Ordered 4 small burgers and a cola, this took almost 15 minutes even though the restaurant wasn't full and then the food wasn't particularly fresh either.

You can use the ordering machine to order things that are not available in the branch. Ordered 2 cappuccinos, one with oat milk (lactose intolerance), one normal. The two drinks came from the same machine and from the same process. When asked which was which, they simply said: Huh why? It's two cappuccinos. Both the same. When we pointed out what we had ordered at the terminal, all we got was: No, we don't have that, you can only get that at the gas station. We then left with a cappuccino and a black coffee. There was also a note that “there is still coffee cream for the black coffee.” This advice is of course very helpful for lactose intolerance. Never experienced such poor customer service.

Worst BK in Germany makes 20 people in line at 8 p.m. and easy to do, staff unfriendly just plain humble never again!!! It's better to drive 30 minutes further in any direction and the people there are nicer and stay open later

The food was OK Burger wasn't too hot and it wasn't the meat's fault that the burger dripped while eating. A burger was missing from the order. We were there to charge our car and eat while doing so. The restaurant was dirty (fries & garbage on the floor), the offerings were limited (no ice cream) and the staff was unfriendly. In the end we were harshly asked to pay to use the toilet even though we ate in the restaurant.
