It was very dirty and greasy on a Sunday morning, even though there were many staff members present.

The food is delicious and hygienic. The staff are very nice and friendly. I always enjoy going there.

It's unbelievable how slow the employees are.

By far the worst branch. Big Rösti instead of Big Tasty Bacon in the McMeal, Fanta forgotten, fries forgotten in the McSmart, mayo instead of ketchup. The taste has never been so bad, the fries were cold and under-salted, the milkshake tasted of almost nothing. From now on, I will check my order EVERY time before leaving the drive-thru. I recommend everyone else do the same!

This branch is getting worse and worse. Broken terminals, lukewarm food, and items are constantly missing from orders. The entrance area is filthy and isn't being cleaned. I can't complain, the service is really great. We're the kind of people who like to check if everything's there, and the staff checked with us. They were very friendly. As for cleanliness, it could be a little better, but they're only human, you have to remember they're cooking for us.

Waited over 30 minutes for two Happy Meals. Thought it was fast food. No table service and no active monitors displaying the order number. Preparation staff worked without gloves! Otherwise, everything was rather dingy. Sticky tables and the floor were equally sticky and dirty.

I waited 14 minutes for a box of 20 Chicken McNuggets. The restaurant was almost empty this afternoon, and there weren't many people in line. While I was waiting, four people were served in the restaurant before me, two of whom definitely ordered after me. At the same time, more than 10 cars were served at the McNugget Drive-In. Since I ordered takeout, I was happy to finally get my order and be able to drive on. The longest wait in a long time. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until too late that there were only 16 nuggets in the box of 20. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have even written this review. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered 3 Big Macs, 1 Royal TS Hamburger, and a large French fry to go. The Royal Hamburger was missing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, even though the place was normally busy. The floor was greasy, and shoe prints were visible.

Really not recommended. The touluttes weren't clean, the vegetarian nuggets were disgusting. We'd rather avoid McDonald's and go to the competition instead.

I've eaten at McDonald's several times in various restaurants and cities. This one in Geesthacht was by far the worst. The tables looked like shit, the burgers had obviously been in the "warming oven" for a while, and the fries were soggy as usual. You can only order food from the vending machine. The floor in the restaurant and the restrooms looked like it had been a few days since they had last been mopped. You definitely won't see me in this filthy place again...

The service could be faster. It wasn't busy, but it still took ages for our order to be ready. Everyone who came after us was served earlier than us. Otherwise, everything was fine and the food was delicious.

This branch is so terrible. The fries were cold. No straws or lids were provided. And if they'd just clean up the food leftovers stuck to the windows, it wouldn't be bad either.

The matcha latte wasn't mixed well; there were still unmixed pieces of matcha powder in it. It definitely doesn't taste like matcha, but more like a mix of fish and milk. I wouldn't recommend this matcha to anyone; save your 4 euros and get something better.

I wouldn't even give it a single star. I swore to myself that I'd never set foot in such an unfriendly place again, but I went there again anyway, and I still regret trying to order something there. One of the employees was in such a good mood again and kicked all the customers out, even kicking people who were eating out of their chairs, and that was two hours before closing time. As an employee, he told me I was banned from the premises because I complained about how he could kick customers out while they were still eating. A catastrophe. We walked in and there was rubbish everywhere. The tray trolley was full and there were food scraps all over the floor. We ordered and tried to find a clean table. To no avail. Despite asking if one could be cleaned, nothing happened. Unfortunately, the food matched the cleanliness. It was cold. The worst thing is that there were only about six customers in the restaurant, so about as many as employees. For the price I have to pay there, I expect at least a bit of cleanliness and halfway decently warm food and no shrugging of the shoulders when I ask for a table I'm eating at to be cleaned. Am I being too demanding? I think not.

Compared to other McDonald's and comparable burger restaurants, this is one of the best. However, it wasn't very crowded on Saturday lunchtime. Burgers were fresh and hot. Tables and restaurant clean and service friendly.

Incredible. Food was good enough to throw away, since I was glad I was further away. The next time there is a next time, I'll fire the food straight back into your mess. The health department should really take a closer look at the store. The store borders on assault.

Unfortunately today, once again, we didn't get what we ordered in Mc Drive. And unfortunately it was only discovered again at home. Wrong items, cold goods, missing items. The branch is difficult to reach by phone, nobody knows anything and you are promised free menus that you can't pick up because later nobody knows that you called. Wanted on March 30th Celebrate my daughter's birthday there. It was agreed in advance by phone, they were there on time, but nothing was covered. We placed our order and pointed out that we had reserved a birthday table for today. I think this McDonald's is still one of the better ones in its category. Something is rarely missing from the drive-in, the staff is 98% friendly and the place is usually clean. Waiting times are short and there are enough parking spaces. What I think is a shame is that they don't deliver in the direction of Schwinde - that was possible about 2-2.5 years ago, but not anymore. Maybe that will change again?!

When eating take-away, I recommend checking the package you receive is correct. With large orders we've had something missing twice now. Since we usually eat in the car to continue our journey, this usually only becomes apparent later. It's not hot anymore either. I've never seen such a contaminated shop. Where is the hygiene supervision when you need it? If the children hadn't pushed us, we would have turned around on the spot (but then only slowly because of the greasy floor). We only had the Happy Meal twice.
