Waited a long time for food. Toilets are so dirty. Simply disgusting 😐😐

Rather a very bad, very unfriendly and very slow McDonald's. The unfriendly employees in particular make it easy to avoid fast food.

Absolutely overwhelmed employees, orders come very late and employees are unable to accept orders.

Unfortunately not so nice locally. Very dirty and loud. Food was typical MC style which is okay. However, there was trash and food lying around everywhere. That wasn't really nice. We were also kicked out at midnight because they wanted to finish work. So we had to eat quickly and not even chat for a while.

Good like all Mc's... Food was tasty, table was clean, but staff got the order numbers mixed up several times and there was no soap in both toilets

Unfortunately, this is the worst McDonald's branch we have ever visited (worldwide)! This isn't fast food - the waiting time is incredibly long, the food is therefore cold, and the employees are clearly overwhelmed. You also expect friendliness here in vain. And the cherry on top: forgetting a toy in the children's menu can sometimes happen in the hustle and bustle, but if part of the hungry child's food (in our case the nuggets) is missing, that's a disgrace! So: always check the order for completeness, otherwise not only time but also money will be wasted. Never again.

The fries tasted terrible. It is simply scandalous to sell such fries and I have very poor mobility and I asked them to bring the order and then the employee said that's fine, but when the order was ready I had to pick up the order myself. . So they have no respect at all for people who have difficulty walking.

I ordered a Snickers McFlurry, pizzetta and coffee. I'm waiting for the order. Order 218. Before my eyes they give order 216. The guy goes to the table and comes to the cash register. They gave him a McFlurry instead of potatoes. They exchanged ice cream for potatoes. This ice cream stood on the table for about three minutes. Then they added topping to it and gave it to me. When asked to make new ice cream, as this was returned from someone else's table. They treated me rudely and didn't change my ice cream. MD has turned into a farce. Horror. Look carefully WHO works with people!

The driest, tasteless and coldest burger ever eaten in my live !!

Got the wrong burger, wrong drink. I only noticed it when I was driving home. The waitress is rude, calls me out, but gives the food to someone else because she called the wrong number. Instead of Big Mac Bacon TS, I got a Double Big Mac, with one patty too many. Cola Zero instead of regular Coke. And not a word about the fact that I had to stand at the front for 5 minutes because she called me too early. Not a recommendation, especially since there are young people in front of the door who provoke you to drive around with your scooter.

Probably the worst Mac I've visited in a while. The only advantage I can mention is the free toilet without any hassles (codes, receipts, payment of tips). The order took about 10 minutes, no bonuses for waiting. They didn’t give me a straw to either Fanta or Lata. I asked and they said it was not allowed! Well, at the end of the meal you will have to bow to the floor or sit down, otherwise you will not be able to remove your tray (the only place where you can remove the trays in the photo).

I had to wait 10 minutes to return the deposit even though there were very few buyers! Some of the staff are very rude and unprofessional, especially the bald guy! I've lost interest in buying anything here in the future! If you keep working like this, you will eventually lose all your customers. Good luck with your uncultured and unprofessional employees

I was looking forward to a quick snack at McDonald's, but what awaited me was a memorable adventure of the unpleasant kind. First the toilets: I was stunned! The condition of this location was so shocking that I seriously considered whether Hazmat equipment should be available as part of the service offering. The ground was so sticky I almost lost my shoes, and the smell and trash... well, I'll spare you the details, but even the strongest scented trees would have capitulated. About the food: The burger was a puzzle of a special kind. Every component - the bun, the pickles, the lettuce, the patty - was scattered throughout the packaging, as if someone had tried to create a work of art from modern art. Trying to put this puzzle together into an edible burger was like a difficult game of Tetris, only less fun and significantly greasier. At least the taste in the end was “standard”, albeit slightly disenchanted by the laborious construction phase. All in all: an experience that I won't soon forget - but definitely not for the right reasons. Next time I'll think twice about whether I'm really hungry enough to take on this adventure again.

Been today. Very busy. But the food just wasn't good. Dirty tough fries and I ordered a Royal TS hamburger, what was on it instead of beef? Chicken.

It's a McDonald's, I'm not sure what you expect from this one, could use more computers for the self orders

I normally like coming here, but I often don't encounter anything as bad as today: All tables dirty, floor is dirty, food cold!!!

We wanted to order something by calling, but they immediately said bad service

So far I've always been happy, but today we were denied access to the toilet because as customers of the store we didn't have 50 cents in cash to pay the "newly" introduced toilet fee. Apart from the fact that this is legally inadmissible, this is an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is no longer recommended.

Seems very dirty there. The tables are first cleaned with a cloth and then the chairs, nothing more needs to be said.

I ordered food with table service and unfortunately it wasn't delivered. How do you know where which table is (there are extra table numbers so you can order it that way) My food was no longer fresh. After I asked if I had been forgotten, all I got was a mushy answer: they don't have a stand, it's their fault... I just call that bad planning and no customer service

Food was good so far, it just gets cold too quickly. But it still tasted good. Of course, it still tastes best warm. The service was very good, of course you have to expect certain waiting times, so take some time with you 🤗 one star deducted for the ambience because the tables are not always clean, which is of course a little annoying but should only serve as an incentive to improve otherwise I would Add the star next visit 😉👍🏻 if things have improved 😉👍🏻

Het was er vies, het eten was koud en de medewerker die de bestellingen op nam had zich minimaal 1 week niet gedoucht. Bizar dat dit zich een MC Donalds mag noemen.

In my opinion there are nicer McDonald's restaurants. We had to wait a long time for our order, even though there were only two people waiting with us. For us it was the last visit to this branch

Wenn dieses McDonald's in Emmerich jetzt auch noch diese billigen Arbeitskräfte anständig bezahlen würden und einen Leiter einstellen der dieser Rolle auch genügt, wohne gleich wie so ein Onkel Tom rüber zu kommen, ja dann gäbe es fünf Sterne so aber nur drei... ich hätte die Diskussion am liebsten gefilmt und mit eingestellt... dreisprachige Team Zurechtweisung

Total Dreckiger laden und eiskalt im Laden. Könnte man sich genauso bei Minusgraden nach draußen setzen.

Also der Laden ist echt das letzte , Heizung ist wohl keine vorhanden . Bei 1 Grad Außentemperatur wird anscheinend nicht geheizt , dort zu essen ohne Krank zu werden ist unmöglich . Sauberkeit ebenfalls Fehlanzeige , nie wieder !!!

Typischer McD halt, eigentlich nichts besonders, Veggie-Burger wie immer (1x Jahr). Zum Nachtisch hatten wir eine Apfeltasche und einen McFlurry und 2x Capuccino. Der Capuccino kam kalt. Reklamiert, sofort einen neuen bekommen. Der war gerade mal lauwarm, "die Maschine gibt nicht mehr her". Beim dritten Versuch hat's dann geklappt, der Cappucino war heiß. Maschine kaputt? Keine Ahnung, darf nicht passieren ...

Ein sehr sauberer MCs mit zentraler Lage. Essen schmeckt halt wie im jeden MCs

Na de verbouwing is het helemaal ruk geworden. Tafels zijn vies. WC's lopem alleen maar kinderen te klieren met zeep.

Wir müssten sehr lange auf unser Essen warten.

We bestelde 2 kleine ijsjes maar de wachttijd duurde zeker 20 minuten..vreselijk lang.

Man kann dort gut die Zeit verbringen .das Restaurant hat einen Spielplatz für Kinder und im Innenraum können sie ihre Kinder auch spielen lassen .

Also ich kaufe tatsächlich so gut wie nie Burger und co . Sondern nur Eis und Milchshakes. Mittlerweile kann man selbst die kaum noch bezahlen und diese pappstrohalme sind einfach nur zum kotzen... entschuldige dass ich dass so sage aber meistens muss ich noch irgendwie einen anderen Strohhalm besorgen wenn es spontan wurde weil der bei meinem kleinen Sohn halt viel schneller aufweicht und dann nichts mehr durch geht....🥺😡

Eten was niet lekker, te weinig zitplaatsen, duurde lang voordat eten klaar was. We hebben buiten op terras gegeten, maar gingen snel weg door de wespen.

Goede Mac in Kleve,vind de hamburgers veel lekkerder dan in Nederland.

Kleine McDonald's maar zoals je gewend bent in Duitsland een veel grotere menukaart dan in Nederland. Standaard even een McRib scoren 😋 Ondanks dat het restaurant gedeelte redelijk schoon gehouden werd, waren de wc's erg vies.

Solides McDonald’s Essen aber im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants natürlich unterdurchschnittlich. Leider wurden unsere Burger alles andere als liebevoll angerichtet. Geschmacklich waren sie aber okay. Preis Leistung würde ich als schlecht bewerten. Für 20€ bekommen wir bei vielen anderen Geheimtipps viel qualitativ besseres und natürlich gesünderes Essen. Für den schnellen Hunger okay, aber das war auch der Grund weshalb wir schon Jahre nicht mehr dort waren.

Es war viel zu tun, weshalb scheinbar das aufräumen und reinigen nicht so funktionierte. Denke das nächste Mal wieder besser.

Het was redelijk druk en de kwaliteit was beduidend minder als in de vestiging in Kellen. Ook de sfeer was drukkend en de bediening onverschillig. Ik ga hier niet meer naar toe.

McDonalds afhalen makkelijk met de duitse app. Eet er alleen ijsjes en drink er af en toe koffie. Soms lang wachten soms niet personeel is wel ok

Es war kein schönes Erlebnis. McDonald's war total überfüllt. Vor den Terminals zur Speiseauswahl standen viele Menschen, einige mit Problemen, was den Betrieb verzögert hat. Das Personal war am Rande seiner Leistungsfähigkeiten angelangt. Nur noch erschöpfte Gesichter. Die Tische waren nicht sauber, und die wurden auch nicht gereinigt, während der ganzen Zeit, als ich dort war. Es war eine unangenehme Erfahrung. Ich bin froh, dass es doch noch bessere McDonald's gibt.

Der ausenbereich wird nicht sauber gehalten der Müll stapelt sich und die Tische werden auch nicht gereinigt
