Very friendly staff, and my two dogs were given water right away. The currywurst and fries were delicious, but my wooden fork broke right before the end. Grin

I went to Kochlöffel with my son today. He ordered a kids' meal because he knows it comes with Smarties. The food was freshly prepared and was okay. The Smarties were missing. My son was sad and disappointed. When I asked, I was told that they had sold out of Smarties and would only deliver at the end of the week, and that there was no other sweet alternative. It's a shame that they didn't point this out beforehand; then they could have thought about it. But here you are, with an expensive kids' meal with no highlight for the child. He didn't feel like having the burger and fries either. If I had bought the products individually, it would have been cheaper. Of course, they didn't point this out either. I paid for Smarties and didn't get them. Not great customer service. A shame!

We ordered Coke with our meal. The lady repeated our order when we entered it at the cash register, but she then brought us Fanta. We immediately complained to her about this, as we don't like or drink Fanta. Instead of acting in a customer-friendly manner, she started by loudly arguing with us that we had ordered Fanta from her. After some back and forth, she finally brought us the Coke, which tasted stale even without the carbonation.

Hello, dear Kochlöffel team, I've read some reviews online, but unfortunately, I don't fully understand many of them. So I'd like to share my own experience: I come to you very often and I really enjoy it! My favorite is the half chicken or the Best Chicken – instead of pineapple sauce, I prefer it with mustard. I'm always very satisfied with the food and the service and I'm always happy to come back. So, I just wanted to say a big thank you – and I'm happy to recommend your shop!

We received a very warm welcome from the very beginning; both the manager and the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and competent. I was particularly impressed by the professional and very pleasant way they handled a minor mishap: My son accidentally dropped an entire tray of food and drinks. They responded immediately, calmly, helpfully, and discreetly, and the floor was clean again in no time, without anyone making a big deal out of it. The entire stay was very pleasant. The service was warm, attentive, and extremely hospitable. Thank you for this positive experience. We would definitely be happy to come back!

Had a very special experience today... even though the burgers were freshly made, it didn't improve the dried out quality of the half chicken... I was just sad about it. The icing on the cake was an argument with the owner and a male guest over a woman's issue... oh man, poor Germany, is all I'm saying!!! It's best to go to the competition... at least you always have the same quality.

The entrance to the toilets is very narrow

I ate a delicious Currywurst XL with fries, exactly what I needed after a bike ride.

Very shabby shop. Very unfriendly guy at the checkout who is very pushy. Among other things, I also ordered a cheeseburger without a pickle. After we ordered, he asked quite privately what we were doing on the weekend. We answered politely, but we found it strange. I don't know why the order took almost 15 minutes because there was no one else there except us. By the way, my cheeseburger was with pickles. But otherwise the food was okay, compared to McDonalds the prices here are a lot higher. Anyone who has allergies should be careful and check. If you look closely you can also see that the inner seating area is not really clean.

The service was ok but the manager spoiled the impression. He made himself comfortable at the next table, put his feet on the table and asked questions about our nationality - it was very rude. Afterwards he gave his opinion, even though no one had asked for it. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a restaurant. That made our mood worse. I won't be back and can't recommend it.

If you like chicken, then I recommend the Kochlöffel in Bad Dürkheim. The chicken was fresh and crispy. We paid less than 25 euros for two large cokes and two chicken plus two fries with ketchup and mayonnaise.

Not much to say, just great. Good service and quirky atmosphere.

I bought half a chicken from the menu. The chicken was deliciously seasoned and a bit small. Unfortunately, the menu price of just under €13 did not include mayo or ketchup, which cost an extra €1. I wanted to have rolls that looked like discounter baked rolls and were more expensive than the good ones at the bakery next door. So I went to the bakery afterwards. The fries were ok. I had the menu to take away, so I was offered a plate with cutlery, which I found positive, but unfortunately I didn't get any napkins or a damp cloth. So after eating I had to think about something else, not everyone eats chicken with cutlery.

Solid currywurst with delicious fries is available here. And the chicken isn't bad either. Unfortunately it is a bit drafty in winter.

Just fast food. The fries were very small and thin. So if you need something quick to satisfy your cravings, it's okay. But I wouldn't go out to eat like that. It's also anything but comfortable inside. But for something quick on hand, here's the thing.

Schwierig zu beurteilen. Die Mitarbeiterin freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen... Chicken Box bestellt. Pommes und Nuggets komplett ungenießbar. Pommes waren hart, die Nuggets tot frittiert. 5 Minuten weniger wäre besser gewesen. Der dazu gehörende Burger reit sich da ein. Fettig, mit Mayo ertränkt. Das Stückchen Fleisch in der Mitte (deutlich kleiner im Durchmesser als das Brötchen) war ebenfalls viel zu lange in der Fritteuse. Knochenhart. 80% des "Essens" mussten wir wegwerfen. Dann lieber einen Döner um die Ecke !

Der junge Mann , der dort arbeitet, könnte nachdem er vom Rauchen kommt, mal seine Hande waschen. Zumal hat er ständig sein Handy in der Hand, ist sehr hygienisch!!!! Und seine liebe Arbeitskollegin könnte er mal entlasten, die muss alles alleine machen.

Gegen Restaurant an sich selbst ist nichts einzuwenden, aber in Grunde genommen das fettigs essen ist nicht so meins, besonderes wenn Hähnchen 🐔 ..

War dass letzte mal vor 12 Jahren in einem Kochlöffel. Wollte es wissen und was soll ich sagen gar nicht mein Ding. Teuer, hektisch, wirkt nicht sauber. Geschmack lässt sich drüber streiten der eine mags der andere nicht. Ich gehöre eher zum zweiten.

Wir haben auf Lieferando das Menü ’ Für alle was’ bezahlt und bekommen haben wir einen großen Burger zu wenig. Das kann passieren und nach einem kurzen Anruf hat man uns versichert der Burger würde gleich geliefert. Stattdessen hat der Besitzer kurze Zeit später angerufen und gleich sehr aggressiv gesagt, der Burger gehöre gar nicht in das Menü. Wir haben ihn versichert das es genau so in der App steht und ganz klar daraus hervorgeht, dass in diesem Menü 2 Burger enthalten sind. Er wurde sofort ungehalten, hat uns überhaupt nicht zu Wort kommen lassen und geschrien. Auch auf mehrmalige Aufforderung uns doch wie Kunden zu behandeln hat er einfach weiter diskutiert und geschrien. Dann hat er abrupt aufgelegt. Dieses Verhalten fanden wir sehr schockierend und wir sitzen ohne bezahlten Burger, angeschrien und einfach nur wütend da. Das war das letzte Mal Kochlöffel für uns, wir sind enttäuscht über die Marke und das Verhalten.

Essen gut, es gibt auch Gutscheine. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Innen Sitzplätze leider etwas mager.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und netter Service.

Man kann drinnen und draußen essen. Das Essen schmeckt für ein Fast Food Imbiss. Sehr nette Bedienung. Jedoch ist es sehr teuer und ein Kids Menü ist teurer als beim großen M und allgemein alles überteuert. Ich hatte ebenso keine Soßen bekommen. War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und ich lasse es. Da kaufe ich mir lieber einen Dönerteller für den Preis oder Dienstag beim Hühner Fred beim Netto.

Schnellimbiß, freundliches Personal, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innenbereich und Außenbereich. Die angebotenen Speisen sind während der Öffnungszeiten vorrätig. Wir waren mit dem Angebot sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder !

Der Burger war kalt. Die Pommes waren geschmacklos und klein. Evtl der Rest aus der Tüte? Das Personal war so semi freundlich. Selbst für fast food ultra teuer. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und die Kids wollten unbedingt Pommes. Würden definitiv nicht nochmal dort halten.

Ein etwas schöneres Fast Food Restaurant. Hier findet man typische Burger, mit durchschnittlicher Qualität. Es ist wenig Platz im Restaurant. Nervig ist es 1 € für einen Toilettengang zu zahlen, auch als zahlender Kunde. Dafür das man schnell essen geliefert bekommt, kann man damit zufrieden sein. Man kann aber mal vorbeischauen. Empfehlenswert!

Update: erhebliche Verbesserung im Ablauf, Freundlichkeit. Preise sind angemessen, saubere Einrichtung! Daher neue Bewertung nit 5 Sternen. Das Team scheint nicht multitaskingfähig zu sein. Wenn mehr als zwei Kunden bestellen wollen, dauert es. Dumm, wenn man dann im Winter draußen am Bestellfenster steht und minutenlang ignoriert wird.

Burger sind besser als bei der bekannten Konkurrenz. Frisch gemacht ist auch der Patty noch schön warm. Quirliger und freundlicher Inhaber, der noch selbst die Tische abwischt.

Es ist eine günstigere Alternative zu Mc Donalds oder Burger King. Außerdem gibt es auch halbe Hähnchen und Currywurst. Wir gehen gerne hin.
