McDonald's in Meinerzhagen

I definitely recommend this place. The service was very polite and helpful. The dishes were served quickly and were fresh and tasty. The atmosphere in the place was pleasant and relaxing. The prices were also reasonable. I will definitely come back here. It's a great place for a quick and tasty meal. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Despite ordering and paying in advance, it took 30 minutes to wait in the parking lot. After 20 The food came, but something was missing. In the end I waited 30 minutes, everything was cold and no “sorry”.

After a long time I paid a visit to McDonald's again, but unfortunately I was disappointed. There used to be table service, which has now been completely abolished. I placed my order through the app to have it delivered to my table. Instead, I was loudly shouted several times from the cash register: “Table 1, table 1!” This back and forth was not only unprofessional but also frustrating. The burger was also a disappointment. It tasted extremely like oil, as if it had been sitting in it instead of being properly fried. The taste was just unpleasant and not at all what I expected. To make matters worse, the employees could hardly speak German. This made communication difficult and even simple orders became a problem. This really upset me and had a very negative impact on my visit overall. Now I remember why I avoided McDonald's for so long - and I'll do it again in the future. Really disappointing McDonald's. I didn't expect such a bad performance.

Previously one of the best around, now you inevitably have to check every order. Because otherwise they will try to deduct money from you if something is missing. It's like this at least every second order. Then you say something, instead of an apology you get an incredulous look and you get the bag with “here you go” pressed into your hand. One of the worst McDonald's restaurants nearby. In general, the shops run by the same operator are very unreliable.

Be careful, you'll get screwed over there. I ordered a small chocolate milk shake, which was supposed to be 250ml, but the cup was only half full. When I put it on a scale at home, the cup weighed 130 g, which is why I will never buy anything there again and can advise anyone against it

Once and never again! We had to wait forever for food, the staff was totally disorganized. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the fries were extremely greasy and had no salt! Better go to Olpe!

Zero stars, after we were made to wait for half an hour until I got up myself and went over there and asked what it looked like. Even then I was just looked at stupidly. Well, the food arrived at our table after 5 minutes in a very unfriendly manner. Only the food was cold and the wraps were just slapped on top. So I wouldn't want to eat there again.

Absolutely not recommended. It's cold inside, all the guests are sitting in the restaurant wearing jackets. It's dirty everywhere (tables, benches, toilets). Kitchen resembles a pigsty.

Colleague ordered a burger and it was almost raw. Funny for me but disgusting for my colleague. Exchanged, apologized, but doesn't work at all.

This McD is absolutely not recommended. The toilets were incredibly dirty and you lose your appetite. The fries were very greasy and the nuggets were so dry, as if they had been reheated over and over again. When the tray was placed, the staff lost their calm and had private conversations.

Nothing available. Food is not defrosted in a timely manner, so there is no food available to order. 60% of the menu is not available. Milkshake chocolate only 3/4 full, tastes like milk with sugar. We're talking about a McDonald's that should actually all be the same. Unfortunately, this location is often overwhelmed to get dishes ready quickly. The cleanliness is not always as desired but that can always be due to the customers who behave as if they were at a fair...

We were traveling with a technical expert and a manager. After a long journey where there was a lot of talk about wind turbines and strawberry jam, we took a break at the nearby gas station and used the toilet. There was hardly anything to complain about. Afterwards we went to the penny and bought beer and sausage.

Just been in drive. We received an incorrect order and were able to prove it and reconcile it using the order app. The young guy with the black curly hair was extremely rude, yelled at us and didn't want to complain about the order. His colleague then came out and the problem was quickly resolved.

Food was okay, rather lukewarm. Service was okay, but they had offered something at the terminal that they no longer had there. All the drop-off compartments for the tablets were overflowing, both inside and outside. Tables weren't cleaned regularly, there was a lot of stuff lying around outside, be it bags or table numbers (which, by the way, weren't there)

When it comes to toilets, all you can say is that every station toilet is cleaner! When we pointed this out to the shift manager (if you can call him that), there was no sign of insight and it was dismissed with "here it looks like this again after 30 minutes". I'll spare pictures at this point.

I've never experienced a dry Mc Rib burger before. You have to get it done. Well save yourselves rich. Specify prices and then save. Meinerzhagen has become really bad. And this shouldn't be due to a lack of training.

Today we ordered, among other things, 6 vegan nuggets. There were a total of 7 pieces in the packaging. As we were eating we noticed that two of them definitely had meat. It's really a shame and really disgusting.

McDonald's in Meinerzhagen loads the biggest dirt every time something is forgotten. Hire capable employees or close the store straight away.

Sometimes you hurt yourself to feel anything at all. It took many bottles of Mariacron to understand that. Also to understand why I made the journey here again, admittedly not completely sober anymore. When Erika left with the children in October 2001, I didn't have much more than memories for a long time. And they gave me something to think about. It's not a good feeling when you suspect that everyone else is right about you. Not a good feeling! Especially when you sober up. Christmas that year was really bad. I swallowed my pride and suggested booking a flight to the Maldives so we could meet up and celebrate a little with the kids. Martin didn't like it. And Erika proved him right. Then I went on a drinking spree at its best. And then I wanted to go here because we took the photo here. Erika, Carmen, Justus, Ronald McDonald and me. I always liked it. But on Christmas Eve there were only strange people here. At some point an employee asked if she could help me, so I got another Big Mac and drove off again.

There's actually only one word for this mess... disgusting. Dirty, food cold, lukewarm at best, rolls dry and tough, fries not edible, something is always missing from the MC Drive, hardly any of the employees speak German well, unfortunately most of them can hardly be understood or they don't understand the customer. But they are friendly and nice. The worst thing is the hygiene, floor, tables, everything is dirty. Food leftovers everywhere from the previous owner, sticky. Bah. I urgently had to go to the toilet, but I'd rather pee somewhere behind the bush instead of going to the toilet there. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. If you read the reviews, the hygiene was criticized months even years ago and the standard answer would be to bring it up at the next training session. When will these training courses finally take place?! So far nothing has happened in this regard. The health department would have to close this bacillus den. That was definitely our last visit there. Regardless of whether it's MCdrive or on site, no, I'd rather make some bread at home.

It is really best McDonald in area we need to be realistic for such price in this area you can’t get anything It is nice place and only place that young generation can meet each other , hanging around with friends . and I saw that personnels give their best to service customers . The staffs are kind, responsible , hard working . The atmosphere is Freshly ,clean and friendly, and Staffs always serve you with smile 😊😊😊 I hope they develop more such atmosphere in Meinerzhagen . Waiting time with table service over 20 minutes. Curly Fries a huge cold lump. Chicken nuggets also cold. Mixed up sauces. Ordered Cola Zero and got normal sugar. This is particularly good for a type 1 diabetic. My wrap was also more of a cold dish. Floor was mopped, no sign warning of risk of slipping. Sorry, that's dangerous. The employee replaced the storage containers and his unwillingness to work was very clear in his verbal comments. Thank you never again.

Ate there yesterday on our way through with my friends. A lady came to our table with a tray of sweets. I've never seen an MCD branch do that in my entire life. Super clean, no dirty tables etc.! Thanks, keep it up...

Food was quickly at the table (ordered via the app and selected with table number). The food was hot but unfortunately the cheese wasn't melted 🙃 but that wasn't a bad thing. A little noisy because of teenagers but that was still okay.

By far the worst McDonald's in Germany. Another catastrophe today! At first the pre-order did not appear in the system, even though it was already displayed on the board. The solution was to wait. The salad that I had already paid for was suddenly sold out. Finally, a burger was missing. Unfortunately it was only discovered at home. This happens every time. Double pack menu not available. Salad also not available. I find this embarrassing for McDonald's (take a look at the stock). Waiting time of a little more than 10 minutes would definitely like to be improved If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.

Burger mit Liebe zubereitet (Ironie aus), Pommes Frites waren wohl schon länger zubereitet da nur noch lauwarm. Günstig ist es nun gerade nicht, deshalb könnte man zumindest frisch zubereitete und warme Pommes Frites erwarten. Das war dann wohl vorerst der letzte McDonald's Besuch.

Leider ungelogen jedes Mal wenn wir dort waren wurde etwas vergessen. Die Soßen, Burger, Pommes etc.. Personal ziemlich unfreundlich und Tücher gibt auch niemand dazu! Wenn ihr im Drive seid, schaut nochmal in die Tüte zum überprüfen vor dem Weg fahren!!

Mehr als enttäuscht, um halb eins nachts noch schnell was essen haben wir uns gedacht. Die Nuggets waren hart und trocken, die waren niemals frisch gemacht. Die Burger tropften vor Fett beim aus der Packung holen! Richtig geekelt haben wir uns da schon! Haben es dennoch vor Hunger versucht, die Hälfte ging in die Tonne! Nie wieder in dieser Filiale!!!

*Aktualisiert 2023-11-02*: Hat sich nichts geändert an der Sauberkeit und der Arbeitsmoral, ist eher noch schlimmer geworden > 4 Personen hinter der Theke am tratschen, aber keiner nimmt einen Lappen in die Hand um mal die dreckigen Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten abzuwischen... 👎🏻Pommes und Curly Fries kalt, Bedienung am Tisch total lustlos...(ob das sogar unfreundlich war, kann ich nicht sagen, denn ich habe kein Wort verstanden) Ich werde dort nur noch essen, wenn es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt oder ich einen "Totalegaltag" habe... Ich kenne den Dienstplan und die Einweisung der Angestellten durch den Filialleiter dort nicht, aber wenn eine Angestellte mit Lappen und Putzeimer durch den Laden geht und weder Pommes vom Boden aufhebt oder Tische kontrolliert finde ich die Einstellung zum Job schon bedenklich. Eine Bedienung, die mir sagt, dass man das Essen nur an den Tisch gebracht bekommt, wenn man ein Aufstellschild mit zum Tisch nimmt, selbst bei einer Bestellung per App, am eigenen Tisch sitzend, also erst per App, mit wählbarer Bedienung am Tisch, bestellen, dann zur Theke gehen und nach einem Aufstellschild fragen...❓️❓️ Also liebe Filialleitung, erklärt den Angestellten doch mal die Begriffe Arbeitseinsatz, Kundenfreundlichkeit. Achso, fast vergessen: muss es eigentlich hinter der Theke (bei den Pommes oder so) ständig und unaufhaltsam absolut nervtötend PIEPEN ??? Da kann man doch bestimmt auch was ändern, oder❓️❓️

Er ist neu gestaltet, aber ich habe selten einen so schmutzigen McDonald’s gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter interessiert das nicht. Auch das Essen ist nicht in gewohnter Qualität, Chili Cheese Nuggets waren kalt. Mies

Essen war gut wie gewohnt, aber es war nicht so angenehm fürs Kind da die rutsche draussen am offenen Tor steht wo man keinen Einblick hat vom Restaurant aus zudem die autos von mc drive da vorbei fahren und ich kam mir vor wie in einer Klinik da dauerhaft die Küchengeräte am piepsen warn, Bei uns im Ort gibt es wenigstens musik und auch tablets für die Kinder drinnen zum spielen.

Mir geht es so wie den meisten hir ,das Essen ist zu kalt oder es fehlt was und wenn man sie darauf anspricht dann sehr unfreundlich,dann muss man immer sehr lange warten an der Kasse, die Automaten gehen auch nicht immer alle und vor allem was am schlimmsten ist finde ich die Sauberkeit, das ist ein no go ,das sollte mit an erste Stelle stehen.so sehen die meisten Tische und der Boden aus leiter .

Für einen Imbiss sehr schön ausgestattet doch leider war der Service nicht ganz so gut. Vielleicht einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber leider mehrere Fehler in der Bestellung und auch die Wartezeit für einen,,fast" food Laden lässt zu wünschen übrig.

An sich immer sehr lecker,aber das Problem ist,das die Bestellung nie komplett ist oder etwas völlig falsches in der Tüte ist. Bereits mal angemerkt und ein gratis Essen versprochen bekommen,aber bis heute noch nicht erhalten.

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und unkoordiniert. Habe zudem sehr lange auf die Bestellung warten müssen.

Kunden werden abgezogen. Alle 2 Monate wird alles um 20cent teurer. Und Personal arbeitet sehr langsam
