Back to old virtues. For the sake of the children, you go to a fast food restaurant every now and then. Since the introduction of order terminals, processing has deteriorated. The monitors used to display the status of the order in terms of preparation and collection are in permanent power saving mode. The employees behind the counter shout their hearts out to signal the customer to pick up. Who in the management team takes on this topic and ensures better processing for the customer and as a relief for the employees (they always deserve my respect) Thank you for your care

Whenever you order, things like burgers or fries are missing or the things you ordered are wrong.

Not particularly friendly staff. Particularly dirty tables, after asking an employee to please clean the tables, nothing happened. It's not particularly cheap at mc pom.

McDonald's in Karlsruhe. Very nice staff at Mc Drive.

The crispy chicken burger and cheeseburger were delicious. You could also order at the counter and the burgers were brought to the table. All very good for a fast food temple. Ambience like everywhere else......

Despite a special order and an explicit request, once again no fresh burgers were given, the bread was hard, the meat was lukewarm and the cheese was hard, the lettuce was soggy, old, so honestly you can't get fresh burgers out if you specifically ask for it and then we told you yes Everything has to be fresh, everything has to be made anew, so you're still being lied to about the same thing every time

You constantly wait for ages in the McDrive and the food always tastes as if it had been lying around for 10 minutes... after waiting for over 20 minutes in the McDrive and the McDrive employee then comes out to ask what I had ordered is probably the last thing... Next time look at your monitor which should have been blinking for 20 minutes!! If you can avoid Mcs... you'd better go to Steinheim!

This place is disastrous. They messed up our orders and gave us something different than what we ordered. The burgers were literally broken in half. All the food is made with complete disregard.

Fast food hamburgers taste good, but coffee tastes great

Toilets dirty and calcified. There is no service. There isn't much going on and there are no table numbers, so you have to get your food yourself at the counter. The seating and sofas are dirty, finished tables nowhere wiped and it is very cold in the building.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible Order is wrong I didn't have any sauce on my ice cream and was allowed to pack it myself even though I pointed out several times that I wanted to take it with me.

1000 better than in the nasty Netherlands
