choice at Burger King, I ordered a King's CHK.. meal and 2 day old, hard, crumbled potatoes.. I saw it at home.. Otherwise I would have given them a hard time.. There wasn't even mozzarella.. I will never eat at Burger King in Bochum Kortumstrasse No. 41 again.. .

The waitress kicked me out for no reason because I was sitting near people who were smoking. The food is extremely disgusting, as my bread had a bit of mold on it and the Peeti was very hard and no longer warm. The atmosphere is terrible because there are too many people screaming in this Burger King, and every now and then homeless people bleed all over the toilet.

A great restaurant, friendly staff, fresh and well-prepared food. The only Burger King I'll eat at blindfolded.

Far too expensive unnecessary doesn't taste particularly good

I actually really like going to this shop, especially in the evenings after work when I like to stop by and buy something to eat. But recently, while I was waiting in the kitchen, I've been hearing an Arab-looking young man making very disrespectful comments to the female employees. Because the kitchen echoes so much, I can hear what he's saying very clearly. The last time he made very disrespectful comments to his female employees was August 28, 2025; I don't remember the exact time. But it's not the first time I've heard this young man making disrespectful comments to women in the workplace. His employees call him "Hinchang," which I was able to hear. I honestly don't know how someone who talks to their employees like that is still allowed to work there. The boss should definitely investigate why someone like that still works there.

A 23-minute wait for 1 churro, 1 coffee, and 1 shake. I guess that's all there is to it. If you ask why it's taking so long, you're lied to. And if you ask twice, you get snapped at. Quote: Your order will be ready in 1 minute. In the Burger King universe, 1 minute is about 5-8 minutes.

Ate something once and had stomach pain for 3 days.

The order did NOT match the delivery! The fries had a strange aftertaste (oil?) Tables and chairs were dirty, with ketchup and other residue.

We ordered food today and the meatballs were completely burnt and the salad was already brown and when we called they asked us if we were serious and that we should come by to prove that the food was okay. We thought that this only happened at McDonald's but apparently it's now the same with Burger King and the food arrived half cold. It's about our health, it's not okay, we'll never order from them again.

The food there is equally delicious, but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately it is stuffy and always full at all times of the day. If you don't mind that, you're welcome to come over and enjoy the food, otherwise there's nothing else to complain about.

This is my favorite fast food place! Burger King is the only one that takes vegetarians seriously. The selection is great and there are always lots of promotions. My favorite is the Big King XXL and the Chili Cheese Burger (it's legendary!). The employees are totally helpful and really make an effort. So really a great shop. I always like to go there.

Very friendly staff; I don't think anyone has ever wished me a good day at a fast-food restaurant before. The burgers are also well-assembled, not just thrown into a box, leaving the customer to assemble their own, as is usually the case with the competition.

It's just a standard Burger King. Check your order every time, they have a talent for screwing up the order.

I'm not a fan of Burger King and Co., but my friends wanted to go. The toilets were clean, the service was nice and the food was okay.

If nothing else is open, you can still eat something here. I don't have much to complain about the quality, it tastes like any other BK. Unfortunately one of the burgers we bought today wasn't that warm, in fact it was almost cold, so only 2 stars for the food. Otherwise there would be 3. The branch could be a little cleaner and the salespeople could use training on the changing promotions. Since there is a screen right next to the cash register on which, among other things, the new Mystery Burger is advertised with the statement that with a bit of luck you can win a trip to Gran Canaria, I was inspired to ask when paying how the promotion actually works. Unfortunately, neither the salesperson nor the shift manager could give me any information about this and both were amazed and knew nothing about the campaign. After purchasing the Mystery Burger by registering via the BK app, I received the answer because the app then asks whether you would like to take part in the competition. You can click on participate again and again, but nothing happens. It almost gives the impression that you want to encourage customers to use the app, but there is no competition.

Outdated Burger King! Ordered an absolute mini standard order (3x fries & 1x king nuggets) and 5 orders were ordered after that but delivered beforehand! And then only 1x mayo instead of 3x! Absolute overtaxing and incompetence of the staff!

The service was quite slow but the food tasted as always. However, I find it a disgrace that as a customer you have to pay 50 cents to use the toilet, which the door may not accept. It's best to speak to the employees directly so that they open the door.

Was there for the first time just now. After I ordered, I waited over 10 minutes for my food (no one was ahead of me) Long Texas BBQ had no sauce and the onions were rock hard. Big King also hardly any sauce. It's truly unbelievable how big the difference can be between Burger King branches. Well, what should I expect/say now? Underpaid employees, prices are becoming expensive, burgers are smaller and worse. Just avoid it, otherwise nothing will ever change. Appreciation has to go both ways.

Very modern branch. Hassle-free ordering at the terminals. The food was very good (vegan order). The toilets are also first class, modern and clean.

What can you say? Friendly staff, scary crowd. Store could be a little cleaner. The tables were somehow all dirty. But well... complaining at a high level.

I really have to say, the service staff make the greatest effort. But the shift leader was disgustingly greasy... the shirt was really dirty and a really great role model... I'll be honest, where I come from he would be fired immediately. I was here for the last time... I just feel sorry for the service staff.

The lady at the cash desk today was not only massively understaffed (a constant problem in this branch) but generally absolutely incompetent and a total miscast. The pure lethargy... We had to wait forever for a long-prepared simple order consisting of just 2 burgers to be served because it was better to wait until 3 orders, each consisting of approx. 3-4 menus, were completely prepared. It's sad that such "work" is now paid far too much by the minimum wage and that really demanding work is therefore of much less value in relation to it

All good and tasty too. But a hot meal would have been nice. Made for “fresh”...

I can't say anything bad about the food itself. Food was ready quickly, hot and good. The drink was also cold. Everything fine. :) Could perhaps be modernized a bit and perhaps the trays could be put away more often. But otherwise great :)

The waitress gave my friend my burger and me his and forgot the fries. Even though he showed them the order several times, they blamed us and didn't seem to care. To clarify: our order consisted of two burgers and two fries. So nothing challenging. There were also problems when ordering because one of the two waitresses couldn't understand or use a single word in German. The store was also extremely dirty and unkempt.

If I could I wouldn't give it one star!!! Ordered there twice and messed up twice!! Only half of what we ordered was delivered!! Don't know how to do this because the orders my husband and I made were only a small order. I don't know if everyone who works there just can't read, because I can't explain it any other way, how you only get half the number with every order!! In one order I ordered churros 4 times and only 2 of them arrived. The second time I ordered the same burger menu twice, but only 1 burger menu arrived! Despite the e-coupon, the guy at the checkout didn't understand anything. Our order form from the annoying, ugly machine was empty, so we had to use our hands and feet to explain to the guy what we had ordered. It worked out well after all. The shop was very clean and well maintained 👌. The ambience is like any Burger King. Pleasant coworkers. Modern, clean toilet. Just a little small. Food was freshly prepared and was very tasty! Has order terminals! There was more choice here than in other Burger Kings, e.g. whether you want ice cubes in your drink or not. The store has plenty of comfortable seating options.
