By far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I waited 25 minutes for my food (one ice cream, two McChicken). That's a disgrace. Far from fast food.

I was just at Mc Drive and had to wait 45 minutes until I had my rather small order!!!! I'm there about 3 times a month and it's getting worse. Three cars in front of me and I had 20's nuggets, fries, hamburger, milkshake - which then was just soup because that's ALWAYS the first thing you get! Every pizza delivery company I know is faster!!!

It's really great to eat McDonald's. Service is also very good, really nice people. It really convinces me that you have to go there or have been there. I really like the employees because they are very friendly. Can I miss you all? People almost never forget anything. They rarely forget anything. Greetings Lili

Unfortunately very rude staff. They take a very long time to place their orders and nothing is done about loud, disruptive guests. Getting a tissue seems to be a problem for you too. All in all, go to KFC! They're nice and it tastes better!

Extremely dirty lobby, all you can see are footprints and sticking to the floor... That wasn't the case with the previous operator... The staff is only partially friendly... The burgers have been swimming in sauce for weeks...

The food didn't taste fresh. Either it had been sitting for a long time or was fried twice. Hard, dry nuggets… never again The fries had black spots everywhere and they weren't fresh either. You notice it most clearly with fries. I can't judge the ambience because it's McDrive.

Today, on June 28th, 2024 between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., we ate at McDonald's in Henstedt Ulzburg. The food was ok, but probably would have tasted better if the restaurant was cleaner. It was really dirty there (the floor was sticky and littered with dirt/paper/food leftovers. There was no clean table to be found. Toilets were also bad.). The restaurant management should check that the restaurant is being run properly because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. But the staff was friendly.

AGAIN! Nothing else comes to mind. It was the middle of the day (12 o'clock) when we were there and the whole place smelled like urine! After I had to use the toilet I realized why. Everything was peed, the glasses, the floor. It was already burning in my eyes and it smelled so bad. And then the food. My citizen's flesh was chewy, hard and burnt. What you saw in the kitchen while waiting in front of the counter only suggests that hygiene in this store is not a minor issue, but rather non-existent. NEVER AGAIN!

Very dirty. We've been there 2-3 times. Last on 1/19/20. 2 p.m. approx. Unfortunately, it is often very dirty there. The tables were greasy everywhere, leftover food, sauces, etc. smeared. The floor was already shiny with greasy dirt (grease?). The tray carts were full to the brim. It is not possible to put the trays away. No paper in the toilet. Coffee was put in paper cups despite eating in the house. I wouldn't rate it that way if it was a one-off... Poorly organized, possibly too many changing staff without proper training. A pity.

Were in the restaurant on June 8th, 2024. The branch is not recommended. In fact, I've never seen such a dirty restaurant. Tables were dirty and sticky, floors were sticky, toilets were dirty, sticky and had no soap. Toilet lid and soap dispenser were broken. Really not nice. When we ate them, the burgers were cold and even after a complaint, the new ones weren't much warmer. Only the staff was friendly and helpful. It's rare that you get really hot citizens, fries or nuggets. It's a shame that you only get a drink with too many ice cubes. Tables are not cleaned often. Employees are always super nice and friendly. We want to please every guest and help where we can.

I don't know if McDonald's takes this into account, but this branch is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I travel all over Europe for work, unfortunately this place is the worst. The worst thing is that my house is very close and my children want something very often. The coffee section is a disgrace, the counter is disgusting, the taste of the coffee is not what it should be. The muffins look like they have been in the fridge for two or three days. The inside of the restaurant smells like urine. I don't want to write more, I'm just writing this so that this branch, which I have to go to very often, can do something about these negative things. I hope someone takes care of this issue. The fact that there is no Mc Cafe in this branch also weakens the b death coffee dessert a lot. I hope these problems will be resolved soon.

Totally normal McDonald's. The food was ready quickly and, as expected, tasty.

The store is a mess. The food is always cold when you pick it up and the employees can't put together the simplest orders correctly. Every time something is missing or there is something wrong in it..... In addition, the burgers are somehow thrown into the package. The store just sucks. Nice service. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We sat outside... IN THE TRASH. But the floor inside also looked sticky. The toilets weren't any better. It's a shame, it used to be better.

When ordering the junior bags for the children, I asked for a "boy" and a "girl" toy. The waitress then said she had to tell me that she didn't know any boys' and girls' toys. She is a trained teacher and there should be no gender-specific differences in toys. Honestly?... If I raised my children so pedagogically correctly, we wouldn't even be allowed to drive past a McDonald's store. There is probably no food more uneducational than McDonald's!!!

We were there on April 26th. It was sometimes very crowded. There were a lot of staff behind the counter who would rather stand on each other's feet out of apparent boredom than wipe the tables or empty the return carts. You didn't know what to do with the trays. The floor very dirty. We didn't visit any toilets. The food is just like that. like it is at McDonalds. So far I haven't experienced any differences in different branches. It's just expensive fast food.

Rarely seen such a dirty shop. Food on the floor everywhere, tables not wiped and you have to look closely to see if you're sitting on leftover burgers.

The people after me and my girlfriend only had to wait about 10 minutes while we had to wait about 25 minutes

Very dirty for not getting in until 9:27 The signs are dirty and there is a door open in the play area and it smells strongly of urine When the food came, half of it was missing. The scrambled eggs were missing the butter, which is supposedly not included, but you can get it that way in the other branches McDonald’s has become a depressed adult

Unfortunately it became very expensive. When it comes to prices, the competition is SIGNIFICANTLY better now.

Title: Disappointing: Excessive prices and lack of cleanliness at McDonald's I recently visited this McDonald's and unfortunately I am very disappointed with my experience. The prices are grossly overpriced for what you get. The quality of the products does not justify the high costs. In addition, the sanitary facilities were absolutely filthy and completely unhygienic. I've never had to wait over an hour for my food at McDonalds

Yesterday when I went to get something to eat for my bro and his girlfriend. At first only 3 out of 4 screens worked and when I got my food it hit me. I had ordered 2 Bic Macs and 1 chicken burger and when I looked halfway into the bag I saw that the chicken burger was missing... My colleague's friend had to move on but she didn't have a chicken burger and that's why she got it gave me one of the big macs, but my colleague was "hungry" for 2 big macs and so I bought him another big mac, of course a new one (€6), but I would have liked to have had my money back or the burger... But no! Instead, they didn't care at all and denied everything....... many thanks to the nice Henstedt-Ulzburg team=(

So first of all I would like to thank Ayhan for the nice service he always gives us and his friendliness, but the Asian branch manager is very cheeky and doesn't care about her customers. We wanted to eat outside today, but it was closed and instead of telling us that normally. Did she directly threaten to call the police?

The burgers were lukewarm. The toilets are so dirty. Feces and urine everywhere. I cannot recommend this McDonald's

This McDonalds restaurant appears to be a franchised restaurant. Promotions regarding toys and other offers are not always the same as other restaurants. Otherwise a nicely decorated McDo. The employees have always been courteous to us. The hygienic condition could be better. This mainly affects the floor and often unfortunately also the outside area, which in most cases seems not to be cleaned during the day. The speed of the staff is... slow. No motivation to process orders quickly. The four of us often waited 20 minutes for our food. No fast food.......

You can also order normally here, the computers take too long because they are confusing. The service was very friendly and quick.

McDonald's impresses with an outstanding fast food experience. Order processing was efficient and the food came promptly. Despite the occasional hustle and bustle at the counter, the employees were friendly and helpful. The variety on the menu and the quality of the meals were impressive. Overall a positive experience, would happily do it again despite small organizational irregularities.

Honestly, is it still okay!? At 10.19 a.m. you are told there is no more breakfast!!! Then if you can't manage it, you shouldn't offer it until 10:30! .Impudence

I hadn't been here to MCes in a few years and was shocked at how dirty it was. Many tables were dirty, the floor was littered with leftover food, and garbage was piled up on some tables. There wasn't much going on, a lot of young workers who just don't see things like that, it's a shame.

I was there last night, even though the restaurant was full, everything was ok. An employee was cleaning the lobby the whole time. The food was still warm and delicious.

The toilets were catastrophic! The shop is generally very dirty. Unfortunately you were able to take a look into the kitchen and then left without eating. The smell from the toilet was noticeable in the restaurant. Absolutely worst McDonald's I have ever seen and smelled.

I know why I haven't been here for so long. The first bench we tried to sit on was covered in sticky sauce. At the next table the sauce was on the table top and stuck. + The milk was missing when ordering, which was on the receipt. + Instead of 6 nuggets there were only 5 nuggets in the box! + The cheese was lukewarm and didn't melt. Never again! I've been a vegetarian for years and that's why I ordered the only vegetarian burger. Burger came with beef instead of beyond meat. The meat was fried almost black. While other chains offer several vegan and vegetarian burgers, this location can't seem to tell the difference between two patties.

The entire burger could be thrown in the trash. Rolls cold, cheese not melted. Everything inedible. Drive in Unfortunately, we only discovered it at home.

The quality of the burgers here used to be better than in other restaurants in this chain, but unfortunately not anymore. Once again the food was more lukewarm to cold than hot. The prices are now so high that the price/performance ratio is no longer right. It is also noticeable that not everything is clean anymore. During the last visit, all the tray trolleys were overflowing, there was rubbish lying next to them and trays were left on the tables. The interior is often very cold and drafty.

There was only half a slice of cheese on each fish mac. And it's best not to visit the toilets. They are very dirty and there is obviously no cleaning schedule. Yuck

Lecker schmecker,tolle App Fantastisch

Made a stopover with 2 adults and 3 children. After ordering, we found that there were an estimated 12 tables free, but not one was remotely suitable for eating due to poor cleanliness. Employees were informed of this, they responded promptly and all tables were cleaned quickly. While waiting, noticed how dirty the floor in the guest area was. Various leftover food littered the floor. The food that had now been served had cooled down so much that as a guest you would have to think that the burgers had been on display for some time. The big hitter was then waiting for us at the local ceramics department. In the women's toilet, everything that the body excreted "downstairs" was equally distributed on the floor, toilet seat and walls; there must have been no checking or cleaning there for hours/days. Similar conditions in the men's toilet, floors full of urine, trash cans overflowing, no paper. I'm not picky, but that was the last straw.

Als wir da waren die Speisen wie immer in dieser Kette, manchmal muss es auch mal Pappe sein. 1x im Jahr... Ja Service..welcher Service wenn man vor einem Apparat steht??? Restaurant zu kühl und die Burger waren lauwarm

Eismaschine hat abends am 01.01.24 funktioniert, bin begeistert 😅

Es war leider nicht so schön gewesen. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Dann war es leider auch kalt gewesen und es fehlten Sachen, die wir bestellt hatten. Haben sie im Nachhinein aber bekommen. Die Plätze waren sehr dreckig gewesen, wir mussten unseren Platz selber sauber machen, damit wir überhaupt dran sitzen konnten. Alles in allem war es nicht angenehm gewesen..

Ich finde das Essen ist besser als in Spanien. Es ist generell toll . Für Kinder gibt es eine Ecke und eine Rutsche draußen 😉. Es ist toll.

Eine halbe Stunde auf essen gewartet und dann alle Pommes kalt gewesen...dann noch vegie Nuggets bekommen die gar nicht veggie sein sollten... Für die Preise lohnt sich das da nicht mehr hinzugehen

Der Rösti sieht in Natur ganz anders aus, krumm und schief. Der Käse ist glasig. Die Chicken Nuggets und Pizza so in Ordnung. Die eine apfeltasche okay, die andere schwarz verbrannt

Naja, ein normaler McDonalds Laden. Grundsätzlich gut. Aber beim To Go haben sie zuletzt was vergessen einzupacken und die Pommes waren auch nicht so doll. Deshalb Abzüge beim "Service" und "Essen".

Essen war frisch und warm. Bedienung auch nett. Bestellung ging recht schnell obwohl es sehr voll war. Allerdings die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Fussboden klebrig und ölige ganz zu schweigen von der Toilette einfach nur ekelhaft dreckig.

Langsamste McDonals in Norddeutschland. 1 X Pommes 16min :-/ Der Fußboden war total unappetitlich.

Essen war nicht wirklich warm, die Tische hätte man zwischendurch mal abwaschen können.

Die Qualität des Essens hängt stark vom Personal ab. Mal so mal so. Essen aber trotzdem von Zeit zur Zeit dort.

Sehr sauberer guter McDonald's. Die Bestellung war relativ schnell fertig, trotz der Menge an anderen Personen. Das ganze Restaurant war sehr sauber. Alles super. Auch die Toiletten waren ziemlich gut.

This girl working in drive in was like from a dream. Besides that she was an 11 out of 10 it was a great service, spoke english and an awesome experience in general. Would come back.

Immer nettes Personal! Schnell , unkompliziert!

Sehr unsauber, viele Essensreste auf dem Fußboden. Tische und Sitze waren nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Der Laden entspricht einem typischen McDonald's. Das Personal tut seine Arbeit und sauber ist es nicht immer. Das Essen schmeckt so wie es aussieht. Dadurch, dass der Laden zwischen vielen Läden liegt ist es tagsüber, vor allem am Wochenende, ziemlich voll. Wenn man keine Lust hat, selbst Zuhause essen zu machen kann man hier schnell hingehen und sich die Arbeit sparen.

Bestellung war nicht vollständig, beim Nachfragen wurde erstmal mit den Augen gerollt. Tische waren sehr siffig, die wir erstmal selbst sauber gemacht haben.

Ganz mieser Laden, Immer lange Wartezeiten. BBQ Burger bestellt am MC Drive. Dann festgestellt das der völlig zerfleddert in der Box war. Das Brötchen zerteilt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen 🤢

Service ist immer super nett und hilfsbereit.
