To order, we had to go to the counter two rooms away. After ordering, we had to get cutlery and glasses ourselves. That would be fine if we weren't paying 15 to 20 euros for a medium-sized pasta dish, but this is just not fair. You should know...

Food wasn't perfect but was okay but the service wasn't good. You felt unwanted.

...for guests who "just" want to eat No greeting, no "I enjoyed it," no "goodbye" 🫣 Pasta was okay - price was reasonable for a self-service restaurant. Served with little love - all the edges of the plates were covered in mess... We ordered pasta pomodoro, pasta al limone, and pasta al gorgonzola. Although the restaurant was almost empty and some employees were busy, they must have had other things to do - a real shame.

Unfortunately, the food was only "okay." I had hoped for more. It was far too salty overall, and you had to practically hunt for the arugula in the dish. It's a shame—there could have been a lot more.

The food tasted very good, but there's no service in the true sense of the word. You have to order your food at the counter and get your drinks there yourself. Only the prepared food is served by a server, possibly the chef himself???

It was a bit unusual, as there was no waiter and you had to order your own food at the counter. But the pasta was so delicious!!!!! It made up for it.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The freshly prepared food was particularly good. The service was very friendly, and overall I was very satisfied and would happily return. I also liked the self-service concept.

Outrageous and amateurish We deliberately chose this restaurant because, according to the advertising and website, they make pasta dough with spelt flour, among other things. Unfortunately, I can't tolerate wheat. I was all the more excited to be able to officially eat pasta outside. And we were really hungry after a long day!! As soon as we arrived, I assured the waiter that there was no wheat in the spelt dough. Unfortunately, due to his lack of German, he had a hard time understanding me. They only serve pasta ;) made from wheat dough and spelt dough. So, the content was manageable. We finally made it, and he discovered that there might be some wheat flour in the sauce. I was surprised, but small amounts are okay. Then he came to the table and—at least according to his information—had been told by the kitchen that the spelt dough contained gluten. Yes, I know that. Just not too much wheat, please. Yes, yes, no problem, he said. I was happy and told him for the fourth or fifth time that I couldn't eat anything else. So he brought the drinks we'd ordered and then casually informed us: Unfortunately, no spelt dough today! I was furious!!!! The information again: Then I can't eat anything here, we have to leave. No reaction, I dutifully paid the full bill for the completely unnecessary drinks and left. I'm still appalled by such a rip-off, a little angry, and - above all - immensely disappointed. Never again!!!!!!!

The noodles were very good. One of the five dishes was too salty, which can happen. You order drinks and food yourself at the counter and then have them brought to your table. The courtyard is a great place to sit when the weather is warm.

I went to the pasta factory with three friends. I had reserved a table online three days in advance, but on the day itself, I was told that no reservations could be found. Luckily, there was nothing going on at 5 p.m., so we could choose our own seating. The food was very good, but the "self-service" principle was a mystery to me. Sometimes we were served by waiters, and sometimes we had to go in ourselves to place our order. It was all a bit confusing. The food was delicious, except for one friend's vegan dish, which was too salty. The price/performance ratio is excellent, and the waiters are friendly.

The pasta was very tasty. The menu is small, but there should be something for every pasta taste. We had tagliatelle in lemon sauce (highly recommended in warm weather, as it tastes really fresh) and spiral pasta in Gorgonzola sauce (very hearty). Highly recommended for lunch while sightseeing in Dresden.

It was busy, and we thought we wouldn't get a seat. We were offered a seat next to two nice ladies. They didn't mind, and we were glad that it worked out so quickly and easily. The two were super nice, and that also defined the entire atmosphere in the shop: relaxed and uncomplicated. After we ordered, everything arrived very quickly. Very tasty—although the pasta with Bolognese looked more like a child's portion for a grown man. They also served tiramisu, and everything was good. We'd love to come back—I want to try everything. Thanks to the team, and thanks to the ladies from Berlin who had to catch their train way too early.

First things first: The pasta was delicious. There are several seating options. The service was very attentive and always available. The door to our seating area needs a repair; it's stuck. Otherwise, there's still room for improvement, but you'll manage. We'll keep testing you. 👍🏻

Cute little restaurant with super tasty noodles. What was a bit confusing was that the restaurant is divided into two “parts” separated by a passage. However, the food came quickly and warm and the service was friendly and courteous.

Homemade is great in itself. What's more for us is that the pasta dishes are all made with wholemeal spelled pasta. Unfortunately it's far too rare to find. And for certain groups of people it's really important. Absolute recommendation with 5 stars. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food came relatively quickly and tasted good. The waitress spoke little German and wasn't particularly attentive, but overall the service was solid. We were pre-registered as a large group, and although our latecomers' seats were initially allocated, a pragmatic solution was found so that they could sit with us. I found that positive. A small point of criticism: paying at the table was not possible, you had to go to the counter. I also found the portion a bit too small for the price. Nevertheless, my colleagues also enjoyed it. Today we were at the pasta factory with the entire team. We had one of the two rooms to ourselves. So it was a comfortable and familiar group. The view outside hit the Epiphany Church. Inside we could watch the chefs at work. The pasta was super tasty. The portion is sufficient. The service friendly. A great evening. Thank you.

We ate here for the first time a year ago and absolutely loved it! Since our next visit to Dresden took place, we said that we definitely wanted to come here again. The pasta was very tasty and aldente. I had a lemon sauce with it and absolutely loved it. Nice and fresh taste and the parmesan gave it just the right amount of spice! My two friends were also thrilled: Carbonara and the pasta rolls with ricotta were perfectly rounded off in taste. We have already decided that we will come back next year! 💕💕💕

I didn't know this restaurant, even the name doesn't suggest much. But!!!!!!! The food, lonely top. The compilation is exactly mine. It was a taste experience for me. I can recommend it without hesitation. I had ravioli with pumpkin filling, but I can also recommend pasta rolls with ricotta filling.

Sorry, maybe we didn't have a good day, but neither of our dishes tasted good. The combinations looked very promising, but the taste was simply poor. The plates looked very good, especially for the camera, but that was about it. For example, my wife had pasta with gorgonzola cream sauce. The pasta was clearly too hard and the gorgonzola was barely visible in the sauce :( and for that almost 40 euros (2 pasta dishes + 2 drinks) is clearly too much. The ambience and the service reminded me of a canteen.

If you are looking for tasty pasta, this is the place to be! Good pastas are hard to find in Germany and this is one of the few places.

You have to order the food at the counter in the shop on the right, a bit strange. But the noodles were very good, maybe a bit expensive for the quantity.

Tagliatelle, burrata and mozzarella are out today. The ravioli are drowning in butter, which unfortunately doesn't taste like sage butter. This is better for a pasta restaurant for the price.

The concept of ordering food at the counter rather than at the table is difficult for guests who are there alone. It is not uncommon for a table that was just free to be occupied. And then?

We had a really, really delicious dinner here. Great selection, also when it comes to drinks. The service was friendly, we didn't have to wait long. Unfortunately, a glass was brought to our table with a crack, i.e. broken, but was replaced immediately upon request. The food, we had three different pasta dishes and absolutely agreed that we hadn't had better pasta in a very long time. The price-performance ratio is also very good. The three of us paid just under €70 including aperitifs. I'd love to come back!

Have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Homemade pasta that is al dente on the plate! Plus a large selection of different sauces and side dishes. We will eat here more often.

So I normally check the reviews before to visit a place, I have read some good ones about this place so I decided to go. The personal were having a bad day or they are just rude. It is a self service restaurant which I don’t care, but the person in charge told us to take the cutlery but there was just knives, we told him and he send someone to check first if that was right and then gave us some forks, whatever! We wanted to take chilli oil to our table and he got upset because we took a new one(not our intention, put it back immediately) then we took one from a table. The bottle was empty so we ask one of the workers for another chilli oil bottle, he went and told the person in charge and he came looking upset, took it and then brought me a ginger oil bottle for a tomato pasta!!. Food was ok but I can’t enjoy my dinner when they look at me upset for such a small thing. Honestly service quality is a big part of a restaurant and even if the food is exceptional a bad service can damaged the experience.

Pleasant atmosphere, clean and tidy. Unfortunately my pasta wasn't soft enough. A couple at the next table had a small dog with them. Since it was very warm that day, the dog was provided with water. The water was brought in a drinking glass. What struck me, however, was that the drinking glass was the same as on the guests' table next door. Sorry, dear Pasta Team, dogs yes, in the restaurant too, but water in the same glass as for the guests is a NO GO. Extra water bowls for the four-legged friends would be desirable

Incomplete delivery, driver handed over the bag and left again. You couldn't reach anyone by phone, the announcement went out immediately and said that it would be closed on Saturday, it was Friday.

We spontaneously had lunch. The restaurant is divided into two parts, which is initially ambiguous. You can choose your own seat, but you order at the counter. You can also find glasses and cutlery there. The food was there quickly, super tasty and totally sufficient for lunch. The waitresses were annoyed and unfriendly. Personnel matters were clarified loudly in the dining room. The toilets were available, but quite small and you had the feeling of sitting in the guest room. The sink was dirty. The toilet section on top is used for storage. There are a lot of cables above the counter without lamps. Otherwise the interior is very nicely designed. We have already ordered for pickup. I would prefer that to eating on site. We will definitely order there again.

At first we were briefly confused by the two entrances to the separate rooms. Got a table spontaneously. Food was really tasty, I can definitely recommend it, small menu with interesting pasta dishes!

Souveräne Nudelgerichte, nicht besonders warm, aber frisch. Ein nettes Kantinen Flair, ließ mich an meine Studienzeit denken. Man bestellt am Tresen, läuft auch für jedes Getränk die 2m dahin und muss dann noch mal los, weil man Gläser und Besteck auch hätte beim ersten Mal mitnehmen müssen. Man sitz in 3 oder 4 Reihen mit max 8 Personen am Tisch... Darum wohl auch meinen Kantinen Vergleich. Man bekommt souveräne Kost, Preis-Leisung war okay, nicht der Hammer. 14 Euro für eine Cabonara Variante, 16 Euro für ein Spezial mit Kürbis Ravioli. Der Teller war voll, wir waren satt. 5 Sterne, wenn es richtig warm gewesen wäre. Aber man schmeckt das es frisch war und das ist auch echt was wert.

Sehr leckere hausgemachte Pasta

Leckere frische Pasta. Ausreichende Portionen. Überdurchschnittliche Qualität. Suchtfaktor, wir kommen regelmäßig wieder.

Wir sind für ein WE in Dresden zu Besuch und sind aufgrund der doch überwiegend guten Bewertungen auf die Pastamanufaktur gestoßen und können sagen: die beste Steinpilzpasta ever !! Und auch sonst waren die Nudeln mit Chili und Knoblauch perfekt gewürzt. Freundliches Personal, rundum zu empfehlen. Man könnte am Ambiente was machen, aber das sieht man ja bevor man sich hinsetzt. :)

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion reichlich. Die Idee, dass die Gäste am Tresen bestellen und sich die Getränke und Besteck von dort aus mit an den Platz nehmen finde ich gut, nur leider schlecht umgesetzt. Es entsteht eher Chaos.

Pasta wird frisch zubereitet, das schmeckt man auch. Super lecker, 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Haben im Juli einen Familienausflug nach Dresden gemacht und u.a. diese nette kleine Pastamanufaktur entdeckt. Sehr leckere Pastagerichte (auch mit Vollkornpasta). Angenehme Atmosphäre.

Man bekommt in der Pastamanufaktur gute Pastagerichte zu angemessenen Preisen. Mein Gericht mit Ragout à la Bolognese wurde dem Geschmack nach zu urteilen mit qualitativ gutem Hackfleisch zubereitet, wegen der Zugabe von Tomaten handelt es sich dabei allerdings nicht um eine originale Bolognese. Der Service und das Ambiente sind einfach gehalten.

Ich hatte gestern Abend die Pasta mit Gorgonzola mit Blattspinat. Es war zwar hübsch angerichtet aber leider waren die Pasta noch sehr hart und weit mehr als al dente. Der Blattspinat wurde leider soweit ich sehen konnte komplett vergessen. Leider wurde ich auch von niemandem mehr gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ich hatte keine Möglichkeit für Feedback. Man zahlt direkt nach Bestellung, da scheint es auch anschließend egal zu sein, ob der Gast glücklich ist oder nicht. Ich wurde auch nicht verabschiedet. Obwohl außer mir nur noch 4 weitere Personen da waren, wirkte das Personal überfordert und gestresst. Von mir gibt es leider absolut keine Empfehlung. Ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt und würde nicht nochmal kommen.
