McDonald's in Geesthacht

Not particularly friendly staff. Particularly dirty tables, after asking an employee to please clean the tables, nothing happened. It's not particularly cheap at mc pom.

Dirtiest McDonald's we know. Tables not wiped. There was a spill on the floor that wasn't cleaned up, even though nothing was going on and employees were made aware of it. Burger meat was burnt, fries not salted. This McDonald's is really not recommended.

Every time we buy something in the drive, something is forgotten, we have never had everything we ordered, which means we always have to check everything, which is really annoying Because the employees only have to read from the monitor, but that, like the German language, seems to overwhelm some people's abilities, it's really bad how the store is deteriorating.

I went there for a bite to eat 3 weeks ago and couldn't sit down anywhere because everything was soggy. We went there twice in a short time because we promised our children. After the 1st time, our littlest one vomited several times the next morning... (I just thought it was a coincidence and not McDonald) In the evening my son stayed up all night and vomited... Still didn't think about the store 😅 And yesterday we were there for the second time and now my wife is spitting all night and morning... I've already noticed that hygiene isn't taken that seriously there... I hope that changes again. And once our entire order was simply forgotten, they didn't notice and after 30 minutes nothing came... Unfortunately it has slowed down a lot... Tables are always very dirty, the chairs outside are broken etc etc etc… the manager or the boss seems to have changed.. I wish you all the best and hope you get it back together...

I have no idea how Mcdonald can be so popular. The cola was watery, the fries tasted like nothing and the m "burger" was disgusting. The sauce tasted like vinegar and mayonnaise. Then there was a bit of lettuce and onions on it - the cheapest of the cheapest. I know why I wouldn't eat this stuff otherwise.

The shop is very dirty. . Eating takes forever. Update 8/21/24. The shop is not cleaned at all in the evenings. No table service. Scoreboard out of order. And I'm not surprised that they are rated poorly.

Nice staff, but most of the employees just stand around instead of processing orders or even cleaning and clearing the tables. All tables were completely greasy.

That was definitely the last visit. The more modern it becomes there, the longer it takes for the order to be ready. Waiting in line at the checkout for 8 minutes until someone comes to take the order. 25 minutes from entering the location to receiving the goods. I'm not used to something like that.

Employees seem more interested in each other than in the guest. While the food is being served, people continue to chat and just press the bag into their hands. To top it off, instead of two McToast Cheese, there was one with ham. Only noticed when I took a bite. More than just unhappy as a vegetarian. The roses at McCafe really surprised me. That makes a very good impression. You can't help the quality of the food. This is typical fast food, but the employees are really nice and helpful.

I am absolutely disappointed with my last visit to this McDonald's. As someone who orders Plant Nuggets for personal reasons, I was horrified when I was served regular nuggets instead. This is not only a serious mistake, but can also have health consequences. But that wasn't all - when I told the staff about the mistake, they actually laughed at me! Such disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect much better service from an international company like McDonald's and I won't be coming back anytime soon. Was there yesterday after the Germany vs Scotland game. I ordered a strawberry cake and then discovered that it contains gelatine which I am not allowed to eat. Up to this point it's my fault because I didn't inform myself so everything is fine. There was actually a lot going on and the employees seemed stressed (I understand that). I went to the food counter and asked a lady with a black T-shirt, brown hair and glasses if it was possible to exchange the cake for another one. She said “No” in a cheeky, annoyed tone and referred me to the nutritional table. I also understand up to this point. After all, goodwill is not an obligation. Next, I actually wanted to simply hand the cake over to the lady so that one of the employees could eat it because it was a shame to throw it away. But before I could even finish my sentence, she suddenly snapped at me and said "I can't give you another cake just because it has gelatine in it, go to the colleague (from McCafè) and buy a new one" even though I actually wanted something wanted to say something completely different and simply wanted to offer one of the employees there the cake I had already paid for. I understand that it's difficult when you're stressed, but you should still stay down to earth, not arrogant, unfriendly. And above all, listen and make excuses. If you can't stand stress, you should simply choose a quieter job where you don't have to complain to customers. I then handed the cake to the McCafè employee

I think the service is getting worse and worse. What's so difficult about ordering 3 burgers? I had 1 Cheeseburger, 1 MC Chicken and 1 Big Tasty to take away. They asked 3 times without letting us finish and we then received a bag with 2 burgers. After another conversation we got 1 chicken burger, 1 MC chicken and 1 Big Tasty... annoyed we gave up and ate our lukewarm burgers. A while ago we ordered a Coke Zero and a Coke...no one could tell us which drink was which. Wild negotiations broke out because I got 2 Cokes.....yes, but I had to know which was the Coke and which was the Coke Zero, otherwise I would have health problems if I got the one with the sugar substitute. It's becoming increasingly difficult to get the right food there despite ordering correctly. I think I'll avoid dining there in the future. A pity.

So we are regular customers in Geestacht And today we ordered strawberry cake and the cream was in the cake, the last time the strawberries were frozen on the cake. We ordered a cherry bag that was more burnt than I have ever seen in my life. Unfortunately I don't recommend getting anything there.

I wanted to order today and was the only one in the restaurant. I paid extra attention to it. Then at the ordering terminal I was rudely "asked" to leave the store because only one customer is allowed in the store. I turn around and another customer came in after me, passed me and went straight to the checkout. Despite my objection, I was "asked" to leave the store. Well, with the masses of customers, you can scare away some people.

Unfortunately I wasn't greeted at the drive in this evening and had to wait 15 minutes. Couldn't place an order! When I got to the payment window to order the window was simply closed! After I knocked it didn't open either. This is an absolute no-go. Unfortunately I didn't have time otherwise I would have gone in and complained. Mcd Geesthacht never again.

Just ordered from McDonalds at the terminal. Ordered 3 items for breakfast and waited over 30 minutes. The staff there are completely overwhelmed and just stand around and chatter away. The whole area in front of the serving area was filled with people who ordered after me and there was a commotion because since we waited 20 minutes not a single food came out except coffee and snacks for the tables. Simply a disgrace with the service. Long enough to wait for 3 little things.

Das essen war in Ordnung, der Tisch allerdings war extrem schmutzig, auch auf Ansprache bzw. Bitte an einen Mitarbeiter den Tisch einmal abzuwischen passierte nichts. Dort im Restaurant zu essen wird mir nie wieder passieren. Haben wir in der Situation auch nur gemacht weil die Enkelkinder dabei waren.

I was here today with a colleague. First of all, the ordering machine was broken. When we asked for help from the staff, they just looked at us and didn't respond to us at all. So I was forced to give my colleagues my food. Then I ordered a new one. I actually waited 25 minutes for this meal. Then got a cold hamburger and cold fries and half warm nuggets. This shop can only be recommended to a limited extent. Anyone who wants to turn fast food into slow food is well served here. If you like cold food, this is also the right place for you. The service also leaves something to be desired. My finished food was put on the counter, but my number wasn't even called, so my waiting time was unnecessarily extended by another 5 minutes. But at least they increased the prices significantly to compensate for the lack of service. So the bottom line was that I was allowed to pay €15.69 for a cold hamburger, fries and a watery cola. Toilets completely disgusting, everything dirty or dirty and wet! And latte macchiato is way too expensive at €4.39 and tastes really weird. Kind of like what the burger buns smell like.

Immer Freitag`s ist "Mc Friday" auf Arbeit. Das Essen ist immer gut, der Service und der MC Drive sind oft überlastet und teilweise sehr genervt und unfreundlich. Das Essen in der Filiale gefällt uns nicht, da das ambiente maximal 3 Sterne verdient.! Mein Highlight, Big Tasty Bacon (Ohne Tomate) da der Burger dann frisch gemacht wird. Die Sauce als "Kaufbares Produkt, würde den Umsatz immens steigern! nur so als Anregung! Ansonsten für Fast-Food, immer gerne genommen!

Das Essen wurde uns von einem sehr lieben Herrn an den Tisch gebracht. Er war besonders lieb zu meiner Tochter. Rest war super. Obwohl es nur Pommes und Burger waren, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Dauert zu lange für fast food. Manchmal sind die Burger nicht mehr warm und das stört.

Schnelles Essen, aber kalt serviert. Dieses ist mir nun schon öfter in div. MacDonakds Filialen aufgefallen. Es gibt nicht nur Spar- Menüs, Es wird auch bei der Zubereitung gespart. Fazit: Wenn ich kaltes Essen möchte, tust auch ne Stulle.

Wer gerne ewig auf seine Bestellung wartet ist hier gut bedient. Der Drive-In ist immer voll (lange Wartezeiten) und im Store selbst wird man auch nicht schneller bedient. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass es wirklich immer zum brechen voll ist und ich mir vorstellen kann, dass das Team einfach nicht hinterher kommt. Ansonsten ist es ein McDonald's wie jeder andere auch. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel soll ja überall gleich sein. So auch hier. Die Bedienung ist jedesmal unterschiedlich. Mal ist sie freundlich mal mehr unfreundlich, was wahrscheinlich auch dem Stress geschuldet ist, dem die Angestellten ausgesetzt sind. Ich hatte auch tatsächlich einmal die Situation, wo ich was in der App bestelltes an der Kasse zahlen wollte und gute 10 Minuten davor stand, bis jemandem auffiel, dass ich da stehe. Aber das kam von ca. 7 Besuchen nur einmal vor und es war mal wieder wirklich viel los. Ps. Pizza Taschen bestellt und Nuggets bekommen. Danke für diesen schlechten Service und den Betrug am Kunden

Die Tische müssten häufiger gereinigt werden. Diese waren ziemlich verschmutzt.
