Chicken House Kleve in Kleve

I ordered three doner kebabs and received two of them spicy, even though I didn't want them spicy at all! I called, but no one apologized. They even said that if you don't want it spicy, you should specify that when ordering... I've never heard of such a thing before; I thought it was a special request... not everyone likes it spicy! Shortly after, my order was canceled, and I received an email saying they would refund my money if I paid by card. However, I paid in cash, so of course, I didn't get my money back. It used to be really delicious, but now I unfortunately can't recommend it.

The phone number isn't even valid. The order isn't confirmed on the website, and the money is, of course, debited immediately. This store is a total disgrace!! Don't order anything!

Disappointing – delivery never arrived! I ordered here because the food looked really good on the menu, but unfortunately, it never arrived. No response, no call, nothing. No one was available by phone either. Very disappointing, especially when you're waiting while hungry. This kind of service is unacceptable – not recommended until the delivery issues are resolved.

I ordered and paid online in June and never received my delivery. It turns out the store is closed for the holidays. There's a sign on the door suggesting it will reopen on July 1st. But so far, nothing has happened...

We ate there and had the mixed bucket for €49. It included 20 wings, 20 strips, and four dips. It was definitely more than enough and really, really delicious. We didn't have to wait long either—15-20 minutes at most. Highly recommended.

The first time, the order arrived super quickly. The food was also good. The second time, no food arrived at all. We ordered at 8 p.m., and after two hours, we thought, "The place is closed now, so nothing else will come." What a pity, what a pity. From what I'm reading here, I'm giving the Chicken House, or the new (but self-owner) Pizza House Kleve, maybe another year. Then it'll go bankrupt. Edit: Now they're lying here too. I ordered. Nothing really goes out here! Then read the reviews from others who have ordered. I didn't order under those names. I NEVER use my name online. But you have to stand up for it with yours! That's why lying or portraying customers as liars is not acceptable.

I tried to order food, but they didn't confirm my order for more than an hour and a half, almost two. When I then try to call, the number is unreachable. It's now 8:40 p.m., and I have to buy food elsewhere, despite being sick.

Ordered there today. Delivery was very quick, about 15 minutes. Now I know why, there's nothing going on. The reason? We ordered 1x kebab and 1x Lamacul. To be honest, it was inedible. Really disgusting. We definitely won't be ordering any more, sorry

I ordered pizza and a doner plate. NO TASTE..they were lukewarm...pizza was well baked...was just dry...meat was little in the kebab plate....NEVER AGAIN

Ordered food from Lieferando, called after an hour, forgot my order, it was supposed to be delivered in 15 minutes, 20 minutes later still no response. It takes at least 10 attempts to even get through the line because no one answers.

No respect for the customer, they didn't have the goods, they canceled the order, they didn't return the money! Other restaurants call when they run out and suggest something else, but can't do it. I don't recommend it!

5 small chicken strips for 8 euros!!! These arrived lukewarm (my apartment is 600 meters on the same street) and were sometimes tough. At KFC you get 4 chicken crispies plus a portion of fries plus a soft drink for around 10 euros! Honestly, I feel ripped off by Chicken House and the prices are really exorbitant. Will never order anything there again!

A great family business! No matter how stressful it is, the staff remains friendly. My son can pick up food there and I know he will always be treated well there. The beef cheeseburger is definitely recommended. I also love the new, changing offerings of soups and other Kurdish/Arabic dishes. My son also likes to eat the homemade soups. You can taste that they are made with love.

Leider mussten wir 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Auf der Website stand das die Lieferung circa 35-55 Minuten dauern könnte, allerdings habe ich mal nachgefragt als nach 1 1/4 Stunden noch nichts da war. Es könnte noch ungefähr 10 Minuten dauern war die Antwort. Leider war das nicht so. Wenn man auf der Website geschrieben hätte das es so lange dauert, hätte ich ja die Möglichkeit oder Wahl gehabt zu bestellen oder nicht bei der Zeitspanne. Leider war das Essen auch nicht mehr heiß, es fehlte bei einem Gericht auch noch die Soße und die Pommes waren nicht ganz gar. Sehr schade, aber wir bestellen hier nichts mehr. Vielleicht ist es im Restaurant ja anders, aber das will ich nicht mehr ausprobieren.

Wirklich sehr lecker, ich hatte ein mecican Chicken-'Burger, kann ich nur weiter endpfehlen. Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich, man merkt richtig, dass man dort mit Herz behandelt wird, was ich leider in den meisten Restaurants, in kleve, vermisse. Was mir auch sehr positive aufgefallen ist, dass vom Fleisch bis zum Brot alles frisch und selber zubereitet wird. Danke für die leckere Abwechslung und den freundlichen Umgang. Habe bei Chicken Haus gegessen und hab es nicht bereut. Fleisch ist sehr hoch qualitativ und in Kombination mit den Gewürzen eines der besten schnell Imbisse in Kleve.

Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet, Brot wird selber gemacht und schmeckt mega. Außerdem sieht der Lieferant auch mega aus. Da bestellt man sich doch gerne ma ne Chickenbox.

Eten was super en echt lekker. Wij waren met een gezelschap van 3 personen en hadden 2x pizza hawaii en 1x de salami. Korst was knapperig maar geen tanden breker. De deeg van de pizza zelf was goed van smaak en niet hard. Personeel was goed twee hele vriendelijke jongemannen. Heel netjes en aardig. Ik had mijn pizza niet helemaal op en vroeg voor een stukje aluminium folie om het mee te nemen, meneer bond dat de pizza stukken beter zouden blijven in een bakje. Kreeg een bakje om mijn pizza in te doen en toen ik mij omdraaide lag er al een tasje klaar. Want dit was makkelijker om het mee te nemen. Toiletten zijn gescheiden er is een heren en dames toilet. En bij de heren toilet zit er een zit verkleiner bij voor de kids. Hele fijne eet ervaring

Heel erg goed en krijg veel voor de prijs en aadige mensen

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt. Lieferung kam in ca. einer Stunde, das war in Ordnung. Essen war geschmacklich auch in Ordnung, aber nur lauwarm. Wir hatten auf der Homepage übersehen, dass die Burger nicht mit Pommes kommen. Das ist natürlich unser Fehler. Allerdings ist es erstens in anderen Restaurants üblich, das Pommes dabei sind und zweitens sind fast 10€ für einen Burger mit vier panierten Hähnchenstreifen, Jalapeños und Tomaten (so dünn, dass man fast hindurch sehen konnte) ziemlich überteuert, wenn nicht einmal Pommes dabei sind. Der Salat war auch nicht - wie auf der Homepage angegeben - Kopfsalat und die angegebenen Zwiebeln fehlten ganz. Das Chicken Stripes Bucket toppt das Ganze aber noch: für 4 panierte Hähnchenstreifen mit Dip satte 7 Euro. Alles in allem werden wir nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Hatte dort mal ein dönner gegessen, und der hatte super geschmeckt, aber dan liefern lassen geht ja mal garnicht haben über 2 st gewartet,und es wurde dan noch kalt geliefert und große Portion abgerechnet und normale Portion geliefert. Werden dort auch nicht mehr bestellen . Schade .

Schnell über Lieferando bestellt, Essen war überpünktlich und lecker warm! Der Drehspeiseteller war lecker und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Von den gefüllten Pizzabrötchen war ich preislich leider etwas geschockt, auch wenn diese trotz geringer Füllung echt lecker waren. Dass die Preise überall steigen und steigen aus diversen Gründen, ist verständlich, aber 8.50€ für die 5 Pizzabrötchen finde ich schon echt teuer! :3 Im Großen und Ganzen, ist es durch den Geschmack zu empfehlen.

Über lieferando bestellt : 1 Stunde zu spät, nicht mehr warm, viel zu teuer für die kleinen Portionen. Haben echt nachgelassen, Schade!
