Dirty tables are not cleaned either!

I was shocked. Very dirty everywhere and long waiting time. From the Junior cone that was ordered, there was no fruit tiger and no Quetschi and instead of the mayonnaise that was ordered there was sweet and sour sauce in it that wasn't ordered. As an apology there was ice cream with Smarties. However, the ice cream was tasteless. Oh yes and the ice blocks we ordered in our cola were also missing. There were only two people on staff. Then a young girl came, probably a student, who wiped the tables. Unfortunately, Burger King seems to be going downhill a lot. Our daughter just wants to go to McDonald's, where you can get whatever you order and even balloons. It's a shame... We've always been a Burger King faction, but not anymore because we've been disappointed several times...

Unfortunately, washing up tables isn't a priority when there's little to do. And if you have your food delivered you shouldn't do this for your lunch break. We ordered for 12:45 p.m. and the food didn't arrive until 1:45 p.m. despite asking for it at 1:45 p.m.

Tasty and good, but bad and slow staff. 30 minutes until me and my children had our food. And not even a kind word as an apology.

Ordered inside at the terminal. Waited 40 minutes after ordering. Food was cold and one burger was incorrectly topped. The store was definitely better. Fast food is different.

Absolute disaster, you can't speak of fast food here. A queue of 5 cars in front of us, we waited half an hour! I know it differently. When we got to the payment window, yes, they collect cash, take cash and then put the burgers in the bag without disinfecting or anything like that. An employee switches between serving and kitchen, no employee wears a hat! In addition, cleaning agent was sprayed in the checkout area where items had already been arranged. No go! Last visit to BK!

It's just a Burger King there, the quality isn't very important, but if you want something quick to eat it's very convenient. The food is ready quickly and you can save a lot with coupons. Unfortunately, the tables are often dirty and the staff comes across as very demotivated.

Very long waiting time for food and the dishes are not all very nicely prepared. Fries were like they had been warmed up or fried again and the burgers barely had any sauce on them.

Drive in wasn't busy, we drove back without ordering anything.

The employee or manager was totally on point, proactively made us aware of the offers, took her time and we all remember that as a positive thing. The vegetarian versions are always worth recommending.

You just wait too long. Waiting 1 hour has nothing to do with fast food. We recommend hiring more employees otherwise it will be our last visit

After spending a great week in Sicily, it all ended with a catastrophic experience at Burger King Eschweiler. After ordering a meal at 2:31 p.m., we were still not served at 3:26 p.m. However, I tried to get explanations from a young employee, without success. Furthermore, the chronology of orders was not always respected. Then, we finally received our meal but what was our surprise. My friend received a burger without sauce, without vegetables. Two other friends received cold food. In terms of hygiene, handling money then food without hand washing in the meantime. Some people worked in civilian clothes (sports tracksuits). It's a shame to end our vacation on such an unfortunate note. Let us hope for a brighter future than their dark past.

Very cruel, I ordered at 2 p.m. for 4:15 p.m. and it was there at 5:25 p.m., the food was completely cold and it tasted like rubber and I also forgot a burger.💀

This is the worst Burger King I've experienced so far. It wasn't busy and I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my food. The store is pretty unkempt, and especially the toilet - every public toilet is cleaner. The staff is very good Unfriendly and moody, no wonder with this branch manager. The branch manager becomes outrageously cheeky and loud towards the customers just because they ask how long the order will take or the wrong food came again. The burgers are luke warm or dry in places. I won't here I'd rather drive 50m further to McDonalds. I can only hope that Burger King takes action urgently and makes a personnel change in this branch. This Burger King would be the right team Wallraff

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience on my last visit to the Burger King in Eschweiler. While I was placing my order at the terminal, I observed a checkout employee putting almost her entire finger in her mouth to try to loosen something between her teeth. After I finished at the terminal and paid with cash, including change, she went straight to the kitchen without washing her hands to help prepare my burgers. She didn't wear gloves or even wipe her hands with a cloth - she just walked from the checkout to the kitchen. This behavior is extremely unhygienic and does not correspond to the standards expected in the catering industry. It was both unpleasant and worrying to see basic hygiene measures being ignored. Additionally, as I was walking back to my car, I noticed that something was missing from my order. Of course this can happen; However, I was the only customer aside from three or four other customers eating at the restaurant, and there was no one in the drive-thru. When I re-entered the restaurant to complain about the missing sauce, I was immediately helped. However, during this short stay, I observed another employee blowing her nose in the middle of the kitchen. Even though blowing your nose is a normal activity, I think it's inappropriate to do it in the kitchen. I couldn't tell if she washed her hands afterwards because I then left the store. I hope that management takes this matter seriously and takes measures to improve hygiene practices. As a customer, I expect that both the preparation of my food and the handling of cash follow the highest hygiene standards.

Absolute disaster. You just wait far too long for your food. In my opinion it has nothing to do with fast food. I also find it strange that none of the employees care that a bird is flying around in the restaurant. I also have to say that the staff needs to work hard on the issue of friendliness towards customers. If you then have to check every order, I have to say you don't like being a guest at Burger King Eschweiler.

The staff is extremely overwhelmed. The order wasn't completely packed and when I went in they gave me the wrong burger. Other burgers had a completely different sauce on them than usual.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. What you would expect from a BK branch on a motorway entrance/industrial area. Big plus point for the plant based options, which are simply particularly good at König, small deduction for the ambience and the lack of the drinks station with the great selection of sugar-free soft drinks that you can find in other branches. You can do it (again and again).

If possible avoid unfriendly employees, extremely slow, long waiting times! Fast food isn't called FAST for nothing! Drive thru no matter when you come and order 20-30 minutes and in the restaurant itself 35-45 minutes!!!!!!!

Veggie king disappointing. The veggie king patty was made of pasta and cheese. I am sure it was not from the standard menu. Employees were good though.

Noisy, narrow parking spaces, annoyed and slow staff, all of the sauces and mayonnaise were missing from our meal. NEVER AGAIN !

Delivery time stated 9:06 p.m. arrived at 10:18 p.m.!!! For 20 pieces of chilli cheese nuggets and a hamburger. Add to that the fact that it was ICE COLD when it arrived, you would really have to ask for your money back!!

War zum ersten Mal in Eschweiler bei Burger King. Noch nie so schlecht bei Burger King bedient worden unfreundlich bei Kritik dreht sich der verantwortliche für die Schicht 14:30 um und gehtund das Essen ist ungenießbar Ich hatte mir. Erlaubt einen Whopper zu Bestellen an einem Automaten Wartezeit auf das Essen 12 min. Dann Kam die Katastrophe der Whopper mit ca. 50 gr majo beladen, habe die majo runtergekratzt aber welche Überraschung kein Geschmack das Patty keine Gewürze und überhaupt kein Salz habe das ungenießbar entsorgt. Das Personal sollte nach der Autobahn Raststätte Frankfurt Süd fahren und dort in die Ausbildung wiederholen. Dort hat es mir noch letzte Woche sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt.

This Burger King has cut over the top. The quality changes depending on the team and service. Sometimes like today when the outside temperature is 33 degrees. No ice cubes because the machine was supposedly broken, no carbon dioxide in the cola without being pointed out. Warmed fries from the microwave. Really disgusting! Sometimes there are people there wearing shirts, strangely enough, on these days everything is tip top! They got the problem with the incorrect loading of the bags under control. It was always the same employee who completed everything incorrectly or omitted it altogether. Ps. The thing about warming up the fries and not giving out fresh burgers is only done by someone in charge of the shift. If you're wondering where the customers are all of a sudden, it's your employees who aren't adhering to fresh guidelines. I'm so angry that I even spent money on something like that. I used to be a regular customer, I thought it's definitely gotten better... no, it's still being produced even though it's dead and it's then sold to a customer who happens to be passing by after hours... bah bah bah

Stood in the drive in for 40 minutes... Employees do not wear masks. Vouchers are only partially redeemable and there is no King of the Month as advertised on the Internet. Plant based chilli cheese was with meat Super warm inside in summer. Orders are processed very slowly...

I can't complain about the food, fries hot and crispy, burgers delicious, cola nice and cold. However, you wait quite a long time until the order is ready. I think 13 minutes is a bit long, especially since there wasn't much going on. What didn't work was the temperature in the restaurant, yes it was warm outside, around 27 degrees, but inside it was unbearably hot. Really bad... I ended up taking my food with me because I couldn't stand it and the outside area wasn't that great.

If you have 3-5 working days until the order is ready, then you can recommend the restaurant, otherwise not. A woman next to us wanted to pay in cash after ordering on the screen. Was put off by the employee who was standing around (at the cash register) with the words “later, no staff”. After 10 minutes they decided to leave again. No air conditioning or it doesn't work. Food was OK.

The delivery is a complete disaster, you wait and wait and the time there isn't right either

You stand in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Say hello after 3 minutes and get a message back. Please wait a moment. Waited patiently for another few minutes. Fill your mouth and back out.

Unfortunately a very weak branch. The toilet is almost never clean, you're stuck on the floor. Orders are often not processed as they would be at the terminal. Things like “no onions or no ice cubes please” often don’t work and are unfortunately ignored. In addition, the employees do not wear gloves during preparation, play on their cell phones, etc. in between. This is not hygienic. And whatever the reason, the cola often tastes like dishwashing liquid, when you ask, all you get is that it's all right... Friendliness isn't necessarily important, but in the catering industry it makes a difference, but unfortunately it's almost always missing.

The store is a complete disaster, the staff is mostly unfriendly and incompetent, orders are issued incorrectly, twice already I received a completely different order, plant-based long chicken is ordered - you get a (hopefully even plant-based) long chili chessburger?? The sanitary facilities stink of piss, incredibly unhygienic and disgusting. I recommend everyone to look somewhere nearby for an alternative instead of entering this store.

The food was good as always at Burger King, especially the fries. Simply the best around. Unfortunately my colleague got a cold coffee. It's a shame otherwise the rating would be even better. But you also have to be able to improve.

Worst drive in in Germany... 11min. Not one order was taken at the column... and an unbelievable 3 cars were served in 20 minutes... unbelievable... a waste of time on a sunny Sunday... there are probably no standards at Burger King anymore... TIP opposite is Mc Donalds...they all work in a fraction of the time!

Very bad almost no saus in the burger . And a really unfriendly Indian ( looks like) guy who even threw the saus bags when pointed out he made a mistake

Toilet could be cleaner, it's not that nice

It took a bit longer to receive the order but at least the fries were cooked perfectly. Parking is also adequate during lunchtime on a weekday. Our all time favourite is the Xtra Long Chili Cheese! I think it's the best burger at BK.

Yesterday I stopped there with a friend to get something to eat "quickly"... We each ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken burger and that was probably one order ☝️ In addition to the employees, there were only 4 young people in the fast food snack bar who were obviously there together. Since I wanted to wash my hands while the food was being prepared, I went to the sanitary facilities... unfortunately it wasn't really clean there and I'm not the pickiest when it comes to that sort of thing. It wasn't decking properly, but that can be done much better. The blower for drying your hands looked very unkempt and the toilet paper was so thin that you could see through it and I only managed to get a few intact sheets of paper with great difficulty and great sensitivity. We stood there in front of the counter for about 13 minutes and waited for our food... 13 minutes, even though the whole snack bar is practically empty, I think is definitely too long... 👎 We also noticed in the car that the burgers had far too little sauce on them and were therefore significantly too dry. Fast food is no fun like that 😒 I wouldn't eat there again.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-in for ONE chili cheese burger and otherwise it takes far too long and something is always wrong.

Forever established Burger King. Quite alright. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but it should be "fast". The drive in is a disaster. On average you wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes until you get your food. Even though there are only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. That could be faster. It's better to go in and get what you want.

Do yourself a favor and just don't go there. The employees are not really up to date, forget something at least once with every order or don't listen properly and give you something wrong. It would be best if they closed the hut. They are all really extremely incompetent! McDonalds is far better.

We stopped over on our way to my mother. Had a very tasty plant-base chilli cheese burger with extra chilli, it was super tasty. Restaurant was clean, toilets too 😍

Unhygienic I was eating there with my son and while waiting for the food I could see how the 2 women in the kitchen had put the burgers on them without gloves, a slice of meat was forgotten on the double cheeseburger and after the complaint was simply put on it without gloves. Simply disgusting, not recommended

I had visited a few years ago and the food was good. Now I found everything very salty, especially the fries which had a lot of salt.

Unfortunately the taste wasn't so good this time. The ingredients tasted different.

Wahnsinnig schlechter Service! Bei der Bestellung am Drive-In Schalter war die Mitarbeiterin super langsam, schlecht gelaunt und hat weder nach Getränken noch Soßen gefragt und beim ausgeben wurde einfach angenommen was wir haben wollten. Zudem unfassbar lange Wartezeiten, obwohl sichtlich kaum was los war.

It's outrageous how you're being ripped off here. You order a 0.5l milkshake and pay for it and only get a 0.4l shake because that's supposed to be the right thing to do...despite the evidence, no insight

I really don't think it's good, because I specifically asked if the 2 crispy and 2 big king, I wrote because they don't answer, I called 3 times, and in the end they forgot the sauce, ketchup and mayo, if they didn't want the burger can do, they could call me and let me know then I ordered you, yes if I call and they don't answer

I ordered a plant-based burger and received one with beef

The portion size is right and the drinks taste like what is on the label, so they have achieved everything that the competition 2 streets away cannot achieve. The only thing that was a bit too long for me is the waiting time. Otherwise everything was great and nothing was forgotten.

If you get a little hungry there is something for everyone here but I have to say the staff could be friendlier. On my last visit I had to wait 15 minutes at the car counter, when I asked how long it would take I didn't get an answer... it's a shame, especially since the fries were cold and the cola was warm, luckily the burger was ok... there there is still room for improvement!

Completely unambitious service, even standard food, ok

Das erste und letzte mal hier gewesen. Personal unfreundlich und das Essen ist genauso kalt wie der burger king selbst.Sogar das Personal trägt Winterjacken.

Heute nach dem Schwimmen da gewesen, nur leider sau kalt in dem Laden als ob die Klimaanlage an ist. Essen war sollala, da gefällt es mir in Düren bei Bk besser, demnächst nehm ich dann lieber den Umweg in kauf. Tische und Boden nicht wirklich sauber obwohl 5-6 leute hinter der Theke rumliefen.

Lieferung absolut grausam. Wir mussten 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung warten. Essen war natürlich kalt und zusätzlich wurde ein Dessert vergessen. Eine Frechheit seitens BK. Wenn man es nicht organisiert bekommt, sollt man keine Lieferung anbieten! Stellt mehr Fahrer ein oder lasst es bleiben.

Essen halt typisch Burger King - alles in Ordnung inklusive Sonderwünsche. Ambiente: Es war diesmal recht dreckig. Tische waren zum Teil nicht gewischt und die Tablettablage war so voll, dass die Kunden auf nebenstehende Tische ausweichen mussten. Service: Da erwarte ich eigentlich nicht viel. Nette Bedienung und eine kurze Begrüßung wäre aber schon schön. Upgrade der Service-Bewertung aus folgendem Grund: In meinem Auto hatte ich noch einen Pfandbecher (von Burger King selbst gebrandet). Diesen wollte ich zurückgeben, was ja der Sinn beim Pfand ist. Vermutlich hat der lokale Burger King aber andere Pfandbecher. Erst der Filialleiter war dann bereit, diesen zurückzunehmen - dafür gab es aber auch nur einen Euro, obwohl ich - da bin ich mir sicher - zwei Euro Pfand bezahlt hatte. Und nein, falls der extra kosten sollte, ich habe nie einen Deckel dazu bekommen... Da der Filialleiter eh schon schlechte Laune an den Tag legte, habe ich auf eine weitere Reklamation verzichtet.

Habe doppelt Bacon bestellt und bezahlt und hab nur eine Scheibe Bacon drauf gehabt.

Es werden hier schon mal alte Brötchen rausgegeben die fühlen sich dann an und schmecken auch wie Pappe. Das essen braucht verhältnismäßig lange und die neue Soße ist beinahe dauerhaft ausverkauft. Das Ambiente ist etwas schäbig und nicht sehr gemütlich. Bei meinem letzten Besuch standen viele Tische mit Müll voll den die Kunden nicht weg räumen konnten weil die Angestellten beide Wagen für die Tabletts nicht geleert haben. Diese liefen auch schon komplett über.

Ja, was soll man da noch schreiben. Auch nach dem Umbau: Die Bestellung ist oft unvollständig. Sehr oft lau warmes essen. Ewig lange Wartezeit. Das ist wirklich eins der schlechteren BK die es hier im Umkreis gibt,leider :( *Update Und schon wieder kein Käse auf zwei bestellten Burger (jeweils +1€ ) Bei beiden King Meal Jr. Keine süße Soße und einen Fruchttiger zu wenig(der auch ein Aufpreis kostet). Was ist denn da los bei euch?

Mal wieder bei burger king gewesen. Unfreundlich doof auf den Ohren und können nicht lesen. Karamell shake bestellt nur den kleinen einfachen bekommen ohne Karamell, bescheid gegeben und Spruch erhalten "wie kann das denn sein" . Da müsste auch mal das Team Wallraff hin. Mitarbeiter müssen besser aufpassen. Caramel shake bestellt vanille erhalten Cola zum Menü bestellt oreo shake erhalten, chili cheese Fries bestellt Fritten mit röstzwiebeln und Gurken erhalten, drei Menüs bestellt zwei burger fehlten, zwei Menüs Nuggets und zwei chili cheese Fries bestellt beide chili cheese Fries fehlten und so weiter.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag nach einem Ausflug hier essen. Es war nicht besonders voll, und unsere Bestellung war klein (2 Burger mit Pommes und 2 Getränke) und wir wollten es mitnehmen. Leider mussten wir sehr lange warten, auch wenn wir fast die einzigen Kunden waren, und im Endeffekt war die Bestellung dann auch noch falsch. Die Bedienung war zusätzlich noch sehr unfreundlich.

Essen okay,wurde frisch gemacht. Ich empfinde es allerdings als sehr negativ das die Dame in der Küche die mein Essen zubereitet hat keine Kopfbedeckung auf hatte(Mütze oder Haarnetz),obwohl sie lange Haare hatte,das finde ich nicht akzeptabel weil so tatsächlich etwas ins Essen geraten könnte(Haare!).
