The staff is absolutely incompetent The order was placed before 7 customers came after me, and the order came for an ice cream... when I repeatedly asked whether the order had been lost, I was fobbed off with "it's being prepared."

I am truly speechless about what I experienced here. The older manager with the red hair was incredibly unfriendly - I have never experienced anything like that in any other McDonald's! The absolute lowest point: a hair in my burger. When I complained about it, she said in all seriousness that the best she could do was take it out, but she couldn't make any new food. Are they serious?! Hygiene standards and customer service seem to be completely foreign concepts here. If you want to enjoy your food without disgust, you should avoid this place!

Only had a small order. Fishmac and cheeseburger. Unfortunately the cheeseburger tasted very spoiled. Disgusting. Unfortunately I only noticed it in the car otherwise I would have complained about it in the “restaurant”.

On February 2nd I visited this McDonald's and unfortunately it was a disappointment. The parking situation was already miserable - far too few spaces. Ordering from the tray was, as usual, cumbersome and took forever. My receipt showed 7:37 p.m., but I didn't get my food until 8:07 p.m. Waiting half an hour for fast food? Ridiculous. But that wasn't the fault of the employees - they were friendly and hard-working despite the stress. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said about the corpulent gentleman in a tie who literally pushed his colleagues around. The toilet? An imposition. The smell of urine was so pungent that my eyes burned. The restaurant itself was just as bad: there were full trays everywhere because the collection stations weren't emptied. Pure chaos. A small plus: the order was at least correct, the number of nuggets was correct, and it tasted good too. But with all that going on? Never again.

I wanted to have breakfast there but had to leave the restaurant because it smelled so badly of dirt and sweat

So if you shout unnecessarily in a restaurant, you won't be allowed. Eating like cardboard...Never again!!!

Saturday evening at 6 p.m. I ordered in the restaurant, after waiting for 20 minutes, I politely asked what was going on because my pickup number had now disappeared from the display board. The manager there was anything but friendly and told me Just, yes, it's just full...sorry, but I'm a manager in the food industry myself and that's not how you deal with customers. Plus, it was pure chaos, you had the feeling that nobody really knew what he does... a better organization would perhaps also make the process easier. And as a tip... if you can't keep up with the walk-in customers, you should perhaps forego the delivery service like Ubereats... and that wasn't one unique experience

Burger was okay but fries were cold and they send you to the front to make sure you're on time, okay but if you have time then warm up my damn fries and when you throw them in the deep fryer 37 times

Tapkan was a very courteous old gentleman with a smooth head. He fulfilled our special requests to our complete satisfaction. We think he deserves a raise. Because of him we now become regular customers. Thank you for letting us get to know you.

Wait 30 minutes for your order, they come with a big Mac that was already cold. On Saturday with two new people they didn't know what to do the first time and never again in this McDonald's.

DRIVE IN takes a lot of time this evening... Even though there were only 2 cars in front of it. From the queue of 2 cars to delivery 30 minutes is definitely way too long. This needs to be optimized!!!

Burger was lukewarm. Fries cold. Visit was at 2:20am. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

We've been to the McDonald's at the Hannibal Center several times now and every time (after a few hours) you feel so bad, with nausea, cramps, vomiting or diarrhea... Today it was because of the strawberry milkshake.. Absolutely terrible...would love to give no star at all...

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The staff is absolutely ignorant, the toilets look worse than the worst rest stops and the burgers were old and even the buns were greasy. Just disgusting from start to finish. It's hard to believe that both McDonald and the health department would leave such a place open.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received it warm and sour. When the employee asked and taste tested it, they said that they always taste like that, they have been working here for years and they taste the same every time. So if it's always so sour and warm I wonder how the business hasn't already closed.

I was there with my girls on a Friday. Our burgers were warm, the fries were warm and crispy and the drinks were cold. The order came quickly and I didn't have the feeling that there were too few employees there. They were also very friendly. I almost couldn't believe it because I'm used to worse things. However, I haven't been there for a while. It was also positive that an employee was constantly cleaning. Let's hope it stays that way. Keep it up. 👍👍👍

Very friendly lady at the Mc Drive counter.

I come from further away and was visiting the drive-in on a Sunday, it was super quick & the food was really tasty, NO soggy fries, everything was well salted and my double cheeseburger was really good, lots of cheese & neatly put together, I would even say it was the best visit to MC's I've ever had so far 👍👍👍

After ordering something to eat there for the 20th time (to take away), it's finally over. Every time the burger is ice cold or the exact order is not given, i.e. something is missing from the order every time or the burger does not correspond to the stated "requests". Either the “people” who “work” there are overwhelmed or are not qualified for the work.

The tables/toilets could be cleaner! Otherwise everything was great!

McDonald's. No surprise. He is clean.

We came back from vacation on Tuesday this week and didn't want to cook at home in the evening... so off to McDonald's. After a long journey, I had to go to the toilet. We all know that the toilets in fast food restaurants are not always top notch... But it's really disgusting when the floor around the toilet is wet, toilet paper is randomly lying around on the floor, next door hasn't been drained and then the sink is overflowing with water due to a blockage. Really really disgusting 🤢 and then you should eat something there!? My husband ate my burger because I felt pretty sick afterwards and couldn't eat a bite even though I was hungry beforehand. The employees weren't really friendly either.

Everything as you would expect from McDonalds.

A really nice employee was belittled by a corpulent southern colleague because she was supposedly too slow. Doing this in front of guests is beyond inappropriate and in general, employees should stick together under the working conditions that exist at McDonald's.

I come here every day with my friends, the best employees here are very correct people and also super friendly, that's a strong compliment to this Mc Donalds 🤤

The food is delicious. But the food wasn't brought to me even though I selected table service and had to collect it myself from the front. But 30 minutes later, the same employee brought a tray for a customer next door.

So I ordered at McDrive with my son and a goods value of over €50. If requested, no receipt will be given. After the goods were handed out, I looked through everything and (20 pieces) of nuggets and 2 hamburgers were missing, went back in and complained. The incompetent lady even came to the car and tried to make me feel stupid for putting the nuggets in it. Afterwards they probably try to convince me in English that it's my fault. When it was clear that I wasn't putting up with it anymore, the little dwarf from the branch manager came and said that the incompetent employee had packed you in and that they couldn't just replace the nuggets for us because the employee was crazy and she was delusional said she packed them in. So you could collect coal but you couldn't hand me the chunks. And you tried to convince me that they had packed everything in, so what kind of dirty shop is this? As if I didn't have any other problems and had to demonstrate to my 9 year old son how to cheat on people at McDonald's, or what did they want to convey to me? So mistakes can happen, but I've never been taken for a ride anywhere like in this store. And that with the value of my goods. However, my final steps on this topic have not yet been carried out. Get away from this rat shop! Should you rather go about your work conscientiously, just like you can put on make-up with 20 kilos, unbelievable!

Our drive-thru order was both incomplete and incorrect. The fries were missing, there was mayo instead of ketchup (which didn't matter since the fries were missing) and sweet and sour sauce instead of sweet chili. You can't work more superficially.

The fries could have been crispier. And above all, I prefer to eat them hot. Unfortunately it wasn't that warm. When eating take-out, I would have liked a straw for the cola. I was refused it with the information that it was only available for milk drinks.

The food there is actually tasty, but parts of the orders are always forgotten. I mean yeah, once can happen, twice can happen, 3 times can happen but it happens every time. If you want to check your order you will be looked at stupidly, like we have already packed everything correctly. Every time something is missing, sometimes worth €6, sometimes worth €4. The calls are not responded to! Yes, it's not a 5 star restaurant but you should always remain human! Next time I will demonstratively place my entire order on the counter to see if everything is really in it!

This means that employees have to shout the numbers, which creates an unpleasant noise backdrop. 2. Some employees become irritated by shouting, which is understandable but stupid for the customer 3. it feels to the customer as if some statistics are being specifically filled

Haben uns von dort Essen mitgenommen,der MC Rip war das letzte kaum Sosse drauf,ein Minister Zwiebel ein Cent großes Stück Gurke und dafür den teuren Preis.Wer dahin geht wird enttäuscht, nie wieder.

Äußerst Kompetenter Herr an der Kasse, Pommes waren nicht der Hit, sonst alles top da außerdem die Eismaschine nicht kaputt war.

Bei einer System Gastronomie erwartet man keine Besonderheiten und so war es auch hier, wie in vielen Filialen. Es war sehr ruhig, da es schon spät war. Die Bestellung lief über das Terminal, die Bestellung war schnell zubereitet. Einen Sitzplatz gab es auch noch, da man den Großteil des Restaurants gesperrt hatte. Verständlich vom Personal, dann muss nicht so viel geputzt werden. Das Personal war freundlich und schnell zur Stelle, als andere Gäste Hilfe benötigten.

Teuer und alles nur noch digital.

Waren wohl zur sehr schlechten Zeit dort zum Frühstücken für uns denn das Partyvolk von Prata war da und so sah es aus , die Tische waren sehr dreckig die Essenreste waren teilweise nicht weggeräumt und die Verpackungen hat das Partyvolk einfach stehengelassen aber Richtig Negativ war das die Behinderten Toilette einfach mit einen schweren Service / Tabletwagen zugestellt wurden und wir auch Unfreundlich Behandelt wurden ( junge männliche Bedienung )

Wiederlich! Glaub das Öl in den Friteusen wird einmal im Jahr gewechselt. Noch nie sowas eckelhaftes geschmeckt bei Mcces. War dass erstemal in Bochum und dass wird auch definitiv dass letztemal sein. Zum Kotzen ehrlich, man beißt einmal in ein Nugget und schmeckt alles was der Laden anbietet dort wieder raus. Mitarbeiter sind auch total unfähig. Weder wird man vernünftig verstanden noch werden die Bestellungen wie erwünscht zusammengestellt. zum Kotzen! LG a.o

Ich war noch nie so zu Frieden wie in dieser Filiale, so frische Hamburger heisse Pommes nettes Personal, sauber,,toll, ein Lob an die Mitarbeiter

Sehr unfreundliche Menschen lustlose und genervte Gesichter das essen einfach drauf geklatscht Gurke neben den Burgern Sauce am Rand kann ich echt niemanden empfehlen würde echt dem Laden empfehlen ganze Personal zu erneuern richtig freche Leute

Essen war schön warm und frisch. Leider wurden einige Sachen der Bestellung vergessen und wurden nach Reklamation gebracht. Wc nicht wirklich sauber und man muss nach dem Händewaschen die Tür anfassen um sie zu öffnen. Könnte besser gelöst werden

Jedes Mal fehlt entweder etwas, oder ein minderwertigeres, preiswerteres Gericht ist in der Tüte. Warum klappt das einfach seit Jahren hier nicht? Gerade wieder 2 Stk. Double Royal TS bestellt und bezahlt. Was bekomme ich? 2 Stk. normale Royal TS. Das Leben ist so schon teuer genug geworden....sehr sehr ärgerlich sowas. Kalkül?

Die Mitarbeiter dort gehören eher in den Abfall als das essen.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und arbeitet schnell. Nur die Klientel die dort verkehrte Hoffe das es an anderen Tagen besser ist.

Wenn mein Enkel bei dir ist, geht kein Weg an McDonald's vorbei. Es sei ihm gegönnt. Doch für das Geld könnten wir locker gemütlich in einem Restaurant essen. Die Preise sind m.E. nach massiv überhöht.

Man Bestellt, und anschließend wird das Essen gemand anderes gegeben, wird sich noch nicht mal entschuldigt..

Definitiv unser letzter Besuch bei Mc Donalds. Meinen Lieblingsburger Big Mac , gibs ja eh nicht mehr, so wie er einmal war. Ekelhaft wieviel Sauce nun reingeballert wird , welche nur einen Hauch an den alten Big Mac erinnert. Alle Speisen waren lauwarm, lagen sicher schon etwas - was auch die schnelle Bedienung erklären könnte. Die Sauberkeit des ganzen Ladens war unterirdisch. Wollte mich gar nicht irgendwo hinsetzen, da alles fettig, dreckig und voll gemüllt war. Die Aussicht auf die viel befahrene Straße trägt auch nicht grade zu einer Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre bei. Einmal und nie wieder gehen wir dorthin!

Ich bin häufiger im MC Cafe weil dort jedes Getränk auch mit Lactosefrei Milch angeboten wird

Die Tage dort gewesen und drinnen am Terminal bestellt. Das Essen kam schnell und war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Abzug gibts dafür das der Fußboden so klebrig war das die Schuhe regelrecht am boden geklebt haben und es sich beim laufen angehört hat als liefe man auf Alufolie oder ähnlichen. Zudem war es dermaßen heiß und stickig das wir uns nachträglich raus setzen mussten.

Die unfreundlichsten Mitarbeiterin die ich je bei mcs gesehen habe. Vorallem die “Dame” mit den kurzen Haaren die mir gerade eben eine fast komplett leere Cola im Drive in gegeben hat was dazu noch ausgelaufen ist in meinem Auto.

Die Erfahrung war enttäuschend aufgrund des unfreundlichen Personals, und das Kartenlesergerät am Bestellautomaten machte einen vernachlässigten Eindruck, als wäre es seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden.

Saftladen. Unkoordiniertes Arbeiten. Alles dauert ewig. Und erwartet nicht dass eure Bestellung vollständig ist. Kontrolliert sofort eure Tüten. Auf der anderen Seite. Eigentlich auch egal, man wird sowieso als Lügner dargestellt. Peinlich.

Ich bin mir anhand der Kommentare hier relativ unsicher ob ich mich da irgendwie mit einreihe oder nicht. Mir ist es nur ein maximales Rätsel wie man über 2 Std brauchen kann um ein Essen auszuliefern. Ja man könnte auch hin fahren, ich hatte nach dem letzten Mal wo es super lief noch Hoffnung. Allerdings macht es schon einen Unterschied ob um 21.30 Uhr oder um kurz vor 11 was geliefert werden soll. Einfach mal den Lieferservice sein lassen wenn der normale Betrieb auch nicht so läuft. Ständige Änderungen der Lieferzeit, flexibel zwischen 21.30 Uhr und 23 Uhr...hinterher ist man schlauer

Gerade essen geholt, 3 Menüs waren so schnell fertig war erstaunt aber mir war klar da stimmt was nicht. Und Zack die Burger waren KALT, die Pommes waren labbrig und ebenfalls kalt. Hasse es!!!

bei wirklich jeder Bestellung fehlt was oder ist etwas falsch .......

Wer sein Essen so in der Tüte vorfindet, dem Vergeht der Appetit sofort. Es war an einem Tag an dem nicht viel los war und ich kann es mir bis heute nicht erklären, wie zum B. zwei untere Hälften des Brötchens in der Verpackung landen können. Das sieht so unappetitlich aus das mir auf längere Zeit der Hunger vergangen ist. Das kann man so nicht akzeptieren
