Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen beim da. Sehr lecker kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Top Lokal alles mega super lecker.

Das Essen war hervorragend und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war gemütlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir fühlen uns wie immer wie im Urlaub in Griechenland. Gregori und sein Team sind so toll und liebenswürdig. Wir lieben Bifteki und auch die Gigantes.

Wir waren gestern dort nach fast 10 Jahren dass erstmal wieder. Leider sehr enttäuscht vom Essen. Bedienung freundlich. Ambiente ok. Bilder sprechen für sich. Alles lieblos angerichtet, Fleisch trocken. Salat musste man selber anmachen. 1 cocktailtomate, rest grüner Salat. Chef war in der Küche und auch im Lokal vertreten. Hat die Kritik angenommen und 10 Euro Nachlass gegeben. Nichts desto trotz gibt es keine Empfehlung meinerseits, da ich aus vergangenen rezisionen entnehmen kann, dass wohl nichts geändert wurde. Schade, es war mal wirklich ein sehr guter Grieche. Preisleistung sehr schlecht umgesetzt. Auch keine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichte.

Hier gehen wir immer wieder gerne hier. Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen üppig, der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und der sympathische Chef tut sein übriges dass man sich hier sehr wohl fühlt

Tolles Essen im El Greco! Das Gyros und die Calamari waren super zubereitet und reichlich. Besonders die Pita hat mit ihrem intensiven, frischen Geschmack überzeugt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Restaurant ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Das Essen war ungenießbar. Gyros hat nach Tiefkühlprodukt geschmeckt, das in der Pfanne erwärmt wurde und die Calamares waren zäh. Tzatziki war geschmacklich sehr langweilig - vermutlich ein Fertigprodukt. Für den dafür verlangten Preis eine Frechheit.

Top Grieche!! Sehr guter aufmerksamer Service! Waren das erste mal dort und waren von dem Ambiente und dem Essen begeistert! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Waren heute beim Griechen in Regenstauf das Essen Calamari und Gyros waren einfach nur vorzüglich der Wirt des Hauses war sehr nett hat uns eine Schnaps aufs Haus mit gegeben Le Pont Bananen Schnaps super lecker

Ich war vor kurzem im El Greco und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant hat ein warmes, einladendes Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Essen war durchweg lecker, aber besonders die Bohnen haben es mir angetan – perfekt abgeschmeckt und richtig aromatisch. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Erlebnis, vom Service bis zum Essen. Ich kann das El Greco ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen und komme selbst gerne wieder.

Das Lokal hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Alles schmeckte wie aufgewärmt. Das Gyros nicht knusprig das Fleisch lag wohl schon länger in der Warmhaltebox. Der Reis war verkocht und mit einer Ketchupartigen Soße überschüttet. Ich dachte erst der Koch hatte einen schlechten Abend, aber die Bilder bei Google zeigen dass hier so gekocht wird. Verkochte, fast matschige Bohnen sind in diesem Lokal üblich. Von einer griechischem Küche erwarte ich etwas anderes. Warum dieses Lokal Stammgäste hat, die zufrieden sind, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Bester Service aller Zeiten. Immer wieder gerne wieder.

Wir sind Gäste im El Greco seit es das Lokal gibt, seit 35 Jahren. Wir lieben Gregor, sein Lokal und das Essen. Wir hatten bis jetzt keinen Grund zur Beschwerde. Alles bestens. Die Bedienungen sind immer super nett. Wir kommen auch noch die nächsten 35 Jahre.

Gyros gut, Calamari schmecken leider nach nichts. Portion gut. Preislich für den Geschmack zu teuer.

Der Gyros ist total überwürzt, schmeckt eher wie fettiges Geschnetzeltes.Am Boden der Verpackung stand das rötliche Fett Wir haben unser Essen mitgenommen Zaziki ist lasch gewürzt.Das beste am Essen war die Pita, die war trocken. Die Calamari waren OK Aber es war das erste und letzte mal dass wir dort essen geholt haben Von Außen wenig einladend Das Logo ist wahrscheinlich genau so alt wie das Restaurant Schade, für fast 40€ hätten wir mehr erwartet Das ist nur unsere Meinung!

Phew, where do you even begin? The souvlaki with the three skewers was so thin and awful. It also lacked the seasoning to pass for Greek. The tzatziki was from a pot, aka a ready-made dish. No garlic or cucumbers to be seen; it passed for yogurt. The salad was carelessly served in some kind of raised dish. The portion was so small and not worth 17 euros. The service was nice, but I was neither given nor offered a receipt nor proof of my cash payment. Card payment wasn't possible, but it's located outside the entrance, which the waitress told me. I have to praise the ice-cold Quzo. I won't go there again, even if I'm invited; my time is too precious for that.

Large Greek restaurant, plenty of parking, good value for money, fast, friendly service, and the dishes we ordered were very good.

I spontaneously went to El Greco during a visit to Regenstauf. My gyros with calamari was very tasty, although I hadn't heard of this combination before. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine, the landlord and the service were very nice. When I'm back here, I'll definitely take a look again 👍.

For me, ElGreco is by far the best Greek restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere! The restaurant is organized more perfectly by the super nice and funny Greek GREGOR PANTOS, who understood that his restaurant has become something special! ElGreco my number 1! I love it!

Best gyro of my life. Simply unbeatable, just as delicious the next day. Above all, I can never eat gyros because they are usually too fatty for me & I can eat every single piece of meat in this gyro. It's sooo perfect & tasteful. Simply perfect.

The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. The food was okay except for the gyros, which I didn't like - sorry. To me it had the look, consistency and taste of a pan gyro, not a skewer.

Been there for the first time. We were constantly being asked whether everything was okay, even by the boss himself. Eat deliciously. Veal liver very soft, lamb chop soft and delicious 😋

Friendly and quick service. The drinks are picked up immediately and brought very quickly. When it comes to the main courses, we always try to serve them at the same time. Large portions that also taste good! We'll be back!!

We recently went to this great Greek restaurant and can only recommend it! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the visit very pleasant. The food was simply delicious – the flavors of the traditional dishes were a delight! Particularly noteworthy are the large portions, which offer more than enough for every appetite. It's been a long time since I had such a bad meal in a Greek restaurant as I did here. Salad served very carelessly, gyros pieces too big and way too greasy. Tzatziki without any taste. Had to wait a long time for the food and also for the payment. What is very surprising is that only the boss himself gets paid. Once and not again.

Today we reserved a table for 4 people. As always, the service was really great and accommodating. A great team including boss. The food (crunchy salad, cool drink and food a feast for the eyes) was absolutely delicious and plentiful. I would love to come back.

Just great. Basically, there's nothing more to say. We love going to him. He is a host like you rarely see but how you should be as a host. A great host simply. The food is absolutely delicious and really plentiful. Prices make sense completely reasonable. Of course we will continue to come and really enjoy it

My 16-year-old daughter worked in the restaurant several times a week for almost a year and was never sick. Nevertheless, it probably wasn't good enough for the boss, so he unfortunately threw her out of the restaurant when she was drunk. But this wasn't the first time he drunkenly trashed her in front of everyone. When asked in an extremely friendly manner about this, all that was said was that he had apologized several times, even though this was not the case. The entitlement to vacation and sick pay was also not met. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant as an employer.

We tried it for the third time over several years and unfortunately failed every time. The portions are very large, but the taste is below average. The salad is not worthy of a Greek restaurant. Why does the boss always take the money here? We asked one condition if she receives tips.

Gyros weren't that fatty, which is good, but I actually ate better. Unfortunately the calamari wasn't cooked through. Staff was friendly. But we probably won't come back.

Das Essen kann man nicht vergleichen, mit Griechischem essen. Das Gyros war von Vortag, im triefenden Fett auf der 2personen-Platte, Reis einfach wassrig dazu geklatscht und Tomatensoße einfach rüber geschüttet. Die Calamare waren mehr wie durch, wie ein Kaugummi. Keine Musik im Hintergrund, dunkel gehalten und viel Grusch am neben Tisch. Selbst die Bedienungen dürfen ihr Trinkgeld nicht behalten. Das is schon mehr wie traurig. Wir gehen dort nicht mehr hin.

Our first visit to El Greco. For Easter Sunday. The food was very tasty. The decor is typical of a Greek restaurant. Our place among the (artificial grapes) reminded us of our vacation in Crete. We never had a windmill in the restaurant before :⁠-⁠) I had the Greek plate, which included Easter lamb in the form of lamb steak, along with gyros, suflaki and minced meat. The other guests gyros with calamari and meat skewer, gyros calamari with fries and black tiger prawns. Given the steep price, I would have imagined a few more. But I'm probably still a little spoiled from my vacation in Spain, where it cost 8 euros per kilo. In terms of seasoning, everything I tasted was very good. Oh, I forgot the starter plate. You should definitely try it. We particularly liked the baked zucchini and eggplant. The service was very friendly and the boss was in the mood for a nice chat at the end. All in all, a very successful lunch.

I was there for the first time yesterday and I was absolutely thrilled! Such lovely, kind and warm people. There is an absolute feel-good atmosphere with very, very good food! I will definitely eat at El Greco regularly and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

Sehr gute griechische Küche, auf deutsche Essgewohnheiten angepasst. Schneller und mega-freundlicher Service durch ein junges, sehr gut eingespieltes Service-Team. Und der Wirt ist immer auf der Fläche und ist ansprechbar. Seine Frau managt die perfekte Küche. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern! Nur viel Lob von meiner Seite. Also: Auf nach Regenstauf (vor den Toren von Regensburg). Hier kann man gut-bürgerlich-griechisch lecker essen.

Haben leider keinen Tisch bekommen und konnten leider nicht essen.

Immer noch der beste Grieche in der Umgebung, große Portionen zu angemessenen Preisen in top Qualität.

Wir kommen regelmäßig zum Gregor und seinem bezaubernden Team. Tatsächlich haben wir hier für uns, den Stamm Griechen entdeckt.

Ich kenne dieses Lokal seit mehr als 20 Jahren, allerdings war ich geraumer Zeit nicht mehr dort. Zu meinem bedauern muss ich in Stichpunkten einiges negatives erwähnen. 1. Die Telefonische Reservierung war recht hektisch fast schon unhöflich. 2. An einem Sonntag 18 Uhr erwartet man das ein Standard Gericht vorhanden ist, war nicht so und musste in Anwesenheit des Chefs uns gegenüber überlegen was wir stattdessen wünschen würden. Etwas penetrant. 3. Kinder Portion war auch Fehlanzeige. 4. Bei einem Fleischgericht mit Salat und Beilagen sollte man denken Zatziki wäre inklusive, dieser extra Wunsch hat nochmal über 4€ mehr gekostet. 5. Auch wenn es vielleicht gut gemeint war, mindestens fünf mal wurden wir während dem Essen gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. 6. Nach so einer langen Bestand dieses Lokals hätte ich eine Karten Zahlung, grad mit der heutigen Zeit erwartet. Nichts desto trotz, Essen war nicht erstklassig aber gut und es war reichlich große Portionen. Werde vermutlich in Zukunft nicht mehr hier essen. Trotzdem alles Gute für die Zukunft.
