Eine riesige Auswahl an veganen Burgern, guter Kaffee und freundlicher Service. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Meine Frau und ich gehen so gut wie nie in Fast-Food-Restaurants, manchmal aber doch mal zu Burger King in Utrecht. Wir waren kürzlich in Kalkar, und unser elfjähriger Enkel wollte unbedingt zu Burger King in Kleve. Ich persönlich bestelle lieber am Tresen, aber unser Enkel kommt mit Online-Bestellungen besser zurecht. Wir mussten nur bezahlen, und nachdem wir bestellt hatten, stand das Essen schnell auf dem Tisch. Also, erstklassig!

Zum zweiten Mal einen Hamburger bestellt – Aufkleber sagt „Hamburger“ – drin ist ein Cheeseburger. Langsam frage ich mich ernsthaft, ob hier jemand den Unterschied kennt. Das ist kein Versehen mehr, das ist einfach schlechter Service. Für mich besonders schlimm, da ich unter einer Käsephobie leide – der Burger ist damit komplett unbrauchbar. Und das Beste: Es war NICHTS los. Also keine Ausrede. Einfach nur enttäuschend. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

Ist gut und lecker mit das blöde ist das das Getränk Bedienungs Automat wo man nachfüllen kann weg ist so macht es das burgerking schlechter weil jeder auch dadurch kam

Wir waren um 11.10 Uhr dort , also kurz nach der Öffnung . Wir hatten 1 Whoppen ,1 Wrap 2 Cola , 1 Sprite und 1 Michshake . Die Brötchen von den Whoppern war extrem trocken und ziemlich ekelig. Wir sind seit 3 Jahren dort regelmäßig essen gegangen und haben sowas noch nie gehabt. Zudem sprach der Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch und ebensowenig Englisch. Das geht gar nicht. Man hatte uns ja früher gewarnt das es bergab geht seit die ganze Familie vom Unternehmer da sein wird . Wir empfehlen es nicht weiter und gehen nun lieber wieder zur Konkurrenz

Essen lecker, aber viel Wartezeit, auch wenn der Laden nicht sehr voll ist

Wir sind während eines Einkaufs spontan bei diesem Burger King vorbeigekommen und waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Bestellung wurde trotz des großen Andrangs sehr schnell vorbereitet. Die Burger waren frisch, heiß und gut gemacht, die Pommes schön knusprig und die Getränke angenehm gekühlt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant sowie das freundliche Personal, das uns beim Bestellen problemlos geholfen hat. Der gesamte Besuch verlief schnell und in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Definitiv ein guter Ort, um schnell und lecker zu essen. Wir kommen beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei.

Die Toiletten sind wirklich dreckig, das ist nicht normal.

Wir haben heute den McDrive genutzt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Bisher hatten wir immer gute Erfahrungen, aber heute lief vieles schief. Zunächst wollten uns die Mitarbeiter 10 Euro Wechselgeld nicht zurückgeben. Es wirkte so, als hätte man einfach „vergessen“, uns das Geld auszuhändigen. Erst nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, haben wir das Wechselgeld erhalten. Außerdem wurde unsere Bestellung falsch ausgeführt. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Burger bestellt, davon einen mit Hähnchen, da ich kein anderes Fleisch esse. Stattdessen haben wir zwei gleiche Burger erhalten und keiner davon war mit Hähnchen. Zusätzlich bekamen wir eine völlig andere Soße als die, die wir bestellt hatten. Besonders enttäuschend waren auch die Pommes frites. Sie waren sehr trocken und wirkten nicht frisch, sodass man sie kaum essen konnte. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem heutigen Besuch und dem Service sehr unzufrieden und enttäuscht. Wir hoffen, dass solche Fehler in Zukunft vermieden werden.

Schneller Service, heiße Hamburger und saubere Tische

Der Burger war gut, aber die Limonade schmeckte chemisch.

Denk gar nicht erst daran, hier Eis zu bestellen. Fahr lieber eine Minute länger oder kürzer (je nachdem, von welcher Seite du kommst) und hol dir bei McDonald's ein Eis. Ansonsten sind die Burger okay, und das pflanzliche Essen ist hier besser als bei McDonald's.

Es sah sauber aus und alle waren sehr freundlich. Es gab viele vegetarische Optionen. Die Bestellung kam schnell. Der beste Burger King, in dem ich je war.

Warum gibt es fast nie Sonderangebote? Ich verstehe ja, dass ihnen Accessoires wie T-Shirts oder Tassen ausgegangen sein könnten, aber warum gibt es nie Burgers, die sich von den normalen nur durch die Soße unterscheiden? Komisch.

Sehr schlechter Burger King, das Personal spricht kein Deutsch.

Das Essen ist nicht schlecht, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort, und jedes Mal fehlte etwas von unserer Bestellung. Wirklich ärgerlich! Besonders im Drive-in, wenn es sehr voll ist.

Nie wieder so ein Dreck so ein schlechtes essen und der Service auch sehr schlecht

Es ist ein ganz normaler Burger King. Ich war nur an zwei Montagen während einer Geschäftsreise dort, um dort zu Mittag zu essen. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, die Qualität entspricht den Erwartungen an so ein Lokal. Man sollte nur beachten, dass man sich die Servietten selbst holen muss, wenn das Tablett gebracht wird, da es nur eine pro zwei Personen gibt. Es empfiehlt sich daher, die Servietten schon vor dem Hinsetzen zu bestellen, um sich das zu ersparen.

Haben irgendwie echt an der sauce gespart waren fast drüsch die Burger, bin anderes gewohnt von BK

Habe einen Burger reklamiert, weil dieser kalt war. Der nächste war wieder kalt. Bei -4 Grad Außentemperatur, war es im Restaurant kaum wärmer. Die Verständigung war schwierig, weil das Personal kein deutsch spricht. Kann die Filiale nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben wieder hervorragend gegessen. Tolle Gutscheine.

Wir waren gestern gegen 21:30 Uhr mit fünf Personen vor Ort. Der Laden war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nahezu leer, es herrschte keinerlei Stress oder großer Andrang – umso unverständlicher war das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters an der Kasse. Da wir uns vorab über die App informiert hatten, wollten wir direkt bestellen und haben die Bestellnummer genannt. Ohne Begrüßung kam lediglich der unfreundliche Kommentar: „Guckt doch erstmal, was ihr haben wollt.“ Dabei war genau das bereits geschehen. Anschließend folgte kaum noch Kommunikation. Keine Rückfragen, kein Interesse – ich musste meine Begleitung selbst fragen, ob Cola, Ketchup oder Mayo gewünscht ist, weil vom Mitarbeiter nichts kam. Man hatte sehr deutlich das Gefühl, dass er keinerlei Lust auf seinen Job hatte. Auch bei den Kinder-Menüs wurden wir in einem genervten und respektlosen Ton angesprochen („Ja was wollt ihr dazu, Hamburger oder Cheeseburger?“). So einen Umgang habe ich hier bisher noch nie erlebt. Gerade weil der Laden leer war, wäre ein freundlicher Service absolut möglich und angebracht gewesen. Für uns war das definitiv der letzte Besuch – künftig gehen wir lieber woanders hin.

Früher war der Laden viel schöner und besser , vorallem haben sie nicht mehr die guten Getränke Sorten und bin extra dafür 50 min hierher gefahren also sad das keine neuen Bilder veröffentlicht worden sind

Seit der Renovierung hat die Atmosphäre nachgelassen. Die Tische sind oft unsauber. Auch das Tablettregal ist häufig voll, manchmal sogar überfüllt. Das Essen ist lecker und im Allgemeinen gut zubereitet. Allerdings fällt auf, dass die Beilagen heutzutage etwas spärlicher ausfallen – weniger Soße, Salat und andere Zutaten. Das Burger-Patty scheint aber unverändert zu sein. Auswahl und Gutscheine sind ansonsten gut.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich Essen bestelle und es geliefert bekomme, ist es zu Hause unvollständig. Noch nie kam ich mit einer vollständigen Bestellung nach Hause; es fehlt immer etwas. In letzter Zeit bitte ich die Mitarbeiter sogar zweimal, meine Bestellung zu überprüfen, bevor sie sie mir aushändigen. Sie antworten dann immer sehr höflich: „Keine Sorge, wir überprüfen das“, aber trotzdem kommt meine Bestellung immer noch unvollständig an. Ich überlege ernsthaft, nie wieder bei Ihnen zu bestellen … das ist wirklich unmöglich.

Es war köstlich, vor allem der Ultimate Cheddar!!!

Was ist hier bloß passiert? Vor vier Wochen war alles perfekt, und jetzt ist das Essen ziemlich kalt. Der Laden ist auch nicht mehr so ​​sauber wie vor vier Wochen.

Seit der Renovierung habe ich heute nichts mehr bestellt. Ich hatte einen Erdbeermilchshake, aber nachdem ich dreimal gesagt hatte, dass keine Erdbeeren drin waren, kam die fadenscheinige Ausrede, es sei nur farblose Lebensmittelfarbe – als ob ich blöd wäre. Viel Glück mit der 1-Stern-Bewertung!

Alle gehen zum anderen bekannten Burgerladen, deshalb ist es hier nie voll. Große Auswahl für Vegetarier. Bestellung am Kiosk möglich. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und ist schnell fertig. Nach dem Einkaufen schnell etwas essen, volltanken und nach Hause fahren. Die gesamte Strecke ist ideal!

The burgers used to be bigger and tastier. The patty from Plant tasted soggy and raw. The toilets were dirty and dusty, and there was no soap.

The team is quite fast but the amount of sauce they add on the burgers is absurd. They just overdo it every time, they add so much sauce you cannot even taste the rest of the burger and he bread gets completely soggy.

Preferably 0 stars for the service at the drive-thru. You could tell that the employee wasn't in the mood and then she forgot half of it. When you told them that there was no milkshake, you just got a rude "what?" When you said that she had forgotten something, you got another rude answer and she rolled her eyes. Seriously, you don't really need this older lady as an employee. She should stay at home instead. It would be better for business.

The latest trick by the employees to finish work early: the drive-thru cash register closes at 11:40 p.m. Customers have to get out of the car to pay with their card inside. Extremely annoying. It's as if having to settle another cash register takes so much time. The food is okay.

I was served at the drive-thru by an incredibly unfriendly woman (short hair, mid-40s). When I asked if they had wraps, she rudely told me to go to McDonald's for them. I originally wanted a chicken tortilla. After she told me they were out of those, I asked her if they still had tortillas and if I could have another one. She replied, almost angrily, that they weren't available at all. Her tone was very unfortunate! This woman definitely needs some communication training or she shouldn't be in this position.

The woman with short hair who worked on June 1st at 6:30 p.m. decided to give me rude answers after telling me they didn't have the right sauce for the burger.
