Good food, quality and service.

The food was really delicious, there's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our ordered food and so it got quite late.

What happened at Milano? We always used to eat great salads there, that's what Luigi and his team were known for. In the spring I had a salad that consisted almost entirely of green lettuce, but I just thought I was unlucky. I wanted to try again but unfortunately the same failure, there were three of us and everyone had the same opinion, very disappointing. But the price was sporty. The 2 points are only for Luigi, who is a born host.

Trotz Rutenfest und vielen Gästen wurden wir hier sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Es gab knackigen Salat, crosses Bruschetta und eine leckere und leichte Pizza. Für so einen heißen Tag perfekt. Der Lambrusco war gut gekühlt und hat wunderbar zu unserem Essen gepasst. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Keine Hektik, sonder wohlfühl Atmosphäre wurde hier verbreitet. Wir hatten eine Pizza zusammen. Die wurde jeweils sehr appetitlich auf einem Teller angerichtet. Selten, besonders und deshalb ein Sonderpunkt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können hier die volle Punktzahl geben.

Completely satisfied, food very tasty and fresh, pizza mega. Parking spaces in front of the door, service super friendly. I don't understand some bad reviews, even if something happens, you can talk to the service, they're all just people and if you don't say anything, they won't know if something wasn't so great 🤷‍♀️ I will continue to go here and enjoy it ❤️

We were there for breakfast and chose the breakfast buffet for 13.90 euros. The buffet offered 1 type of mini rolls, mixed bread, mini cake pieces, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, Mini sausages, Nutella, honey and 1 type of jam, some canned fruit, natural yoghurt, as well as some muesli, sliced ​​fresh fruit, tomato/mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, butter, as well as 1 type of sliced ​​cheese and I think 2 types of sausage, orange and apple juice. Unfortunately it wasn't refilled, only when we asked if there was any cheese left, 4 half slices of cheese were added, unfortunately everything else that was empty wasn't. We were disappointed with the selection of the buffet and that empty plates were not refilled or that we had to explicitly ask. For just under 20 euros per person with a cappuccino for breakfast, we could have expected more. Years ago there was a much larger selection at the breakfast buffet and the staff were more considerate and refilled things on their own. There is still a lot of room for improvement!

Dinner for three. La Viletta is a household name in Brackwede. But you have to be lucky with the food and we haven't figured out yet what determines whether it tastes good or not. Today we ordered beef fillet medium. The beef fillet was English - almost raw. When I asked to grill it again, it was still no more medium than before, but tasted burnt. The best part of the dish were the fries. The side salad was also cut too roughly and presented carelessly. Spaghetti with tomatoes/peppers/meat was also ordered. The spaghetti was overcooked and mushy, the meat was chunky and tough. The service was unprofessional, rude and annoyed several times with the sentence: “Well, is everything okay?” They had no idea about wine. The main course was brought to the table without the table setting being cleared away. The visit was a complete failure. 11/1/24 revisit. Darkly baked pizzas, totally confused and overwhelmed service, unfriendly and unable to work. Sorry, a visit that demands everything.

Very good and tasty food. We really like the ambience and the seats under the chestnut tree. Highly recommended. There is parking space in front of the house. The Harkortsee is right around the corner for a walk after dinner. Beautiful.

I've rarely enjoyed food so much lately. Everything was just right here (except for the lack of PARKING): We got a table for two on Wednesday evening without prior notice. The service was very accommodating and my companion with walking difficulties (with a walker) was helped very nicely on the two steps to the dining room. The menu was supplemented by various boards on which the daily specials were presented handwritten. There are mussels and fish dishes here, they looked good. My Insalata Salzstadel was really a taste experience with lots of artichoke hearts, melons, mozzarella etc. And it filled me up despite being very hungry, the rocket on top was really crunchy and fresh. My partner's lasagna was served in a pot. It was a large portion, she only packed half, we had the rest packed and she replaced my dinner the day after. The prices are reasonable despite the city center location and the decent portions. The ambience: dark wooden furniture, but somehow homely. The restaurant was also busy on Wednesday evening. Reservations would have been recommended, but we were lucky. In summer you can also sit outside. FOR THE DISABLED: There is one step into the restaurant and two more steps inside the dining room. Toilets are in the BASEMENT. I would love to come back!
