I always go to your restaurant on Friday evenings, and I've noticed that the music is very loud, making it hard to hear what you're ordering at the till. I asked the friendly cashier to turn the music down, but a member of the kitchen staff told me, 'What's your problem? Go home,' which I found very unpleasant. I'd like to order, but it would be much more pleasant if the music were a bit quieter.

I ordered food through the app and paid for it directly. When I went to pick it up, they told me something from my order was no longer available and asked if I'd like something else. So far, so good. But then the drive-thru employee tried to tell me I hadn't paid and that I should. When I told him I had already paid and showed him proof on my phone, things didn't improve. 🤣 The second employee told me the cash register needed payment or they couldn't proceed. I showed him my phone too and said I'd paid, and things finally started to make sense. Employee 1 took my order again, and that's why the cash register wanted payment—what a miracle! 🙏 The end result: supposedly everything was canceled. I didn't get any food and I'll only go back if I don't get my money back. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place. Oh yeah, the place wasn't crowded, or rather, it wasn't very busy, so you wouldn't think they were stressed.

We wanted to eat quickly in the car so it wouldn't get cold. However, my crispy burger was so poorly assembled that the fillet immediately slid out of the bun, and the lettuce ended up in the packaging. A little more sauce wouldn't have gone amiss either.

Huh? No more veggie burgers?! You can keep the rest - I'm definitely not eating such mangy "meat" voluntarily.

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we left satisfied, despite the lack of special items in the Friends menu. The manager with the short hair was even kind enough to double-check everything, and the dark-haired lady with glasses at least managed to find a mug for me. Unfortunately, though, all the collectible figures were completely sold out.

Phew, I rarely give bad reviews, and yes, I do enjoy eating at McDonald's. However, I have to give this particular branch a bad review. First, the cleanliness. It's absolutely essential, a basic principle. The restrooms are filthy; clean is something else entirely. This continues throughout the restaurant. The floor is sticky (we were there in the morning), and all the tables, counters, and screens were covered in dust and grease. That's unacceptable. The employees were talking loudly in practically every language. The wait was incredibly long; there were only about seven customers in the McDonald's, and we waited about ten minutes for a meal. It felt a bit like being in a bazaar. Well, the food wasn't great either. At least it was warm. I will definitely be avoiding this branch for the foreseeable future.

Terrible, unfriendly employee on the phone; they should learn German, don't understand a word, and are rude! You should really reconsider your staff.

Unfortunately, the Big Mac was mushy. It was the worst I've ever had at McDonald's.

Unfortunately, I find myself forced to revise my originally positive review from six years ago. I've wanted to do this for a long time, as there have been repeated problems over the past months and years. Individual products are noticeably often missing from orders. Now, almost every second or third takeout order is missing at least one item, as was the case again today. We also tried the new McSpicy today. The patty on one of the burgers was extremely tough and simply inedible. The absolute highlight, however, was that we received the receipt with visible bloodstains. Apparently, an employee had an open wound on his hand. I'd rather not imagine the rest... I've never experienced such problems at any other McDonald's branch. There is an urgent need for action regarding quality management, compliance with hygiene standards, and careful serving. An error rate of around 40% is absolutely unacceptable.

When asked about vegan options, the manager was annoyed. The quality of the ice cream has deteriorated. It doesn't taste as good anymore. What a shame.

Absolutely not recommended. An employee dropped the drink cap on the floor and then put it on our drink. When we spoke up, we were laughed at.

I ordered a 0.4l Iced Coffee Shake Choc for €4.19. 3/4 of the cup was just crushed ice and 1/4 was whipped cream. I then asked at the counter, and they said that's how it's done: one scoop of ice cream goes in (they weren't friendly either). It wasn't the first time I've bought it; it wasn't like that at other McDonald's. Just FYI

Very, very friendly staff, from taking orders to serving at the table, exceptional! Everything is very, very clean, and trays are taken immediately before you push them onto the shelf yourself!

The worst fast food in all of Germany

I've been there almost every day for two years now. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly had bad experiences with a particular employee – she wears glasses and short hair. And yes, she wears makeup. She made my order incorrectly four times in a single day. When she's there, I don't want to order!!! I would ask that she not be assigned to the front office anymore. In contrast, I would like to praise the team: The new employees, especially the colleague with the short beard and tattoos, are doing an excellent job – very friendly, fast, and speaks excellent German! She has never made my order incorrectly!!! The other two women, one of whom is (Chinese), also do a great job.

Very slow and unprofessional employees

Really not a good McDonald's. Even if they're accommodating about the fact that it was very hot today. Everything went wrong, as you could see from the counter, plus the whole store was in a mess, and the employees were seriously handling the food without gloves and rummaging through the contents of finished burger boxes. That's when the cardboard box was opened. The health department should take a look.

Although it is full, very fast service and very nice staff

Unfortunately, the burger was really bland. The service was very courteous, though. Prices at McDonald's are pretty high these days, even with a voucher.

One of the better McColl's I've been to. Food was quick and hot. Restrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, not irritated and dismissive.

This is a highly recommended McDonald's branch; the employees are always particularly friendly and attentive. It's always clean.

I live nearby and decided to write a review today. To date, in what feels like 100 times I've been there, NEVER, and unfortunately, really NEVER, have all the sauces I ordered been there, or been in the right sauces. But the main thing is not to forget to pay for them. I don't understand how even an employee can't manage to remember to put the sauces in there, or to put in the right sauces. Seriously, this is a real problem!!! Make sure you remember those crappy sauces. Best regards

Dirty and loud (screaming staff), staff totally overwhelmed...orders wrong and incomplete. Something definitely needs to change here!!!

The service was overwhelmed Tables were not worn out, Bicycles are in the outdoor area where you should actually be eating. Two of the employees were very unkempt. So, everything is a mess. I came here often but that's probably over now.

Quality used to be good. Now there are only bad-tempered employees at the counter and burgers that have been put together in really bad shape. Loveless and sometimes cold. Very often now we experience that part of the order is missing from the bag.... You won't see me there again any time soon.

It was good, but could be better

I ordered two Big Mac menu but got two Royal Cheeseburgers with fries cola and the wrong sauce and I actually wanted it to take away and got it to eat here so everything was wrong thank you for nothing

The staff is absolutely incompetent The order was placed before 7 customers came after me, and the order came for an ice cream... when I repeatedly asked whether the order had been lost, I was fobbed off with "it's being prepared."

I am truly speechless about what I experienced here. The older manager with the red hair was incredibly unfriendly - I have never experienced anything like that in any other McDonald's! The absolute lowest point: a hair in my burger. When I complained about it, she said in all seriousness that the best she could do was take it out, but she couldn't make any new food. Are they serious?! Hygiene standards and customer service seem to be completely foreign concepts here. If you want to enjoy your food without disgust, you should avoid this place!

Only had a small order. Fishmac and cheeseburger. Unfortunately the cheeseburger tasted very spoiled. Disgusting. Unfortunately I only noticed it in the car otherwise I would have complained about it in the “restaurant”.

McDonald's, like any other, I visit this point regularly and everything is always fine

On February 2nd I visited this McDonald's and unfortunately it was a disappointment. The parking situation was already miserable - far too few spaces. Ordering from the tray was, as usual, cumbersome and took forever. My receipt showed 7:37 p.m., but I didn't get my food until 8:07 p.m. Waiting half an hour for fast food? Ridiculous. But that wasn't the fault of the employees - they were friendly and hard-working despite the stress. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said about the corpulent gentleman in a tie who literally pushed his colleagues around. The toilet? An imposition. The smell of urine was so pungent that my eyes burned. The restaurant itself was just as bad: there were full trays everywhere because the collection stations weren't emptied. Pure chaos. A small plus: the order was at least correct, the number of nuggets was correct, and it tasted good too. But with all that going on? Never again.

So if you shout unnecessarily in a restaurant, you won't be allowed. Eating like cardboard...Never again!!!

I understand that it is stressful when there are many orders at the same time, what I don't understand is how it can be that you wait an hour for the food to be prepared. And people who ordered more than half an hour after me get their food before me. Bottomless impudence

Saturday evening at 6 p.m. I ordered in the restaurant, after waiting for 20 minutes, I politely asked what was going on because my pickup number had now disappeared from the display board. The manager there was anything but friendly and told me Just, yes, it's just full...sorry, but I'm a manager in the food industry myself and that's not how you deal with customers. Plus, it was pure chaos, you had the feeling that nobody really knew what he does... a better organization would perhaps also make the process easier. And as a tip... if you can't keep up with the walk-in customers, you should perhaps forego the delivery service like Ubereats... and that wasn't one unique experience

Burger was okay but fries were cold and they send you to the front to make sure you're on time, okay but if you have time then warm up my damn fries and when you throw them in the deep fryer 37 times

Tapkan was a very courteous old gentleman with a smooth head. He fulfilled our special requests to our complete satisfaction. We think he deserves a raise. Because of him we now become regular customers. Thank you for letting us get to know you.

Wait 30 minutes for your order, they come with a big Mac that was already cold. On Saturday with two new people they didn't know what to do the first time and never again in this McDonald's.

DRIVE IN takes a lot of time this evening... Even though there were only 2 cars in front of it. From the queue of 2 cars to delivery 30 minutes is definitely way too long. This needs to be optimized!!!

Burger was lukewarm. Fries cold. Visit was at 2:20am. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

I'm amazed again that the food in the different branches sometimes tastes a little different. It was great here. Unfortunately, the draft in the store is quite nasty, which makes it quite uncomfortable inside.

After waiting, the food itself is brought to the parking lot and when you get home you realize that the wrong order was there. Better on Wittener Straße. We've been to the McDonald's at the Hannibal Center several times now and every time (after a few hours) you feel so bad, with nausea, cramps, vomiting or diarrhea... Today it was because of the strawberry milkshake.. Absolutely terrible...would love to give no star at all...

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The staff is absolutely ignorant, the toilets look worse than the worst rest stops and the burgers were old and even the buns were greasy. Just disgusting from start to finish. It's hard to believe that both McDonald and the health department would leave such a place open.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received it warm and sour. When the employee asked and taste tested it, they said that they always taste like that, they have been working here for years and they taste the same every time. So if it's always so sour and warm I wonder how the business hasn't already closed.

I was there with my girls on a Friday. Our burgers were warm, the fries were warm and crispy and the drinks were cold. The order came quickly and I didn't have the feeling that there were too few employees there. They were also very friendly. I almost couldn't believe it because I'm used to worse things. However, I haven't been there for a while. It was also positive that an employee was constantly cleaning. Let's hope it stays that way. Keep it up. 👍👍👍

Very friendly lady at the Mc Drive counter.

After ordering something to eat there for the 20th time (to take away), it's finally over. Every time the burger is ice cold or the exact order is not given, i.e. something is missing from the order every time or the burger does not correspond to the stated "requests". Either the “people” who “work” there are overwhelmed or are not qualified for the work.

I come from further away and was visiting the drive-in on a Sunday, it was super quick & the food was really tasty, NO soggy fries, everything was well salted and my double cheeseburger was really good, lots of cheese & neatly put together, I would even say it was the best visit to MC's I've ever had so far 👍👍👍

McDonald's. No surprise. He is clean.

We came back from vacation on Tuesday this week and didn't want to cook at home in the evening... so off to McDonald's. After a long journey, I had to go to the toilet. We all know that the toilets in fast food restaurants are not always top notch... But it's really disgusting when the floor around the toilet is wet, toilet paper is randomly lying around on the floor, next door hasn't been drained and then the sink is overflowing with water due to a blockage. Really really disgusting 🤢 and then you should eat something there!? My husband ate my burger because I felt pretty sick afterwards and couldn't eat a bite even though I was hungry beforehand. The employees weren't really friendly either.

A really nice employee was belittled by a corpulent southern colleague because she was supposedly too slow. Doing this in front of guests is beyond inappropriate and in general, employees should stick together under the working conditions that exist at McDonald's.

The food is delicious. But the food wasn't brought to me even though I selected table service and had to collect it myself from the front. But 30 minutes later, the same employee brought a tray for a customer next door.

Like everyone else. You can no longer talk to people and say whatever you want. Just impersonal screens where you have to type and search. And because they save on cashier wages, they have doubled prices in recent years.
