You can't even change or add anything to your order at the drive-thru.

The fries are always cold and unsalted. Burgers are also very often cold. The waste disposal stations are always overflowing. Service is sometimes terrible, sometimes just average. It's definitely not worth the money anymore!

The food was okay, and the service was very friendly. But the men's restroom was awful. It reeked of urine, the toilet seats were covered in piss and loose, and the hand dryer roared like a tank when switched on. The staff really needs to fix this as soon as possible.

So, what can I say... arrived just before 6 pm, ordered, and waited—fine, but the order was simply rejected. And we're still waiting. The food now tastes like cardboard.

I don't understand why no one has responded. A 3.3-star rating is a clear indicator.

I find it pretty disgusting when I order only vegetarian food and the "chef" doesn't even wear gloves while handling everything with meat. Please use gloves or utensils. It's completely unacceptable.

The customer is portrayed as a liar and ignored when they point out the mistake made by poorly trained and unwilling employees. We ordered takeaway food. The crispy McVitie's had the wrong meat on it, the regular burger meat, and the ice cream that was supposed to be chocolate was something else. They were supposed to get help online via the services page, but there was nothing. They just told us they'd eaten it (which the restaurant also said over the phone) and that we should contact them immediately. It's a takeaway food, so it's best to check each box before you leave, and not just what's written on the box. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it at all!

So if one could give service 0 stars, it would definitely be necessary here. Customer-oriented behavior definitely looks different. I haven't seen such unfriendly and incompetent employees in a long time.

The food was more B than A, the restaurant and restrooms were very dirty and disgusting. We were there for breakfast in the morning, and the smell and dirt from the night before was still there. There were still fries lying around, and you could still see the greasy fingerprints from the night before. Someone in the kitchen was enjoying something, and I'm not sure what it was. The waitress at the counter was very nice and accommodating.

They constantly forget to pack food, and if you complain about it, they get angry. I'd rather go to Olpe next time.

Unfortunately, it was absolute chaos. I don't know how many alarms were heard, and even at the checkout counter, it was just chaos. At first, numbers were called out, later all orders were simply confirmed in the system, and then they just placed items on the counter and whispered numbers, if anything. At least the order was correctly executed, but we won't be visiting the store again anytime soon.

A Meccan like any other, only with unfriendly staff. We pre-ordered and waited almost 20 minutes for nuggets and a Happy Meal. Fast food is different.

Pure chaos. The food takes so long to arrive. And you don't get the food in the order you ordered, but rather all at once. The service is not at all courteous.

I don't usually like to write negative things. But something drastic needs to change here in this branch. Today, I ordered food at the same time as my daughter. Hers arrived after 5 minutes. Mine after 16 minutes. Once again (for the third time), we both received lukewarm, more cold than warm food. It's OK if it happens once. But more often, it's a no-go. Other branches always serve fresh food. The sauce was only at the bottom of the wrap and just a hint, making it dry (in other branches, it's always well-distributed). The curly fries were the real deal. They were tooth-breakingly hard. They were dark brown, rock-hard...as if they were left over and had been fried again. That happened with both orders, which were brought at different times. It's also not toddler-friendly. In every branch, you get a lid and straw for your soft drink. A 1.5-year-old child can't hold an unstable cup so they can drink on their own without spilling it. Here, you're rudely informed that you're not allowed to get straws for soft drinks in this branch. The lady who brought the food to the tables was very friendly and apologized that her colleague, who was serving food and running the cash register, didn't give me one for the toddler. Today was our last time at this branch. Meinerzhagen. We can only hope that the owner addresses these grievances and that future guests will be served fresh, edible, and hot, as was the case in the past and at other branches.

I ordered a Matcha Latte Regular – a regular, warm matcha latte. But apparently, they don't differentiate between hot and iced matcha. They replaced the drink for me, but at the same time explained to me that it had to be cold either way. Sorry, but that's just ridiculous 🤡 I can read what's on the menu and I know what a hot drink should be like. Bottom line: You shouldn't order this drink here. Apparently, no one knows how to make a proper matcha latte.

I was just at the drive-thru at McDonald's and got my food and didn't get what I ordered. I went in and was made to look stupid and didn't get my food even though I paid for it. I'll never go to the McDonald's in Meinerzhagen again.

We're really not picky and have generously overlooked all the hygiene deficiencies in this branch so far – sticky tables, dirty restrooms, chaos at the ordering terminals... you know the drill. But today, the goat was shot. We ordered a McPlant – a plant-based burger. What did we get? A real meat patty in a bun. No oversight on the edge, but a completely meat burger as a supposedly "vegan" product. For someone who consciously avoids meat, this is an absolute no-go. Unprofessional, negligent, and completely unacceptable.

There are many halfway decent branches, but this one isn't one of them. When things get a little busy, it's hard to get anything done. Orders are wrong, staff get rude, the floor in the restaurant is sticky, and the drive-thru line takes way too long.

I just ate in Meinerzhagen with the kids. I'll never go back here (unlike the branch in Gummersbach)! We were there during peak lunchtime, and I ordered via the app and then paid in cash at the register. I had to wait several minutes at the register because no one seemed to be interested in the cashier, me, and another customer. When I asked about table service, I was rudely told that they didn't offer it. Now I'm sitting outside and I see the same employee I ordered from actually doing table service, and I'm very surprised. The employee was also quite rude when he told me about table service. The point was that the shift manager was in the office and there were simply too few employees (three at peak lunchtime!). Nobody would want to work there because the people were too lazy. The food was okay, but the kids' chicken burgers were okay, but the bun was pretty crooked/bent in half. We were just at this McDonald's! We've never seen such a dirty place before. The floor was filthy, there were trash and food scraps everywhere, the tables were dirty and smeared, and the restrooms were disgusting. This is an absolute no-go... never again!

So, waste separation isn't an issue in this store either. I gave the store another chance today, but it's a lesson for me. Personally, I never go there without eating. I ordered two of the new Mc Smart menus there and on the fshrt I noticed that the fries and sauces I had ordered were missing and the drinks were hand warm, so an absolute no go for me.

The service, especially at the drive, is often not good. Service inside is usually friendlier. The rest is just as you would expect at Mäcces.

After a long journey where there was a lot of talk about wind turbines and strawberry jam, we took a break at the nearby gas station and used the toilet. There was hardly anything to complain about. Just been in drive. We received an incorrect order and were able to prove it and reconcile it using the order app. The young guy with the black curly hair was extremely rude, yelled at us and didn't want to complain about the order. His colleague then came out and the problem was quickly resolved.
