Unfortunately the employees are very rude and unfriendly to you from 10 p.m. onwards and give the impression that they simply don't care whether you order at the drive-in or inside. I've had this happen 5 times already and always a new manager who was in a bad mood even though I only ordered something to eat and when I pay in cash they simply don't care whether I order at the drive-in or inside and when it's full it feels like nothing moves anymore and you wait inside for almost an hour and get lukewarm food.

Just Burger King for a quick snack. For a big one, it's expensive. Ordering the things you want would be faster without IT. So, the entire add-on is listed.

Monday evening, around 10 p.m., not a single car at the drive-thru, hardly any customers in the restaurant, and yet my order took at least 15 minutes. How is that possible?????? I took a quick look from the car into the restaurant and immediately understood why it was taking so long. The employees are working at the level they're probably paid. Unbelievable.

How often do you really want to postpone delivery times again and again? It usually takes you 30-40 minutes just to accept an order. When you still had your own drivers, the service was much better. Now it's just a joke!

We go here occasionally because it's still the best BK in the region. Parking is limited, but you can almost always find one. Amazingly, the restrooms (two stalls in the men's area) are always clean, there's soap, and the dryers work. This wasn't always the case, but you've obviously established a reliable cleaning routine here. Please continue. The trays are emptied, and I no longer have the impression that full garbage trucks sit in the designated bays for long periods. This used to be different, but you've improved this, thank you very much. There are order terminals that work. Ordering and paying with cash at the counter are complicated, and the employees want you to order and pay via the terminals. The following things need improvement: 1. The sometimes extremely long processing time, even when there's not much to do and the store is empty. You need to improve this, because 15-20 minutes of waiting time for two simple meals is simply too much. Fast food has to be ready quickly, otherwise it annoys customers. To make up for it, you could simply throw in a free burger. 2. Orders aren't always complete. Sometimes the sauce is missing, sometimes the cheese on the Whopper (after all, it's a €1.00 extra charge!), sometimes the whole Whopper. I highly recommend checking your order in person and complaining if something isn't right. After all, you're paying for it. Of the last 10 orders, 3 were incomplete. This has to improve, as the competition opened a brand-new branch 2 minutes away. The ambiance was pretty cool when it opened, but that was 20+ years ago, and the decor is showing its age. A makeover certainly wouldn't hurt.

I don't know of a worse BK in all of North Rhine-Westphalia than the one on Castroper Hellweg. The drive-thru is absolutely terrible. This place should be closed down.

My Burger King of choice when I want to buy their food. So far, no errors with orders, and the staff are friendly. Orders are placed via four "kiosks" (touchscreens) where you can pay by card or take your order to the cash register and pay there. One downside is the wait time for the order (in-store orders), which, in my opinion, is always long (never less than ten minutes) because the store is packed in the afternoon/evening. If you want to pick something up on the weekend, you should bring some time or arrive in the morning/midday; in the afternoon, wait times can sometimes be as long as thirty minutes.

What can I say? It's okay for a quick drive-thru. The service and atmosphere are like any Burger King. The taste is okay, too.

Not much can be said about the food. It's a chain and in my opinion tastes the same everywhere at BK. The employees, however, would have to go the extra mile when it comes to friendliness. I've tried it several times now and each time I've been met with a bad mood from the employees. You won't find words like please and thank you or have a nice day or evening here. Let alone the look on your face when you get your order. Like they just want to throw it at you. It's enough to eat but you can't expect anything from the staff here.

You decide to get something to eat there one day because you haven't been there in ages, and then it's a complete disaster. Taking your order was probably the first challenge. I paid in full and then they supposedly ran out of salad, okay, no big deal. When I got home, not only was the salad missing, but also the onions, as well as the cheese sauce I'd ordered separately, which I also paid for separately. Oh yeah, and the fries were splattered and barely edible. And when you look behind the counter, I hope it's not a permanent situation. Anyway, it was definitely the last time I went there. I don't even want to give it a star.

Centrally located, parking available, friendly staff, I don't like the terminals, are the burgers getting smaller these days?

In theory (according to the checklist) everything was probably OK - except that there were supposedly no more trays left (with 5 guests at half past eleven at night). But the long chili cheese was dripping with grease and BK fries used to be tastier than McD's. That was once... Will be my last visit to BK for the time being.

If you're in the mood for a citizen, you can't go wrong with Burger King. I had the mystery burger the price is competitive.

Die Organisation der Arbeit ist schlecht! Ich musste 5 Minuten warten bis überhaupt jemand erschien, dem ich bestellen konnte, danach erneut 10 Minuten warten, obwohl die Burger und die Pommes fertig "rumlagen" . Dennoch wurde zuerst die Drive_Thru Bestellungen eingepackt, obwohl diese Burger erst gemacht werden mussten. Insgesamt 7 Leute anwesend, 4 einer Küche, ein Typ mit dem Klemmbrett, ein Schichtleiter und eine Bedienung, und die völlig überfordert. Leute, Kundenservice und Fastfood sind was anderes.

I placed an order via liferando at 6 p.m. and it was supposed to arrive at 8 p.m., it's 9:30 p.m. the food isn't there yet but the app says it's been delivered? So the wait is over and the system is pretty disastrous, I will never order again!!!

Yes, I can recommend it. I rarely go there because it's not on my way. But every now and then I really crave eating there. On Sunday I ate the grilled flatbread filled with chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and delicious curry sauce, 😋 fries 🍟 and a drink. It didn't take long until we had our food. My friend and I enjoyed it fantastically.

We were the only guests and yet every table was dirty. The food was first delivered with the wrong drink, then cold and changed upon request. We left almost everything behind because after the hair in the fries we had lost our appetite. The manager had little interest in the complaint. No response, no apology and visibly annoyed. The taste of old fat accompanied me all day. Just disgusting. One of the employees advised me not to eat there, and I get one star for this kind advice. Thanks for the honesty👌🏻

Unfortunately my fries were forgotten again and I only noticed it when I got home. I have no understanding of such fraud because nothing has ever been overpacked. But what do you expect from inferior staff. I had to repeat the order several times, which is easier for a child to understand. I'm not going there anymore.

Ordering took over 15 minutes even though the order was already there ready. Fries are too salty. There were different additional ingredients on the burger than I had selected.

When you sit on the upper floor at the rear glass wall during the weekly addition of a food coma and have the elevated view of the motorway exit, you can perfectly ponder many things. For example, why you just don't want to learn that 3 burgers + 20 nuggets + 6 chilli cheese nuggets + onion rings + fries are too much and that you won't have any fun in the toilet for 2 days afterwards, but you still do it again and again. Oh yes, always nice!

Stopped here late in the evening after the concert. Food was good, service too. We had to wait a little long but it was still within reason. You can definitely stop here if you want a burger and a Coke. 😋👍🏼

Probably the slowest BurgerKing I've ever been to. The waiters just get in each other's way and don't get anything done. Next time I'll go to KFC, it's right next door.

You could order at the counter without any problems. Coupons are also accepted here. There is a small play area upstairs in a closed room so that you can eat in peace with small children.

Just a normal burger shop as you know it. But unfortunately they couldn't keep up with the demand just before closing at midnight... So the food was served late, but it was hot and good.

Price and quality of the food is good. Fast service. You can sit comfortably here and eat your food. The staff is very friendly.

The drink was forgotten at first and unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that I had been given a small chip instead of a large one. Otherwise ok, but plenty of room for improvement... maybe until next year. After the last three visits in the last few weeks, I was pleasantly surprised because even with larger orders the waiting time and quality were reasonably good. Even though I still avoided entering the store when several customers were already waiting, I have to adjust my rating and ask them to continue like this.

We ordered Chilicheese nuggets from DriveIn Bochum Gerthe Store 11931 on Saturday. The employee was a very friendly, personable young man. Such employees are really worth their weight in gold.

In general, you have to check everything here. Always errors in the order - charged for double cheese today - got cheeseburger. Such “mistakes” are particularly popular with drive-thru orders. The poor intercom system in combination with the corresponding language barriers doesn't make it any better.
