Tokio Sushi & Wok in Geesthacht

The food was really delicious and the portions were good. We really enjoy eating there. Highly recommended.

This was our first and definitely last order from Tokio.!!! The noodles and meat were drowned in a veritable pool of oil – completely inedible. Selling something like this as food is outrageous. Absolutely disappointing and not recommended in the slightest.

We ordered food, and 15 minutes after the delivery, the driver called us to ironically thank us for the tip. He didn't get it, however, because he'd made a bad impression on us from the start, and, frankly, tipping isn't obligatory. We used to order from there often, but after this last time, I'll never order again.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We ordered from this place and had to wait 60+ minutes, and unfortunately, they didn't even pay attention to the notes we had made with our order. The food was also inedible and anything but fresh. I can't say what it's like there, but I can't recommend ordering for delivery.

Unfortunately, we received bad rice with our meal. They only offered to replace the rice. Maybe we'll try again.

Simply disgusting! The food stinks. I ordered two vegetarian noodle boxes, and everything smells and tastes like fish! The mini spring rolls are still dripping with oil. I'll never order from here again. Thanks 🤢

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the service at Tokio Sushi and Wok in Geesthacht. I've ordered here several times in the past, but recently, the number of negative experiences has increased significantly. It has happened several times now that no cutlery was provided, even though I clearly indicated this in my order. The situation with my last order was particularly annoying: I waited over 80 minutes for delivery and explicitly requested cutlery, as I was at university on a Friday evening and had no way of arranging any other cutlery. Despite the clear note, cutlery was once again not delivered. When I informed the delivery person of this, he became rude and impolite. But what shocked me most was the reaction of the "boss" in the restaurant: He showed no understanding, explained that it was "not his problem," and added that no one in the kitchen pays attention to notes in orders on Friday evenings. To make matters worse, he told me in a sarcastic tone that cutlery "wasn't free." He offered to deliver more cutlery within 18 minutes—by which time, of course, the food would have been cold long ago. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I expect not only high-quality food from a restaurant, but also professional and customer-oriented service. Unfortunately, the latter doesn't seem to be a priority here. I cannot recommend Tokio Sushi and Wok after this repeated disappointment. It's sad that a loyal customer is treated so disrespectfully.

We order there very often and are always impressed! The sauces are by far the best, not too runny, and always with plenty of vegetables!

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s the rundown: 1. Incomplete Order: After waiting two hours, our order finally arrived—but it was missing items. When we called, we were told they couldn’t deliver the missing food because the kitchen had closed. 2. Two-Hour Delivery: The wait time was absolutely unreasonable. Despite multiple calls and being told several times that it would be “just ten more minutes,” our order took two hours to arrive. 3. Disgusting, Not Fresh Food: Once the food finally got here, it was barely edible. It was clear it hadn’t been freshly prepared, and the quality was awful. We ended up throwing it out. 4. Overpriced for What You Get: To add insult to injury, this subpar meal wasn’t even cheap. The price certainly didn’t match the quality, delivery speed, or service. We were offered a voucher, but frankly, no discount could make up for this experience. Now off to McDonald’s, where at least we know what to expect. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just ordered again via Lieferando and I have to say a clear grade 1 Top taste and also plenty for the price small deduction in the B grade because a sauce was unfortunately forgotten but that's manageable, keep it up

In my vegetarian dish (V8) there were several pieces of beef. Way too much sauce, hardly any vegetables. Delivery time over 1 hour.

Friendly staff and solid prices. We had a 36cm pizza for €10. It was also very tasty, only the pizza dough was a bit raw. Otherwise everything was fine👍🏼

I waited 2 hours for my order and then received the wrong one.

We've been putting together "Sushi-Fatt" for two people here once a month for a good year and a half, and we're still thrilled with Tokio Sushi & Wok!! The sushi is very well made, really freshly prepared, very tasty, and is absolutely restaurant standard!! We find the selection more than sufficient, although we are both fans of the classics. There are always two different soy sauces, good ginger and nice hot wasabi. If you pick it up yourself, you also get a 10% discount, which we are happy to take with you for orders between €50 and €70. Under no circumstances does the sushi here taste “Turkish” or “like a snack bar”!!! And whoever writes here "the sushi was sour..." definitely has no idea about sushi!! Rice vinegar is stirred into the still lukewarm, special sushi rice as it cools down. This is how sushi rice is made, it has to taste slightly sour, that's how it should be!! If you don't like that, you'd better get a kebab... However, we experienced the absolute pinnacle of customer friendliness at Tokio Sushi & Wok yesterday: we ordered by phone and picked it up ourselves. At home we noticed that part of the order was obviously missing... It turned out that we received number 108 instead of 2 x number 118... I then called Tokio Sushi & Wok and it was I sincerely apologized for the mistake on the phone and immediately agreed to prepare the missing 2 x No. 118 immediately and deliver it free of charge (!!!!)! 10 minutes later a driver from Tokio Sushi & Wok was at the door with this delivery. For such incredible customer service and goodwill, I would like to give Tokio Sushi & Wok 10 stars!!! Thank you very much again for your kindness!! You are amazing!! We are really looking forward to ordering a large portion of your delicious sushi from you again next month!!

The sushi selection is quite limited. There is little with fish and a lot with meat. Fried ones aren't that tasty and they also have way too much rice. Otherwise the others were quite ok. There was still a free dessert when picked up. But to be honest it wasn't good at all.

Unfortunately the worst sushi in the Geesthacht area so far. In Asian dishes, which taste more Turkish (oriental), you look for meat. Price/performance not consistent.

Sehr freundlich am Telefon, super Lieferservice,top Essen und reichlich.

Ein kleiner Imbiss mit der Möglichkeit vor Ort sein Essen zu verspeisen. Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden hier Essen zu holen, also rein, nett begrüßt worden, Karte gereicht bekommen, auswählen, bestellen und kurz (15 Minuten) warten. Zum Essen gab es eine Nachtisch-Zugabe und alles war sehr lecker. Es gab 10% Selbstabholerrabatt. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber.

Hatte abgeholt gebratene ente mit Nudel und noch mal extra ente! Super lecker und sehr gut verpackt macht weiter so

Das Essen kam schneller als angegeben. Dennoch fehlten Frühlingsrollen. Die nach mehrmaligem anrufen erst 45 min später kamen und kalt waren. Der Reis und die suppen waren Fad, die knusprige Ente war nicht knusprig und mit sehr viel Fett versehen. Wan-tan und Sushi war lecker. Reicht mir allerdings nicht aus. Bei einer 70€ Bestellung.

Alles was wir bestellt haben war sehr Lecker und es wurde schneller geliefert als angegeben, echt richtig gutes Sushi!

Einrichtung unterirdisch ( bei Neueröffnung). Der Service war wirklich gut. Deshalb 2 ** . Das Essen unglaublich schlecht. Die Ente war in okay. Das Sushi hat Discounter Niveau. Der Reis hart und die eingerollten Zutaten so klein, sodass ich den Geschmack nicht bewerten kann. Der Preis unverschämt. Ein Versuch und dabei bleibt es auch.
