Burger King in Celle

When ordering, there were loud complaints about the increasing number of people coming to eat there and questions about why they couldn't eat at home. We've rarely experienced such poor service. We had to wait 15 minutes for our order to be processed despite moderate business, and the food also took a while to arrive.

It's quite dated, there are no ordering terminals, and payment is made via a loose handheld device. Ready orders are called out. Otherwise, service is pretty fast, and the burgers are hot and fresh.

Top 3 trashy Burger King restaurants I've ever been to. And I'm from the Ruhr area 😜 Food is shoved into the bag, people complain about the number of customers, and employees stand across the parking lot for families with strollers. I'm thrilled; you really have to want this status.

We haven't been to Burger King in Celle for a long time. Today, on our way back from Altwarmbüchen, we stopped there for lunch. There's plenty of parking, and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean. The staff was very friendly and immediately answered my question about whether I had to wait at the counter or whether my food would be brought to my table. I particularly like the fact that we don't have to order at a terminal, but rather order old-school at the counter. I find it much more personal and much more hygienic than using a terminal. The price-performance ratio is due to the times.

A solid BK restaurant. The restrooms had just been freshly mopped the morning we opened. It's a restaurant where you can still talk to people instead of standing there stupidly in front of a touchscreen. That's not something you're used to anymore. The facilities are good, if not the newest. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, the burgers are still cold, the fries are very greasy. The furniture is also a bit old. Service: Not so friendly.

Would you recommend it? My answer is yes and no... The food was fresh and tasty, but a bit expensive for fast food. (€4.99 for a portion of fries!!) The service was okay, but unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience during our visit, which somewhat dampened the overall impression. The atmosphere is as usual for Burger King—nothing special, but okay. Overall, it's rather mixed.

The tables were completely dirty. After asking for a rag to clean them, they only gave our table a quick wipe, or rather, spread the dirt around. There was nothing to do, so they could have cleaned the tables. As for the food: the Whopper was okay, the wings were dry. I ordered curly fries with it, which were over a third regular fries. I actually wanted what I ordered and paid for.

I can't understand the bad reviews. I've been here several times in a while now, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is super fresh. The fries are perfectly prepared, which seems to have become very difficult these days and many restaurants can't seem to achieve anymore. Nice and hot, not too greasy, soft on the inside, and slightly crispy on the outside. Always freshly made, no matter when you come. McDonald's could learn a thing or two from that. I used to always experience the same thing with the drive-thru, and strangely, it's not as good as ordering inside. I haven't tried whether that's still the case yet. Friendly staff. The only thing, though, isn't the employees' fault that the air conditioning hasn't been working for days during the heatwave, and it felt like 50 degrees Celsius and there were no cold drinks. Addendum The quality of the fries seems to depend on the employees. Unfortunately, since others have been there, it hasn't been as tasty.

At first, we stood in a long line, even though it wasn't really busy. There was only one cash register manned, and he also had to serve the drive-thru. The food was good, though. The tables just needed to be wiped down every now and then.

Unfortunately, it's always disappointing. Cleanliness isn't a priority here, which wouldn't be so bad if the staff didn't constantly stand behind the counter with their annoyed expressions. "Friendliness is overrated" seems to be the motto. And they live it here! McDonald's... I'm coming.

I was there yesterday! The employees were chatting like they were in their free time, and one of the people working in the drive-thru took out my burger patty with her fingers, not with tongs like I'm used to! Most boring Burger King in my life, but the food is prepared quickly and hot

I got a cold Whopper today shortly after 10 p.m. 😑 Unfortunately, that's completely unacceptable. I also felt like I was just disturbing the employees... Weird, considering I was practically the only customer. 🙄

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to, and I'm fat, so I eat at these places regularly. The waitress is happy that she doesn't fall asleep while talking or fall over while walking. Although falling over is almost impossible in this greasy and sticky environment. I also had to leave my sandals there; they stick incredibly firmly to the floor. It's a shame this place can call itself Burger King.

Unfortunately, everything has gone downhill here. Soggy fries and cold, mushy onion rings... The burger bun was completely soggy and lukewarm, but the Coke was room temperature... that's just not acceptable. We ate there... so no drive-thru or anything...

Hi, We were here at the BK in Westercelle. This time the food was so bad... The fries were soggy, the burger bun was soggy, the onion rings were cold and soggy, and the Coke was warm. That's never happened to me at any other BK! We won't be back for a while! Too bad, not recommended.

Okay in itself, could be cleaner. What absolutely didn't work: A server with a strong accent, speaking at the speed of a machine gun and slurring. Then, because she doesn't understand what the customer wants, she types the wrong thing into the cash register and then becomes rude and rude when it's pointed out to her. She types in the order, then makes a mistake (the wrong drink for the child), and doesn't even ask what toy the customer wants... Good service can be done better... and I know from various acquaintances/friends/colleagues that the server in question is always like that... so it's not like she's having a bad day or anything...

Some employees are so unmotivated and lazy. There's a line of 13 people, and the first person hasn't been served in 15 minutes. The store is a disaster.

A real dump. Hot drinks, nuggets that aren't even close to cooked, and I don't even need to get started on the fries. I wouldn't eat there even if I were starving.

It was a complete disaster, the meat wasn't cooked through and there were hairs everywhere, just disgusting and a disaster, I can't recommend the shop.

It's a completely normal Burger King, which is why I don't compare it with any restaurants but with other Burger King branches. The food was good, the waiting time was short and the staff was nice.

I cannot recommend this Burger King. I can still foresee the long waiting time. We got our order after just over 20 minutes. We then counted the number of burgers in the restaurant. In fact, a burger was missing. We reported this to the waitress. She then called in the restaurant manager, who fobbed us off with the words "I made 1 million percent 6 plant-based burgers and I won't be taken for a ride." There were 15 seconds between the issue and the complaint. It then turned out that the additional plant-based nugget burgers were missing the extra tomatoes and extra onions. However, this complaint was accepted by the restaurant manager and the burgers were refilled. Unfortunately the onions were forgotten again. Conclusion: paid for 1 burger and didn't get it and paid for 2 extra and didn't get it. And finally, accused of lying. This visit turned into a little thriller for us, which stimulated the cardiovascular system again in the evening. We would have preferred a simple visit to a fast food restaurant.

One star is even too much, you wait forever for 2 little citizens for a fast food restaurant. Drive in parked because all cars have to wait.

Had dinner there again today after 4 years. That was really nothing. The shop was empty and the drinks tasted stale, not chilled and uncarbonated. The soft ice cream wasn't really cold either. The fries were only lukewarm even though the place was empty. How can you be so bad? Never experienced it at Burger King. The only good thing, a friendly young man who took the order.

Staff was friendly but, Fries: Cold and no salt Whopper: Cold Chili Cheese Nuggets: Cold and Old Big King: Cold and tastes old Fried pickles: Inedible Cola: non-carbonated and room temperature. I threw it away straight away. Really not a good experience here.

Burger King eben. Das Fleisch schmeckt mir besser als bei der Konkurrenz, Wartezeit ist okay. Im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz schon sehr lange mit Gutscheinen, dafür hat die Qualität/Auswahl/Menge meiner Meinung nach abgenommen. Im Laden gefällt es mir weniger als beim zweiten Standpunkt in Celle.

I ordered a double chili cheese burger, nothing else! So that you can avoid any confusion caused by large orders. I got a regular double cheeseburger! How can you be so bad at your job?!

I found an almost empty restaurant, there were two of us with me, and after 10 minutes another couple came. The restaurant itself could use a few green plants, even if artificial, but pleasing to the eye. The staff very friendly and helpful👍 As far as the food is concerned, I was once again disappointed because the onion rings were once again warmed up, like so often in other branches across Germany. That's a shame, because then they're really mushy and they don't have the aroma that you would normally get from freshly baked ones. I didn't complain this time, which annoyed me afterwards. Of the eight pieces, three were fresh and the rest were warmed up. The Cheese Melt Beef didn't taste bad, but it was a complete catastrophe to the eye, healthy and fresh lettuce was completely missing, the cheese sauce was completely leaked and I had to look for the paddy first (unfortunately I forgot to take a photo) I actually like going to Burger King because it's much better than McDonald's in my opinion, but today I was very disappointed. ‼️I really have to let Burger King come up with something‼️‼️Otherwise it will be noticeable in the number of visitors that I would be one of them‼️‼️

Service: I politely asked an employee for a fork for my chili cheese fries. Even though he wanted to give them to me, an older lady in a white t-shirt, who was apparently the manager, gave me a rude and angry look and said that forks were only for salads. I found this behavior disrespectful and inappropriate. 2. Hygiene: After visiting your branch, me and my family felt sick. We suspect food poisoning, which could indicate unsanitary conditions in your kitchen or during preparation. Hello, we were there for the first time. By VV Celler standards they were friendly. When it comes to friendliness and cleanliness, they don't quite have that in Celle At least that's my experience

Stopped by with friends for a snack. Could have been a little cleaner.

The food was okay - not outstanding, but filling. The service was friendly, but it took a little longer due to understaffing. Overall OK.

Once and never again! First you wait in line for ages to even place your order, only to then wait almost an hour for your food - and that at a fast food chain? Simply incomprehensible. When the food finally came, it was half smashed and cold. A look into the kitchen gave the rest: the food was prepared with bare hands, without gloves, and the floor was completely dirty and full of food. What's more, there aren't even terminals for ordering. Really disappointing - we definitely won't come here again!

You have to give one star to write a review. The whole store was extremely dirty, not dirty but DIRTY!! Food was cold and the bacon and “meat” on the burger was cold and probably older. Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional!!!! How can a “world store” like Burger King tolerate something like this????? Not so many people in the store, 2 orders in front of me, waiting time 30 minutes then another 40 minutes after ordering. Food was cold… It's a shame - I can only give minus stars. Both BK locations in Celle can simply be forgotten.

Slowest Burger King ever. The restaurant was practically empty, there were a few cars at the drive-in, two orders in front of me, so almost 30 minutes from entering to eating was simply too long.

The staff here is totally overwhelmed, food is constantly missing, they have to go back or there is something completely different in there. THE WORST WAS GOT AN ICE COLD BURGER AND FRIES WERE COLD AND ALREADY HARD!!

The service only gets 5 stars from me because a very nice and attentive employee worked there. He was a fat guy with a pigtail...It's a shame he doesn't work there anymore, his food was always complete and hot. Kind regards

Super veggie burger totally delicious

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. The staff was unfriendly and didn't seem like guests were welcome here. The food arrived cold and an order was completely forgotten. The burgers looked like they were carelessly and hastily slapped together without any care. Overall, the employees seemed completely overwhelmed, which was also noticeable in the service and quality. Very disappointing. Also to mention, the tables were dirty and it was good that we ordered take away.

The employee at the checkout was not friendly. Just walks away while she's taking our order (apparently to get support). When we ate, the second half of our receipt was simply missing. Explanation from the employee “I don’t know, I haven’t packed”. Almost all of the benches were broken and the tables were dirty. Almost all of the food was cold (both the one we got first and the one they followed). I won't eat here again.

Sunday evening. Nothing going on in the store. The tapping of the artificial fingernails and the manner of service said that you were not welcome. Despite there being few guests, all of the tables were dirty. The dish trolley was replaced. But nobody here knows a rag or water. I get around a lot but I've never experienced anything so dirty. My obligatory stop on every journey from Hanover to Celle. I like the strong guy at the drive in, always in a good mood and actually ordering something special there. I don't know such cool staff at the drive-thru in other chains. I give Ambient 5 stars just because of him, I never saw the inside of the store 😉

Third and final attempt! Lukewarm cheeseburger and dry nuggets, combined with annoyed staff and unclean counter area! We don't anymore!!!

They took the order incorrectly and paid too much for stuff I didn't want and liked some of the dishes, the vegan Bettines were burnt and rancid.
