Today was the third time I visited Burger King Eschweiler. Unfortunately, this was also the third time the food arrived lukewarm. There are also negative things to say about the fries. Several times (on all three visits), the fries tasted like dirty potatoes. There must be a lack of quality control. If things don't improve, Burger King will lose three customers. Update 03/19/2035: It's annoying when no receipt is issued for electronic ordering. The order worked on the second machine, and after a while, the meal could be taken away. Today, the hamburger was also at "swallowing temperature." The fries were okay. So, the food could have been a bit warmer at the counter.

Every now and then we treat ourselves to Burger King. But unfortunately the third time we were there, all the burgers were only lukewarm to cold. Although these things were made hot in the microwave when the complaint was made directly, that can't be the case. My observation is that the burgers are already put on the tray, then the fries are made, drinks, etc., and of course the food on the tray then becomes cold. Service was friendly. Tray trolleys full of used trays, so maybe check and replace them more often. We'll give it another try at some point.

The food was just BK. It's just not culinary... I don't expect it either... I thought it was bad that there were only 3 guests and all the tables were dirty as hell. Then the staff pushes a clearing trolley (which was filled with 3 trays) away with two people... one of them could have wiped tables in that time... Cleanliness is really room for improvement. Too bad... The toilets also haven't had a thorough cleaning for years. Really disgusting...

The staff at the DriveIn is really underground. Several meals were bonked twice (unfortunately, as with other drive-ins, there is no monitor on which you can see the order). When we asked before paying, as the price seemed unusually high, we were told that everything had only been bonked once . After paying, we asked for the receipt and asked the lady directly about the too much food. We were brushed off in an unfriendly manner because the lady couldn't/didn't want to do anything for us because the food had already been paid for. Unfortunately, the way we were treated by the employee left us speechless.

Update January 2025. Strong deterioration in all areas. The store appears unkempt and has significant structural defects that don't seem to be being remedied. In most cases the staff can be described as "Grumpy". I probably would be too if I had to work there. Order terminals not working for a long period of time. Several times (actually every visit) many promotional products or special offer products are not available.

Underground customer service! I've never experienced anything like that. The gentleman who apparently was in charge of this Burger King yesterday should really think about whether he has found the right job. I ordered drinks in reusable cups and unfortunately the lid of one of the cups was completely dirty. So I went there and politely asked for the drink to be replaced as I found it very disgusting to drink from this cup. The gentleman did that too, but absolutely reluctantly. I don't know if I got a new lid or if he just rinsed it off. When I politely pointed out to him that the ice cream that was specially requested was missing, he simply ignored me. I assume that he was in charge because he paid me the deposit for the cups. As far as I know, only managers are allowed to do that. But then the absolute highlight came when he first took a €2 piece out of the cash register, then looked at me and, grinning, exchanged the €2 piece for four 50 cent pieces. But it was too stupid for me and the grin said it all. I have to say that the man didn't say a single word. Absolute impudence. No excuses, nothing just worked in silence and left me standing in the end. Bottomless impudence!

I pointed this out to the service person and it seemed to me to be the boss who took the stump from my hand without a word, gave it to me without putting on what I had. order. We were there on December 21st. around 8 p.m. and I immediately noticed the condition of the restaurant. All the tables were dirty, rubbish on the floor, as if the carnival procession had passed through. If there had been a lot going on, I would have understood, but the employees were just chilling. Then I wanted to wash my hands... No soap/disinfectant in the men's room, although these are the Ecolab soap dispensers that take weeks to empty. Added to this was the defective hand dryer... I washed my hands anyway. But what do the employees do? Do they wash their hands without soap, if at all? I've known this store since day 1 and I've never experienced anything like this... In any case, I will report the conditions to the health department, because they are obviously playing with the health of the guests.

I ordered churros from Burger King via Lieferando. Shortly after ordering, I was called and informed that the churros were sold out and my order would be canceled. I was promised that a cancellation confirmation would be sent via Lieferando, but this never happened. The next day I called again to clarify the problem. The employee explained that I couldn't get my money back. I then asked if you could deliver the churros that day. However, this was rejected because it was supposedly too late, even though it was 8:30 p.m. and, according to Lieferando, there was still time for a delivery until 11:00 p.m. The employee simply said that something would be possible tomorrow. In the following days I tried to reach the branch by phone several times, but no one answered the phone. No delivery, no refund and you coldly ignore my calls. I can't believe it...

I am always very satisfied with this Burger King! The food tastes good, the prices are quite reasonable, and overall I always have a pleasant experience there. Every now and then a nugget is missing from the box of 20, which is of course a bit annoying - but that only happens rarely and doesn't really spoil the overall impression. The worst Burger King I've ever been to. We visited this branch on November 20, 2024 at around 5:15 p.m. The only positive thing about this visit was that we received our food quickly and the order was complete. The search for a clean table was unsuccessful. Luckily my wife had wet wipes with her. The burgers and fries were lukewarm to almost cold. This also matched the room temperature in the store. It felt like 2 degrees outside and 12 degrees inside. So keep your jackets and scarf on. After this wonderful meal, we wanted to take our tablet away with trash. Unfortunately, the stations were overflowing and we could only put our things on a neighboring table. A really great atmosphere. Don't think we'll go there again.

Rarely experienced such a catastrophe as a “Burger King”... - Employees stood at the counter listless and bored upon arrival... - Food was at least freshly prepared (there were no other customers there - in retrospect I know why -.-) - Tables were full of crumbs, grease stains and handprints - Floor full of crumbs and spilled drinks so dirty that your shoes get stuck! - no toilet paper or soap on the pot... - both return trolleys were already full of trays (then I threw mine on top - someone will pick it up at some point?)... - There are cobwebs in every corner of the windows as well as greasy stains and handprints from children, etc. - the paint on the entrance door is peeling off and more blue (old) paint shines through than gray (new)... --> So the staff actually have enough to do when there are no customers, but they don't give a damn about the condition and hygiene in the store?!

I was shocked. Very dirty everywhere and long waiting time. From the Junior cone that was ordered, there was no fruit tiger and no Quetschi and instead of the mayonnaise that was ordered there was sweet and sour sauce in it that wasn't ordered. As an apology there was ice cream with Smarties. However, the ice cream was tasteless. Oh yes and the ice blocks we ordered in our cola were also missing. There were only two people on staff. Then a young girl came, probably a student, who wiped the tables. Unfortunately, Burger King seems to be going downhill a lot. Our daughter just wants to go to McDonald's, where you can get whatever you order and even balloons. It's a shame... We've always been a Burger King faction, but not anymore because we've been disappointed several times...

Absolute disaster, you can't speak of fast food here. A queue of 5 cars in front of us, we waited half an hour! I know it differently. When we got to the payment window, yes, they collect cash, take cash and then put the burgers in the bag without disinfecting or anything like that. After ordering a meal at 2:31 p.m., we were still not served at 3:26 p.m. However, I tried to get explanations from a young employee, without success. Furthermore, the chronology of orders was not always respected. Then, we finally received our meal but what was our surprise. My friend received a burger without sauce, without vegetables. Two other friends received cold food. In terms of hygiene, handling money then food without hand washing in the meantime. Some people worked in civilian clothes (sports tracksuits). It's a shame to end our vacation on such an unfortunate note. Let us hope for a brighter future than their dark past.

This is the worst Burger King I've experienced so far. It wasn't busy and I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my food. The store is pretty unkempt, and especially the toilet - every public toilet is cleaner. The staff is very good Unfriendly and moody, no wonder with this branch manager. The branch manager becomes outrageously cheeky and loud towards the customers just because they ask how long the order will take or the wrong food came again. The burgers are luke warm or dry in places. I won't here I'd rather drive 50m further to McDonalds. I can only hope that Burger King takes action urgently and makes a personnel change in this branch. This Burger King would be the right team Wallraff

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience on my last visit to the Burger King in Eschweiler. While I was placing my order at the terminal, I observed a checkout employee putting almost her entire finger in her mouth to try to loosen something between her teeth. After I finished at the terminal and paid with cash, including change, she went straight to the kitchen without washing her hands to help prepare my burgers. She didn't wear gloves or even wipe her hands with a cloth - she just walked from the checkout to the kitchen. This behavior is extremely unhygienic and does not correspond to the standards expected in the catering industry. It was both unpleasant and worrying to see basic hygiene measures being ignored. Additionally, as I was walking back to my car, I noticed that something was missing from my order. Of course this can happen; However, I was the only customer aside from three or four other customers eating at the restaurant, and there was no one in the drive-thru. When I re-entered the restaurant to complain about the missing sauce, I was immediately helped. However, during this short stay, I observed another employee blowing her nose in the middle of the kitchen. Even though blowing your nose is a normal activity, I think it's inappropriate to do it in the kitchen. I couldn't tell if she washed her hands afterwards because I then left the store. I hope that management takes this matter seriously and takes measures to improve hygiene practices. As a customer, I expect that both the preparation of my food and the handling of cash follow the highest hygiene standards.

Absolute disaster. You just wait far too long for your food. In my opinion it has nothing to do with fast food. I also find it strange that none of the employees care that a bird is flying around in the restaurant. I also have to say that the staff needs to work hard on the issue of friendliness towards customers. If you then have to check every order, I have to say you don't like being a guest at Burger King Eschweiler.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. What you would expect from a BK branch on a motorway entrance/industrial area. Big plus point for the plant based options, which are simply particularly good at König, small deduction for the ambience and the lack of the drinks station with the great selection of sugar-free soft drinks that you can find in other branches. You can do it (again and again).

If possible avoid unfriendly employees, extremely slow, long waiting times! Fast food isn't called FAST for nothing! Drive thru no matter when you come and order 20-30 minutes and in the restaurant itself 35-45 minutes!!!!!!!

This Burger King has cut over the top. The quality changes depending on the team and service. Sometimes like today when the outside temperature is 33 degrees. No ice cubes because the machine was supposedly broken, no carbon dioxide in the cola without being pointed out. Warmed fries from the microwave. Really disgusting! Sometimes there are people there wearing shirts, strangely enough, on these days everything is tip top! They got the problem with the incorrect loading of the bags under control. It was always the same employee who completed everything incorrectly or omitted it altogether. Ps. The thing about warming up the fries and not giving out fresh burgers is only done by someone in charge of the shift. If you're wondering where the customers are all of a sudden, it's your employees who aren't adhering to fresh guidelines. I'm so angry that I even spent money on something like that. I used to be a regular customer, I thought it's definitely gotten better... no, it's still being produced even though it's dead and it's then sold to a customer who happens to be passing by after hours... bah bah bah

War zum ersten Mal in Eschweiler bei Burger King. Noch nie so schlecht bei Burger King bedient worden unfreundlich bei Kritik dreht sich der verantwortliche für die Schicht 14:30 um und gehtund das Essen ist ungenießbar Ich hatte mir. Erlaubt einen Whopper zu Bestellen an einem Automaten Wartezeit auf das Essen 12 min. Dann Kam die Katastrophe der Whopper mit ca. 50 gr majo beladen, habe die majo runtergekratzt aber welche Überraschung kein Geschmack das Patty keine Gewürze und überhaupt kein Salz habe das ungenießbar entsorgt. Das Personal sollte nach der Autobahn Raststätte Frankfurt Süd fahren und dort in die Ausbildung wiederholen. Dort hat es mir noch letzte Woche sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt.

Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. There were three of us First I had to wait almost half an hour for my food, which is not to be expected at a fast food restaurant (a Happy Meal and a McMenu Small, so not a particularly large order). Accordingly, my fries were already cold. One of us had items missing from our orders, which isn't the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. And the vegetarian in the group was served nuggets with meat instead of McPlants. All in all a very bad experience and would not be recommended.

Relatively clean, spacious parking. That's where the positives end. There was nowhere to get water, the shower was dirty and none of the outlets worked. Also, after the shower, when returning the keys, I was scolded for staying in it for a long time (30-40) minutes, although no instructions or conditions were announced before that!!

Thanks..no thanks. Sometimes you get hit because you just want to look. What you order... if the food was particularly tasty, I could ignore it. So I was dissatisfied with both.

By far the best kebab you can get here in the region. Hearing that from me is a real achievement. Come eat here and see for yourself. The size of the kebab? Perfect. The sauces? Perfect. The meat? Perfect. Come here and even enjoy the Champions League. That happens often here. What more could you want?
