The best McDonald's I've ever been to! Very quick service, delicious food and very clean place.

Well, hunger drives you in, disgust drives you down and stinginess keeps you in.

I have sensitive teeth and definitely need a straw for cold drinks. The staff on site refused to give me one! Apparently they only give straws for milkshakes. What nonsense, I keep going to other McDonalds and always get a straw! And my in-laws, who ordered at the same time as me, were given a straw for the cola. My question as to whether I could at least buy a straw was also answered with no. I was able to throw away my Sprite straight away. The employees were very unfriendly and just seemed annoyed by my request. This is the last time in this branch for me. In addition, the sink in the women's toilet was clogged, the soap dispenser didn't work, and the hand dryer smelled.

Last night it felt like 40 degrees indoors again. Sweat flowed down the faces of every employee. Very hygienic for a restaurant. Are you now also helping to save the climate...?

It's just MacDonald, nothing special. Not particularly friendly staff, but well located on the highway for a break.

After a 30-hour journey, we stopped at this McDonald's branch with the children. After dinner the children were still hungry for a Mc Flurry. Well, they accidentally clicked on a yogurt cup at the terminal (it also looks like a Mc Flurry). The end of the song, the ice cream tasted sour (of course, it's yoghurt ice cream) and the branch manager just said something like "it's your own fault, it's yoghurt ice cream". Put €4 in the trash. Never again McDonald's. The store manager wouldn't have broken a tooth from his crown if he had replaced the ice. That's how it's usually done in the catering industry. Too bad!

The drivers drive like executioners and the management has no time to even listen to such a complaint. I'm curious when you'll see on the news that they ran over someone. But! There are also very nice drivers.

Prices for the mini burgers have become really steep. A family with 3 children can easily stay inside for €70, although you'll be hungry again after an hour. The only thing that's worth it are the coupons in the app, otherwise you can completely forget about McDonald's.

There is currently a construction site at the parking lot. It's no problem to park in the adjacent hardware store parking lot. Unfortunately there are no signs showing how to get to the entrance. Two other guests were looking for directions there with me. I then asked the branch manager that it would be good if there was a sign showing the way. This branch manager was very arrogant. Instead of an answer I got a mild smile. It's time for the competition to come to Regenstauf. Maybe customers will then be treated with more respect again. Entered via the exit by mistake, the order column was only "discovered" on the second round, but apart from the ketchup instead of sweet and sour sauce, everything worked with the large order. Anyone who hasn't been to McD for a while will be amazed at the prices - the Italian restaurant around the corner can be cheaper...

Order was not complete, what was ordered was particularly unfriendly, but it was better

The ponytailed lady was more concerned with giggling with her fellow girls. I ordered something to eat and then wanted to order something to drink. Then I was sent away from the checkout and pointed out that supposedly you can ONLY order at the terminal (absolute nonsense, you can do it anywhere else). The lady sent someone away several times... Service looks different. Women's toilet 1 door is stuck, 1 door the lock doesn't work. Paper towel dispenser empty.

I don't recommend the slant-eyed gentleman in the dessert section. Racist and very unpleasant approach to the customer. The rest of the staff is ok👌

The premises are clean, the food was brought quickly, there are even flowers on the tables.

Speed, cleanliness, hot food and pleasant environment.

Didn't give us breakfast simply on principle because we were there at 10:30.

Food as ordered, it tasted as expected. What was remarkable was the excellent service from a woman - help with the order with advice. Because an unforeseen event (accident) has occurred, keep the food warm. We even asked if we liked it. We have never experienced this at Mc D. before. Thanks

Mein herzlicher Dank an die Mitarbeiterinnen die mir bei der Bedienung dieses Bestellautomaten hilfreich zur Seite standen. Ohne diese Hilfe hätte ich das Lokal ohne Essen verlassen müssen

Frisch zubereitet ja, aber bei Minusgraden draußen, ungefragt, Eiswürfel in jeden Becher schmeißen? Ist der Sirup so teuer? Und kostet die Eismaschine keinen Strom? Bekommen die Mitarbeiter keine Freizeit mehr seit Sommer, das man nicht mitbekommt, das das Getränk zum mitnehmen automatisch kalt bleibt?

Das Personal gibt sich richtig Mühe,die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Das Essen bereiten geht zügig und beim Geschmack übertreffen sie andere um vieles. Wieso? Das bleibt ihr Geheimnis.

Ich muss sagen das es der beste MC ist. Der MC Rip war total lecker. So was habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Da kann sich jeder MC ein Beispiel nehmen.

Die Plant Nuggets sind 2 von 3 mal schlecht zubereitet. Glücklicher Weise konnte ich erfahren, wie sie eigentlich schmecken sollten. 1 von 2 mal ist die Bestellung nicht vollständig. Die letzten 2 Mal musste ich 20min auf meine Bestellung warten.

McDonald's gehnt ja jeder 😀, Essen war gut, könnte wärmer sein, Service passt.

Das ich im McDrive Ketchup bzw Soßen kontrollieren muss bin ich mittlerweile schon gewohnt, dass ich mir aber jetzt auch noch den Belag von den Burgern anschauen muss toppt diese Nachlässigkeit gewaltig. Und die Ausrede, dass ja immer mal ein Fehler passieren kann....ich kann sie nicht mehr hören und akzeptieren, sorry

Die Bedienung war sehr höflich und freundlich. Die meisten Tische waren sauber und die Bedienung war sehr schnell am Tisch.

Стандартный неплохой Мак, на заправке ненадолго можно припарковать фуру. В зале красивые аккуратные столики и новые диваны и кресла, но столы есть грязные! При том что в зале людей почти не было. Туалеты также не чистые. Заказ мы ждали достаточно долго, как я уже говорила, посетителей практически не было. Мы заказали холодный латте,в котором было огромное количество льда и кофе чуть меньше половины😡. На картинке заявлено это кофе в красивом стеклянном стакане, но подали в обычном бумажном. Обычный капучино был очень вкусным и огромного размера чашка😁. Круассан 🥐 был пустой,без начинки,но бургер был свежий и вкусный. Персонал вежливый,но медлительный.

Die Einsortierung ob vorbestellt oder Coupon bestellt ist vom Personal aus auf MC Donald ausgerichtet, nicht auf den Kunden.Das ist mitunter verwirrend. Eine Linie ist nicht immer selbsterklärend erkennbar. Das ist für "Mr Ungeduld" dessen Entscheidung ja am ehesten zu MC Donald führt jedesmal eine Herausforderung. Man braucht auch immer ein Quäntchen Ausdauer, um in der App Vorteile zu erkennen, und Geduld um sie zu Nutzen. Nach aufgebrauchtem Datenvolumen in der Grundgeschwindigkeit funktioniert einfach keine Kommunikation mehr. Da gibt's noch was zu tun; aber ich find gut, das es immer besser möglich wird. Danke, weiter so verbessern.

Ich weiß es nicht ob es heute der Filialleiter oder einfach ein Mitarbeiter der Filiale war, der war aber sehr unhöflich. Hat mich in einem lauten, unhöflichen Ton "angeschnauzt" , das er mit bereits sagte , das er nach dem Happy Meal Spielzeug erst schauen wird. Sogar unsere drei Kinder fanden den Ton sehr unhöflich. Schade das die Höflichkeit und netter Umgang mit Kunden den bestimmten Mitarbeitern nicht beigebracht wurde....

Nach fast 40 Jahren die ich jetzt Mc Donald´s Restaurant besuche, war die Einkehr im Regenstaufer Mc Donald der absolute Tiefpunkt und wahrscheinlich mein letzter in dieser Restaurantkette. Nach dem Eintreten ging ich zu einem der 4 Bestelldisplay´s. Gab meine Essenswünsche ein und wollte mit Karte bezahlen. Der Automat akzeptierte weder meine 2 Bankkarten noch meine Visakarte und stürzte anschliessend ganz ab. Am Nachbardisplay hatte eine Dame wohl ähnliche Probleme. Nachdem alle vier Bestellautomaten mit Kunden belegt waren stellte ich mich am Verkaufstresen an. Als ich dann an die Reihe kam und meine Wünsche äusserte wurde ich von einer Angestellten hingewiesen doch am Automaten zu bestellen. Ich erwiederte: Die Bestellung am Automaten funktioniert bei mir nicht und ich möchte doch bitte eine Big Mac und ....... haben. Darauf antwortete die ziemlich genervte Angestellte : "Bestellugen werden nur über den Automaten aufgenommen. Anders geht das nicht!" Mit dem Ausspruch "Ihr könnt mich doch alle mal gern haben!" - verliess ich hungrig und durstig mit Grauen dieses eiskalte Automatenrestaurant und beschloss: NIE WIEDER !

Habe mir einen Burger bestellt ohne Tomate weil ich sie nicht mag und ohne Zwiebeln weil ich allergisch bin war beides auf dem Burger war aber auch in so einem Laden nicht anders zu erwarten ich hab auch schon mal saubere Läden gesehen das Essen konnte man selber von den Tischen und Bänken ankratzen aller dings sind die Mitarbeiter nett naja zu mindestens ein oder zwei in dem außen Spiel Bereich für Kinder stinkt er derartig nach Fuß und Schweiß also nicht empfehlenswert aber an Sonaten war alles ganz gut Pommes waren lau warm und die Apfel Scheiben lagen auch schon seit gestern da. Viel Spaß beim Essen 🙂

schlimmstes Mac seit über 3 Jahren, extrem pampige Mitarbeiter vor allem hinter der Kaffeetheke - einen derartig unfreundlichen Stil habe ich in den USA nie und auch in der kernigen Oberpfalz schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Kompliment: you are the worst!
