I have no idea what the food is like, since even with a reservation and confirmation, our table was taken away and given to other guests. That's unacceptable. We left hungry.

They tell you that you can only pay in cash, even though you're actually allowed to. That's a bit cheeky in my opinion. But the food is excellent, and the service is good, too.

Good quality and fast, attentive service. We reserved a table around 6:00 PM for 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were immediately given a nice table on the terrace. The service was fast and attentive, and the food arrived within 15 minutes: hot and delicious. The wine by the glass is OK, a good mid-range selection. You sit in a courtyard close to the street. There's no street noise. I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious and plentiful. And the pizza and pasta prices were reasonable, too. It's a shame that vitello tonnato is now almost unaffordable as a starter. It's actually my favorite dish.

We went to this Italian restaurant with our family last night and were absolutely thrilled! The food was excellent and everyone really enjoyed it. We'd especially like to mention the waitress – she was extremely friendly, attentive, and absolutely competent, despite the terrace being full and the only one serving. The wait time was perfectly acceptable, and she had everything perfectly under control. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back! ☺️👍🏼

The service is bad, the staff wasn't nice, they were soaked by the order, and it's like we were the ones who vomited the mistake even more, the bees that ruined our dinner here again. I was really disappointed.

Very good food. Authentic Italian cuisine, with live music on the terrace on weekends. Very friendly service, and the atmosphere on the terrace is also lovely. Gluten-free was no problem. Allergens are indicated on the menu. Reasonable prices. We had an aperitif, drinks, starter, main course, and dessert for two for under €100.

Well... First of all: I can't understand the service criticized in some comments. The service and friendly staff were top! Unfortunately, the rather average food is simply not worth this price level. Too bad! Because the location and the popularity would offer many opportunities.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is not right at all. We had average pasta and pizza and the wine wasn't anything special either. But the bill was rather above average - especially due to overpriced drinks. We found the service very pleasant, but we certainly won't come back because of the food.

Lonely top, very tasty, friendly and cozy. Everyone has to try it. It simply tastes Italian 🤗 My review was for Fantina 7 years ago and has nothing to do with the current restaurant.

Disappointing lunch - poor service The four of us had lunch today in this small, actually nice Italian restaurant. The food was okay, a bit little, but the taste was okay. But unfortunately the service ruined the entire impression. It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant, so some of our group froze. It was also extremely noisy because the staff had a baby with them who was crying non-stop. Instead of looking after the guests, the attention was only on the child, making us feel completely overlooked. We even had to go to the staff ourselves to even get the bill. Furthermore, we were not offered any dessert or another drink. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience, especially because of the poor service.

The poor service doesn't match the relatively good food, unfortunately the waiter had his back to his guests the whole time of the evening, unless new guests came in. Requests for drinks or the customer's look are ignored. I usually go to a restaurant to get good service. We found the atmosphere Mediterranean but not Italian, a shame.

So big praise. We were a little early and we were still allowed to enter. The service was super friendly and competent. We had a lovely evening and the delicious food contributed a lot to that. We'd love to come back again.

As an Italy fan, I was a bit disappointed. Even though the restaurant wasn't full, our order took a long time. After a good 75 minutes the main course was served, which was okay, at least for my taste. The staff was very friendly, but I missed the service of asking if everything was OK or if I wanted something to drink.

Discovered by chance and what can I say… I ate one of the best tuna pizzas. My child's salami pizza was of course also very tasty. I also ate the best home-pickled olives. A clear recommendation!

Food is delicious. Service is non-existent. Came here twice as the options were limited, we stayed in a hotel round the corner. On both visits there was always something wrong with our order: I ordered risotto, got pasta. Then we ordered 2 salads but got 1, ate it and suddenly in 10 minutes after that second salad arrived, etc. I made a reservation for second visit and on arrival 3 of us were placed at a table for 2 people although there were several larger tables standing empty and I requested if I can use them - the boss said NO. Those larger tables remained empty for the whole evening until darkness and there were no signs on them that they were reserved. I felt humiliated - cramped into a tiny table with my two teenage kids when there was space available around me. Really mean of the manager! Not nice.

A pushy waiter who makes avanti avanti. Guests are exposed because they cannot read the menu. After legitimate criticism, he begins to threaten guests.

Spontaneous visit. Friendly welcome and got a good seat. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Orders could be placed quickly and drinks and food arrived quickly. Food is simply delicious. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. The only unusual thing is that only Spanish music, Julio Iglesias, is playing in an Italian restaurant. But it wasn't unpleasant.

I ordered a pizza 4 formaggi to take away. 14€ for a small pizza, ok we are in Germany (at least not so bad) I wanted to pay by card, but not possible under 15€, so the waiter wanted to charge 1€ . In Germany maybe it's allowed to set these minimums. and the owners have a kind of "protection" for this. To think that in Italy in my shop, even the German tourist can pay a croissant 1,50€ "mit karte bitte"

Parking directly in front of the terrace, service quite quick, food good but nothing outstanding... But: we didn't have the feeling of being welcomed as guests! The boss doesn't even know his menu numbers on the menu and when asked about a dish there was only an unsatisfactory answer! Cocktails quite expensive because they were only served in a half-full wine glass! The service staff probably had nothing to laugh about, at least you couldn't hear a smile! Why is it asked before I order whether I want to pay in cash or by card!? What is nice, however, is that when paying by card you are informed that tips are unfortunately only accepted in cash! 🤔🤑 I see no reason to visit or recommend this restaurant again!

Welcome to Little Italy, in Pirna! We stayed in Saxon Switzerland for a few days with accommodation in Pirna-Copitz. We had already made a reservation from home (be sure to reserve in advance). I can recommend everything about this restaurant. The service was super nice and brought the full Italian flair. The ambience is beautifully designed, of course how you would imagine a restaurant from Italy. Of course Italian music was playing. We were there with our son (2 years). Without us having to say anything, he was given a high chair, children's cutlery and breadsticks. The first one was happy with that. Shortly afterwards, pizza bread and olives came as a greeting from the kitchen. We each ordered a portion of bruscetta as a starter. The main course was a pizza prosciutto e funghi and penne con broccoli (vegetarian). For dessert there was soufflé. EVERYTHING was super tasty and served very quickly. To drink our taste was very green. A woodruff lemonade and a Green Spritz. This is also highly recommended. Conclusion: we paid a reasonable price for an enjoyable evening in a complete Italian atmosphere. If you are there and want to go to a real Italian restaurant, you are in the best hands here. We'll be back when we're in the area.

A great price-performance ratio and friendly staff, I enjoyed it and the warm summer evening on the terrace was great, of course you have to wait for something at peak times, but it was all within reason and the good atmosphere simply extended the enjoyment

I went here with my family and I was so happy with my experience. I recommend this place 100 percent sure the food was amazing and the place was so cozy and made me feel at home. The waitresses were so kind and welcoming. Pizza was tasty and appetizers, I can really tell they made sure that customers would be satisfied. They put time and work into the food. Go there!!!!!

Great Italian with high quality Italian food. The location near the banks of the Elbe makes the restaurant easily accessible, especially for cyclists and hikers. The food tastes really excellent and the portions are larger than they appear in the pictures. All in all, a big recommendation!

Paying €32.90 for salmon with spaghetti and 7 mini chanterelles almost blew me away. The zabaglione was also so warm that the ice cream ball was completely melted. Portion sizes for pasta dishes are rather small. Price-performance ratio doesn't match.

Everyone really enjoyed the food! However, we didn't find the bossy manner of the local manager very pleasant, not even towards the employees. It would be better to stand around than help the pregnant waitress. We were also reprimanded not to say the number, but rather the name of the dish. Then what are the numbers in the menu for? Taking orders seemed like conveyor belt processing. Drink requests were made in passing were recorded so that you had to call afterwards whether it was a juice or spritzer...Drinks that had apparently been served incorrectly (coke) were tipped back into the bottle behind the counter...Empty tables were half-heartedly cleaned because the waiters got the message from the local manager that they bring in nothing... The ambience inside was very warm and disturbing due to the loud music playing and the flat screen... For us it was the first and last time... But one more positive thing at the end... compliments to the service staff who tried very hard.

We visit Italian restaurants often and don't really rate experiences at all. We didn't like what was offered here at all. -Pizza was rather below average. This is not how an Italian prepares dough. It was sticky and the spice was only right in places. The local pizza delivery service can do this too. I expect more from an Italian restaurant without complaining. -Atmosphere: Small dining room with little space. -Staff: Friendly but nothing to do with Italy. Conclusion: We won't go there anymore because it wasn't tasty. Overall impression: It's OK for a snack. We don't recommend it for a cozy evening.
