Very good Italian restaurant. Will be one of my new favorite restaurants. Nice atmosphere, courteous staff, delicious pizza. Large portions, reasonable prices...

Were here for the first time last weekend, as the saying goes, once and never again. The food was delicious but it didn't justify the almost 3 hour wait. We had made reservations for 6:00 p.m. and our drinks and appetizers orders were finally taken at around 6:45 p.m. The drinks and appetizers arrived around 7:00 p.m. Then we also ordered our main courses, but they took a long time to arrive, so we then countered At 8:15 p.m. I asked what it looked like and the answer was "Yes, sorry, it's a lot going on today, the kitchen..." Then around 8:30 p.m. we asked again and “Yes, I’ll take a look.” Things got going when 3 of us complained around 8:35 p.m.… End of the song we had to eat our food quickly because we had reserved somewhere else for billiards. Tip: If you have something planned with your friends after dinner, DO NOT GO HERE. But if you have a lot of time then this restaurant is just right for you!

Stranded there for a short time but still received a warm welcome. What really caught my eye was the menu. Someone put a lot of energy and heart and soul into it. Each dish is advertised individually...And I thought that was really great. As great as it was on the menu beforehand...at least it tasted as great. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. We can recommend this Italian 100%. Thank you for the nice evening with you. Very bad philosophy. Exploit the staff they hire. Things are looking bad in the storage rooms. The WKD should really come by there sometime.

The food is super delicious, the best pizza I've had in Dresden so far! Unfortunately, the service is not that convincing. We were allowed to ask for the bill twice (and wait for a very long time) and in between we were not asked for drinks again. It's a shame, but it was so delicious, I'd love to come back!

Best Italian I've experienced so far. Although I can only comment on the pizzas, as someone who has already been to Italy, the quality in this ristorante is on a comparable level. Before the order is served there are stuffed olives, which even I, an olive skeptic, enjoyed. There is also the option to choose from additional herbs, chili oil and garlic oil as free extras. In addition, there is a very pleasant atmosphere, the waiters are always in a good mood and very charismatic. Thank you for your great work and the fabulous food!

We came without a reservation and got a nice, nice place. As a greeting from the kitchen, the marinated olives are the best way to start. They are very tasty. The food is very nicely prepared and tastes very good. I just had to add a little salt, but that's personal taste. The service was also friendly, quick, and didn't seem stressed despite the well-filled restaurant. A little tip: if you order wine (bottle or 0.5 liters), perhaps serve a glass of water with it. We'd love to come back.

A weekend visit to a busy restaurant, which therefore had very limited space. The tables are way too close together. No umbrella stand anywhere (it was raining). You don't know what to do with the umbrellas. A shoulder bag can only be stuffed under the chair or table. The staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed. All the dishes were boring and mediocre. Just OK. it applies too. Every amateur cook can do spaghetti Bolognese, carbonare, pizza and mussels in white wine sauce much better. A third of the mussels were still closed. Why should you say it's just ok. spend around €100? Definitely not a recommendation.

Great Italian restaurant, if you don't want the standard dishes you've come to the right place. Service is also good, only at the front on the street was the seating a little tight (3 people are almost one too many per table) but that's bearable as the rest is really recommended.

Wir waren spontan an einem Mittwochabend hier gewesen und haben sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Der Service war mrga nett und wir mussten weder auf Getränke, noch auf das Essen lange warten. Zu den Getränken bekamen wir ein Schälchen mit Oliven, welche sehr lecker waren. Wir haben auch mitbekommen, dass man diese dort auch kaufen kann. Unsere 2 Pastagerichte waren ein Traum! Zum Abschluss bestellten wir ein Tiramisu. Es wurde ein großes Stückchen mit 2 Löffeln gebracht und es wirkte auf uns, als hätten man extra ein größeres gebracht, damit beide davon essen können - zumindest wäre es nur für eine Person viel zu viel. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und kommen definitiv wieder vorbei wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

We came here spontaneously on a Wednesday evening and got a table straight away. The service was super nice and we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. With the drinks we were given a bowl of olives, which were very tasty. We also noticed that you can buy them there too. Our 2 pasta dishes were to die for! To finish we ordered a tiramisu. A large piece was brought with 2 spoons and it seemed to us as if they had brought a larger piece so that both of us could eat it - at least it would be far too much for just one person. We had a lovely evening and will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. What more could you want when the prices are good? Our waiter wants to visit us in Berlin and have dinner with us. 😁

Very friendly waiters and service. We didn't reserve anything but spontaneously got a table for two. We would have liked to have had a table outside, but that didn't happen at the beginning. When we got our food (which happened very quickly, by the way) a table became available and the waiter allowed us to "move" outside, so he was totally thoughtful and friendly. We'd love to come back. The food was excellent and plentiful. When we paid, we were clearly surprised that it was a very inexpensive pleasure (4 drinks and two normal portions for 45€) Thank you very much and see you next time :)

Mega tasty and freshly prepared. Reservation is recommended. If you are traveling by car, bring enough change with you. The city's piggy bank needs to be fed.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Dresden. You always feel very welcome and it's something special to eat here. The pizzas are incredibly delicious and I don't know how I do it, but there has to be room for dessert because they are just so good here. This time I tried a tiramisu with limoncello and it tasted like summer and was beautifully served on a wooden plate. Sometimes you have to allow for a bit of a wait, but that's no surprise as it's always very busy. Reservations in advance are absolutely recommended.

Very tasty food. The air could have been a little better. Smoke (chili?) came from the kitchen for a short time, causing many people in the room to cough.

Unfortunately not like it used to be

Food ok, service catastrophic! The two of us were guests in this “Italian” restaurant. One starter + two pastas in the main course. After a short time the starter arrived, basically good. However, this hadn't been eaten yet when the waiter was already at the table with the next course. Complete lack of understanding on his part as to why we want to finish the first course in peace and not go through the whole thing in quick succession. The food was then taken away and we were ignored. Appropriate reaction for guests who do not want to understand that, according to the employee, it is usual that you have 15 minutes to eat your starter and then the main course comes automatically. After 40 minutes we asked for our main course, which was ok. But it would also be too much to say that the wait was worth it.

I ate there once and ordered once through Lieferando. The restaurant is nicely decorated and you were given a small bowl of homemade olives to try (super tasty & later bought again to take away!). I was really surprised by the taste and have to say that I have never eaten such a delicious pizza in my life. Thin dough and perfectly seasoned sauce. Anytime again 🤤

Great food and great service. A subordinate clause would mention that it was my birthday dinner. And at the end of my espresso I already announced a free, delicious piece of tiramisu with a small fire fountain. Just great. Any time. Oh, the olives are awesome.

Despite the full house, we were spontaneously offered a good table for four of us on Saturday evening and without a reservation. The service was quick and remained friendly and attentive despite the store being busy. You can't find a traditional carbonara on every corner - my highlight! The pizzas were also convincing, the “Diavola” deserves its name. We were very satisfied!

We had reserved seats for a Friday. The placement was quick and uncomplicated, as were the orders. Unfortunately, the starters came before the drinks and even then, the warm drinks were cold. But an exchange took place without any problems. The meal took about 1 hour, which could also be due to the delivery service being served at the same time. The staff also didn't always seem coordinated and receptive to the number of guests. Unfortunately, asking the guest and not waiting for the answer is not nice either. This gave us a lot of time to talk, but unfortunately this is difficult to do in a group given the volume. Even on the street it would have been quieter. But the food, like the homemade lemonades, makes up for the time. Whether everything makes sense here in terms of price is another matter. Because a lot of positive things were said, the ambitions were also corresponding. But unfortunately they couldn't be held. But definitely an experience at a quieter time.

It's true that there is a likeable boss. And there are interesting and unusual dishes. However, it happened to me today as a single guest that I waited 20 minutes for my first drink (a house wine was my order). I have been overlooked/forgotten several times. When I left without being served and said why, there was no apology or regret. That's a shame.

The homemade lemonades are great and the olives are really delicious. The pizza was exactly how I wanted it, truly Italian. It's in Dresden Neustadt, so of course it's a bit louder and more crowded, but that should be clear when you choose a restaurant there. You should also come here by public transport, as parking spaces are in short supply. We had a lovely evening with very tasty food and we will be back.

We had almost finished the appetizer when the drinks arrived. Ordered pizza without peppers, pizza came with peppers. A glass of wine takes 15 minutes. Portions large, pizza very good.

The pizza tastes very good. However, I was held back for a while when ordering takeaway on site. At first it said 10 to 15 minutes, after half an hour it said my order was “pushed further forward in the kitchen” and my pizza would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. In total I waited a little over 45 minutes. If they had simply told me that it would take so long, I would have come back later and bought myself something to drink. The situation was unnecessary, they could have at least offered me a drink after realizing that I had been forgotten.

Very good pizza, good pasta. It was a little too loud. Perfect service. Gladly again.

Despite the restaurant being at full capacity, we were quickly shown to our table by the friendly staff. The rustic and attractive furnishings gave the ambience a special charm. The staff were not only friendly but also extremely committed to ensuring that all guests had a pleasant stay. The short waiting time was more than made up for by the first-class food. Each bite was a true feast for the senses and a discovery of the flavors of Italy. Overall, our visit to Da Michele was an unforgettable gastronomic experience that we would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Dresden. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the excellent cuisine and warm service.

Die Kellner*innen spendierten daraufhin Desserts aufs Haus und auch Limoncello für alle ☺️ Preis/Leistung ist auch der Hammer! 12€ für eine große Pizza, die super lecker ist - gibts selten. Gerne wieder! Tatsächlich sind wir extra angereist! Hat sich gelohnt ❤️

Wirklich sehr guter Italiener. Zu mehr als fairen Preisen muss man dazu sagen! Die angepriesenen Oliven... Hammer. Die Pasta und der Wein. Einfach super. Abends wird es etwas kuschelig voll. Aber das macht eine gute Stimmung. Wer es ruhig mag muss woanders hin gehen. Ich komme wieder!

Hallo liebes Team Da-Michele! Es gibt wirklich sehr viele Italiener in Dresden, aber dieser Italiener bietet herrliches und gutes Essen an!!! Einfach hervorragend!!! Ich bin ein langjähriger Stammkunde und kann mit besten Gewissen sagen, eines der besten Essen die ich bisher bei einem Italiener gegessen habe. Natürlich gibt sich das Personal große Mühe, aber wie heißt es so schön, Menschen sind keine Roboter, selbst Roboter machen Fehler! Das Personal probiert wirklich jedem gerecht zu werden, aber manchmal muss man auch Geduld haben, wenn das Haus voll ist! Das Personal sind Menschen und haben auch nur zwei Hände! In diesem Sinne, das beste Essen der Stadt! Liebe Grüße Alex

Nun muss auch ich mal hier eine Bewertung da lassen, da wir seit mehreren Jahren immer wieder gern ins DaMichele gehen. Auch an diesem Wochenende haben wir mit der Familie neben einer Vorspeise, dem Hauptgang und dem immer leckeren Dessert ausgiebig gesessen und gespeist. Service TOP, Essen TOP, Ambiente TOP - was soll ich noch sagen?! Die Oliven mussten wir auch dieses mal wieder mit nach Hause nehmen weil wir einfach nicht genug davon bekommen konnten :) . Besonders schön und zum hervorheben ist, dass sich der Besitzer in regelmäßigen Abständen immer eine wechselnde Wochenkarte einfallen lässt - besonders für Stammgäste kommt dadurch eine schöne Abwechslung zustande. In diesem Sinne, bis ganz bald!

Mein Mann und Ich kommen schon viele Jahre zu Euch, aber letztens waren wir etwas entäucht von der Vorspeisenplatte für 18.90€, Preiserhöhung ok, aber nicht so, die Platte ist viel Kleiner geworden und das für 7€ mehr. Kein Carpaccio mehr, kein Buratta, kein Schinken und vorher auch 2 Bruscetta, jetzt nur noch eins, ich finde das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für diese Menge völlig überzogen. Wollte ich euch mitteilen, auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet. Achso und dann haben wir noch Oliven gekauft ( wie immer) diese wurden uns völlig ölig und verklebt überreicht, vielleicht nächste mal besser einpacken oder wie sonst eine Tüte dazu reichen. Der Service ist leider auch völlig überfordert.

Ich besuche das DaMichele sehr gerne wegen des leckeren Essens. Am Samstag haben wir Online für 7 Personen reserviert, was auch bestätigt wurde. Als wir ankamen, fand man unsere Reservierung auf dem Tablet. Der Kellner verschwand mit der Bemerkung "Moment". Daraufhin standen wir 10 min vor dem Tresen im Weg und wurden vom Kellner ignoriert. Er ging einfach ständig an uns vorbei. Auf Nachfrage, was mit unserem Tisch sei, zuckte er die Schultern. Er habe keinen Tisch. Keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung. Er ließ uns einfach stehen. So standen wir hungrig zu 7., darunter zwei Kinder, in der Neustadt. Ob wir zu 7. Noch einen Tisch woanders bekamen, kann man sich denken. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Art und Weise.

Eine sehr schöne Gaststätte, mit einen noch nettereren Personal, welches großes Verständnis für Kinder hat. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Waren gestern Abend dort und ich muss sagen dass ich sehr begeistert war, schönes Ambiente und super leckeres Essen! Als Italiener bin ich ja manchmal etwas skeptisch bei italienischen Restaurants außerhalb von Italien, aber dieses Lokal konnte mich überzeugen! 😎 Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🤌🏼😊

Gemütliches Restaurant, gut besucht. Service freundlich. Es gab gleich Oliven zum naschen, sehr lecker. Hatten Sardellen Pizza und Kürbissuppe - geschmacklich gut. Getränke waren mit zu viel Eis. Dezente Musikuntermalung. WC sauber.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Pizza hauchdünn und nicht überladen mit dem Belag. Die Pasta ist nicht in der Soße ertrunken. Ein herrlicher leicht nussiger Geschmack… das allerallerbeste sind die ausgesprochenen bissfesten kleinen ovalen dunklen Oliven… Großes Dankeschön an den super aufmerksamen Service! Ihr seid HAMMER…

Wieder geöffnet im alten Glanz. Der Vorspeiseteller Michele ist ausreichend für Zwei und es ist gut so. Die Köche verstehen ihr Handwerk. Bedienung ist fix und nett. Sehr zu empfehlen! Edit 18.10.23: die Essens-/Kochqualität hat nachgelassen, leider...

Ein kleines aber feines Restaurant im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt. Das Essen ist echt lecker und ausreichend. Die Bedienung stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder um die vielen außergewöhnlichen Nudelgerichte zu testen.

Italienisches Ambiente mit feinsten Speisen - mitten in der Dresdener Neustadt. Erst überzeugt die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wonach die Vorspeisen direkt anknüpfen. Mit Sicherheit kann ich behaupten, dass die Bruschetta die beste war, welche ich bisher probieren durfte. Auch die Hauptspeisen sind geschmacklich auf oberstem Niveau - besonders die Pizza muss man hier erneut hervorheben (Pistazien-Mortadella Pizza welche mich geschmacklich nach Rom zurückbefördert hat). Eine unerwartet starke kulinarische Erfahrung, große Empfehlung für jeden der bestes italienisches Essen in Dresden sucht.

Dank des tollen Personals haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Leckere Getränke und insbesondere die Margherita waren spitze 😉 Durch die guten Insidertipps hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Abend! Gerne wieder ☺️

Kleines Lokal mit leckerem Essen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente italienisch, aber etwas dunkel und beengt. Es gibt dort selbst eingelegte Oliven.
