McDonald's in Bad Dürkheim

If you know one, you know them all. After years at Megges again. Two menus, one nine nuggets and boom, 30 bucks eaten! That wouldn't have been much more expensive for two people in a "normal" restaurant. But definitely much better. There are three points for eating because of the nuggets. They have always been unbeatable. The rest is simply interchangeable and disappointing. Maybe we'll try it again in a few years. Or not. We'll see. Oh, by the way, you could have eaten from the floor. Enough laying around!!!

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes for simple food because the only service person was completely overwhelmed. Nobody could have known that on Sunday afternoon there was something going on at the only fast food place within a 40km radius. A perfect example if you want to save on staff with a money printing machine.

Unfortunately very stingy with the McFlurry toppings.

Everything OK. Friendly service. Good location. Between Neustadt and Grünstadt.

Unfortunately it took forever. What are the ordering machines for if they don't make me faster? Purely to save personnel. The cubbies were overflowing and the tables were sticky. I almost have to say like in most MC's restaurants. The reduced staff is noticeable everywhere.

The restaurant is open until 1 a.m. and the ice cream machine is dismantled at 9:25 p.m. and is not put back together until 12:30 a.m. So: unfortunately no ice cream for customers who don't want to wait that long. Very bad service in our opinion...

We waited 45 minutes until we could order at the drive-thru. Only 2 employees available? That can't be true. And then eat everything cold.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a burger, fries and a drink, even though it wasn't busy (3 orders in the queue). The staff is very unfriendly and they don't seem to get along well with each other either, the atmosphere was very irritable. I will not visit this McDonald's again.

There was a problem at the checkout at the ordering machine, no note, no number and no one helped. I spoke to the boss on site and briefly looked at the computer then went to the back, packed her bag and went out the back door. What's going on in the store? The boss locked the main entrance door beforehand so that no one could get in, only out the side of the door. That the shift management quietly and secretly hides its bottomless insolence. Unfortunately I can't give any negative points here.

I've just been waiting 20 minutes for two burgers, I'm normally used to fast service, but today no one is coming to the aisles. star deduction.

The nice lady at the drive-in this evening [after waiting 5 minutes at the intercom] around 9 p.m. was not only very unfriendly and snappy, no, both the food and the ice cream were wrong. She obviously only understood half of it. The food was wrong/cold and hard and the taste was unreasonable.

What's going on there can't be expressed with the word chaotic it's disgustingly miserable there are animals in the restaurant the dust is so thick if it fell on your burger you'd have to look for it... unfriendly and no one's conversations with the staff are so disgusting would like to know when the ladies have their periods. Too lazy to walk to the table, the numbers are shouted around. (The blonde employee also said loudly that she doesn't feel like walking around and complains to her colleagues that he gave out table numbers) We had to wait more than 20 minutes for a happy meal and hamburger royal Ts. Very rude staff!!!! Doesn't work at all...

Had slight difficulties with the app and the coupons. The employee at the drive inn apparently didn't move quickly enough. Instead of helping me, she immediately became rude. Didn't understand my problem. I then drove to the front, told her how rude she was and then drove away. It was the last time there for me and I will continue to tell the story.

Even though you show up within the specified opening time, you are sent away shortly before 00:00 on Saturday evening with the words: “We are closing” and that as a local emergency service, thanks for nothing

I haven't seen such chaos and dirt at McDonald's in a long time. We probably waited 20 minutes. There wasn't much going on. There was plenty of staff but it was totally chaotic. All the return carts were full of trays and the McDonald's was dirty. Disgusting. Was here for the first and last time

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to

It was really tasty, just as you would expect from Mägges! But it took 30 minutes for 3 chessburgers, fries and ice cream. There wasn't much going on. How does that happen? People seem very annoyed!

Ordered 20 nuggets but there were 18 in there. When asked about it, there was no response from the restaurant manager. I paid for 20 and not for 18

Friendly and hardworking. Except for one employee who loudly talks badly about her colleagues and is overwhelmed herself. I just don't think that's appropriate.

Basically a normal McDonald's branch. But I find it really disgusting when I have to have my food prepared by someone who has poor personal hygiene. Today I was faced with very greasy hair (no, not gel) and greasy fingers with dirt under their fingernails typing in the prices at the cash register. I was at the drive-thru. Luckily the clean boss came around the corner and handed me my food. So I can fool myself into thinking it was him who grabbed it and not the greasy, dirty fingers. This wasn't the first time I encountered unsavory employees in this branch. That's not possible when you're dealing with food! Luckily I don't know what those who prepare the food look like... It's certainly not easy to find employees for McDonald's, but that's not the solution either. Update: After writing my review, I read the others. Cleanliness is very important in the Bad Dürkheim branch. Ok, I won't go there anymore.

Morning 10.15 a.m. Muffin menu ordered. It's all ok. The employee brought it to my table. Very friendly. Disadvantage, summer time, the same temperature outside and inside. But you can handle it. ;)

The burgers we ordered were wrong and cold! The same thing with the potatoes, a lot of trouble for a lot of money, the bad thing is that no one is interested anyway, but for us it was the last visit to MC Donald Bad Dürkheim!!!

Fast food restaurant with friendly staff, good selection and plenty of parking spaces

I was served very unfriendly at the drive-in.

Normally everything is always fine, but it is unreasonable to operate the restaurant at an outside temperature of 28°C without ventilation or air conditioning. In the restaurant it is at least 35°C with stagnant air.

Very unfriendly staff, didn't eat anything there because no one could help me with the app.

The food was all freshly prepared, the salad was very fresh and the fries were also very good! 👍 Overall, this McDonald's also makes a good impression. We'd love to come here again.

So this finest Wagyu Pattie really impressed me. The company's personal butler always tried to season the juicy Wagyu. The ambience of the 2-star Michellin McDonalds was awesome! Cucumber races at the window were encouraged! I would do anything to repeat this wedding day!

Sorry, but I won't buy anything here anymore. 1. paid for the 6et nuggets, but they weren't in the bag.2. The Big Mac was topped the wrong way around, so the sauce soaked the bottom so much that the burger ended up falling apart. 3. The Big Tasty was lukewarm and the meat tasted kind of fishy, ​​like the meat in the Big Mac. More thrown away than eaten. We had to wait 1-2 hours and there was a hair and a dead fly in my drink and the food was ice cold😡😡😡

It's outrageous how money is taken out of people's pockets. We drove there specifically for the glow glass and in the end it wasn't packed. Called 10 minutes later to pick it up the next day, only to be told there wasn't one there. I emphasize it again. Went there specifically because of this glass and bought a menu! Outrageous!

There are only four of them. Waited 40 minutes for food. Somewhere it's a permanent situation here. It has to change.

Nice clean McDonald's in the Trift industrial area. Very friendly service. Unfortunately there are no more straws for drinking.

So the food is like any McDonald's, only the service from the lady with the red hair is below par! She thinks she has to educate people and in a tone that doesn't work.

Unfortunately, once again disappointed with the Bad Dürkheim McDonalds... We wanted to enjoy a burger at 11:30 p.m. today. However, the main door was already locked even though the branch is still open until midnight. We were able to enter the branch via the side entrance, but we were immediately “kicked out” of the store in a very unfriendly manner. This will probably be the last visit to Bad Dürkheim. A PITY!

Bad! The service, as well as the food! Food not fresh and cold, no sauce on it etc...! That was the last time we were there!

Received our food 45 minutes late because it was brought to the wrong table. Those who got our food simply ate it without making any effort to ask who it belonged to and didn't even have to pay for it (e.g. pay for it). We didn't even get any compensation, like a free drink or a McFlurry, for the long wait and the wrong food. :( That's why there is such a BAD review.

So I was shocked when I saw the toilets there....everyone was drinking and peeing next to them and the place, I'm talking about the guest rooms, is very dingy. You can see hundreds of fingerprints on the windows and they're super worn out.....definitely It hasn't been cleaned for months and there are lime stains Then this play area, which is supposedly a play area, but there isn't even a toy, let alone anything for children, which I think is a shame... because it's just an empty room, I don't dare judge whether the kitchen is clean, but from the guest rooms and The toilets are the dirtiest McDonald I've ever seen Don't ever go there

Friendly service, food like McDonald's. Unfortunately, they have problems with cleanliness in the room. And lately they've been serving cold fries.

Nach mehrfachen gemischten eindrücken von vergessenen Servierten bis hin zu fehlenden Pommes oder Burger alles schon gehabt wobei letzteres heute passiert ist was natürlich ergärlich ist wenn man erst zuhause bemerkt das was fehlt gerne nicht wieder

Zum Kotzen, ständig fehlende Produkte. Verstehe nicht, wieso es nicht möglich ist, eine Bestellung abzulesen und vollständig durchzuführen. Großbestellungen zu kontrollieren und Enttäuschungen dann daheim nerven 👎

Leider wird oft was vergessen aber nichts desto trotz ein schönes Restaurant. die Mitarbeiter manchmal unfreundlich besonders dann wenn sie im Stress sind. Aber es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen

Bei einem grossen Menü kann man neuerdings den Softdrink nicht mehr gegen einen Shake tauschen. Begründung: geht bei Coupon nicht. Ging zwar jahrelang, aber was soll man schon mit Kunden?

Das Restaurant war mal sauber, ich bin erschrocken wie dreckig der Boden und die Tische waren.

Erstklassiges Deutsch im Drive In, ich war ganz begeistert. Chicken Nuggets heiß. Wartezeit ca 5min mit 3 Autos vor uns.

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal

Normalerweise gehe ich eher selten zum Macces. 1-2 im Jahr zieht es uns aber doch her. Finde diesen Macces aber im Vergleich zu den anderen schwächer, was Personal und Wohlfühlfaktor betrifft.

Naja....es hat in den letzten Jahren etwas nachgelassen. Am meisten merkt man es am Personal das teilweise überfordert wirkt. Man muß oft lange an der Kasse warten bis man "bedient" wird, weil hinter dem Tresen mehrere Mitarbeiter hin und her wuseln aber sich keiner verantwortlich zeigt die Kasse zu bedienen. Oder der/diejenige die Kassendienst haben einfach andere "Arbeiten" erledigen, um die Kolleg*innen zu unterstützen. Dann wiederum ist das Essen teilweise kalt, weil es zu lange liegt bis es dem Kunden überreicht werden kann. Da hilft auch keine neue Rezeptur des Flaggschiffs dem Big Mäc.... Sehr schade für eine in der Fastfood - Szene geltende Traditionsmarke die vor Jahren einen besseren Ruf hatte. Jetzt werden einige sagen dass der Zulauf der Marke recht gibt. Deshalb möchte ich dazu anmerken, daß diese Rezension nur meine persönliche Meinung bzw. mein persönlicher Eindruck ist.

ESfehlt immer wieder mal was bei einer Bestellung.

Mc‘es halt, was soll man vom Essen erwarten. Was mich sehr gestört hat ist dass sie vom Plastik Strohhalm zu Papier Strohhalm zu gar nix oben drauf runter gegangen sind. Keine Ahnung wer gedacht hat dass das eine gute Idee sei, man verschluckt sich aber jedes Mal mit den Eiswürfeln. RICHTIG UNVERSCHÄMT!! Von der chilli Soße rate ich euch ab da ich jedes mal Durchfall und Verstopfung zugleich habe. Keine Ahnung was für Chemikalien sie benutzen, kann aber keines falls gesund sein. Schmeckt aber gut.

Das Essen schmeckt wie halt bei jedem Mecces, also gut. Service ist jetzt nicht auffällig unfreundlich (Arnold habe ich hier noch nicht erlebt) und der Chef hatte bisher meine Bestellungen nie aufgenommen, deswegen einfach die Mitte, also 3 Sterne. Drinken ging von Strohhalm mit Plastikdeckel zu Papierstrohhalm (ekelig) zu Papierdeckel ohne Strohhalm zu gar nix oben drauf. Ja keine Ahnung wer sich da nicht einigen konnte. Aber es ist ok, es schmeckt ja normal. Mir wurde anstatt Süßsauer, Sour Cream gebracht, die aber anstandslos wieder umgetauscht wurden. Von daher kann ich nicht bestätigen, dass man hier frech und unfreundlich zugleich sei. So genug geschrieben, ich esse jetzt zu Ende

Das Essen war gut, die Arbeiter wirkten gestresst (was allerdings den Umständen entsprechend mehr als selbstverständlich war)

Burger wurden frisch gemacht, daher schön heiß. Pommes dagegen lauwarm. Service war ganz gut. Die Verständigung war etwas kompliziert. Tische waren nicht so sauber, daher haben wir lieber im Auto gegessen.

Personal kann Bestellungen nicht lesen. Auf die Frage nach der Rechnung: Musst du nach Frage, ich nicht.

Besuch am 14.02.2022 in Bad Dürkheim! Geschäftsführer wollte uns nicht reinlasse , da er auf der CovPass nur ein Impfung gesehen hat ( vorher genesen ) , trotzt da stehet vollständig geimpft ! Er sagte zu mir das er Arzt ist und möchte er das prüfen ! Hab dann von meine Auto Impfpass und Genesung mit genommen und ihn gezeigt , dann hat er gesehen und mich dann endlich rein gelassen mit meine Familie ! Müsste ich aber 2g+ sein um rein zu gehen , leider hat er vergessen zu prüfen und mich ohne Prüfung reingelassen hat ! Was für ein personell er ausweist sich als Geschäftsführer und macht ein Theater warum ich nur ein Impfung habe aber vergesst er den schnel Test zu prüfen ! Lieber McDonald’s Team solche Geschäftsführer solltet ihr nicht haben ! Gruß Zuka

5 Minuten Wartezeit für ein falsches Eis am drive in Schalter. Die Wartezeit in dieser Filiale ist immer relativ lang teilweise gibt es mehr Bedienungen als Kunden und trotzdem dauert die Zubereitung bzw Abwicklung verhältnismäßig lange.

Immer wieder sind die Burger trocken und kalt. Ungenießbar. Saucen fehlen, statt sechs McNuggets sind nur fünf drin. Der Umbau hat keine Besserung gebracht.

Coffee break on the way to the north. New facilities were neat. Fast and friendly service. Coffee and nuggets for a small hunger.
