I've rarely waited sooooo long for my order! I ordered at 6:30 p.m. and paid right away. I then inquired at 7:00 p.m. The answer was that it was full, but later customers received their orders faster. I'll stop somewhere else next time.

The shop looks very clean, but waiting 30 minutes for an order and receiving a completely dry burger as an excuse is not really my thing. Burger King advertises new great things that are permanently sold out. Not in Paderborn again

They always forget something, usually sauces. When you're pressed for time and don't check, it's annoying. I expect they'd remember to include a mini mayo for almost a euro.

The place is very dirty, especially the toilets, which stink of urine. Everything is very dirty. There's no toilet paper, no soap, and the hand dryer doesn't work at all. I didn't feel comfortable there and won't go there again. Sorry, that's just not acceptable. Simply disgusting.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Extremely loud acoustics, crooked, wobbly tables, ordering only possible at the checkout and long waiting times because only one checkout was occupied. Then Coke Zero and Diet Coke were not available and exchanging for mineral water was not possible. I definitely won't eat here again.
