Burger King in Celle

It's getting more and more expensive and the burger is getting smaller, which was probably my last visit

We were on the way home, so we went straight to the drive in... ordered 4 of the same citizens and got 4 wrong ones, unfortunately I only saw them at home because I didn't think it was necessary to dissect citizens in the car. But it would have been better.

If I could I wouldn't give a star, we were or are still sitting here. Waited 20 minutes for food, there were 7 people waiting in front of us, we didn't order anything out of the ordinary and the employees were still overwhelmed. My greatest pity goes out to the employees who get everything wrong, but I still receive one complaint after another, cold food, missing items, etc. Our food was cold too… 30€ for two menus that are cold? Never again!

I've never seen such a disgusting BurgerKing! There are boxes of food supplies on the floor, a cashier mumbles to herself and can't get an order without the help of her colleagues and is faced with a real problem if someone doesn't want ketchup or mayonnaise with the menu. Stood there really stunned and several people felt the same way. At least you got to talk to the other guests because nobody had ever experienced anything like that.

I usually go there with friends just before 12 and that is the highlight of the day.

Food OK (although on another visit the burger had nothing to do with the picture, little lettuce and not ONE piece of tomato) - a waiting time of 20-25 minutes (2 cars in front of us, one of which was already there when we arrived, no customers in the store) But it's absolutely underground and has nothing to do with "fast" food anymore... At the drive-in, the price charged seemed a bit too high and when I asked for the receipt, the roll was apparently empty at that moment... Nothing has changed since the first review 3 years ago that the waiting time is forever! One star for the quiet young man at the order counter who does a good job alone at the front!

Absolute disaster. Unfriendly service, I didn't actually ask for my order to be taken away. Got the wrong food with tomatoes even though no tomatoes were wanted. After I pointed this out to the cashier, she became even more unfriendly. And I left the restaurant and another employee said to me on the way out, have fun with your shitty fries. Absolute hell this place will never visit again.

It's a shame, we wanted to go to the restaurant with our dog and were rudely asked out! There is nothing on the doors or anything similar where you can tell that families with dogs are not welcome! Luckily, there are still snack bars and restaurants that don't have any problems with families like this! Respect to them Restaurateurs who can still afford something like that these days in this economic situation! We're never coming back

We were sold churros without cinnamon and sugar. Instead of telling people when they order that both are no longer available, they sell people dry, tasteless churros and when they ask, they just say dismissively: "We don't have them anymore."

I visited your branch on September 5, 2024 at around 7:30 p.m. Despite the low number of customers that evening, my experience was extremely disappointing. The curly fries I ordered were served cold and soggy. After I complained about this, I was assured that I would receive new ones. Unfortunately, these only came after we asked again, when we had already finished the rest of the meal. What was particularly shocking was the unfriendly and rude reaction of the shift manager to my complaint. Such a rude approach to dealing with customers is not only bad for business, but also leaves a very bad impression. I expect a significantly higher standard from Burger King in terms of both food quality and customer service.

Burgerking is what you expect. The burgers taste better to me than at McDonald's

Unfortunately, after it was total chaos and a lot of really rude customers complained today (even to the wrong employees), I realized why no one wants to work there anymore. To the young employee today who has really just been exposed from all sides - hope you get out of the hole there and find a place where you will be treated better! Food as always. Employees there are an absolute disaster. As long as they're still there, I wouldn't come back.

Anyone who expects nice staff and food is completely wrong here, today's cashier is a complete disaster. Waited 10 minutes for service, 25 minutes for food (a few people in front of us were already annoyed while waiting), cold burger, unappetizing salad after a long wait in the warmer, warm coke, without carbon dioxide... everything was brought back and we asked for our money back under discussion and, then after an RSVP with the boss we also got it (1 star for that) - how the shop can survive is a mystery to me... we'll never do it again

Unfortunately the other reviews are true. Waiting 45 minutes for just a few burgers when the store is barely full is tough. Maybe plan more staff on the shift or pay attention to competence.

Tresenkraft was very friendly and only gave me a vanilla instead of a strawberry shake. Afterwards I had to change my double Whopper because it was pretty cold. But that went without any grumbling. Afterwards the burger was nice and hot. Not very busy, but clean as far as you could see, especially the toilet, at least in the Man area. The only thing missing is a hook for the jacket in the toilet. On the whole you can go, but it has become very expensive. 3/5 stars overall.

Today I was at Burger King on April 14th, 2024. There was a smell of horse manure in front of the restaurant. My experience at Burger King was disastrous. The wait was unbearably long, and the staff seemed more interested in small talk and insulting each other than working efficiently. It was obvious that there was no interest in customer service or efficiency. I will never waste my time and money in this store again. In addition to the unbearably long wait and the staff's lack of work ethic, we were asked several times to wipe the table clean but were simply ignored. It was disappointing to see that basic hygiene practices were not followed. An overall frustrating and unhygienic experience that I will not repeat.

Dirty shop, cold burgers, the ice cream machine is always broken. I ordered a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream, then the employee told me they didn't have vanilla ice cream, just regular. It also happened that there was a dead blowfly on the burger, and that was actually the last time we were there.

For us it was definitely the last visit to this shed.

Auf die schnelle und bequeme Art, wird man am Drive In bedient. Bestellen, bezahlen, mitnehmen, dauert nicht lange. Wartezeiten gab es keine.

Ist halt immer ein langes Warten. Warum kein richtiges Team? Muss mehr Personal da sein für Kunden und McDrive! Große Pommes 🍟 sind fast 4 € aber kleiner als bei McDonald's die mittlere Größe. Bedienung ist oft gefühlt nur zu 2t aber freundlich und strukturiert.

Wenn man zu Burger King geht, erwartet man ja sowieso nicht unbedingt kulinarischen Hochgenuss, aber für den schnellen Hunger reicht es ja eigentlich. Eigentlich, denn sowas schlechtes wie hier hab ich vorher auch bei Burger King noch nicht erlebt. Erstmal haben wir fast eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, was dann auch noch teilweise falsch gewesen ist. Die Burgerbuns waren so alt, dass sie vom angucken schon fast zu Staub zerfallen sind. Vom Fleischpatty wollen wir mal garnicht reden. Die Pommes waren wahrscheinlich auch von den Wochen davor. Also wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Alles wie man ein Burgerking und Fastfood erwarten würde.

Die Toiletten, Herren und Damen waren leider dreckig. Beide Damentoiletten waren verstopft. Ansonsten war die Dame an der Kasse sehr freundlich, das Restaurant da sauber wo wir saßen, direkt gegenüber an den hohen Tischen war der Boden schmutzig, wo anders achteten wir nicht darauf. Das Essen war wie gewohnt, Fast-Food-Kette eben.
