I can only give it a very poor review! It doesn't taste like a real kebab...it's really too small, and I'm completely dissatisfied with it! Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, the bread on both kebabs we ordered was burnt. We both only ate half because it tasted very burnt. Unappetizing.

It's funny when you come in and people laugh so heartily.

Your food has gone so bad. Your meat is always wobbly, with fat and lumps in it. Your sauces are all adulterated. Never eat it again. Immediately throw it in the trash. Disgusting.

A doner kebab plate for €12 without sauce and with five fries. The price/performance ratio isn't right.

Cucumbers taste moldy. Pommdöner kebabs arrive at the wrong address. When you call them, you can't understand a word because they talk to each other in their own language. Sometimes they're very unfriendly, so I won't order from there again under any circumstances. And the office should also check the cleanliness.

Disgusting. I ordered red soup with bulgur. There was a big fly inside the soup after I ate half of the soup. 🤢🤮

A pizza with fly eggs under the ham should also be a Hawaiian pizza. A kebab topped with fried eggs isn't exactly fried and is something indefinable. Unfortunately, a real flop...

I placed my order at 9:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing time). The order was accepted, and only after two hours of me contacting Lieferando was the order canceled. 15 calls and a two-hour wait for something like that. They gave the time themselves; I don't understand that!

1st delivery cold, after discussions on the phone, new delivery, 80% lettuce... Stay away from this store

I had a mini kebab plate. It tasted really good and if you're not too hungry, it's enough for an adult. The seating area inside is a bit too narrow. The outside area is better

Ordered Pomm doner kebab from Lieferando.. only received fries.. I'm disappointed and 7 euros from my order are gone.. at least the pizza is very tasty

The kebab is really not tasty. The meat is okay, the rest is really dry and the sauces aren't strong either. But the staff is really very nice and the price is really valid

I ordered soup, got a plate of chicken because there was no soup left, without agreement, didn't understand a word when I was on the phone, it took me forever to understand that the soup was empty and instead the plate of chicken was delivered without asking, with a note next order is on the house. There will be no further orders!

Super friendly snack bar! The food is ALWAYS freshly prepared, tasty and sufficient. Pide is highly recommended, no matter which one. VERY tasty in vegetarian form. I'm already looking forward to the next meal and the sweet black tea while I wait. Always happy to be there. Best regards

Ordered through the system. Waited for over an hour, called several times and nothing came. Line was busy or switched off. Luckily we hadn't paid via an online service and wanted to pay in cash... We will never order here again.

I had a jumbo kebab delivered to me that was really inedible. The kebab was with stretched veal that only tasted of spices. The kebab had almost only meat on it and a spoonful of tzatziki sauce. The bread had a rubbery consistency and was totally dry, so the good reviews are really a mystery to me. Never again😩

Kösem Grill has been our only point of contact for healthy fast food for many years. The boss now knows us by name, and at the delivery address we still have to say "That's where all the dogs are" and everyone knows. The food, whether in the store or delivered, is always fresh, warm and of consistently good quality. In my opinion the “döner shop” in Geesthacht and the surrounding area, 5 stars from us. Keep it up!

We ordered two pommdöner earlier. One with hot sauce and cocktail sauce. The pommdöner is completely red with an extremely hot sauce that is unacceptable. The cocktail sauce was completely left out. There were maybe 3-4 fries in the two pommdöner and the food was generally cold, although the food was delivered quickly. Unbelievable stuff like that. You can't eat something like that

We ordered the food online to pick up. Despite the note that two sauces were chosen, only the hot one was put on the kebab. However, the hot sauce is not a sauce, but rather like chopped vegetables with far too much pepper, which is why the kebab was very dry overall. I personally didn't like it at all and was really disappointed. Additionally, the food was selected for pickup, but the delivery person was already on his way with our food and had to be called back. Unfortunately the kebab was only lukewarm.

I ordered from UBER Eats. Unfortunately, İskender Döner didn't arrive as it says in the description. Unfortunately it was delivered quite cold. In terms of taste, it was below average. I also ordered a Dürüm kebab. That was ok. Average. I wouldn't order İskender again.

Bei jedem Besuch in Geesthacht einmal zum Köṣem Grill Döner essen. Essen top, Chef super freundlich!

Wir waren gestern Mittag zum ersten mal da und wurden sehr nett vom Chef empfangen. Das Essen war sehr gut es hat wirklich gut geschmeckt und das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Zum Schluss gab es noch einen türkischen Tee auf kosten des Hauses. Überzeugt euch einfach mal selber.

Döner war gut, allerdings hat der junge Kassierer nur 5€ in die Kasse getippt anstatt 6.50€.

Wir wurden hier wirklich herzlich begrüßt und sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet und hebt sich unserer Meinung nach von den meisten türkischen Döner -/Grillrestaurants ab (schmeckt ein bisschen wie im Türkei -Urlaub). Knackige Salate, schmackhafte Soßen und alles liebevoll angerichtet.

Hammer Essen. Döner Teller mit Pommes, Salat, Saucen und knusprigen Brot. MEGA LECKER!!! Sehr freundliche Bedienung. DANKESCHÖN

Wenn ich Srhnducht nach meiner 2. Heimat habe, dann muss ich einfach was typisch lecker türkisches essen und ein paar nette Worte türkischer Sprache hören. Alles voll erfüllt. Danke.

Hat der Inhaber Zeit, begrüßt er seine Gäste beim Eintreffen persönlich und sehr gastfreundlich : ). Manchmal gibt es, nach türkischer Tradition, auch noch einen leckeren Tee zur Begrüßung. Sowohl zum Abholen als auch vor Ort hat es uns immer gut geschmeckt!!! Bei uns fehlte nie etwas! Man spürt schon beim Eintreten, dass man willkommen ist und, dass es Herrn Kösem wichtig ist, dass sich ALLE Gäste - große & kleine - wohlfühlen. Isst man vor Ort, sitzt man wirklich gemütlich, egal, ob drinnen oder draußen. Jederzeit wieder : )!!!

Immer sehr freundlich hier hle ich mir ab und zu einen Dürüm Döner oder einen Döner Teller das Essen schmeckt die Preise sind o. K. und ab und zu gibt es auch einen Tee während man wartet. Ich bin gerne dort. 👍👍👍

Hier muss ich unbedingt 5 Sterne vergeben. Super lecker , super freundlich wirklich der beste Döner von Geesthacht. Nicht wie bei Nazar wo ich leider einen Stern vergeben musste.

Nette Bedienung, leider jedoch schlechtester Döner seit langem. Das Brot war von der Konsistenz her schon einige Tage alt.

Mit Abstand der beste Dönerladen in ganz Geesthacht! Ein hübscher kleiner Laden, eine tolle und sehr leckere Auswahl an Essen und dazu noch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Ich war mit einer Freundin vorher einmal da und schon beim zweiten Besuch kannte der Mitarbeiter ihre Bestellung auswendig. Wenn das Mal keine 5 Sterne verdient, was dann?

The best döner in the city. Very helpful personel. I fully recommended.

Wir hatten uns mittags auf einen leckeren Hackspieß gefreut aber leider war nur Dönerfleisch möglich, da der Grill (11.45) noch nicht vorbereitet war.
