McDonald's in Regenstauf

Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to get service at the McCafé, so I was sent to the ordering machine. Luckily, the machine is right next to the exit door, so I decided to use that instead. If you don't want any money, you won't get any.

The food and ambiance were very good, but the staff left a lot to be desired. The older employees were stressed, irritated, and lacked any friendliness, even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. It's a shame that such a lovely place apparently doesn't bring joy.

Ordering at a McDrive or online is the stupidest thing you can do here. You order without onions, but of course you get extra onions. The burger is completely soggy and mushy, and the fries are always missing the sauce. I really wonder how it's possible that the order gets messed up EVERY time. And if you point it out in person, they roll their eyes.

They reduced the portions and raised the prices. (I mean McDonald's in general).

There's an incredibly unfriendly employee at McDonald's. She feels like she's in charge of everything and speaks to customers, including children, in a rude and unprofessional manner. I ordered two Happy Meals... only one sauce... I had to show her the receipt as proof... absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately, the Grimace shake wasn't as advertised. The kids were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the photo isn't available for download. The cups were half full. What a pity.

2.50 for the simplest cheese and chicken burger, too expensive, even the smart menu is a euro more expensive, up to 2.50 more, go to Burger Kitchen or burger stands, it's cheaper there, and coupons are so useless, sometimes even more expensive than in the system, the stands should close down🤷

The staff was really friendly, it was very clean, the food was hot and fresh, and it came super quickly. And the best part: our Labrador was allowed to come along and got a large, clean water bowl. It couldn't be better!

Absolute disaster, I don't understand how they can run such a horror, from the smelly outdated toilets to the cold food and the staff who don't even know what gluten is ("Do you have anything gluten free here?"). Thank you for the ruined ride, I don't recommend it to anyone, I'd rather eat in the canals.

Large McDonald's, plenty of parking on site, including a disabled parking space. Unfortunately, there is no accessible entrance; a heavy door prevents people with disabilities from entering. A button would be good here so that they can summon a member of staff to help them. The food was as usual, like everywhere else. The prices have exploded, but then people just don't go there as often. Large restrooms are available. Unfortunately, some of the tables were dirty when I visited. They need to check more often; everything is clean. Very friendly staff.

When my girlfriend and I decide that we want to have breakfast at McDonald's, there is no other McDonald's for us than this one. The staff is polite and courteous...it is always clean there, it is never too loud and there are never dirty tablets lying around.

Just for this insolence on the part of our own drivers... On March 28th at 8:00 p.m. the charging station was parked by a McDonald's vehicle - of course not an electric car. Update: The answer shows how you are treated as a guest here - instead of an apology and talking to the driver, you are asked to find another charging station.

Well, at first I was really excited that you could order from Lieferando at any time. It also always arrived on time and fresh. But recently he has only been offline. That's really annoying because when you call they always say the same thing, that they'll be online again every now and then. But in the end it's like that for what feels like 2 minutes. We have 8 p.m. during the week and again you can't order. I wish that in the future it would be like it was six months ago...

The food and prices are now a disaster at McDonald's. You basically serve yourself or order at the terminal and pay €11.80 for a perfectly normal menu. At home I really make a burger a hundred times better. And it was actually the case that we had to go in there after a day trip because the fridge at home was empty and all the kebab shops were open on Sunday out of a total of three. They probably didn't want to do business. The branch itself is clean and large. The staff motivates the utmost respect for the people who work there. There are much worse branches out there.

Picked up an ice cream at MC Drive today at around 8 p.m. We were very excited about the super nice man who served us. Had to grin because of his open, funny manner. Definitely sweetened our evening.

I went inside to ask one of the employees to give me a couple of ice cubes. The older gentleman with a mustache who works there did not allow the friendly young employee to do this even though I offered to pay for the service. Shame on that gentleman, and especially on McDonald's!

I ordered a takeaway menu. After the “ready for pickup” call, I went to the distribution and accepted my order. There was a trolley with paper bags parked in public right next to the distribution point. I grabbed a bag to better transport my order. An employee then pointed out to me in an extremely rude manner that this was not self-service and that the bags were not intended for the customer to pick up. This sound is an absolute no go Customer-friendly is different!!!

We spontaneously went for coffee at McDonald's in Regenstauf - always a good idea, because I think the café is very good. Unfortunately, there were again no coffee variations with milk, i.e. cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc. It's a shame, because something like that shouldn't happen at a fast food chain. We were told that the coffee machine was broken and would be repaired soon, but this was the second time I've been there in a short space of time - and the problem still persisted. Even the coffee we took was clearly filter coffee. I hope I won't be disappointed again at the next coffee klatch. Maybe I'll call ahead and ask what's available. 😅

Terrible service. Dear McDonalds team, how about hiring employees who speak German? Order a cookie dough donut and get a rainbow donut. When I order 3x sugar with my latte, I don't get any sugar at all. Of course, I only noticed this when I was further away because I don't use the MC Drive for nothing because I don't have time and if you can't even read properly or at least say that one, we don't have one anymore, we can offer you another one and paying the difference between the donuts back would also be nice because it's not just a rip-off and zero customer orientation. So far, unfortunately, all McDonald's in the area are the same. I wouldn't just hire everyone who's in the corner, but I'd also choose them properly. I ask the waitress something at the counter but they don't understand anything other than what your goods are called and what the prices are.

Before ordering, employees mentioned that the last time we ordered, the McSunday cups were only half full, but today again only half-filled cups were given out. I assume that the customer is not valued here.

I ordered from McDonald's today. The delivery was super fast and the food was warm too. I ordered 3 sauces for the McNuggest and this time I got them too. The last time I ordered one sauce was missing and I ordered 3 and got 2. But 3 paid. It can happen sometimes.

Was pleasantly surprised here. (was in transit) The food was fresh and warm, the fries were crispy. The staff was friendly and it was very clean. The trays were regularly cleared away, which I really liked.

I can't count how many times I've received the wrong or missing order here. Most of the time I drive through the drive and probably have to say 5 times out of 10 that something is missing. Recently I had an exceptional meal indoors with friends. We had the order delivered to the table and even there we simply received a completely wrong order, so what's going on with you?

McDonald's is always good for quick food

Hello, it's super annoying when you order a cappuccino with oat milk and then get cow's milk. This is the third time this has happened to me at this McDonalds. Plus, it tastes a little different every time. Sometimes more like coffee then almost just like milk. It would be cool if more attention was paid to this... Food tastes like McDonalds tastes. Cleanliness is so poor there. Actually, something is always completely overcrowded or dirty. But seats are almost always clean. Today, September 5th, 2024 in the morning at 8:15 a.m.

I have sensitive teeth and definitely need a straw for cold drinks. The staff on site refused to give me one! Apparently they only give straws for milkshakes. What nonsense, I keep going to other McDonalds and always get a straw! And my in-laws, who ordered at the same time as me, were given a straw for the cola. My question as to whether I could at least buy a straw was also answered with no. I was able to throw away my Sprite straight away. The employees were very unfriendly and just seemed annoyed by my request. This is the last time in this branch for me. In addition, the sink in the women's toilet was clogged, the soap dispenser didn't work, and the hand dryer smelled.

After a 30-hour journey, we stopped at this McDonald's branch with the children. After dinner the children were still hungry for a Mc Flurry. Well, they accidentally clicked on a yogurt cup at the terminal (it also looks like a Mc Flurry). The end of the song, the ice cream tasted sour (of course, it's yoghurt ice cream) and the branch manager just said something like "it's your own fault, it's yoghurt ice cream". Put €4 in the trash. Never again McDonald's. The store manager wouldn't have broken a tooth from his crown if he had replaced the ice. That's how it's usually done in the catering industry. Too bad!

Prices for the mini burgers have become really steep. A family with 3 children can easily stay inside for €70, although you'll be hungry again after an hour. The only thing that's worth it are the coupons in the app, otherwise you can completely forget about McDonald's.

There is currently a construction site at the parking lot. It's no problem to park in the adjacent hardware store parking lot. Unfortunately there are no signs showing how to get to the entrance. Entered via the exit by mistake, the order column was only "discovered" on the second round, but apart from the ketchup instead of sweet and sour sauce, everything worked with the large order. Anyone who hasn't been to McD for a while will be amazed at the prices - the Italian restaurant around the corner can be cheaper...

The ponytailed lady was more concerned with giggling with her fellow girls. I ordered something to eat and then wanted to order something to drink. Then I was sent away from the checkout and pointed out that supposedly you can ONLY order at the terminal (absolute nonsense, you can do it anywhere else). The lady sent someone away several times... Service looks different. Women's toilet 1 door is stuck, 1 door the lock doesn't work. Paper towel dispenser empty.
