The pizzas were perfect. The truffle pizza is particularly recommended. The service was friendly, but not very present. While we lingered a little longer and talked, the empty plates could have been cleared away. Then we would have liked to order dessert too. The plates were now on our table for about 40 minutes. When a young blonde lady started her shift, she saw the problems straight away and corrected them. She should get a promotion.

Had dinner there this evening and we went without a reservation and got a table straight away. Ambience super pleasant and nice. The staff were also very friendly, we were served by a younger blonde lady, big compliments to her. She left nothing to be desired. After a short time she came and served us, after a short time of no more than 15 minutes we got our food. And the store was already pretty full. Food arrived hot/warm and it was super tasty. If I ever find myself in Cologne again, I will definitely come back. I will also recommend the store. Thank you very much and keep it up!

Everyone who eats here has thrown their money in the trash. The staff is very unprofessional and this was the worst pizza and pasta I have ever tasted. I say this not just after the first attempt, but after three visits. The third was today. That's why I decided to write this. Unfortunately, as a neighbor, I will no longer go here and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Late on a Friday evening (around 11 p.m.) we wandered around looking for a shop that still offered food. After being directed to several shops, we discovered the nice Italian restaurant on the corner and were immediately offered a table (the kitchen was still open for 30 minutes). We ate pizza and lasange and were all super excited and really amazed by the food! I have rarely eaten such a delicious lasange in my life (and I have had many). The others were also totally impressed by the pizza, which was served with delicious chilli and garlic oil. The selection of drinks was also really great, be it Italian draft beer! or super delicious cocktails, there was something for everyone! The server and the waitresses were all very, very friendly and super accommodating! Shortly before closing time, people went around again and offered "one last drink", but in a very relaxed manner and without the feeling of being "thrown out". I like to eat out and often go to different places, but this place was really an 11/10! 100% recommendation from me!! Kind regards HAFENSAENGER!

The ambience is also very good and pleasant - invites you to linger. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and pays attention to the smallest details. There are always people who don't eat the crust of a Neapolitan pizza (for whatever reason...). There is an ingenious alternative: you can order special dips such as pistachio butter, tomato sauce or hot honey. Really worth a visit!

We were actually on our way to another restaurant in the area... but what luck that the other restaurant was closed! This restaurant is very fine, the service is very motivated and friendly, and the pizzas... the pizzas were simply amazing! Not only do they taste very good, you pay fair prices and have a great selection (including vegan varieties). I will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our last visit to Nonna Napoli. The pizza had little to do with an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The edge was neither light nor airy, but burned completely black. The dough didn't rise, which significantly affected the taste experience. For the first time ever, we raised these issues when asked if everything was OK. We very much hope that our feedback is received and improvements are made. The waiter was otherwise friendly and the tomato sauce on the pizza was good. The salami wasn't Napoli either... :( Nonna Napoli, that could be better! :(

Very tasty pizzas and, above all, a good selection of vegan pizzas. The service was a bit slow at times, but it was super busy so that could be forgiven. We were very satisfied!

The food is really very good in the shop, but I found the waiters a bit stressful... We had the feeling of "eat and go", which is a shame because the shop has a really nice atmosphere and this encourages you to stay seated.

I ordered different pizzas online from Nonna Napoli via Wolt 6 times and 3 times the pizzas were burnt black on the bottom and didn't taste good at all. I paid €19 for the last pizza and it came down completely burnt!

We ate at Nonna yesterday with a large group of children (11 years old) and were very excited. The waitress tried very hard to accommodate us at short notice and was also very patient with the children, who were a bit more lively at times. Thanks! Thank you for taking us in at such short notice and for being so warm and taking such good care of us.

My friends and I stopped by yesterday just to get a single pizza we could share. We chose a simple margarita and after being served by the friendly staff we went on our way. Now, I have had many pizzas, I love pizza, I will never stop loving pizza and I'm not joking when I tell you, that margarita blew all our minds. We weren't even gonna get anything at first but that margarita.. I actually can't get it out of my head. The use of mozzarella instead of shredded cheese, the basil, the taste and consistency of the crust. I think that was the best pizza I have ever eaten. I haven't been to Italy but I imagine that that would be their standard there. 11/10, can't stop thinking about those two slices of pizza I had.

Great pizza in one of Cologne's liveliest, if sometimes stressful, places, the Zülpi. While the bear sometimes dances aggressively on the weekend, you can dine there in a very relaxed manner during the week.

Unfortunately the pizza has a 50% margin. That would be fine with a filling or herb butter, but it would be a very dry experience. The four of us were there without a reservation and were initially turned away because nothing was available. When we asked, we were allowed to stay. (During our stay only half of the tables were occupied.) While one in four people was still eating, the plates were already being cleared away. That's very rude. Therefore only 2 stars for service.

Incredibly delicious pizzas! The service was very attentive and friendly and all in all it is very cozy there.

In my opinion the hype was not justified. The four of us had an appointment there. When we were not yet complete, we were constantly asked if we would like to order our food, several times. When we ordered, the food came after just 10 minutes. You could just tell that they wanted to get rid of us quickly. I don't want to have that feeling in a restaurant. The food wasn't above average either. I've eaten much better pizza in Cologne.

Good Italian, good food, correct quality-price and good service.

Basically it's a really good restaurant. The pizzas were of the best quality. They were also impressive in terms of taste. The service was also good and we didn't have to wait long. What we noticed negatively was that there were too many places. There were three of us at a table of four. Right next to it there was a place for 2 people, which was then occupied. This disrupts privacy immensely. Maybe the concept can be reconsidered. The music was also really too loud, so that people had to speak very loudly to understand each other. We would definitely come back - ultimately it's the quality of the food that counts.

This is how an Italian should be. Delicious pizzas with a super thin and crispy base. Also a good selection of various Italian dishes at a good price. There are also other pizzas here that you don't get anywhere else and all with interesting but very tasty ingredients. Like here, a Pizza Testarossa (spicy) €13.90 Tomatoes, red peppers, spicy Nduja sausage, salsiccia, spicy honey, smoked mozzarella, parmesan cheese and olive oil Highly recommended, as well as making a reservation in advance.

There are many Neapolitan pizzas in Cologne, but it has to be said that some shops do not impress with their inviting atmosphere. I like Nonna Napoli the best. The food was twice top. The pizzas are very good, the lasagne had a great traditional taste and the fried dough pieces for dessert were a complete finishing touch. You pay a little more for the pizzas, but the location and the ambience play a role here. The service was just a little slow the second time. We didn't have to ask if we could order. We'll still be back!

Had dinner here with friends last week. The first drawback was that there was no labeling of the allergens. Neither on the menu nor on a separate allergy list. Even when we asked the service, no information about allergens could be given. This is an absolute no-go for people with food allergies, especially because it is a regulation. The ambience is really nice and modern. The Aperol Spritz was very tasty. The pizzas were okay, but unfortunately the pasta and gnocchi weren't particularly tasty. Overall, I wouldn't eat here again.

Pizza only tasted like cheese even though it was supposed to be a carbonara pizza. The price is overpriced. The edge of the pizza was partly black. The pasta dishes are too small and don't fill you up. Cocktails were okay, but there was way too much ice in them. We also ordered a table, which wasn't even free. So we had to wait. The place was crowded and loud. We won't go there again. I cannot recommend a visit.

Everything was super tasty, everything went smoothly, the waiter always had a quick saying. The girls have everything under control. The pizza makers were very experienced and created the BEST tasting pizza for me. The antipasti plate beforehand really put us in a positive mood in terms of taste. We'd love to come back

When we arrived, we (two people) were seated at a table for six, at which another couple was also seated later on, which was a bit uncomfortable due to the fact that there were other seats on two tables. The drinks and food were received and served quickly. Everything was very tasty and absolutely recommended. Typical Italian cuisine! Unfortunately, not only does it take a long time if you want to order drinks again or if you want to order something in general, but no one comes if you don't explicitly draw attention to yourself, which was a shame. The ambience was really nice. Warm, inviting, cozy. A place where you would like to stay longer. All in all, despite the long wait for the second order, it was a successful evening! Highly recommended.

Were there for the first time, had reserved, really nice interior with friendly staff. Staff! Had Naples. Pizza Verdure and Pizza Parma each with burrata, really good & tasty and also sufficient! Personally, I think almost €19 for a pizza is really expensive, but we would still go there again!

Sorry, we definitely won't come back. With a time limit of 1.5 hours, you can also go to McDonald's. The question of how long you want to stay is also outrageous. The 2 stars are for the good pizza but you can also get it elsewhere.

Food is pretty close to original Napoli dishes. True to ingredients and tastes. Some dishes are a little bit elevated from original recipes but they justified pretty well. The food will leave a smile on your face if you like Napoli food. Been there several times and the staff is always friendly and smiling.

Table was reserved for 8 people, but still occupied upon arrival. After the table was free, we sat at the table for about 10 minutes without service and with dirty dishes. Service was generally subpar. There was nothing wrong with the food, it was very average. Starter platter was tasty and the price was okay. Overall not a great visit, I wouldn't come back either.

The pizza and gnocchi were very tasty. The starters are also highly recommended. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We had to wait a long time To order at all, then every time we wanted to order something else. The drinks were forgotten and only came after asking twice. Unfortunately, it's a shame because the food is great. And it wasn't particularly crowded at 5pm on a Sunday.

We came across this restaurant by chance. The place is very well maintained, the person is friendly and attentive to details. The menu was very well sorted and full of authentic things. We decided to try the arancino as a starter. Very good, it was a bit cold inside. I recommend less rice and more ingredients to make it even more delicious. My friend ordered a calzone and I ordered a margherita pizza. The calzone was great. Soft, flavorful and creamy. The pizza, what can I say, fantastic. There was no need for cutlery, it came off easily with your hands. It melted in your mouth and left an incredible taste. I was thrilled and would like to congratulate the pizza maker. Keep it up. I also praise the staff, super friendly and attentive. I felt at home in Sicily for a moment. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the fantastic lunch💯💯

We came spontaneously in a small group and still found space. The service was great and the food was uniquely good, I really haven't eaten such good food often. A little tip: we had a child with us and her food came last, well after we had all of them. A 4 year old doesn't understand that. Otherwise everything was more than great.

I thought the food was great, the price was also ok. We had a super nice waitress (yvonne?!?), blonde hair with glasses, very nice and attentive!! The only thing that wasn't so great was that the seats were too close, too narrow.

I discovered a hair on my pizza and left it straight away. Later the waitress came and asked if everything was okay, then I told her no, there is a hair in my pizza. She took the pizza to ask what could be done. After the hair we were very disgusted and didn't want to eat in the restaurant anymore. After the waitress came back she asked us for dessert, but I left over half of my pizza back and was disgusted by the hair in my pizza. We refused the dessert because of the incident and asked for the bill, the bill came and everything was charged for. They didn't even come to meet us here. This made it clear that the restaurant doesn't care about customer satisfaction and that they don't have to rely on it. If such cases occur frequently, the store can be closed.

Viel Hype um gar nicht so viel. Optisch sind die Pizzen absolute Spitze leider ist der Teig weder knusprig noch sonst etwas, eher so dünn wie ein Blatt Papier, was dafür sorgt das er sich kaum schneiden lässt weil er am Teller klebt. Der Service war auch eher als dekoration vorhanden, es wird ständig an einem vorbei gelaufen trotz offensichtlich leerer Gläser und Teller . Atmosphäre ist locker , recht laut und aktiv durch das größtenteils junge publikum, was gar nicht verkehrt ist und auch keine Kritik meinerseits

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen da und alle waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl, die die unterschiedlichen Geschmäcker getroffen hat. Die Kellner*innen waren alle sehr nett und die Atmosphäre auch gut.

Beim Gang zum "besten Dönerladen" Kölns (Neujahr geschlossen), durch Zufall auf Nonna Napoli gestoßen. Nettes Ambiente,Service gut aber das wichtigste das Essen Spitze 👍. Die erste rote Beete Pizza meines Lebens,war ein Gedicht. Toller Teig,Super Zutaten und insgesamt geschmacklich Weltklasse. Gerne wieder,kleine Kritikpunkte > Musik im Hintergrund ständig Songwechsel und und die Mädels könnten etwas mehr auf den Getränkestand achten.

Wir haben nur etwas getrunken, da wir auf den Einlass im Mtc Club gegenüber gewartet haben. Trotzdem sehr nette Bedienung!

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie Pizza essen, ich habe 3 Pizzen bestellt, es war sehr wenig Käse in der Pizza und es schmeckte überhaupt nichts, ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen.

Had dinner with two of my friends. Our reservation was at 8pm. I arrived late due to train problems but my two friends arrived on time and ordered without me. My friends ordered again after my arrival and mid dinner, we got asked by the waitress to pack our food to go because the next reservation had arrived and we had only 7 minutes to leave. Never once was it communicated to us the time limit we had, not even after my friends ordered for a second time. We got cashed out after 1h 40 mins of being there. Bad planning and zero communication. Average food.

Gemütliches Ambiente und total freundliche, engagierte Mitarbeiter, die selbst an einem vollen Samstagabend alles entspannt im Griff haben. Pasta und Pizza waren sehr, sehr lecker und der Hauscocktail (Nonna Mule) war für mich die absolut richtige Wahl. (Apropos Wahl: wer mag, findet eine ziemlich große Auswahl an veganen Pizzen - habe ich aber nicht probiert.)

Eine schwierige Bewertung. 1 mal besucht heute Abend mit Tisch Reservierung. Ambiente einfach und zweckmäßig mit guten bequemen Stühlen . Blick auf die Getränkekarte und was gibt's vom Fass " Sion Kölsch ". Es ist unglaublich, aber irgendwie verfolgt uns Sion Kölsch 😞, obwohl wir dutzend gute Kölsch Sorten in Köln haben (natürlich eine persönliche Anmerkung ). Zum Glück gab's Heineken aus der Flasche. Vorspeise war gut und zur Speisekarte etwas eigen nicht ganz stimmig interpretiert. Hauptspeise war Top!!! Lasagne und Pizzen waren sehr gut! Nachspeise einfach aber gut. Service soweit ok bis zum indirekten Rauswurf. Kurz vor 20 Uhr kam eine Dame vom Service mit der Rechnung und allem Equipment zum zahlen an den Tisch ( Gläser nicht leer ) und sagte, dass wir bitte zahlen mögen, da der Tisch gebraucht wird! Wir haben nur blöd aus der Wäsche geguckt und dann natürlich alles schnell erledigt, um da raus zu kommen. Wir haben sowas noch nicht erlebt, denn weder bei der Reservierung noch in der Zeit wo wir angekommen waren, wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass der Tisch nur bis 20 Uhr ist. Absolutes No Go!!! Fazit: Essen Top, mehr leider nicht!
