More affordable than in the Netherlands, but it was not really clean,

It's a shame that you get the coffee in a paper cup. We received the cake on a plate that, thank God, wasn't made of cardboard. It's a shame that no thought is given in the name of sustainability.

Again and again you wait forever at the drive to order and then to order again. Inside the same. Something is wrong with almost every order. Either something is missing, something has been swapped or something is too much. If you were at the drive in and noticed it before you left, you can at least go back and correct the mistake. But if you're already on the road, that's pretty stupid. Toys from the Happy Meal are regularly forgotten and what you ordered is often no longer available. Several times my order was put in the car in front of me, then taken back and then given to me. Overall, it is often dirty, especially the children's chairs and the furniture is sometimes broken. Today the crowning moment: my order was first carried through the whole store because they thought it had to go to the table, everything was balanced by the waiting customers, only to then realize that the order was being picked up to take away. Then the open fries, half-open burger, etc. were quickly squeezed into bags. By now the ice had already half melted. If I hadn't already paid and had children waiting in the car who were looking forward to nuggets and burgers, they could have kept their shit. I don't know how you can do such poor and slow work with so many staff.

If you are stuck anyway. Then just get a mcrib.

I've never been to such a bad McDonald's. Waited forever for the food, everything was cold and old, the toilet was dirty, as were the tables and the floor. Never again!!

Once again half of the order (drive in) was forgotten. You often wait what feels like an eternity before you even get your order. Even though you ordered via the app beforehand. The food is typical as it is at McDonald's. Most of the employees are nice and polite.

What kind of shop has this become? You can forget about placing an order in German there. There is a long waiting time. The shift leader doesn't speak the German language. The food was cold and the fries were limp and tasteless...they had forgotten the sauce, but we paid for it, but of course we drove further away.

There was way too much salt and pepper on the burgers.

Well-organized Mac has excellent coffee and cake. Restaurant including toilets is clean. Decoration is pleasant. The tables are on the small side. Not much else fits besides your laptop, so wait until after coffee to do your work.

I think a picture says more than 1000 words... the toilets are just disgusting 🤮🤮 The food was cold and inedible. There was rubbish everywhere in the restaurant on the tables and on the floor.

Today I received a burger in which there was some kind of ticket in the middle between the meat and the vegetables....I was missing the fries from the order....it was not the first time that the order was not in order

The food was very good. I really like the German McDonalds offering. Sooo different than here in the Netherlands! However, the service and atmosphere were much less. But hey, that's not often why you go to an MC! I think the price-quality ratio is much better than in the Netherlands!

Ordered a bigmac without pickle, ended up getting a bigmac without onions, ordered a chocolate sundae, ended up getting it plain. Had to wait a long time for everything and it had no taste at all. The next day we could all run to the toilet all day long. So never again.

Worst McDonald's I've ever walked into. Ice coffee had something to say about 1 large ice block. Just shrugged shoulders and said machine is broken and sorry. Never again will I walk into this McDonald's.

I wanted to have breakfast there yesterday as an exception and ordered a wrap with bacon. The wrap didn't taste good and wasn't even lukewarm. The bacon would be completely forgotten. I couldn't eat it. The errors were not due to stress, as there were only three guests in the restaurant at the time.

It's adventurous to place an order there 😂 and get what you ordered correctly.

Today we spent a day in Germany with some kids and had dinner at Mac's. Ordering went quite smoothly Just saw that something wasn't there yet, apparently she mumbled it in German I didn't hear that, but I told my kids that the coffee wasn't included She shouted if you had listened then it will come soon I apologized politely, but the atmosphere was no longer so nice Too bad we skip this mac..

Everyone complains about it... and yet everyone goes... Food was up to McDonald's standards. Service was very good, you get your order brought to the table with a smile. The ambience is just Meckes... we definitely had a nice half hour after our trip... everything was great!

That was in Kleve. Top citizens with sauce that you can taste. Not like usual just a blob. It was delicious and beautifully made. Not like the usual careless. Everything was fresh...

this is a terrible place! we waited more than half an hour for an order (small). the staff was moving like a sloth, it shouldn't be, this is a fast food place and I come to eat fast! Also the staff is not attentive, forgets to put part of the order, napkins or a straw.

If I do EVERYTHING at the machine myself, then waiting 25 minutes for three meals in an almost empty McDonald's is pretty unacceptable. In addition, almost everything was only lukewarm. Somehow you also feel like you're sitting in the breeze from the air conditioning everywhere.

We ordered and the food was brought to our table. All good until then. Then I opened my mccrispy can and thought the packaging of the burger looked unappetizing. See photo. The sauce was only on the left side of the burger and not in the middle. Well, the appetite was gone. Unfortunately the fries were lukewarm and mixed with the curly fries.

The service didn't speak German, which made ordering quite difficult. When paying the bill amount of 7€ I gave 20€ and the waitress gave me 7€ back. When I complained about this, she didn't understand me again. She asked me if I could speak English. I then said if we were in Germany. Then she came The branch manager came in and accused me of being a racist without having heard the whole thing. They wanted me to leave the restaurant without having received the goods. I didn't want that, but then my food was thrown away and I was asked to leave the restaurant. I lodged an official complaint with McDonald's in Munich against the impossible behavior towards a customer.

Had to wait more than 25 minutes for the order twice. 1x table service and 1x takeaway. And then they say at the pick-up, we announced it... yes, whisper it then you can be sure it won't be heard... Staff is very unfriendly and unmotivated. A big 1 star for this. The food is hot and is like what you get at MCD.

As long as McDrive didn't forget something again, everything is fine. At least our food today was fresh and warm.

I eat at McDonald's regularly. With the McDonald's app I always have great discounts there. It's not the healthiest food but I still enjoy it every time I eat there.

By far the unfriendly staff and lots of wrong orders, you don't get what you ordered and you can show it and then you'll be treated stupidly. Simply ridiculous

Was there today on March 3rd, 2024 and what can I say: I have NEVER seen such a clean McDonald's. There were beautiful flowers planted in front of the entrance, when I was there an employee was removing the weeds in the parking lot, service was quick, food was tasty. Please continue!

Selten so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter bei MC Donalds gesehen. Da ich beruflich sehr viel unterwegs bin habe ich schon so einige Filialen gesehen. War nichts los am DriveIn und der Wagen vor mir wurde zum Warten an die Seite geschickt. Ich ebenfalls obwohl ich nur zwei Standart Burger mitnehmen wollte, mit den Worten "Fahr da rüber hinter den Wagen". Gibt es keine förmliche Anrede mehr? Bitte, Danke, Guten Tag und Tschüß? Sollte ich noch einmal in Kleve sein, fahr ich ein paar Meter die Straße runter zu Burger King.

DriveIn ist eine Katastrophe! Es fehlen fast immer Teile der Bestellung und wenn man dann deswegen nochmal vorfährt, wird man seitens der Mitarbeiter noch pampig…!

Druk, weinig ruimte, wel alles warm en snel geserveerd. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid

Schon seid über einem Jahr kein Frühstück mehr, muss immer nach goch fahren. Dreck !

Über 50 Minuten gewartet.Als der Fahrrad dan da war Stand er liebe ein paar Minuten vor meiner Haustür und spielte am Handy. Das Essen war eiskalt. Bestellung nicht vollständig. Nach erneuter wartezeit von 45 Minuten kam diese dann auch endlich an. Nachdem ich dann die fehlenden Sachen erhalten habe stand der Fahrer wieder längereZeit vor der Tür. Kein Wunder dass man so lange warten muss und die Sachen kalt sind!sorry nie wieder das war nicht das erstmal.

Vers bereid. Ze hebben burgers die ze niet in Nederland hebben. Alleen erg minimale parkeerplaats. we moesten onze auto parkeren bij de lidl.

Ik persoonlijk heb de pest aan het digitale bestellen. Niets bijzonders, het is mc Donald. Zoals overal, VEEL te DUUR. Maar voor snelle koffie oke!

Nette Mac met betere kaart en keuzes dan in NL. Schoon, ook het toilet. Beleefd personeel en service aan tafel (kun je kiezen tussen afhalen of laten brengen). Eten was vers, warm en niet begraven onder de sauzen. Kunnen ze in NL bij de meeste Macs nog wat van leren... Prijzen zijn iets lager dan bij ons en de keuze vele malen groter.

Luiers schijnt goedkoop te zijn in Duitsland,na het kopen van luiers, deos, tandproducten, haar producten en Turkse Raki in de uitverkoop gekocht te hebben .. zijn wij wezen eten bij deze Mc Donalds . . İk bestelde dubbele quarter pounder , friet en cola Zero,.. dat heeft voorkomen dat ik mijn vrouw het ziekenhuis in zou slaan! Alles was vers tot de volgende keer😃

Einen vollen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass ich am Samstag um 9:00 Uhr morgens KEIN Frühstück mehr bekomme. Um 9:00 Uhr habe ich keinen Hunger auf BigMac und Pommes. Ansonsten ist die Filiale in Ordnung. Das Restaurant an sich ist sehr gepflegt, die Toiletten sind sauber. Wenn man Essen bestellt, kommt es auch zügig an, lediglich wenn es voll ist, kann es mal länger dauern. Soweit schmeckt das Essen auch und sieht nicht aus wie zusammengematscht.

Ich war am mit meiner Familie am 13.09. in Kleve essen. Das Restaurant war in den frühen Abendstund sehr gut besucht. Wir haben direkt an der Kasse bestellt. Das Personal war trotz des hohes Kundenaufkommen sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Umfeld des Restaurant war sehr sauber, daß ist nicht bei anderen Filialen so. Das Restaurant liegt Verkehrsgünstig. Es lohnt sich auch ein Besuch mit Kindern.

Laatst moesten mijn man en ik in Duitsland zijn dus dat betekent altijd in ieder geval één ding: even een snelle stop bij de Mac voor een McRib. Hij was heerlijk warm, vers, rijk belegd en had lekker veel saus. Helemaal top, echt genieten.

Der beste McDonald's, bei dem ich je war. Von Gästen liegen gelassener Müll wurde zügig vom Personal weggeräumt. Es war dementsprechend sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Es fehlte zwar eine Zusatzbestellung auf einem der Burger. Auf Nachfrage wurde aber ohne zu zögern nachgebessert - Das nenne ich guten Service. Der Salat auf den Burgern war wirklich sehr frisch. Bei meinem nächsten McDonald's-Besuch komme ich definitiv wieder hier hin.

Tja mcDonalds halt solang alles frisch ist schmeckts sobald es abkühlt ist es ernüchternd was man bezahlt. Aber der service war echt astrein super freundlich und kompetent problemlösungsorientiert

Hier hat mal alles gepasst. Essen war warn und frisch. Bedienungen schnell und freundlicher. Tischservice hat gut geklappt, Bestellungen vollständig und alles zusammen da. Toiletten sauber und auch der Gastraum sauber. 👍

Waren nur Drive In Essen wurde frisch gemacht und war noch heiß, wir mussten dementsprechend ein bißchen warten aber das war ok. Personal war nett ^-^ gerne wieder.

Alle Tischen auf die Terrasse waren dreckig....

Bin selten im FastFoodRestaurant. Heute in Kleve innen am Display bestellt und 10 Minuten gewartet. Unqualifiziertes Personal, viele Mitarbeiter aber nichts im Griff ( lange Wartezeiten, unfreundlich zu den Kunden). Restaurant sehr dreckig und überall Müll auf den Tischen. Ich habe plant based Nuggets bestellt. Sie schmeckten alt und zudem im chicken mcnugget Karton geliefert. Nach Nachfrage hieß es, die plant Kartons seien aus und die plant schmecken fast genau wie die chicken. Der Double big mac hatte nur zwei pattys anstatt der versprochenen 4. werde ich so schnell nicht mehr besuchen

Ja wo soll ich anfangen. Also ich war am McDrive. Der Mitarbeiter der meine Bestellung entgegen nahm, war recht freundlich, allerdings beim bezahlvorgang kein Hallo kein Danke kein gar nichts. Dann am zweiten Fenster war meine Bestellung schon komplett fertig was ja nicht unbedingt negativ sein muss. Leider war ich so dumm und habe diese Bestellung nicht kontrolliert. Es fehlte eine Portion Pommes, und die Pommes im HappyMeal waren schon kalt. Beim doppelten BicMac hatte ich das Gefühl da wurden fie Zutaten in den Karton geschmissen und gut war. Schade. Und evtl. Ein kleiner Denkanstoß, wenn jemand alleine am Steuer im Auto sitzt. Vllt einfach mal automatisch eine Becherhalterung dazu geben 🙄

Wir haben uns einen McFlurry geholt. Nichts spektakuläres. Super das sie weniger Plastik haben und den Löffel gegen einen aus Holz ausgetauscht haben. Etwas blöd ist nur das er nicht mehr durchgerührt ist und die Smarties nur oben drauf lagen. Aber nicht gut war, wir kam rein und man hat sich fast auf die Nase gelegt weil der Boden mega rutschig war und an der Seite vom Eingang aber kein Schild stand. Es war dreckig und es lag viel Müll auf dem Boden rum. Haben daher lieber im Auto gegessen als in dem Chaos. Ich erwarte kein schicki Restaurant, aber zumindest keinen Müll der auf dem Boden rum liegt und dreckige Tische.

Während den 45 Minuten in dem Restaurant hatte es kein Mitarbeiter nötig die völlig zugemüllten Tische oder die ebenfalls völlig überfüllten Tablettwagen zu leeren.. Mit vier Personen haben wir ca. 20min auf unser Essen gewartet.. Die Temperatur des Essens kann man allerhöchstens als lauwarm bezeichnen. Für mich der erste und letzte Besuch dort.
