McDonald's in Schwabmünchen

I had a medium-sized order for around €30. When I got home I noticed that a product was missing. Unfortunately not the first incident. Half of the food is often cold anyway, whether in the store or to take away. From now on, always check that everything is there. But I also very much doubt whether I will come back in the near future.

If you like fast food, then yes. I met a friend there who loves hamburgers.

Something from the order is constantly forgotten. Of course, once you're home, you won't go back for a burger or a portion of fries. Annoying! The service is a disaster, annoyed and unfriendly!!!

The potatoes didn't taste good, it smelled like old oil. The burgers were cold. The service was quick. It wouldn't hurt you to improve the kitchen and renovate the place

Unfortunately, something is regularly left out of the burger or the nuggets I ordered are simply not put in. This is the umpteenth time. I don't normally write complaints, but they did so much crap that I had to write this. I hope you will be more careful in the future. Let's just say I don't see a chance for that.

Kennen den Laden schon sehr lange, hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr zum negativen verändert. Portionen kleiner, Preise dafür aber nach oben, Qualität massiv nach unten (kaltes Essen, lasche Pommes) und beim Drive In lange Wartezeiten, obwohl wenig los und dann wird von 3x an 2 Abenden jedes Mal was vergessen. Reklamiert man dann, erhält man nur dumme Sprüche, keine Entschuldigung. Hinzukommt noch, nach den letzten beiden Besuchen hatten wir alle massive Verdauungsprobleme. Fazit - den Laden werden wir meiden - bleibt abzuwarten wie lange der sich noch hält. Hier ruht man sich einfach darauf aus, dass der nächste McD in Königsbrunn bzw Landsberg ist - aber es gibt genug andere Alternativen um sein Geld los zu werden und das auch ohne anschließende Verdauungsprobleme. Selbst 1 Punkt ist hier noch zu viel des Guten.

We received the cappuccino we ordered with the lids half closed. Unfortunately, the taste is absolutely not what you are used to from McDonalds. Was the worst coffee in a long time. The jug in which the milk was frothed apparently hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

Really good location, fast service, not always friendly staff

We were here today, September 26th at 5:30 p.m. Everything is okay so far, but one employee noticed us very negatively. She had bangs, reddish brown hair, middle aged and wore a headset, she also had an accent. She was constantly shouting in front of the customers at a colleague who was cleaning and cleaning the lobby. The employee looked really sad and exhausted. After 3 times I asked the employee (her name was probably Beata) to please stop this behavior. It was almost unbearable. Another guest praised me for it, he was about to do the same thing. Really unprofessional, in my opinion the lady should be fired immediately. Especially since there wasn't really much going on that would somehow justify their loudness and stress.

The visit to McDonald's Schwabmünchen was a total disaster. We waited for an hour with two children for our order because they forgot about us. We didn't even get a small compensation for the children.

45 minutes waiting time for 3 McFlurries, which were only half full. In addition, the employees complain and snap at the customers. The order processing was completely haphazard. Especially, why is an employee walking around with orders? It's called a pickup station and not a drop-off and delivery service.

A Mac'es. The parking lot is on a slope, which doesn't improve the usual tightness of the parking lots. Update: Now the time has come, this branch has been removed from my card. The fact that something is often missing is one thing - it's your own fault if you don't check - today we lost over €10 again (M menu and 6 nuggets missing). The preparation isn't particularly quick and then everyone shouts through the restaurant that you just want to escape. To make the picture complete: Coke and Coke light aren't even marked, or the sauces slapped next to the burgers - it's logical that half of the packaging is completely soaked. The missing fork with the salad only completes the experience...

Burgers are either lukewarm or cold... Ordered Cola without ice cubes, came with ice cubes...

Today 09/13/24 6:30 p.m Very relaxed visit to the drive, the employee took enough time. Was very friendly and tried hard. However, some visitors who stand behind an ordering vehicle and start honking should go home to mom and pick up a few respect bells.

Big praise to the early shift, especially to the shift manager!!! What a kind person. Everything was fine :)

Another try and nothing again: This time I completely forgot about the product. First noticed in the office. Let's see if picking it up later actually works. Tried again, but unfortunately again deceptive. This time I forgot the toy for the child. Things will probably never get better. Is it a joke that it's only open from 10:00 a.m.? I was really surprised yesterday in Köbrunn. I felt like having breakfast again but nothing. Now I see the same thing. So incomprehensible. Addition after a long time. Still can't figure it out. Junior bag repeatedly forgets toys. Rebuilt and can't cope with the new technology. Husband orders take away and it is set out as a table! Then repack and, because of all the rattling, shift management. Will the curly fries be forgotten? This is how you alienate customers.

Service and products were just right. Ambience is also OK. What didn't work at all, however, was the cleanliness of the toilet. Nobody can tell me that it is checked regularly, let alone cleaned. Luckily I had eaten before going to the toilet.

Service and quality develop inversely proportional to pricing

Almost every time something is missing from the order when MCDrive takes something away. Sometimes a complete, large burger, sometimes other things, the last time it was all dips and ketchup, mayonnaise, etc. It's really extremely annoying. If you don't go through everything in the parking lot on site every time, you'll be annoyed later at home. .. What's also annoying is that you often have to wait quite a long time at the side in the MCDrive, even though there's obviously not much going on either locally or in the MCDrive. When you get home, half of the dishes are cold and only the few things you had to wait for are warm. If this McDonald's wasn't so close to us and the alternatives weren't so few, we would avoid this restaurant as long as possible.

Unfortunately I won't be going there again, the quality of the food is very variable. A few times everything was to my complete satisfaction, but on days like today: the burger buns were soggy and soggy, you could hardly eat the burger because everything was falling apart. And I also have the feeling that the portions/burgers are getting smaller and the prices are getting more and more expensive. I'm really a bit disappointed.

Food not healthy but service great.

If you have to wait 50 minutes for food with two small children, it has nothing to do with fast food. When we asked, we only got questioning looks because the staff didn't understand German. There wasn't even an apology when the shift manager came to us about our order. When we wanted another ice cream we also waited another 15 minutes. In my opinion it is an absolute disgrace to make customers wait so long even though the store is not very busy. Unfortunately, the ice cream wasn't up to the standard of this fast food chain. Next time we will prefer to go to another branch before we come to Schwabmünchen (even though it is closer to where we live)

To put it simply, the waiting times have become underground. I've been here many times but it's really underground. Some people come in and order something, want to pay at the checkout and then leave because no one is paying. If you think you're smart and pay with a card at the table, then you're wrong. Allow 30 minutes to get your cold food. I thought I'd be smart next time and order the service to the car. No way. So I'm sorry, but there's no mention of service here. The only thing missing is that I have to prepare my own food. It's a shame, I've actually never had any major problems here.

Probably the worst visit to the Scots ever. Waiting time at the drive in was terrible even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. Every car has to wait forever. After us there was a line down the street. The noise from the service area was extreme. There was bossing around and everything seemed very haphazard. An apology was made, but who benefits from that? The finished burgers were as if thrown together, my bacon was lying next to the BigMac. So I definitely won't go here again.

War nicht viel los, trotzdem lange Wartezeit bis das Essen kam. Wurde an der Kasse auch schon angekündigt, zuwenig Personal da. Ist ja heute nix neues, will ja keiner mehr arbeiten. Als es dann kam waren die Pommes weich, lauwarm und lasch. Der Royal TS hatte kaum Geschmack, der BigMac schmeckte nach Zitrone. Vielleicht vom Spülmitel? Die Restliche Familie war auch minder begeistert. Tochter hat jetzt zugestimmt BurgerKing zu testen. ENDLICH!

Ordered menu with 2 double cheeseburgers and large fries. I received 2 simple hamburgers in the packaging of the double cheeseburger. In addition, the amount of fries was more of a medium portion instead of a large portion. I only noticed this when I got home and started eating

Employees completely overwhelmed by a few orders. The old gentleman who apparently served in the military screamed at the whole store. If I was number 275 I wouldn't have picked up my food. And the people in the neighboring town have probably heard him too... won't be coming back any time soon because we don't want to be written to.

Ordered with the app, got there and received super friendly service. Food was totally fresh and delicious.

We live nearby and often go here with our children🤗

After many years, I'm craving Mc again. Food was ok, waiting time was very long Price wow burger fries iced tea almost €10....

Quite cheekily they simply don't have the shop open at 4 a.m. I was ravenous and wanted to get a small burger, so I ran there even though I was fat and then the shop just closed.

Very clean store and the staff is friendly.

As always, the McFlurry machine is supposedly broken, the employees are unfriendly and don't really speak German

Employees are yelled at. Everything doesn't seem well organized and poorly set up. The food is good. The shop is usually clean. But the working atmosphere doesn't seem to be good. The boss yells at employees and then she doesn't even do it the way she wants. Really not a good impression!

Once again ordered from MC via the app. Went there to pick it up and discovered at home that a burger was missing. It's pointless to call because you'll be pushed away or simply not answered. The second time in a row that it doesn't work. Sometimes complete burgers or menus are forgotten or there are onions on them even though you order without them. Employees are more busy with their personal stuff than with their work. Truly the worst McDonald's in the area.

Hey, if I could I would give zero stars. At first an employee just shouted at everyone, then half of the order was forgotten; a happy meal, a Big Mac, 9 chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. When we asked that something was missing, we were then insulted and our happy meal was thrown away (the other things were still missing). I just find it outrageous how they treat customers and colleagues there! I mean we paid for food. + we had to wait an hour even though there were 2 people there, the staff was completely overwhelmed.

Have we been forgotten? Food was served almost cold. Lukewarm fries, coffee and also the CickenBurger. We didn't like it at all this time. Hot food tastes much better.

Staff is overwhelmed with large orders of 9 menus. For example, ketchup and sweet and sour sauces were completely missing, 2 hamburgers and two fries were missing from the order.

The snack bar in Maaskantje offers better meals than this dump, which is a center of incompetence.

A very quiet McDonald's... but maybe we were just lucky with the time. The staff also seemed very tidy. You can stop here more often.

Ordered food at McDrive, paid for it and discovered at home that the nuggets had simply been forgotten... This is how you scare away customers!

Only ordered 20 nuggets with 3 sauces and you can't even manage to pack 3 sauces. Not the first time in this store.

So in the evening we quickly got 2 cheeseburgers (one with cucumber, one without cucumber) and fries from the mc drive. Well, the cheese on the burgers wasn't even really melted and everything was thrown all over the place in a completely unloving way. The fries were in places very very very salty. Although I really like salty fries, that was a lot. Even the burger without cucumber was not marked in any way like I know from other branches. The drive in is also a bit complicated when you try to find the counter for the first time at night. All in all, I would probably avoid going to this McDonald's in the future.

I was sitting very romantically at the table with my mother, then we noticed cobwebs and unfortunately that ruined the whole feeling.

Among other things, we received 2 McRibs, opened the lid and were served a mushy mash. The waitress simply replied that we had to go to the kitchen. For a total order of €36.90 an absolute disgrace. (Actually, basically...)

If I do that If there were to be any ambience stars, it definitely wouldn't be one. The air conditioning system also runs here at the end of January when the outside temperature is minus 2 degrees 🤦🏼‍♀️

By far the worst McDonald's there is. If you order something in the house after 5 p.m., you sometimes wait up to 45 minutes and then half of it is still missing.

Schon mehrmals vorgefallen, dass die Eismaschine nicht benutzbar und somit kein Eis zu bekommen ist weil sie sie sauber machen wollen. Das wäre normal, dass es ab 20:00 Uhr so ist. Wir stehen aber kurz nach 19:00 Uhr da und bekommen kein eis mehr … Abgesehen, dass die Pommes immer alt sind und die Chicken Nuggets auch schon mal besser waren

Immer gut besucht, aber bestellen geht über die Automaten direkt am Eingang. Wenn man möchte kann auch persönlich bestellt werden. Essen ist, wie bei McDonalds gewöhnt, schnell fertig. Auch wenn viel los war, war meine Bestellung immer richtig und vollständig.

Nettes Personal und guter Service. Deutlich besser als in der City.

Mittlerweile muss man sogar seine Burger auf Vollständigkeit kontrollieren. Heute Big Rösti ohne Fleisch bekommen....

Wir hatten wieder über den MC Drive bestellt, wieder mal wurde ein MC Chicken Classic vergessen. Sehr sehr ärgerlich weil er einzeln echt teuer ist !!!!

Es ist jetzt nicht das erste Mal, dass man eine größere Bestellung abholt und Burger fehlen. Und dann darf man wiederholt extra hinfahren und fühlt sich wie ein Betrüger, der einen extra Burger abstauben will....

Die Cheeseburger sind mittlerweile so verdruckt, wer weiß wie lange die schon dort rumdümpeln. Und im MC Drive fehlt jedesmal etwas! Du bist gezwungen noch vor Ort die Tüte durchzuwühlen, ob alles drin ist...sehr ärgerlich!

Beim MC Drive ausversehen meine Nuggets vergessen, normalerweise belangt mich das nicht, doch hier hatte ich mich echt drauf gefreut! Kurz angerufen, eine sensationell freundliche Frau Weber am Telefon gehabt und schon durfte ich meine Nuggets noch abholen!! 5 Sterne für diese kompetente Aktion! Ich bleibe treuer Kunde!

Draußen Schneefall und innen kalt mit zusätzlichem Zug von kalter Lüftung. Gäste sitzen mit Mantel und Mütze beim Essen. Sehr ungemütlich.

Bestellung über die App funktioniert super. Bei Abholung nur 1min. Wartezeit. Perfekte Abwicklung. Nettes Personal.

Passt alles, so wie es sein soll

Es ist in meinen Augen der langsamste Mc den ich je besucht habe es wurde zum Mitnehmen für 4 Personen bestellt, die Pommes wurden in eine Tüte geworfen die musste man danach raus sortieren in die Packung anstatt sie reinzustellen. Es waren die Burger von denen zwei falsch waren auch nur in die nächste Tüte geworfen so das die Packung auch zum Teil offen waren. Alles in allem einfach lust und lieblos und das ganze auch noch langsamer wie als in allen anderen mir bekannten Mc's

Schneller Service. Essen ist gut verarbeitet. Lokal ist neu eingerichtet

Essen wie man es erwartet, Ambiente muß man halt mögen (vor dem Umbau war´s m. M. nach gemütlicher). Aber daß bei der Bestellung über 45€ 10 McNuggets fehlen (nicht viel los im Restaurant) geht m. M. nach GAR NICHT. Leider erst zuhause bemerkt --> also nochmal 20km fahren. In Zukunft wird im Restaurant kontrolliert (traurig, aber anscheinend leider notwendig)

Nette, hilfsbereite Leute, saubere Umgebung, höfliche und schnelle Bedienung. Allerdings sollte ich erwähnen, dass der "neue" Big Mac weniger Sauce hatte als der "alte". Trotzdem hatte ich eine gute Zeit. Dankeschön

Bin sehr enttäuschend wie klein der BIC Mac geworden ist. Der Geschmack war gut .

Guter Rastplatz bei diversen Radtouren zu Lost Places in der weiteren Umgebung.

Also ich hole öfters für ein schnelles Abendessen etwas über den Drive-in... Es kommt aber Leider Regelmäßig vor, das Teile der Bestellung vergessen werden, deshalb nur 2 Sterne. Ich werde in Zukunft öfter das Ausgegebe Essen kontrollieren und mich nicht mehr auf das Personal verlassen.

Leider so oft & erst gestern wieder war das bestellte nicht vollzählig. Mittlerweile prüfen wir zu 99% direkt vor Ort ob was fehlt. Echt ärgerlich. Zwei mal Pommes mit Soße einfach nicht drin.

Der mc Donalds ist leider Zu weit von meinem Haus entfernt und ich muss Fahrrad fahren also Sport machen um ihn zu erreichen.Jedoch lohnt es sich jedes Mal aufs neue wen mein saftiger im Licht glänzender Big Mac geliefert wird und ich einen genüsslichen Biss nehmen kann.Preis Leistung ist für die Qualität leider so nicht akzeptabel aber ich bin blöderweise abhängig davon.Ich kann außerdem von wärmsten Herzen die knusprigen Gitterpommes empfehlen jedoch ist mir leider eimal eines auf den Fuß gefallen anbei auch ein Bild davon und auch die Musik Auswahl ist erste Sahne außer das leider kein Mark Forster und Andreas Bourani läuft aber das lädt sich ja noch einstellen.Zu recht 4/5 Sternen .

Trotz stundenlangem warten War das Endprodukt eiskalt Meine Cola besteht aus 97% Wasser und 3% Eiswürfel da frag ich mich nur wo bleibt das fast Food Dieses etablismeu ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen Da geh ich lieber zum KFC da is zwar teurer aber i wart ned wenigstens 25 Stunden

Immer unser Zwischenstop um ein Eis oder kleinen Snack zu gönnen 👍 bisher war es immer super
