The internet connection in the restaurant is unfortunately very poor. It's impossible to browse the internet at all. Very disappointing!

Some of the food was cold. The sandwich was clearly not freshly made. I found it annoying that there were no sauces for the chicken pieces. The place has a very cold, sterile atmosphere and looks quite dingy. The bar for serving drinks was completely sticky. None of the tables had been wiped down. The place wasn't busy, which I found baffling.

I went to the drive-thru. I ordered the offer for €2.99. "Awesome!"

I very rarely go to KFC, and today I was reminded why. Only the urgent need to pee brought me there. It felt colder than outside. The heating was probably off or broken; two out of three urinals were out of order, and the third was hanging precariously crooked. Cleanliness was questionable; the entire floor in the dining area was sticky. The service was good; the guy behind the counter was friendly but difficult to understand. The kitchen staff seemed extremely motivated! The fries were surprisingly good, and the crispy burger was cooked to the right temperature, but dry and not juicy. So, today I was reminded once again that KFC in Germany is consistently a disappointment, because it can be really great in other countries. If it's a franchise, I'd be sad, from a KFC perspective and considering the brand, to see how they could let a place get so run down.

The food was good, but unfortunately, a large part of our order was missing. When we inquired, the staff seemed rather annoyed. We did eventually receive the missing items, but the employee was quite unfriendly and irritated. The tables were unfortunately very sticky, and the beverage dispensers weren't really clean either. This was my first time at KFC in several years, and I'm now certain it will be quite some time before I go again.

Despite asking about a food intolerance, they wouldn't omit it – zero flexibility! And just so you know, sauces have to be paid for separately, so you end up eating dry meat! The sauce on the burger was also extremely meager; the burger was practically covered in dust! In short, over €40 for three people for cold and unappetizing food – not recommended!

Be careful with takeout orders! This KFC likes to do mystery boxes: you order a burger but get a wrap instead. If you can't return, you're out of luck and won't get a voucher.

We got an ad in the mail this week and wanted something quick to eat after the hardware store. Unfortunately, the waitress thought the special offer only allowed fries as a side dish. I placed a small order for myself on Saturday, June 28th, and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home, I opened the bag and wanted to put it on my plate, and then the first problem arose: instead of 10 regular-sized crispies, I got 6, and the other 4 didn't even have any meat in them, just breadcrumbs. Unfortunately, the dirtiest KFC I've ever visited. We were there yesterday, Sunday, at 2 p.m. Nothing going on. We were the only ones there, and all the tables were sticky. One was cleaned. The drinks station was completely obscured. None of the five employees, including the manager, felt capable of cleaning something like that. The restroom was unacceptably dirty. The food was actually okay. I would never eat here again. If the kitchen looks like the rest of the store, then goodnight.

Unfortunately, an extremely disappointing experience. In an order worth €75, we found white larvae on several pieces of meat – absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. Today we ordered a menu from Drive. There were hot wings, crispers, burgers and fries. We haven't eaten something so inedible for a long time. The fries were hot but not salted at all. Unfortunately, all the chicken variants didn't taste good at all. It tasted like it had been prepared for a long time and then heated up in the microwave. Just sticky and stale. That was the first and last time for us.

Small but nice KFC. If you're in the mood for chicken, of course it's great to have one in town :)

Not a single customer in the store at lunchtime. The saleswoman spoke very poor German. In terms of taste, the chicken chili burger was completely boring and the meat wasn't crispy. No recommendation.

I've never been to such a dirty fast food restaurant. Frightening. All the tables were not clean, the toilets, both H and F, were a mess. Half the H toilet was floating. For the ladies, remnants of stool from their predecessors could still be seen on almost all of the bowls. So I can't take the cleaning check list seriously. There were spider webs everywhere on the pictures in the frame. The floor in the shop was sticky. I now know why we were the only ones in the restaurant at lunch.

We were in the drive there was nothing going on, you didn't order properly, we got a super dry burger, there was no chicken in the second burger, we ordered 6 bites but unfortunately we only got 5, we asked for sauce but there wasn't enough on the switch and we talked with words like wallah swear you're not lying while we were waiting to order so unfortunately very disappointing!!! :(

The food is very old, probably from the previous day and unfortunately we threw up. I don't go there anymore either. It used to be really great there, unfortunately things have changed a lot, which is a shame. The toilets are really disgusting, you can't even wash your hands, no soap, everything smells like urine. I don't say anything to the employees, they can't help it either. So if you want to eat fresh, you're in the wrong place here and it's very expensive.

I was at the KFC in Henstedt-Ulzburg today and was happy with my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and I was served quickly. The food was as usual from KFC and the waiting time was very short. A small suggestion for improvement: The trays could be a little cleaner. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. I'd love to come back!

This almost borders on deception. The original bites are popcorn size. The crispys are absolutely tiny. That was my last time at KFC. Service is unemotionally neutral (I have to say please and thank you so that there is even a reaction). Mediocre cleanliness (drink station dirty). Some tables were not wiped despite the store being empty.

The food was good, we were the only customers around lunchtime, several people were standing around and in the shop, food leftovers from a long time were collecting, especially under the radiators and on the window frames. Simply disgusting.

This is really disgusting!!! After washing your hands you don't even want to touch the door handle because it's completely dirty!!

The food tasted quite good. We don't like spicy food and when we visited the self-service terminal we chose everything that wasn't spicy. After we paid the staff from behind shouted we don't have this, we don't have that. In the end, our entire order was turned inside out. We had the choice between eating spicy or canceling our meal. Since we were hungry, we ordered spicy. But it's sad that a fast food store in this chain only has half of the items on the menu. Next time we'll cancel our order and eat somewhere else.

So I'm glad that something like Kentucky ends up in SH and then something like that. The store could be a gold mine. When it came to eating, the fries were unfortunately cold; it felt like they had been in the bag for many minutes before they were put back into the collection container and then, after stirring once, they were put back in the bag, according to the motto "they are straight." freshly prepared". The service wasn't ok, the customer's special requests are not of interest because I used a voucher, then requests are excluded.
