We were there for dinner on Friday with 4 people. Food was great (rigatoni al forno, spagetti aglio oilio with scampi and 2 × rigatoni with chicken, spinach and gorgonzola and mixed salad). Everything was super tasty, I can only recommend it. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The rest of the team was super nice and friendly. An absolutely successful evening can only be recommended. We'll definitely be back. Many kind regards from Bavaria

They have lots of pizza and pasta options and yhey serve pretty quickly.The waiters are also attentive( sometimes a bit much) but overall still a great experience. They accept card if the bill is over a certain amount. For an appetizer,pizza, spaghetti and 1 bottled water for the table, we paid around €40 which isn't too bad for a very filling dinner.

The rudest waiter I have ever experienced! We waited 25 minutes for the drinks! The people at the next table didn't even have cutlery. They ate legit with their fingers... After 15 minutes they also got cutlery. The pizza didn't taste good! Total disaster!

The seritor behaves indecently. We will never return.

We were warmly welcomed, sat down and felt comfortable. Service was quick and good. The food was delicious, unfortunately we didn't try the pasta, pizzas, salads or toasts. On the one hand, the pizza was unfortunately left on the heat source for a little too long. My colleague's, however, was perfect. The pizzas were more or less floury. There was definitely enough sauce with the pasta dishes. There was also arugula as a topping. Special requests were taken into account (such as without sliced ​​peppers in the Aglio Olio or the Kiba as a spritzer.) The men's toilets were clean. Unfortunately, things were different in the women's toilets. It was a bit of a shame that we were a bit saddened by the atmosphere, as there was a fetish club right across the street and there was an event there at exactly that time. That means we had to accept all the more or less funny sights. Just like the music that came from there.

It's nice to sit outside and the food is delicious. Great view of the mountains too. Parking is not so easy, you almost have to park in the thermal car park (the hour costs 3 euros)

At 9 p.m. you are rudely turned away... the shop looked like an artificial hand grenade throwing range... almost all the tables were not cleared... I wouldn't recommend such incompetence...

Everything was great! I had something to eat there with my husband. The waiter who served us was such a sweetheart. We had a voucher book so we spontaneously went out to eat there. It wasn't our last time. Happy to come back! Many thanks also to the kitchen. The food was really delicious!

I had a voucher booklet (gourmet pad) where if I ordered two main courses I would get one main course for free. (You have to buy this booklet.) This was not recognized because I did not say it when ordering, but before paying (the invoice had not yet been created). The staff felt that canceling my dish was too much of a hassle, so they told me rather rudely that I still had to pay the €13.90. Perhaps I should also mention that we were there in a large group and not just one additional entree, but 10 additional entrees were purchased.

The food was not as we expected, the soft drinks and water are served from a large bottle and the prices of the drinks were exorbitant to be served at the bar in a glass. The food was not bad but not for 5 stars

We came here with a big appetite and the food was great! I ordered the creamy pasta with chicken and pesto and it was just what I was craving! My friends ordered different pizzas and they all enjoyed it and the portions were good. One thing though was the tables were really close together and the music was a playlist we would play in a club. It was funny but at some point we had to ask the waiter to lower the volume because we couldn’t hear each other. The waiter also was a little sassy sometimes but it wasn’t dramatic we still enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend for the food it was really good!

It's great, the service is very friendly and helpful, the pizza is large but the crust is very thin, one person won't be too full even after eating the whole pizza.

After waiting 15min to get the menu card, and then another 15min for someone to come to take our oder, the waiter came to the table, I said which pizza I would like to have and ge goes: "did I ask you what you want already? Went there because of the many reviews and I'm very surprised because me and my partner felt differently. The pizza was average in taste but unfortunately the Pizza La Piazza had very little toppings. Salami was ok but the rest of the toppings were very, very stingy. Unfortunately the tables weren't clean either. It also didn't give us a good impression that the cooks were on their cell phones a lot and also ate in between cooking. The most negative thing was the toilets weren't clean, half a storage room next to the toilet had lots of cobwebs hanging down, broken tiles in the toilet, several soap dispensers hanging around but no soap anywhere, no towels just a hand dryer that didn't work. So the toilets are really impossible. Wouldn't come back again.

We became aware of the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock. The pizza was very very tasty. Thin crispy dough and perfect amount of toppings. Delicious tomato sauce and super fresh quality. There was homemade chilli oil or garlic oil to refine. Thank you for the super friendly and great hospitality. Even the toilet door was opened with kind words. There was a delicious limoncello at the end. A big compliment and thank you very much!

Celebrated my dad's birthday there Therefore, it was super nice and friendly And the food was so delicious Because my little brother is very picky I was a little scared at first, but he ate all of his food because he thought it was so delicious The pizzas are super fresh and large, reminding me of my vacation, not fast food pizzas, but a real Italian one And the gorgonzola pasta was simply amazing. I recommend the version with chicken and spinach - you just have to try it🥰♥️

Four of us spontaneously came here on Saturday after the 1.FC Köln vs Bochum game - luckily we were able to get a seat, even though the store was full. The food and drinks were great, the landlord was in a good mood - that was fine. Gladly again!

Super delicious food, nice service and you can watch the cooking/pizza baking, it's quite small and was very well attended for us (Thursday evening). When we are in Cologne again, we will visit it again. :-D

We had visitors and were at La Piazza again after a long time. Five stars is actually not enough. Great service and SUPER delicious food!!! It's so nice that some restaurants maintain their quality. A big thank you at this point. ❤️

Unfortunately, the employees are more concerned with smoking than with their actual work! We waited for our pizza for three quarters of an hour and then only 3 out of 4 actually came! The fourth one was probably burned. Other guests got their food earlier than us, even though we ordered before them, that shouldn't be the case and the pizzeria wasn't full at that time

Reserved spontaneously and quickly found space for 9 people, food was delicious, pizza was incredible, pasta too, and drinks. can only recommend Hugo. Was there with the family (2 adults, 4 children, 1 dog). One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, thin base, crispy baked, tasty toppings. Additionally two delicious oils (chilli, garlic) to refine. Very attentive and quick service that also looked after the dog. Absolutely recommended!! If it were my local pub, I wouldn't live 400 km away.

Tasteful Italian food with a lot of choices between pasta and pizza. Quantity was ok at everything we ordered. The place has tables inside and outside, but it is crowded most of the time and loud. It's not a place for a romantic dinner for sure, but you will hang out for pizza and beer with friends perfectly.

They’ve lost our booking and we needed to wait for the table. Food was more or less fine but can’t say that it is true Italian restaurant. And final and probably the worst thing is that they have a limit of 50€ to pay by card. So if the bill is less you’ll need to run to the ATM which is 4 blocks away

Unfortunately, our visit was not so positive. Despite being remembered, Bruscetta was forgotten (but it was on the house - thanks). Parts of the service were very lackluster and card payments were only possible for orders over €50. The bill had to be asked several times and a meal was delivered incorrectly. There was no reference to the weekly menu. This wasn't on every table either. Food was delicious.

Amazing restaurant, wonderful food, good prices, the best dinner during our visit to Köln. We found a table without reservation quite easily but I recommend to make a reservation as the restaurant is tiny so you are sure to enjoy your meal.

La Piazza is a very nice little Italian restaurant with great food. The staff was inspiring. Very humorous and accommodating. However, the restaurant was very crowded and a bit cramped on Friday evening. Overall, still very great!
