My Kebab in Eschweiler

Parking is super convenient! I always order a few drinks here before I leave! I give this restaurant 5 stars because the staff is always friendly and the restrooms are spotless every time I visit (the restrooms at McDonald's in the city center are filthy). That shows how well they are run!

Waited forever at the drive-thru on September 21st around 6:10 p.m., then it was mentioned that they didn't accept card payments, which was okay. Then I gave them a coupon, and instead of saying please go to the counter, they complained, saying, "Should I come out now or what?" No, they could have politely said, "Please go to the counter." They also reacted very annoyed when they looked for the coupon code, which was impossible. As I said, I also waited a long time before, but it only took a few seconds for me. With the Oreo ice cream and Twix ice cream, they asked me which sauce I wanted? I thought the sauce was obvious for the ice cream I ordered. Probably the store management; that's not how you treat customers!

A horror story and the final visit. After 10 minutes at the checkout, I go to the waitress. I have to wait. I call back after another 5 minutes. The lady doesn't want to serve me. I have to use the vending machine. My promotional coupon doesn't work there. I'm still being yelled at from the kitchen. Customers are not welcome here. Visit from 10:30 to 10:45 on August 20th. I've never experienced such behavior in a MC before. Disaster. Young blonde with glasses. She doesn't know how to deal with customers.

So, after ten years of eating kebabs? Was that the best kebab ever?
