Fast service, warm freshly cooked food, clean, plenty of parking.

We were there at 10 p.m. in the evening, the staff was already cleaning the store and visibly annoyed that we dared to enter the store. As “food” we got completely sticky chicken pieces that were several hours old. The packed bags were then placed under a heat lamp for another 2 minutes - of course it didn't change the fact that the breading was completely sticky. Definitely our last visit!

Fast food is ok, you know that when you go to stores like this, but the food there was a disgrace. I have no idea whether it was even warmed up beforehand. Simply bad!!!

I was there today with my family. Super disappointed! Will probably never go there again. Fries that felt like they were a week old. But the worst thing was that everything was dirty and unhygienic. The toilet smelled awful! You could literally see that they hadn't cleaned properly there for a long time.

A clearly outdated fast restaurant that only offers take-out from 9 p.m. (opening hours until 10 p.m.) and then only part of the menu, which is a shame. But service works differently.

Is delicious. But what is interesting is the robot trolley that brings the food to the table.

I've seen clean motorway service stations. The cleanliness of the toilets is a disgrace. The food was lukewarm, some of it was missing and the bites were tough. Very unfortunate.

EDIT: Almost five years after my review, an attempt was made to have the review deleted at the beginning of this year because there was no evidence that we were there. But since we paid by card in this case, we were able to prove it. The review is still online. Even if it's disgusting in such a case, I will always upload photos in the future. ‐--------------------- The food was OK, the service was busy, meaning the store was full and only one employee behind the counter. At least the women's toilets were a complete disaster. Two out of three cabins had no paper at all, the third was completely filthy.

Disgusting! 3 chicken parts that probably died 5 times. Old, dry, dark brown. Fries that were definitely already cold were warmed up, so in the bag the fries were cold on the inside and hot on the outside!!! The outside terrace, more moss and dirt than paving slabs, the shop was dirty, the toilet was unusable because of old, crusty smell, but the staff was sweet and nice. This was my 3rd attempt... Never again!!!!

The food was good like in every KFC. The men's toilet stank of urine beyond measure. Very unpleasant experience.

27.7 URINALS look forbidden, don't put pictures down. It would make sense to use a brush and not just pour water in and it's good. As a franchise entrepreneur, controlling more and not relying on others when it comes to hygiene, it is a flagship.

Colleague and I went there for lunch. Food was only lukewarm, apparently ready since the morning or possibly from yesterday. Both struggled with back pain and nausea in the evening.

Very bland shop, mediocre cleanliness and the chicken parts were extremely greasy, the best was the cole slaw, not good and overpriced. McDonald's again next time

This KFC is almost identical to the other KFCs. The only difference I discovered spontaneously was a different operation. Well, whatever. I've never really liked KFC's food and never will. I only stopped there because my complaining offspring was very hungry and had a huge appetite for this kind of fast food. And since we're on vacation, I benevolently gave in to the crowd. Super friendly staff, food hot and fresh. BUT out of 4 positions, 3 were wrong. One was completely missing, one was bonged incorrectly and one was missing its drinks. So when it comes to takeaway, it's better to always check what's been put in the bag.

I won't write anything more about it here because the owner takes things personally and isn't open to criticism. Just this much, you won't see me there again

Modern branch with terminals and even a robot that does work there. Toilets are also available and the branch is close to the A7. The food and experience meet the expectations one has at fast food outlets.

The fries and the breaded chicken pieces were sticky and didn't really taste good. The service is great. The prices are from another planet.

The food tasted quite good. We don't like spicy food and when we visited the self-service terminal we chose everything that wasn't spicy. After we paid the staff from behind shouted we don't have this, we don't have that. In the end, our entire order was turned inside out. We had the choice between eating spicy or canceling our meal. Since we were hungry, we ordered spicy. But it's sad that a fast food store in this chain only has half of the items on the menu. Next time we'll cancel our order and eat somewhere else.

So I'm glad that something like Kentucky ends up in SH and then something like that. The store could be a gold mine. When it came to eating, the fries were unfortunately cold; it felt like they had been in the bag for many minutes before they were put back into the collection container and then, after stirring once, they were put back in the bag, according to the motto "they are straight." freshly prepared". The service wasn't ok, the customer's special requests are not of interest because I used a voucher, then requests are excluded. The colleague doesn't come up with the idea of ​​asking for an extra charge. OK then not. Given the atmosphere, you have to say that the tables weren't wiped down, I had to make three attempts to get a clean one. The floor looks like it is only cleaned once a week. And I didn't dare go to the toilet for fear that it would get even worse 🫣 All in all, next time to McD!

The kitchen was already being scrubbed in the background... after 10 minutes we left this shop without food, without an explanation, etc. We drove very far, that was the last time we entered this branch. Restaurant itself was ok. Unfortunately not the cleanest. Before I go to the toilet again to wash my hands, I prefer the one in a motorway parking lot. Toilet lid is missing. It smelled like old urine. Soap empty. The actual food itself was ok. Next time we'll go back to the competition.

Apparently the owner here buys lots of good ones and deletes negative reviews. We were last there almost 3-4 years ago and I made the following comment: "First we had to wait what felt like an eternity at the checkout to be served... and then the food was just mediocre. The building also looked pretty run down. Unfortunately not the best KFC restaurant." If you read the other negative recessions, this probably hasn't really changed. At that time I gave it 2 out of 5 stars. Then, after 3 years, they have the audacity to claim: "Our customer cannot assign the review that you publish on Google Maps under the URLs we provide to any customer contact..." just adjusted to 1 out of 5 stars. :)

I last visited the restaurant and left a review about 7 years ago! Now Google has contacted me and claimed that I was never there and that I was violating personal rights! It's just ridiculous! Repeatedly in the late afternoon/early evening hardly any goods were finished and the leftovers were no longer fresh.

After 5 years they tried to remove my review because I supposedly wasn't there. A good way to get rid of bad reviews without having to work on yourself. But as was the wish, I'll go into it in more detail - I still know today why I don't go there anymore. The food still tasted reasonably good (warm would have been even nicer) but it took 5 minutes to find an employee who wanted to take my order because the private conversations were more interesting. And 5 months later the same picture.

Always very, very clean and very, very, very tasty. If I could afford it, I would eat there every day. I miss the clear portions at a good price in a totally clean restaurant with always clean tables and toilets after about 3 years! I'm happy if others have had such great experiences at this KFC. I can't even express what I think of the branch. THIS IS SO GREAT! Thank you KFC for your daily commitment in Henstedt-Ulzburg “Satire” end! Unfortunately, KFC is trying to sugarcoat its rating. My old one was deleted because I allegedly violated personal rights and was never supposed to be there. But I can happily repeat my review from 3 years ago. I think the food is extremely overpriced for the quantity and quality. The store is not clean and the staff is unfriendly. If my recession can be deleted after 3 years, I wonder to what extent Google is still neutral. I certainly won't give a better review just because mine was deleted! Conclusion: I prefer to stick with the other fast food chains.

In my opinion one of the worse KFCs. The fries served were lukewarm and the lightly seasoned chicken didn't convince me either. The table I was sitting at was also dirty. Note without rating: The operator of the KFC takes action against bad reviews and tries to delete them. Apparently no customer contact can be assigned.

Food was below average compared to other KFC branches or competitors. Chicken was significantly greasier and unfortunately also colder than you are used to from other branches. Hygiene in customer toilets should be improved.

Update 3/19/24. Instead of working on the problems, the bad reviews are now displayed on Google and the reviewers are accused of never having been to the restaurant. This shows that nothing has changed here in the last 5 years. Correct my 3 stars down to one star.

Food was very good but a bit expensive

Everything is clean so far, but the interior could use a little love here and there. The furniture is pretty worn. Unfortunately, we waited a long time (10 minutes) for a fast food restaurant at lunchtime. When our food arrived, the Zinger burger and fries were unfortunately cold. Hier ist das Restaurant nicht Sauber und das Service Personal spricht so schlecht Deutsch das eine Bestellung schwer ist.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist miserabel! Die Preise für Burger sind normal, die Beilagen sind allerdings wirklich unverhältnismäßig teuer. Und wenn man das dann noch in Relation zur gebotenen Qualität setzt... Der Burger total labberig und der Salat darauf weich und warm! Beim Maiskolben kann man nicht viel falsch machen, aber €4 für einen winzigen, halben Maiskolben? Käsetaler waren geschmacklich super, aber auch da: €5 für 6 echt kleine Käsetaler. Und eine KLEINE Portion Pommes kostet über €3... Ich war somit bei €18 für eine Person, ohne dass es lecker war und ohne dass ich ernsthaft satt gewesen wäre. Für das Geld kann ich ne reichlich belegte Pizza (oder ähnliches) bestellen, die ist wenigstens lecker, macht satt und wird obendrein geliefert. War nach vielen Jahren mal ein Versuch, da KFC nun auch endlich vegetarisch anbietet, aber nein, das war nichts. Nachtrag: die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, allerdings scheint die Gegensprechanlage im Drive Through ziemlich mies zu sein. Ich habe laut und deutlich gesprochen, trotzdem ständig Nachfragen und mein Burger war dann auch nicht "Colonel" sondern "Classic".

guter Service!! Alles ist köstlich und wird heiß serviert. Nur die Toilette ist nicht aufgeräumt und es gibt kein Internet. Wenn es Internet gäbe, würde ich ein Foto der leckeren Nuggets machen und es auf Instagram posten.

Meine erster und letzter Besuch! Mein Burger war eiskalt. Ich hin,ihn getauscht. Von der Dame keine Entschuldigung. Den Burger konnte ich aber nur 2x abbeissen,weil er mir zu scharf war. (Es stand nix in der Artikel Beschreibung)Dann mein Spekulatius Milchshake. Ekelhaft. Sorry. Erstens schmeckte er nicht mal ein wenig nach Spekulatius und er schmeckte sauer. Wie schlecht. Ich also ein 2tes Mal hin. Der Dame den Kassenbon gezeigt,alles erklärt. Ihre Frage war "..und was nun?..." Sie können max etwas anderes zu trinken bekommen. Ich sagte zu ihr am liebsten nix,sondern mein Geld zurück. Nein,sie kann mir nur etwas anderes zu Trinken geben. Ok,also ein Vanilleshake. Den habe ich 1x probiert,auch der schmeckte sauer. Egal. Ich wollte nur noch aus dem Laden raus. Ich war das erste und letzte Mal bei KFC.

Die Hähnchenbox und Pommes waren okay. Der Zingerburger allerdings garnicht crunchig und sehr lieblos…

Schöner Neubau, gut zu erreichen. Hot wings waren super, die Pommes nicht eßbar. Total Mehlig. Konnte leider nicht reklamieren, da wir das Essen "to go" hatten und nicht mehr zurück fahren konnten.

Ein wirklich gutes fast-food Restaurant, bei dem man wenigstens weiß das dort qualitativ höherwertigeres Fleisch vorbereitet wird (im Vergleich zu anderen fast-food Restaurants).

Wir waren auf der Durchreise in den Urlaub und sind dort abgefahren und haben beim KFC gegessen. Das Essen selber ist gut, zwar teuer, aber dafür bekommt man eine gute Qualität an Hähnchen und auch sehr schmackhaft. Wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte von Hot Wings über Burger Pommes mit Chili-Käse-Sauce, verschiedene Soßen, Getränke. Wie geschrieben, das Essen war gut und für gutes Hähnchenfleisch auch ein angemessener Preis finde ich, die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen war auch schnell fertig. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, dass die Tische klebten und auch die Toilettengriffe klebten und waren dreckig das Klo selber war staubig von der Einrichtung her gut, aber die Toiletten könnten öfter gereinigt werden. Es gibt eine Getränkestation an der man sich seinen Becher wieder auffüllen kann kostenlos.

Ein sehr sauberer KFC. Veggie Burger schmeckt sehr gut mit viel Soße und Gemüse. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war dass das Bun anscheinend nicht aufgebacken wurde etc. Es schmeckte einfach nur kalt und die Konsistenz war furchtbar. Sehr gute Pommes, Coleslaw, Maiskolben und Milkshake. Der Eistee der beste den ich getrunken habe. Die Klima war viel zu kalt und die Musik zu laut. Ansonsten ein echt gutes Fast Food Restaurant.

Leute, den Salat lieber von der Karte nehmen, als andere damit zu enttäuschen! Meine Nichte hat die Hälfte von ihrer Hähnchenbox liegen lassen weil sie den Geschmack komisch fand. Qualität und Preis passen nicht, sorry. Personal freundlich, schnell und leider wohl mit wenig Begeisterung bei der Sache. Naja, kann man verstehen!

Essen ok, Mitarbeiterin nett aber nicht hilfreich. Esse selten Fastfood. Online per Handy vorbestellt (ca. 75 Euro) mit Bezahlung vor Ort, 15 min hat meine Eingabe gedauert, weil ich die angebotenen Speisen/Buckets nicht kenne, zahlungspflichtig bestellt und es passierte nichts. Sollte nicht aktualisieren. Bin hingefahren, Handy Bildschirm gezeigt, es wurde mit den Schultern geguckt, kommt wohl öfter vor. Es war keine Bestellung eingegangen. Einfach am Tresen bestellen... Ging nicht, weil ich u.a. ein Bucket bestellen wollte, was man nur online bestellen kann. Kein Entgegenkommen. Also nochmal alles neu zusammengestellt. Keine Gratiszugabe weil Online Bestellung nicht funktioniert hat. Service geht anders.

Die WC's sind dreckig. Die Türgriffe waren mega dreckig.

Der Burger war nicht so toll. Alles war sauber doch der Laden wirkt kalt und ungemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren sofort da, wirkten allerdings gelangweilt.

Bestellautomaten ziemlich „kompliziert“, hat lange gedauert bis man an der Reihe war. Schnell bei der Bedienung festgestellt warum es so lange gedauert hat! Zu kompliziert bzw. Umständlich! Das haben andere Fastfood-Ketten deutlich besser umgesetzt! Essensqualität war soweit ok… Fastfood halt! Preise aber für mein Empfinden deutlich zu teuer! Für das Geld hätte ich mit meinen 2 Kindern in einem „normalen“ Restaurant mehr bekommen. Am meisten hat mich aber sehr gestört, dass der ganze Laden sehr schmutzig wirkt. Die Böden sahen so aus als wenn sie schon länger keinen Besen oder Reinigungsmittel gesehen haben! Waren ca. 1std vor Ort und ich habe nicht einmal gesehen, das die Tische abgewischt werden….. Fazit: Bin nur zu KFC gegangen, weil meine Kinder das unbedingt mal wollten. War definitiv zum ersten und auch zum letzten Mal als Kunde da!

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier um Mal etwas neues zu probieren. Wenn ich Fast-Food esse, gehe ich meistens zu McDonald's (aus keinem genaue Grund, das Essen hat die gleiche Qualität dort). Das Essen war ok. Tatsächlich waren die Chicken Wings die ich scharf bestellt habe, auch ziemlich scharf, das hat mich überrascht. Das Personal war nett und die Preise angemessen. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz.

Seit sehr langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen…. Ich habe mich für ein Menü für gut 10,-€ entschieden…. Das war recht mickrig…. Und gut 20,-/ 25,-€ für so eine Single Box mit wild zerteiltem Huhn ist auch schon 'ne ganz schöne Ansage…. 😬😬

Das Essen ist gut aber die Soßen sind viel zu wenig und zu klein auch ein Tütchen Mayo mit 17g ist nicht wirklich ausreichend für eine Portion Pommes. Aber das Wars auch schon mit den negativen Eindrucken. Der Rest ist sehr gut und lecker.

Ganz schlecht, Pommes waren nicht frisch aus der Fritteuse. die Zusammenstellung über das Bestellterminal ist nicht effizient, man kann Beilagen nicht abwählen, zum Beispiel Gemischter Salat statt Krautsalat

Es fehlte ein extra bestellter Burger, alles andere war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
