McDonald's in Celle

Only one of the four ordering terminals was working yesterday, it was incredibly dirty, the burgers were piling up in the counter area and the employees were drowning in chaos. The burgers were correspondingly cold and dry. Mismanagement at its best, McDonald's. You won't see us again.

The last shop you are ignored by the employees, one of whom even understood me at some point! and the food is totally cold and sticky then you get insulted stupidly in the store!

Unfortunately there is chaos caused by guests who don't know how to behave properly! Inside, outside and on the pitches

Ordered at the drive-thru at night. You actively sold milkshakes even though you were aware that the machine was broken/inactive. Of course I paid with a debit card... Then they suggested ice cream to me, which later they didn't have anymore... I got a drink in return. Burgers were also ordered. Afterwards we realized that there was no lettuce on the burgers... So we went again. Then they said that they had no more salad. We didn't get a voucher or money back. Later we noticed that there were also some fries missing... We didn't feel like complaining a third time anymore. Never again!!

A little more hygiene would be appropriate, food is produced here!

All hell broke loose. More than 12 vehicles outside. Countless people were waiting inside. The service was still very nice. Especially the branch manager. Hats off. But after 20 minutes I Waiting to leave the restaurant. Without food.

Disgraceful behavior from the manager – McDonald's Siedemeierkamp 3, Celle The visit to McDrive on October 13th, 2024 was an absolute disaster. I ordered the menu twice with a coupon (McCrispy Spicy, 6 Spicy Chicken McNuggets, soft drink), and the order was initially taken correctly. The waiting time was far too long, which I could have tolerated. But when I finally received my order something was wrong, one drink was big and the other was small. When I confronted the manager about this obvious mistake, he was completely disrespectful and irritable. Instead of dealing with the problem, he acted like it was my fault. Annoyed, he asked me to show the receipt, which I didn't have. He then disappeared to get the receipt himself and came back with a completely unfriendly tone. He insisted the order was correct without showing even a hint of insight or politeness. I made it clear several times that I had ordered two menu items, but the manager dismissed me in a condescending and rude manner, as if I was in the wrong. In my bag there were two burgers, one fries, one nugget - but these did not match my order and there is no customer service here. Such behavior is unacceptable. This manager should urgently receive training in respect and customer friendliness. I will never visit this McDonald's again!

BODENLOS I ordered a filet-o-fish with an extra fish fillet and the extra fish was missing and the slice of cheese wasn't there and the employee is so crazy (unresponsive, doesn't respond) this employee is so incompetent after several calls she doesn't respond and the I forgot the straw for my shake, luckily there was a competent employee who gave me this straw. JUST INCREDIBLE AND BOTTOMLESS!!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Waited 25 minutes for food today, it happens, not bad. But what is becoming more and more noticeable, nationwide, is that cleanliness is declining very much. Coupled with the fact that there are no longer any fries pickers, sometimes even upon request, and the prepared burgers are often no longer neatly layered and therefore fall apart with the first bite... the "fun" is extremely dulled and gives way to the experience that it is the joy of watching me and the others eat.

On Sunday September 29th, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. this store was the very last one: No card payment possible, the self-service terminals were out. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally ordered and then the food was served to the table, ice cold, after it had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. We just didn't complain because we would have had to wait in line for another half hour. The drive-in wasn't an alternative either, as the line stretched back to the Aral gas station. The last shop that we will avoid in the future. Hopefully many other customers too so that this can end!

Well, I haven't been very enthusiastic about mecces lately because the food was almost cold and the staff was unfriendly, but today on September 26th at 8:30 p.m. I was very satisfied, so I had some nice feedback. The employee at the checkout at the drive in was super friendly and chatty, which made us very happy because my friend missed something and immediately got a nice and friendly answer about the big tasy bacon. So very good fries today, also super hot.

If you already have technology, TVs (in the left corner when you come in) either work or they stay off... It didn't work, but it was on. As I said, yelling comes out of the mccafe and yells into the kitchen. Outside... If the first thing you notice is the delivery vehicles parked like... Well. Electric filling station... I've never seen a Chrysler V8 with a battery... But it says so. 👍🏼 Trash can full.

I was just there and ordered 2 cokes and 2 menus, 1 coke was missing and that helped one of 2 menus, especially since there was only 1 pack of sauces, which I find very cheeky for the price in Uelzen and Hanover it is clearly better.

When you visit McDonalds, you expect not only the familiar food but also a certain level of service. There were no paper towels in the men's room. Despite immediate notification to 2 employees, there were still no towels for 30 minutes. When my wife wanted to go to the toilet, toilet paper was missing in both stalls. When I asked the restaurant manager about it, I was told that they were understaffed because the owners wanted more sales and fewer costs. This branch no longer receives my sales.

We were actually just in McDrive. It was a Friday lunchtime. But after five hours in the car, we just wanted to grab something quickly so we could finally arrive. And there we stood. At least 30 minutes to take large fries and coke with you. There's a better way and it's certainly not always the case, but it's at least worth mentioning. In any case, we will save ourselves the detour next time.

Dirty tables, very dirty toilets, overflowing tray carts, 30 minute wait for cold food including an extremely rude boss/manager. We will never go here again and recommend everyone to give this store a wide berth. At least our table was wiped down upon request.

Cheeseburger and hamburger Royal TS cold...and that after we had to wait forever to order and then wait for our order...and I don't mean 5 minutes...but the staff was very nice despite some communication difficulties

Unfortunately we seem to have had a bad day. Very unfriendly lady at the counter, the whole store smells like feces as if someone was in the hallway. The colleague who was just standing at the deep fryer wearing an apron is going to clean the toilets with the same outfit. The toilets were dirty, not cleaned, no soap and no paper towels available. Ali hadn't cleaned the toilet properly and was given a big lecture in front of all the customers, that's good employee management 🙄 It's a real shame, I'm used to different things ☹️

I was recently at Mc Drive. A hectic employee told me to please wait a moment. Short became long and then I just drove up to the payment window to say I didn't want anything more. Nobody to be seen. There were 2 cars in the lane in front of me that were obviously waiting for their food. I then got out to tell the first car to please pull into the waiting lane so that I could get through because I didn't want to have it. But he was instructed to wait right there and stubbornly refused to drive into the waiting lane. A louder discussion followed. An employee in a white shirt probably also heard this, who then appeared and instructed the driver to stand in the waiting lane. She said she was alone and whether I would like to order anything else. I denied this. It's nonsense to not send the waiting cars straight to the waiting lane. Now I was there again on Sunday and wanted to have breakfast. According to the internet, this is possible on Sundays until 11:30 a.m. However, at 10:36 a.m. there was no more breakfast. All right, then have a burger. The order was placed at the ordering machine and no receipt was received. For whatever reason. Then went to the checkout to pay in cash. They were standard burgers and not promotional items. I observed quite annoyed customers who had apparently been waiting for their order for quite a long time. The two women were also completely overwhelmed. I released her after about 30 minutes and asked for my money back. It worked somehow. Conclusion: Far too few staff and it smelled so bad in the entrance area that we had almost finished eating.

Worst MCS I've been to so far. A friendly young gentleman thanked me for my wait and wished me a nice day, I hope he keeps it up, that was the only positive aspect of this stay.

At least for me, the food was okay, complete and in the usual golden seagull quality. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired and there was no soap in the dispenser in the men's toilet for two days in a row!!!

Pulled up to the empty drive-in at 9:45 a.m. in the morning. "Please wait"... 10 minutes (!) later I was finally allowed to place the order. A 10 euro order with 4 items without special requests. Same game from the pick-up window onwards. “Please wait 10 meters away at the parking lot.” Mind you, there was nothing going on in the drive-in. 10 minutes later the food came. No apology for the waiting time or anything like that. Really incomprehensible when nothing is going on.

Dirty, cramped, loud and impossible guests. Yes, when you go to McDonald's you have to expect something like worthless and weak food, but then add to that the condition and the truly horrible company of guests that I would have thrown out of the restaurant. At MCes, even the worst behavior from guests doesn't bother anyone, so this was my last time at the chain. I'd rather spend money and have a good meal and a nice experience in a real setting.

We ate at McDonald's this evening and were very disappointed with the cleanliness. It was very dirty. Some employees chatter and make little effort to properly organize things. Order placed directly on site on the Smartboard. Store rather poorly attended. Waited about 25 minutes for the order. Employees seem slightly overwhelmed, only serious and tired faces... The only bright spot was the middle age Waiter who brought the ice cream for the Happy Meal with a smile. Food was disappointing as always, not even close to the great products created by food designers on the billboards... Choked down a sticky Royal TS and two limp cheeseburgers... and was hungry again after 30 minutes... Conclusion: disappointed as always, I'd rather make the next burgers myself.

Basically, I've always been happy at McDonald's in Celle, but today I unfortunately encountered a very ignorant shift manager. As always, we (family of 4) ordered at the terminal. Among other things, a Milky Way. The shift manager mentioned even came to our table and said that the milkshake was out and what our girl would like to drink. She opted for an iced tea, which is, however, cheaper. When I wanted to pay the difference, he just said that it wasn't possible. We could have an apple turnover. We had just finished eating, of course we were full and there was no eating or drinking in the car. I insisted on my money, especially since he had to open the cash register anyway to give me the €2 for the reusable deposit. He then went back to the office and a nice employee took up my concerns and spoke to the shift manager again, who unfortunately still showed no insight. In the end, I thanked the employee mentioned and took the apple turnover from her. We ate on July 29, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., in case a relevant supervisor would like to take up the matter.

Order was squandered, after a complaint it took a while until they finally got going. No excuse...Our companions had already finished eating, which took forever even though it wasn't full. The whole store is dirty and musty inside and out. The clearing carts are overflowing and tables and benches are not cleaned. Not one employee speaks German... The order machine didn't spit out a receipt. No signs for table delivery (everyone was at the checkout) Ordered sugar with coffee. Was there, but nothing to stir. There was just a touch of caramel sauce in the McSundae. The coffee latte tasted bitter. Most of the tables were not clean. We're not talking about anything below that. I recently ate at this McDonald's with my family. We ordered quite a lot. First of all we had to wait almost an hour for our food. When we asked where our order was, the employees were rude and told us that they had simply forgotten our order. After this long wait, we finally received our food, but a lot of it was missing. When I asked the employee who processed our order several times about where the rest of our order was, he just sighed and seemed annoyed. Finally we received the remaining part of our order, however the entire service process was unacceptable. The restaurant itself was also in poor condition. The tables were dirty and the shelf where you were supposed to put your trays was completely overflowing. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and I definitely cannot recommend this McDonald's restaurant.

Food typical McDonald's. Missing sauces, missing straws for the shake or wrong toys are also typical of McDonald's and here this branch doesn't differ much from the average. But the worst things here are the waiting times, the friendliness of the employees and the cleanliness.

I am Italian visiting cells. I'm not the sales assistant, she kicked us out of the place, not understanding the situation and noticing her unpleasant and rude behaviour, we decided to call the police. The police arrive and not only did they agree with her without even listening to our version where we said several times look at the cameras. But they banned us from all McDonald's in Germany. I thought racism ended with World War II. But evidently the German police and some citizens still live in the Germany of 1943

Stopped in today around 7 p.m. The tables weren't clean, some of the ordering machines were broken and if you wanted to order something, the machine said it wasn't available. If you ask at the counter you get no answer and are left standing. Then the second employee came and I tried to explain to him that I just wanted a strawberry milkshake. He didn't understand, it was probably because I spoke my native language 🇩🇪. About 6 employees were running around uncoordinated behind the counter. It took a whopping 20 minutes for a Big Tasty menu. What a top performance, you should give the employees a bonus for their speed.

Worst McDonalds we have ever experienced. You wait forever for your food, the tables are dirty and that wasn't an isolated case. This has nothing to do with fast food. You could see a bunch of employees, but everything seemed very busy and haphazard. Something urgently needs to be changed in the organization here. Maybe we should stop the - in my opinion unnecessary - delivery service and focus more on local customers

Ordered online, waiting time on site for over an hour... rather slow food, chaos, everyone is in the way, staff can't keep up quickly enough, prepared burgers are stacked on the counter. Otherwise, as always, McDonald's fast food is "tasty"... when it's still warm.

There were five of us there (2 adults and 3 children) and ate on site. Our order was therefore large. We have a whopping 45!!! Waited minutes for our order. That is not how it works. We expect something different from a fast restaurant. The order was also not complete or ingredients were added that were not desired. A guest at the next table became very rude! Expelled from the restaurant because you were "slightly" annoyed and asked when your order would be ready due to the long waiting time. Staff unfortunately overwhelmed and sometimes unfriendly and poorly coordinated. Cleanliness also needs to be worked on. We will not visit this restaurant again.

Better than his reputation. I was here for the first time today. Contrary to what the previous reviews suggest, I didn't think this store was that bad. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and was perfectly clean. MA were nice, a bit hectic at times, but everything was within limits. Eat the usual, of course. Toilets were also clean and the lobby looked good too. I have nothing to complain about. I didn't order much though. Just fries and a veggie burger, that was okay.

Waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru just to place the actual order. Added to this is the 30 minute wait for the food. The food is packed.

Waited at the checkout for 15 minutes and when an employee finally wanted to take payment, an employee pulled him away and assigned something else. Three employees look at those waiting and grin maliciously at those in the queue. The floor and tables were dirty. An employee "shaked off" a portion of fries to reduce the quantity, even though it was already relatively empty. Unfortunately, the store is getting worse every year. Not recommended and would rather go somewhere else.

Default McDonald fast food restaurant, yea quite dirty but this is fast food restaurant so i don't expect too much from this, burgers and etc are good, totally fine with personal what works here (sometimes it's takes long with orders than usual but it's fine) about garbage i can fully relate because ik how long in germany does it takes to take out of trash, what even big trash cans are full and can't be emptied. Food was as usual, but not great. But the most annoying thing was the horrible beeping from the machine in the background every second for 20 minutes
