McDonald's in Kleve

The toilets smell very unpleasant, the sinks aren't clean, the floor is sticky, and the hand dryer is dirty. The restaurant's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The food quality is mediocre. All in all, these are quality issues that shouldn't even be present in this price range; any third-rate fast-food joint would certainly be better.

Unfortunately, I never get hot food here. Usually my fries are cold, but this time it was my burger.

Waited 45 minutes for a fastfood meal

I waited 40 minutes for a Big Mac and a Coke and didn't get a straw or a lid for the cup. Once again, I'm avoiding this place from now on.

You place an order and in the end half the items aren't delivered – that's absurd!

They keep forgetting to include the sauces. It's already annoying; I ordered two double cheeseburgers last time.

One of the best McDonald's in all of Kleve. It's incredibly slow, but the wait is worth it: the burgers taste like McDonald's. The Kleve atmosphere extends to the McDonald's. Overall, it's clean enough, nothing broken. But nothing great either. But I'd go back anytime.

Don't accept coupons, it's a shame, while they can probably circumvent it through their cash register system. Service -1

I placed a large order today. Unfortunately, it's almost always the case that something is forgotten to be packed. Today, of course, was the case again! The employees are very inattentive!

I haven't been to McDonald's in a while. I used to love the Big Mac. But I was disappointed with this one. First of all, the size was beyond ridiculous, and it cost €6.99. I won't be going back to McDonald's for a very long time.

Fast and okay. Only they literally put everything in one bag. The bag ripped open at the bottom, so everything ended up on the floor. I went to tell them the bag was torn, and all they asked was if we wanted to throw everything away (what do you think?). We didn't get a new one, nothing. Money and food were gone. We drove 30 minutes for this.

I ordered a cheesecake and waited over 30 minutes. Then I was told it was sold out – even though there was still cheesecake left! That's outrageous. Treating customers like that is disrespectful. No apology, no solution, just a waste of time and frustration. If you treat customers like that, you shouldn't be surprised if they don't come back. As far as I'm concerned, the place is done for.

Unfortunately you have to give orders totally wrong that's what happens when you employ people who understand absolutely nothing and on top of that everything was almost cold

It's become very expensive, so I'd rather go to a restaurant or a snack bar and be full afterwards.

Actually one of the best MCs I've been to so far. The boss here keeps everything well under control and is always super friendly.

Burgers and snacks are sometimes different from what we have in the Netherlands; we always stop here after our day in Kleve to enjoy the delicious food. If something isn't to your liking, you discuss it, and it's resolved politely. I went there on a weekend, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it then, and I agree with some other reviews about dirty restrooms, sticky floors, etc. But then again, there are so many Dutch people there, so you can imagine it's crowded everywhere, and sometimes the staff can't keep up. I've also been there a few times during the week, and everything was neat and tidy. The food was delivered quickly and fresh. Clean restrooms, no sticky floors. Delicious food!

Lovely, the mcrib... every time I'm in Germany I take a load of mcrib with me. Lovely, but also friendly and fast service. There is someone who speaks Dutch so it's completely ideal.

An absolute disgrace! The food was never delivered, but the money was still debited. A new delivery was refused, and instead, the app brazenly claimed that the order had been delivered exactly when I placed it. Filthy toilets. Men's toilet stinks of urine and the floor is sticky. Nauseating, so disgusting when you still want to eat something. Clearly no cleaning check is done here. Sundae ice cream offer natural 2 euros is at a perfect temperature and therefore has a nice texture but in a few greedy "it's-33-degrees-outside-bites" it is already empty again within a few seconds 👎

Every time, we forget something. Last time, my nuggets, today, my fries. The wrap was only half full. Four out of five times I go there, the order is incorrect or something is missing. What are you doing?

I ordered food online, after two hours of waiting I went to pick up the order myself. Even with a list, the employees at this McDonald's cannot complete the order. The second time I went in person, I didn't wait long for the order, but I was surprised that the gentlemen who were completing the order started to mewl when I was picking it up . It has been renovated beautifully, but you now have to wait even longer and the tables and toilets are probably not cleaned as well anymore.

On the last three visits something was always forgotten or mixed up. For example, I was given a French fry instead of a Big Mac. And after I showed it, they just said the packaging was gone and I wouldn't get a refund. And the other day it didn't get any better. A burger was completely forgotten and what did I get? Nothing. The 7 euros were simply gone and I was sent away because the burger was no longer on the shelf. It can't be that it had been packed incorrectly before or in a subsequent order. And then to claim that I'm exploiting the store is an ABSOLUTE RUDENESS. Never again.

I'm really disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. The wait is always extremely long – regardless of whether the store is full or empty. The employee, extremely unfriendly, and the "responsible" management pull a face as if they're not interested in their job and complain about their boss in front of customers – a real no-go! From now on, I will avoid this store and will not recommend it to anyone!

Burger and toppings were half hanging on the bun and so eating became a mess. Fries were barely fried, and I don't know what kind of ice tea they serve in Germany, but it was downright nasty. Bad experience.

We ordered via the app and used the McDrive. A bus arrived at the same time as us and we were worried that the order would take a long time. But it still went super fast. The only drawback is that the sauces and mayonnaise we ordered were not in the order, which we didn't see quickly when we checked on site.

Great after an hour and a half of shopping at Kaufland (Kleef) After dinner we spent an hour shopping at the Lidl. (Kleef) Then back home (the Netherlands), a 2-hour drive due to traffic jams. I'm tired of McDrive always giving you some shitty surprise. If nothing is missing, then just something like this (see picture). Ahh, so the customer would like his burger without iceberg lettuce. So I'll just slap twice as much on it and then still stick the information note on the burger packaging!?! There wasn't even much going on... Annoying!!! Oh yes, if the note said 'without napkins', then at least you would have done that right...which is why you should also put a napkin in the bag...if your order includes fries, nuggets with four sauces, etc. etc. .you don't need anything to clean it off?! Boy, boy, boy! Something is wrong over and over again. So often that I actually write a review now, even though I wouldn't have wanted to do something like that. I ordered and paid for a really small order of displays with my friend. It was finished pretty quickly too. We took it and drove off. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that another citizen was missing, one was wrong and there was no sauce. You really have to check EVERY TIME whether what's in the bag is correct. Very annoying

Tonight at 1:30 a.m. on MC Drive and politely asked if it was possible to get the menu HOT as it was still a long way away. You were literally laughed at by the employee. At window 2, my friendly request was personally commented on again, as the food would always be hot. (original sound) Conclusion Eat COLD. I stupidly trusted the employee's statement. It's a shame and I don't recommend it.

It was terribly crowded. The tables were dirty and the garbage containers were overflowing. There is no service. It's all sad that children are into this sort of thing.

Again and again you wait forever at the drive to order and then to order again. Inside the same. Something is wrong with almost every order. Either something is missing, something has been swapped or something is too much. If you were at the drive in and noticed it before you left, you can at least go back and correct the mistake. Well-organized Mac has excellent coffee and cake. Restaurant including toilets is clean. Decoration is pleasant. The tables are on the small side. Not much else fits besides your laptop, so wait until after coffee to do your work.
