Unfortunately there was one employee at the front and one at the back. Accordingly, I waited at the drive for 20 minutes. This shouldn't be the case for a fast food.

So this store is bottom drawer. The third time that the orders are not correct! Something is always forgotten and no, not just mayo! Burger chilli fries nuggets! When it came to nuggets, the service lady first rummaged through everything in my order and looked in every bag (eaten on site) as if I had hidden 4 nuggets :) the load was dirty every time, but they had time to dial in the bag! Every time the order is wrong and today it's the same game again! But the icing on the cake: the meat in my burger was raw! Unfortunately, no one in the town answers the phone! A few weeks ago: three menus and two kingjr ordered and I was told next time they won't accept this large order because the employees have to go out to the designated waiting parking lot for orders. I should please order such large orders inside. I repeat sooooo large orders order. Are you guys still okay? So if you're really hungry, don't go, you'll only get annoyed!

Well-intentioned WARNING TO ALL: Do not order here for delivery! I ordered twice and received nothing but rubbish twice. Bacon King without bacon, cold and dry, as were the rock hard fries. At least the cola was warm, but that's normal with a delivery time of over 1:40 hours with the driver who has absolutely no interest in customers. If you call you will be brushed off stupidly. Conclusion: 20+€ wasted for inedible food. Of course there is no money back! Please just close before more people fall into this trap. Terrible! Catastrophic conditions

The burgers are always very tasty, fresh and warm when eaten. We'd love to come back with friends and family. Something for everyone.

Ordered food from the vending machine. No customers at the counter or at the car counter. After 20 minutes there were the burgers and fries. Burger was really cold. After another 3 minutes there was a new one. But it was only warm on the outside. Even the children said on their own that this had nothing to do with “King”. While we were waiting, we noticed the dirty tables. Next time we'll stop at KFC. The burgers are better compared to this branch.

Spontaneously went to the drive-in last night. As I pulled into the site, I could see that two cars were parked at the drive-thru serving food. There were around 10 to 15 guests in the shop itself. Then it started... It started when I had to wait a few minutes at the drive-thru until I could order (Whopper Cheesy Bacon menu and a cheeseburger). Afterwards I waited at the food counter for more than 10 minutes. Through the window I could see that there was almost nothing going on inside and orders were only being ordered sporadically. The only visible employee shuffled around unmotivated and had almost nothing to do. At some point the order was actually handed to me by the visibly disinterested employee. A quick look in the bag - three packages (fries, Whopper, cheeseburger)... fits. At home, the unpleasant part: fries, Whoppers and cheeseburgers were cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. So they had the stuff lying around for a really long time. I don't understand why I had to wait outside forever. That was definitely the last time they saw me there.

Quite okay. Tables could be cleaner.

Burgers were great and not too dry. So there was no skimping on the sauce. The staff at the drive in was super nice. Unfortunately, the waiting time is really underground

The restaurant appears to be in a good location, but it is not maintained at all. It's dirty everywhere and weeds are absolutely unkempt. Not a nice atmosphere

We got plant-based meat instead, vegan French fries sauce instead of mayo and a normal one instead of double chilli cheese - and all in just one “small” order. The wrong order was also accepted beforehand. Unfortunately, it's been totally chaotic there lately and can no longer be visited. I used to always be satisfied… it's a shame :(

The food would have received a 5 star rating... if it really arrived. Special requests such as no mayo or tomatoes are not valued here. I'm happy to pay €0.50 for extra onions, but of course only if they're included. It's always a 50/50 chance that I get my burgers right. Strangely enough, this works perfectly at other Burgerking branches. Definitely a reason not to visit this branch anymore.

I ordered 2 different citizens to eat here today, nuggets, fries, a large cola and a shake. Burger was soggy, tasted disgusting, I couldn't eat it, there were curls instead of fries, I didn't want them, the nuggets were inedible! When I complained, I was told that I should think about what I wanted to eat next time, which was a disgrace!!! Not only is it the last time I entered Citizen King, the health department has already been informed!!!!!

It's a Burger King, so you know what to expect when it comes to eating. However, this branch is relatively slow when it comes to processing orders. You should also always check whether the entire order has actually been packed when you take the food away. It can happen that something is missing or packed incorrectly.

A disaster in this place, there is no one who wants to work here, no respect for the customer. Waited 25 minutes for order. The workers let the sandwiches cool to talk and laugh. I threw the order away afterward because it became inedible

I haven't eaten hamburgers in years. Compared to Mac Donald (memory from a few years ago), the Wopper was many times better. The bun and paddy tasted neither artificial nor sticky (compared to Mac Donald).

Burgers as good as cold, I don't know if the plant based parties were ever up to temperature, it definitely didn't taste good.

I've never stayed in a drive-thru for so long in my entire life. 1 car in front of me, waiting time 20 minutes. Simply inadequate!!! I won't be visiting this branch again... Either totally understaffed and incompetent employees!!!

Terrible shop. I was directed to the self-service terminal. I did not agree to this and demanded personal service. Abnormal development, setting up self-service terminals and abolishing employees. Keep buying at any self-service terminals but don't be surprised later if your jobs are eliminated too.

The food tastes just like any Burger King. The employees were not really motivated and hardly spoke to anyone. The atmosphere was really dingy. The tables were all dirty and greasy. There were napkins and empty cups on the floor. So nice and clean is different.

The service was very nice and friendly. However, I had to wait and honk at the drive-thru for 4 minutes before my order was taken.

Ordered takeaway food and saw at home that the citizen wasn't there for me at all. But at least the fries were there 🤣 my girlfriend had everything there, just a little overdoing the jalapenos would have been enough for 3.

Terribly long waiting times, lack of staff, burgers only moderately warm. In addition, the staff rudely reminds you to order at the self-service terminal, otherwise it will take longer because there is no cash register. Not all items available, the fish burger was out. Basically I don't have a problem with a little waiting time, but then the quality and service have to be right. No recommendation for a burger experience.

This Burger King branch is the closest to where I live and that is probably one of the few reasons why I go to this Burger King. The food is usually perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the waiting time until you receive it is not at all. As a rule, the preparation takes what feels like an eternity. It takes a long time if there are few customers and even longer if there are a lot of customers. Compared to before, there seems to have been cuts in employees. By this I don't mean that no effort is being made, but rather that there are too few of them. When it gets crowded, it often seems as if the few people don't know what to do first. The atmosphere is getting old. It's nice that there are ordering displays, but the rest seems outdated.

The lettuce in the burger today was a bit wilted and unappetizing.

The food was really cold, not warm at all, and it had deteriorated a lot, so it was just a flop, and the hunger went away immediately with one bite

But once again I dared to go into the store, but this time I received the expected quality. However, almost 30 minutes of waiting time for 3 burgers is very long, even when the drive-thru is full. Afterwards I ended up having stomach problems so I wouldn't buy anything there again. I'm stupid as to why I went back there after almost a year. This time the waiting time for a menu and a burger was over 30 minutes. The drink was forgotten at first and unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that I had been given a small chip instead of a large one. Otherwise ok, but plenty of room for improvement... maybe until next year.

Unfortunately it always takes far too long. Whether in the drive or inside is relatively the same.

Eaten here often. But THAT surpassed everything. How could something like that go unnoticed? Never again.

Forever waiting time in the Drive In 25-30 minutes

As always: Burger King is a system restaurant. Worldwide, the same high standard and quality, the same products, high recognition value. UPDATE: today, April 4th, 2024, I was disappointed with the food. THEREFORE TODAY 2 STAR POINTS DEDUCTION FROM THE PREVIOUS 4 POINTS. Everything was only lukewarm, even though I had ordered an individual burger (i.e. with extras). Cheese wasn't melted properly and the burger bun was only slightly warmed.

Everything I expect from a fast food chain is fulfilled here.

I waited here for a whopping half an hour for a single chili cheese burger. Burger King should urgently rethink its order management!

It's just fast food, but still better than McDonald, with the new ordering via terminal it's even more impersonal, parking spaces and drives in curves are too small

The Burger King is a kind of gourmet fast food restaurant, you wait longer than at the Chinese restaurant around the corner. But the food tastes exactly like it would if you got it at the train station within minutes.

So I can only agree with my predecessors and say that it shouldn't be necessary to plan a waiting time of at least (!) 20 minutes for every order here. Why no solution has been worked out to date is and remains a mystery to me. Dear Burger King team, I and probably the other visitors would be happy if a long overdue solution was found soon.

It just doesn't taste good there

The waiting is very, very annoying. And it doesn't matter whether at the DRIVE IN or in the restaurant. Nothing works in under a quarter of an hour.

Kam gerade vom Burger King und musste leider feststellen, dass die Hälfte fehlt!!!! Wie kann man so unfähig sein ? Die Sachen wurden bezahlt und liegen jetzt da bestimmt rum .. bekomme ich mein Geld wieder ???

Unmenschlich lange Wartezeiten. Ich habe über 30 min gewartet. Teilweise haben Leute die später als ich rein gekommen sind schon längst ihre Bestellung erhalten. Frech

Ich bin positiv überrascht essen ist frisch gewesen , Toiletten sehr sauber (was bei Burger King und co meistens nicht ist ) Und beim service kann ich auch nur sagen sehr bemüht und freundlich. Es hat bei uns eine Pommes gefehlt welche uns ohne Diskussionen direkt gegeben wurde … kenne ich auch anders ..

Hallo Mensch, liest du Rezensionen bevor du dich entscheidst, ob du bei Burger King ißt oder auch nicht? LOL, die Leute behaupten ich hätte einen an der Klatsche aber du machst mir Angst. Andererseits kannst du ja auch einfach bloß der Mensch sein, der bei Burger King auf Rezensionen antwortet, in dem Fall wünsche ich dir einen schönen Tag und hilfreichere Rezensionen als meine.

Nie wieder. Ich hatte bei Bestellung am Tresen falsche Ware erhalten. Als Reaktion auf meine berechtigte Reklamation aufgrund des Fehlers seitens des Mitarbeiters wurde mir von der Geschäftsführerin geraten, besser an den SB-Terminals zu bestellen. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Ich ließ mir folglich mein Geld erstatten, habe die Lokalität verlassen, werde sie definitiv nicht wieder aufsuchen und zukünftig lieber dort einkehren, wo ich höflich und zuvorkommend bedient werde.

Wenn man hier den Drive in besuchen möchte muss man Zeit mitbringen. Über 20 Minuten bei egal welchem Bestellaufkommen sollte man einplanen. Milchshake gibt es bei 9 von 10 besuchen nicht, weil immer etwas mit der Maschine nicht stimmt. Auch das bestellen drin dauert sehr sehr lange, bei einer bestelltmenge von ca 35€ warten wir jetzt gerade schon 30 Minuten. Das ist kein „schnell“ Restaurant. Vielleicht stellt man einfach mal ein bisschen mehr Personal ein, dann bekommen auch alle Kunden warmes Essen!

Am liebsten 0 Sterne. Man bestellt EXTRA für 21 Uhr weil man bis 20:45 arbeiten ist...wird man 20 Uhr angerufen ihr essen ist da.....WTF sagt man dem Fahrer ja sry bin arbeiten hab extra vorbestellt....ja wird man von Burger King Mitarbeiterin angerufen und ANGEPAMT warum man dem Fahrer nicht auf macht....WIE WENN ICH ARBEITEN BIN ICH BESTELLE NICHT UMSONST FÜR DIIIIESE UHRZEIT.

Sehr sauber, selbst die Toilette

von den ambiente und service burgerking standard wie überall, allerdings muss das personal in diesen lokal dringend den umgang mit soße lernen, der chicken nugget burger hat voll nach essig geschmeckt

Sau dreckig überall und über 30 min aufs Essen gewartet. Und dann wars nicht mal heiß!

150 Minuten her das ich hier bestellt hatte und Essen ist noch nicht in Sicht. Angegebene Lieferzeit 40 Minuten, was für Fast Food auch schon sportlich ist.

Nach 20 Minuten in der Drive-in Schlange, erhält man auf Nachfrage die Info, dass der Grill defekt ist. Personal spricht kaum deutsch und ist komplett überfordert! Anschließend zu McDonald’s gefahren und innerhalb von 1 Minute einen leckeren Burger in der Hand gehabt!

Die Bürger Brötchen könnten besser sein. Sind sehr pampig geworden

Ein Witz diese Burger King Filiale...... Zunächst ewige Wartezeit auf 3 Menüs und die Vertauschung eines Pommes mit einem veggies. Aber dann kam der Höhepunkt des Ganzen indem meine bezahlte Cola vergessen wurde. Danach gab es Streit mit dem Personal, da er es nicht eingesehen hatte mir meine Cola zu geben

Ich war zu späterer Stunde an einem Freitag da. Der Drive Inn war mit langer Schlange sehr gut besucht. Ich bin rein und habe am Terminal zum mitnehmen bestellt. Ich hatte den Eindruck, das die Personaldecke sehr dünn war und es daher überdurchschnittlich lange gedauert hatte bis alles fertig war. Auch an den überquellenden Rückgabe Stationen könnte man es erkennen. Da sollte auf jeden Fall dran gearbeitet werden. Das schreckt schon ab. Daher die Abzüge, besonders beim Ambiente

Die meisten Angestellten schlafen beim Arbeiten ein, Grüße gehen raus an den high Performer mit der Mütze und den kurzen Haaren, er hat noch mal Schwung in den Laden gebracht! Essen war gut!

Sehr freundliches Personal,und die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, es hat mich positiv überrascht das das Personal hinter dem Tresen selbst beim verlassen des Restaurants sich verabschiedet hat und einen schönen Abend, gewünscht hat.Kommt äußerst selten vor in einer Filiale von "Burger King",hier kommt man gerne wieder!!!!

2 Autos 20 min am drive in , Cola schmeckt nach Cola Zero, 2 cilli cheese bestellt , einen bekommen und einen Cheeseburger...schrecklich.

Ich steh seid 25mkn im drive in und warte auf mein Essen. Die Dame vom Schalter draußen hatte vergessen ihr mikro auszuschalten und uch hörte wie sie über einen Kollegen meckert. Das Essen war nur lau, und ACHTUNG kontrollieren was ihr bekommt bei uns hat mal wieder was gefehlt !

Essen war bei mir heiß und hat vergleichsweise gut geschmeckt. Bestellung hat etwas auf sich warten lassen aber mir war es egal, solang es frisch zubereitet war.

Super unhöflich habe mein Essen grade abgeholt und da wurde sich beschwert das meine Freundin am Handy leise sein soll obwohl sie mir die Bestellung durchsagte Frechheit

Dieser Laden ist eine absolute Schande für das Unternehmen! Unfähiges Personal, die sich auch noch beim Kunden beschweren, obwohl der sich gerade beschwert. Ekelhaftes, kaltes, teilweise rohes Zeug, um nicht von Essen zu reden. Dieser Laden gehört gemieden! Besser endlich, nach mehreren Vorfällen, endlich geschlossen, bis ein Team das mal wirklich ändert. Sind die Kunden wirklich so dämlich, dass da immer noch hingefahren wird? Sehr seltsam - um die Ecke gibts einen neuen Laden, sehr zu empfehlen ;)

Wie kann man bitte eine Öffnungszeit von 10uhr angeben und um 10:20Uhr nicht mal offen haben. Weder die Türen sind offen noch im Drive-in nimmt einer die Bestellung auf!

Samstagabend ca. 21 Uhr Drive-In, drei Autos vor uns und ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit... Recht unmotivierter Mitarbeiter. Hygiene?Erst wird sich im Gesicht gekratzt, dann unsere Tüte gepackt. Pommes nicht gut frittiert und gewürzt, Burger okay. Fast Food? Da nicht nochmal.

Ich bin Regelmäßig am Sonntag früh hier da ist alles super sauber essen ist super heiß alles frisch und die Mitarbeiter sind auch noch bei bester Laune. Komme gerne hier hin

Waren Abends um 23Uhr dort , was soll ich sagen habe in noch keinen Burger King solange auf mein Essen warten müssen, besonders nicht um diese Uhrzeit. Dazu würde dann auch noch ein Teil der Bestellung vergessen , als ich denn Mitarbeiter drauf ansprach meinte dieser , doch es sei dabei alles ist da. Mußte ihn dann drei Mal erklären das es nicht so ist und er doch gerne sich selbst überzeugen dürfte, darauf bin wurde dann geschaut und zur Überraschung standen die Chicken Nuggets noch in der Wärmetheke. Naja zur Sauberkeit, Tische waren Recht sauber der Boden klebte und die Rückgabe war überfüllt. Essen war OK

Keine Klagen. War schon immer eine gute Burger King Filiale. Erreichbarkeit ist super. Angebote auch immer aktuell. Das Konzept mit den 'Selbstbedienung' Automaten ist super und funktioniert ebenso. Wurde auch Zeit das sowas kommt. (ist jetzt schon etwas da, meine nur hätten noch eher da sein können)

An sich ist die Filiale groß und sauber. Aber mittlerweile hab ich das Gefühl es handelt sich bei den Schloss Burger Filialen um strukturierten Betrug. Es wird selbst bei mehrmaligen Betonen irgendwas immer "vergessen". Meist natürlich nur wenn es zum Mitnehmen ist. Gestern hab ich 3 mal extra betont ich möchte einen doppelten Burger haben. Und was war in der Tüte? Mal wieder ein einzelner. Das ist fast immer so. Reklamieren hab ich aufgegeben, da der Burger direkt wieder in der Tonne landet. Eine solche Essensverschwendung werde ich nicht weiter unterstützen und werde die Filialen in Zukunft meiden. Achja: Payback funktioniert übrigens auch NIE.

Indoor Essen bestellt, Outdoor Lunchpaket in der Tüte erhalten. Nur die laukalten Pommes gehören hier zum Standard. Aber dafür war die Herrentoilette sauber und geruchsneutral. Und nun ja, der Service ist leider nicht der Schnellste! Gut das BK vom Begriff Schnellrestaurant zum Begriff Systemgastronomie gewechselt hat. "...onomi... sind auch die Preise, wenn man auf astronomische Preise steht, ißt man hier richtig.

Mein Sohn hat ein Menü bestellt. Nach fast 20 Minuten warten bin ich zu einem der Mitarbeiter und haben gefragt, warum das so lange dauert. "Sie sehen doch, ist viel zu tun! Haben Sie einfach mal Verständnis"! So geht man nicht mit ZAHLENDEN KUNDEN um, die einfach mal freundlich nachfragen! Wenn ich so unfreundlich wäre, dann wäre ich in meinen Job schon gekündigt worden! Dieser Laden mit seinem super freundlichen Mitarbeiter sieht von uns keinen mehr!!!!!
