McDonald's in Schwabmünchen

The staff are very friendly and customer-oriented, and the service is truly excellent. Sometimes they even clear away trays and trash from the table and ask if everything is okay. Some of the burgers could be presented a bit more attractively, but that's the only shortcoming. For the pickup service, it would be a great advantage if the yellow parking spaces were clearly marked and signposted, as well as numbered.

We come here occasionally for breakfast. I can't understand all the negative comments. Very friendly staff.

When you redeem points via the app and get something for free, these products are generally missing. We then drove back to complain (10 km), but there was no apology, no product as compensation, or anything else. If you pay with PayPal via the app, they claim it hasn't been paid for and you should pay in cash. Upon presenting the receipt and countless attempts to explain that it says "the order was paid with PayPal," they refuse to give out the ordered products. Unfortunately, the employees don't understand you; you tell them what you want and are even laughed at. Unfortunately, this branch is not recommended at all; avoid it ABSOLUTELY!!! Better to take the longer route to Königsbrunn or Landsberg. CATASTROPHE!!!!!! After 10 years of absence from such places I was talked into lunch. I ordered a big mac and my jaw dropped from the old BIG only the name remained. Small, flat and dry unfortunately for me I bought an addition in the form of 3 meats. Green lettuce and sauce like a cat cried. Once a legend the largest and tastiest hamburger, big mac did not fit in the mouth now it is a bun with 3 mm minced cutlet. Failure. There should be an option to rate zero stars.

We've been going to Königsbrunn for two years - for good reason. Today we were back in Schwabmünchen for the first time in a long time and it was the same as always: a disaster. They couldn't take orders in the drive-thru. OK, it can happen. Then they yell at me to order via the app and wait in the parking lot - ERROR! Nothing happened for half an hour. I waited inside for another 15 minutes because the store is completely chaotically organized, everyone was running around wildly, no one knew how to open the order from the app at the cash register. Finally my food arrived - I noticed in the car that the sauces and the Big Mac were missing. So I went back and waited another 5 minutes. When I got home, of course everything was cold. But this carelessly cobbled-together crap is inedible. Half a liter of barbecue sauce on the Mac Rib, which was inedible afterwards because it was completely soggy. I took pictures - you can't offer that as food. Unfortunately, I couldn't upload the pictures. I don't know why the Mac in Schwabmünchen can't do this. It still seems to be the norm. If a lot of people think like me and go to other Macs, they'll lose a lot of business.

We got two wraps. At home we saw that all of the chicken was missing from a wrap. The filling only consisted of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sauce and very little of it. So the wrap had almost no filling. We live a little further away and therefore didn't make the trip back. Unfortunately, it has happened several times now that something was missing from our order. We also recently picked up fries there that were completely unsalted. I'm really very upset. We won't be eating there again in the future.

Unfriendly service at McDrive I wanted to place a larger order via McDrive, but unfortunately the McDonald's app didn't work. Kennen den Laden schon sehr lange, hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr zum negativen verändert. Portionen kleiner, Preise dafür aber nach oben, Qualität massiv nach unten (kaltes Essen, lasche Pommes) und beim Drive In lange Wartezeiten, obwohl wenig los und dann wird von 3x an 2 Abenden jedes Mal was vergessen. Reklamiert man dann, erhält man nur dumme Sprüche, keine Entschuldigung. Hinzukommt noch, nach den letzten beiden Besuchen hatten wir alle massive Verdauungsprobleme. Fazit - den Laden werden wir meiden - bleibt abzuwarten wie lange der sich noch hält. Hier ruht man sich einfach darauf aus, dass der nächste McD in Königsbrunn bzw Landsberg ist - aber es gibt genug andere Alternativen um sein Geld los zu werden und das auch ohne anschließende Verdauungsprobleme. Selbst 1 Punkt ist hier noch zu viel des Guten.

We were here today, September 26th at 5:30 p.m. Everything is okay so far, but one employee noticed us very negatively. She had bangs, reddish brown hair, middle aged and wore a headset, she also had an accent. She was constantly shouting in front of the customers at a colleague who was cleaning and cleaning the lobby. The employee looked really sad and exhausted. After 3 times I asked the employee (her name was probably Beata) to please stop this behavior. It was almost unbearable. Another guest praised me for it, he was about to do the same thing. Really unprofessional, in my opinion the lady should be fired immediately. Especially since there wasn't really much going on that would somehow justify their loudness and stress.

Almost every time something is missing from the order when MCDrive takes something away. Sometimes a complete, large burger, sometimes other things, the last time it was all dips and ketchup, mayonnaise, etc. It's really extremely annoying. What's also annoying is that you often have to wait quite a long time at the side in the MCDrive, even though there's obviously not much going on either locally or in the MCDrive. If this McDonald's wasn't so close to us and the alternatives weren't so few, we would avoid this restaurant as long as possible.

In my opinion it is an absolute disgrace to make customers wait so long even though the store is not very busy. Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't up to the standard of this fast food chain. Next time we will prefer to go to another branch before we come to Schwabmünchen (even though it is closer to where we live)

Probably the worst visit to the Scots ever. Waiting time at the drive in was terrible even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. Every car has to wait forever. After us there was a line down the street. The noise from the service area was extreme. There was bossing around and everything seemed very haphazard. An apology was made, but who benefits from that? The finished burgers were as if thrown together, my bacon was lying next to the BigMac. So I definitely won't go here again.

Ordered food at McDrive, paid for it and discovered at home that the nuggets had simply been forgotten... This is how you scare away customers!

Only ordered 20 nuggets with 3 sauces and you can't even manage to pack 3 sauces. Not the first time in this store.

So in the evening we quickly got 2 cheeseburgers (one with cucumber, one without cucumber) and fries from the mc drive. Well, the cheese on the burgers wasn't even really melted and everything was thrown all over the place in a completely unloving way. The fries were in places very very very salty. Although I really like salty fries, that was a lot. Even the burger without cucumber was not marked in any way like I know from other branches. The drive in is also a bit complicated when you try to find the counter for the first time at night. All in all, I would probably avoid going to this McDonald's in the future.

I was sitting very romantically at the table with my mother, then we noticed cobwebs and unfortunately that ruined the whole feeling.
