Not recommended! Completely overwhelmed. What takes 5 minutes elsewhere takes 20 here. If two pensioners use the two functioning terminals, it can take 30 minutes before you can even place an order. Update: Miraculously it was much quicker on the way back on my second visit. However, I was just lucky with my time slot. I noticed that German places are very different in terms of quality from Western and even Eastern ones! So far, I've eaten the best burgers from this chain in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and ironically, Poland. I suspect it's due to staff shortages, but unfortunately no one wants to work in a fast food restaurant. It's a pity, because the chain's sandwiches themselves are great, but if they are made sloppily, they leave a bad taste and dissatisfaction.
