Burger King in Celle

Almost empty and still waited 20 minutes until the order was finally taken. Another 15 minutes until the food came and then the milkshake was wrong. Protective tables and dirty floors. Drowned by unnecessary advertising.

Food: Fries hot, burgers lukewarm. Of the 2 employees who took the order, the lady was very quick, friendly and service-oriented. The gentleman didn't speak to any customer, he skilfully looked away, true to the motto, if I don't see you, hopefully you won't see me either. Toilet area was clean

Sunday evening. Nothing going on in the store. The tapping of the artificial fingernails and the manner of service said that you were not welcome. Despite there being few guests, all of the tables were dirty. The dish trolley was replaced. But nobody here knows a rag or water. I get around a lot but I've never experienced anything so dirty. The reports on television also seem to affect Celle

They don't have any beer even though it's on the menu and they don't put up freshly wiped signs either

Unfortunately not so great. There was too much sauce on some burgers, which was then missing from the other burgers. Toilet not clean. Long waiting time.

I ate a really good tasting burger! Everything was clean, everything was fine there. There wasn't much going on, but that's why I stopped.

Employees are now playing five against Willi in the toilet and one of them is spitting in people's food - this Burger King is just anti-social

The drive-in employees and in the restaurant itself don't understand German, you can't even redeem coupons anymore because employees can't read German numbers.

Third and final attempt! Lukewarm cheeseburger and dry nuggets, combined with annoyed staff and unclean counter area! We don't anymore!!!

My obligatory stop on every journey from Hanover to Celle. I like the strong guy at the drive in, always in a good mood and actually ordering something special there. I don't know such cool staff at the drive-thru in other chains. I give Ambient 5 stars just because of him, I never saw the inside of the store 😉

They took the order incorrectly and paid too much for stuff I didn't want and liked some of the dishes, the vegan Bettines were burnt and rancid.

BurgerKing team, you have really improved so that you now get 5 stars. Friendly service, a much more pleasant atmosphere than at McD and the burgers are also a reasonable size. Keep it up!

Two people in front of me in line and after a full 25 minutes I managed to order. Either more people or these ordered boards are needed here

No terminals and staff don't really feel like taking orders

I've never seen such confused people working behind a counter, the entire staff was totally overwhelmed, you should really put some of them through training before you let them loose on people.

Five stars would be an exaggeration... But otherwise, good service, quite fast (faster than mcD. 😉) Everything is included, and as I said, complaining would be exaggerated. Faster and the 5th star would be there.

The waitress or even the boss has an inimitable way of advising the guest so personably...always happy to do so

Makes a clean impression at first glance. At second glance, the ashtray in front of the door wasn't taught. Tables were not wiped down. Food was good. Everything tasted as it should, no unpleasant surprises 😉. Service was nice and friendly. Order was processed quickly. Nothing changed during today's visit. Went there on July 19, 2024 around 2 p.m., with the right team the burgers tasted fresh and not dry like you usually have, was disappointed with the other BK in Celle. The staff here was super friendly on the day and time. One point of criticism is that napkin dispensers are no longer only available from staff.

Service very friendly, but you have to wait forever to order as there are no terminals. We were about to move on because of the queue. Get the parts, it will make it more pleasant for everyone.

Today everything went well and we got everything.

The last shop 😔 The young lady at the counter tried to make you feel comfortable, but it didn't help. Could use a little renovation.

Definitely the better alternative to McDonalds.

Out of 10 times there, 11 times the milkshake machine broke. Always your own :) You have to check your orders. I can't say anything about cleanliness. Very, very, very long waiting times.

The food is quite okay However, the waiting time at the KATASTROPAL drive in simply had to wait over 20 minutes And it wasn't that full Of course... if you didn't have to make the dough yourself WORK ON YOUR PERFORMANCE!

The store is just really bad. There are people working there who really don't go and are extremely rude + it takes a really long time

Due to the very long waiting times, we didn't even get to eat. The store seemed dingy and the lady at the checkout was completely overwhelmed. We then just went back and ate at McDonalds ☺️

Every now and then we treat ourselves to something from the snack chain. The ordered goods were delivered correctly. Waiting time was a little longer, about 15 minutes. But the waiter apologized and gave us a free Coke and cheeseburger. If you show kindness and understanding yourself, then you will get something in return.

I had ordered an ice cream with smarties, I said what kind of ice cream I wanted 13 times when ordering because it was never really understood (the shop was completely empty). When I got my ice cream it was firstly with strawberry sauce & secondly it was a sweet ice cream, but I paid for a fusion. When I was told that my ice cream was wrong, it was discussed with me that I had ordered that. My friend convinced me that I didn't order it. Extremely incompetent and rude in such a short time. Just sad.

We wanted to order something and called the drive-in several times and unfortunately no one heard us. When we called several times, we were told “We won't serve you, you can continue driving”. An extremely unfriendly and unsympathetic man with shoulder-length hair came out and just looked at us provocatively. We will never go to this Burger King again! Don't pay attention to the customers and become unfriendly if you call them often. Incredibly terrible and rude behavior.

We waited 10 minutes at the drive and still weren't served. When we said “hello?” the employee who was standing there at the reception was so unfriendly and told us to keep driving and he wouldn’t serve us. Unfriendly and incompetence seem to be very important here. Definitely not recommended.

I've been to BK many times but the store is simply not recommended, the order was wrong and everything was dirty...

If you are a bit overwhelmed at the drive in you often have to wait 10 to 20 minutes. Wait and then the food is cold (chips) and the drink is stale In my opinion, management needs to change that.

Very positively surprised today after a long time!! There seem to be more employees on site than before, everyone was very friendly, ordering was quick. The restaurant and the tables are also in much better and cleaner condition than in recent years. Has the management changed? Keep it up!! So it's fun to come back here to Westercelle. And please don't fall back into old patterns in the future!!! This time it deserves 5 stars!!

Long wait in the drive-in. 5 cars have been parked in the area behind the counter for 25 minutes and no one is getting their food.

The man behind the counter was a bit grumpy. Maybe he was having a bad day. Normally they are friendly

The cashier doesn't know any chilli cheese burgers, the other cashier who puts the burgers on the tray has yellow snot running out of his nose and coughs on the fries... Drive-in customers come in every minute because half of them are missing or nothing is happening. In the end, 3 people process your order at the same time without consultation, put the wrong things on your tray...chaos team...

You can't be that incompetent. In addition to an order waiting time of around 25 minutes, more and more customers came from the drive in items I had forgotten.

I always have to wait forever for food here. Sometimes stomach problems. I always hope that things will improve as employees change every six months. Bad luck so far.

Opinions differ there. Sometimes everything works here, sometimes not, just check the order after receipt and departure. You can do it.

Unfortunately, the quality has decreased drastically here. Employees are often unfriendly, make a very annoyed impression, food is very bland and often cold, and the food hasn't tasted the last few times. And then something is forgotten or packed incorrectly when ordering.

A typical fast food restaurant, but that's what you expect when you go in there. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was freshly prepared and was still ready quickly.

Quite tiring, like the other shop in Celle. Same employee Mr. Spranz, the order was taken, then finished and then the next one was taken. The food was so cold, I almost froze to death. The burger was put together like Frankenstein's monster. Whole iceberg lettuce on the long chicken which was made with Whopper rolls.

With this BK you always have to check the contents immediately. Either there is no sauce or there is the wrong thing in it. Otherwise everything is okay. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I always order takeout.

Of course, food is quick and easy, but the prices are really high. Therefore no more than 3 stars.

Sehr sauber. Sehr schnell und qualitativ wie gewohnt bei BK. Nur eine Ein- und Ausfahrt, die für den Winkel etwas eng ist.

Hier kann man wenigstens noch auf herkömmliche Weise am Schalter bestellen!

Schlechter Service, lange Wartezeit, schmutzige Toiletten, kaltes Essen

Wir alleine im Laden, einer nimmt die Bestellung auf legt für die Kartenzahlung das Gerät auf den Tisch und verschwindet nach hinten. Von dort kommt ein anderer wieder und fragt was ich bestellt habe. Die Bestellung war ziemlich schnell fertig, dafür das da hinten niemand am Grill stand. Ein Burger war kalt, die Nuggets waren so ein Plantwix was keiner bestellt hat. Mich sieht dort niemand wieder, bis her war der Laden immer noch ein wenig besser als der Laden in Telefunkenstraße. Wie kann man ein Unternehmen so an die Wand fahren?

It's exactly what you would expect from a German Burger King. The guy who took my order was quite nice and energetic which was a quite pleasant experience.

Der burger wurde nicht mit Liebe gemacht als ich es den burger essen wollte ist er auseinander gefallen...Der Service war genervt und nicht freundlich das war am Abend gegen 21 Uhr..trotzdem war das Ambiente top..lg

Zuerst das Beste: Es schien sauber zu sein und eben die typische BK-Einrichtung sah ansprechend aus. Service: Bei der Bestellung musste der junge Mitarbeiter ein paarmal überlegen, was wir genau haben wollten. Anscheinend weiß er gar nicht genau, was es alles in seinem Restaurant zu kaufen gibt. Noch besser war dann der zweite (ebenfalls junge) Kollege. Während er uns die Burger auf's Tablett packte und neue Pommes aus der Friteuse holte, war er vor allen anderen Kunden am schimpfen wie ein Rohrspatz. Draußen am Drive-Schalter stand ein anderer Kunde mit laufendem Motor, dem er sehr unangenehm zu verstehen gab, dass er dem Motor abstellen soll, oder er solle weiterfahren (= fremdschämen). Das Essen: Hätte wahrscheinlich gut geschmeckt, wenn es richtig warm gewesen wäre. Aber das hier war gerade mal handwarm. Und nicht nur ein Burger (von vier bestellten), sondern gleich drei. Auch von 2x Pommes war eine kalt. Fazit: Hier nie wieder!

Also es kann nicht sein, dass man 4€ für ein Eis zahlt und man keine vernünftige Menge für den Preis bekommt. Ich hatte mein Eis mit Erdbeersauce bestellt, aber was ist das bitte? Man kann mit dem Geiern auch übertreiben, finde ich.

Wie alle BK lecker. Drive in mit Wartezei, kann schon mal 30min dauern. Personal recht freundlich, kommt auf die einzelne Person an. 12.Okt.23 18:30 Auch innen mit viel Wartezeit, nur 2 Kassierer und 2 Köche. Personaleinsparung bei 10 Besuchern logisch, je mehr Umsatz, desto mehr Mitarbeiter. Wenig Umsatz, wenig Mitarbeiter!

Alles ok. Schnelle Bedienung, Essen wie bestellt

Leider mit Abstand der schlechteste BK bei dem ich je war. Das Personal war bei ca 5-6 Kunden drinnen und 3 Autos draußen komplett überfordert! Wir mussten 5-10 Minuten warten bis wir endlich bestellen konnten, obwohl niemand vor uns dran war. Das Essen war extrem fettig und optisch totaler Müll. Die Toiletten waren dreckig und es hat gestunken.

Burgerbrötchen wirkten alt. Das Fleisch fühlte sich totgebraten an. Das Gemüsebeet auf dem Burger hatte was :-D Mehr Grün als alles andere. Und eine liebevolle Zubereitung sieht anders aus. Im direkten Vergleich BK Dänemark und hier.... Welten unterschied.

Sauberer Laden. Bestellung wird schnell und freundlich bearbeitet. Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Pommes waren nur noch warm und nicht mehr heiß.

Wir waren am 01.08.23 um ca. 14 Uhr dort essen. Die beiden jungen Männer vorne an der Kasse waren sooo langsam.... 15min an der Kasse gewartet bis ich meine Bestellung abgeben konnte (davon 10 bis sich mal einer bemühte überhaupt zur Kasse zu kommen), dabei war nur ein Kunde vor mir. Weitere 20min, bis endlich das Essen kam. Einer von den beiden (der mit dem Headset auf dem Kopf) bewegte sich so langsam, dass ihn meine Augen fast nicht wahrnehmen konnten.

Habe ein Long Chicken Bürger da wahr die Soße sauer und Chili cheese Nuggets die nach nichts geschmeckt haben nie wieder

Bei jedem Besuch wird mindestens ein Artikel vergessen, teils sogar ein ganzes Menü. Auf dem plant-based double chilli cheese burger statt Jalapeños, nur Gurken aufgefunden oder sogar keins der beiden.

Essen frisch heiß Getränke ohne Kohlensäure und super ekelig Bedienung hat tragen geholfen, super nett Tische dreckig

In mein Eis waren Haare, Ketchup hat gefehlt, Pommes nur zu Hälfte gefüllt, wie immer nichts Positives.. was soll man dazu noch sagen, einfach dicht machen währe die beste Idee

Keine Burger zu bekommen.Grill defekt.. wohl schon länger... . und das bei Burger King.. unglaublich. Dann waren die Zwiebelringe wie Gummi. Kein bißchen knusprig. Ich ärgere mich.. Wäre besser nach Burgdorf gefahren.. hier sieht man mich nicht mehr.

Mega lange aufs Essen warten müssen unterbestzt alles falsch bekommen essen war kalt und papik werde nicht mehr da essen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen

Es war sauber und ordentlich. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis das Essen kam. Ein Getränk war ohne Kohlensäure und wurde gegen ein neues Getränk ohne Kohlensäure ausgetauscht. Es macht satt. 😐 Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
