Wanted to eat steak today. None were finished. I waited at the table. No Answer. After asking, I was sent away by the very unfriendly saleswoman and told me to disappear. Don't come anymore. What is this unfriendly woman imagining?

Everything is outdated and the staff is very slow.

Man wartet viel zu lange und Kunden nach dir kommen früher dran abgesehen davon gibt es keine Heizung und die Musik ist viel zu laut, nicht empfehlenswert!!!

This shop needs to be destroyed. The tables haven't seen a rag in the last 2 weeks and are stuck. There was no soap in the men's toilet and the dry device is broken, which means your hands stay greasy. The food wasn't bad but I wasn't impressed

The potatoes and cola are not tasty, the buns are small and the prices do not correspond to all this. I would never go there again, but the kids like it, apparently the advertising does its job 🤔😂

Unfortunately, it was a disastrous experience! I waited 45 minutes for my order, even though there were hardly any customers there. When I finally got my food, several items were missing. Additionally, the accessibility of the branch is a disgrace – I tried to reach someone by phone for 30 minutes, but no one answered. Very poor service! I absolutely cannot recommend this branch.

I went inside to ask one of the employees to give me a couple of ice cubes. The older gentleman with a mustache who works there did not allow the friendly young employee to do this even though I offered to pay for the service. Shame on that gentleman, and especially on McDonald's!

Haben heute Abend nach langer Zeit mal wieder MC Donalds Wedel probiert und es war ein Riesenfehler im Nachhinein gesehen. Ich habe einen M Burger über die App bestellt und im MC-Drive abgeholt. Zuerst mussten wir ewig am Fenster warten (Schnellrestaurant geht anders), zuhause angekommen (5min Fahrweg) war zum ersten der Burger kalt, der grüne Salat vom Burger lag nicht auf dem Burger, sondern im Karton. Die zwei Beef Scheiben waren lieblos draufgeklatscht und lagen auch nicht wirklich aufeinander. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme für die Beschwerde kann man sich schenken. Bei drei Versuchen ging keiner ans Telefon dort. Die wissen wohl schon warum. Auf jeden Fall nie wieder MC Donalds in Wedel.

In a mixed bucket you only get 2 instead of 3 hot wings. Doesn't it hurt when you're too stupid for even the simplest job and can't count to 3?
