Worst McDonald's I know. Every time something is forgotten in the order, I don't even have to start talking about the waiting times... It's a total disorganized disaster!

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. No matter when you come and no matter how busy or little there is, you always have to wait an extremely long time.

15 minutes wait for taking a order… Extreme bad service No straws with the drinks No Coca Cola only ice tea… Never again here .

A single catastrophe. Today I placed a large order at the end of the holiday and again half of the Happy Meal was missing. Unfortunately, this has been the case with every order we have placed in recent visits. I now call it fraud or the employees employed there are not able to process a list. How about a higher hourly wage so that you get sensible people or the existing ones are more motivated. When I pay for something, I want to get what I pay for. Neither more nor less. For us this was definitely the last visit to McDonalds in Kall.

We came back from vacation in a good mood. We wanted to pick something up from McDrive, which took a total of over 20 minutes. There was a huge queue in front of and behind us. I've never been annoyed that MC's runs out of soft drinks. So a tip for the future (also to me), read the reviews, no matter how hungry you are

Everything was disgusting and dirty, the tables were all dirty, I actually wanted to ask for my money back and drive back, service was terrible and the burgers tasted like they had been in the microwave from yesterday and were ready. When we asked why the drink was missing, we were told we didn't have any left and instead there were now two apples. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melted, i.e. the burger was ice cold and when I opened the chicken burger and saw that the bottom part of the bun was missing, I had seen enough! This shop simply needs to be closed. I also believe that burgers that have been left under a heat lamp for 25 minutes are no longer allowed to be sold, but no one cares about that there. You can't find the words to say about the branch in Kall, it's simply inhumane!

All the employees jump around in their jogging clothes. The food is cold and not even remotely cooked, everything is haphazard and the German language is not fluent. Service is zero... What can I say? The worst Maces I've ever been to.

I personally hate eating at Mc's. But sometimes you don't have a choice. THIS IS THE BEST MC DONALDS I'VE EATED AT. The food we ordered was lukewarm. The staff was nice and friendly. But you couldn't stay there for long because the heating was cold. Every winter the heating in the fiale is hardly heated at all.

Just picked up an order in the drive at 5:00 p.m. The parking lot was almost empty and I only had 2 cars in front of me in the drive. And then the order is not complete again for the second time in a row!!! Last time they simply left out the free burgers that I paid for with points from the app! This time the following happened: I came back to Kall from Mechernich specifically to pick up the order, then I saw a police car behind me in the drive and I thought to myself: “Drive off straight away without checking your order so that you don't hinder the officers, because it's been going on for so long anyway took time!” When I arrive in Mechernich I notice that there is NOT a single sauce! is included with my order. I was entitled to 5 x sweet and sour sauce and 1 x sour cream and of course I paid for them too! This store needs to be closed! The employees who “work” at the checkout just stand around stupidly and don’t get anything done. I worked at McDonald's when I was at high school and I know that the job isn't rocket science! That was my last order from this underground branch! I hope the branch in Kommern opens quickly and is staffed with more capable staff! I'll never order here again! Scheint das Personal auch keines Wegs zu interessieren. Nicht schön und schön richtig eklig!

Real juice shop! Last night I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, specially without pickles, so that the burgers were at least fresh, which is unfortunately rarely the case, as usual, they weren't. When I got home, I ate the 4 cheeseburgers and about 30 minutes later, I started eating again! Incompetent staff working there.

The staff then responded in a very unfriendly manner and it was made very clear through their body language and facial expressions that they did not appreciate the advice and actually had no desire to exchange or adjust the product. Friday evening August 2nd, 2024, I stood in the drive-in for an astonishing 20 minutes (6:08 p.m. - 6:28 p.m.) without anything happening at all, so I decided not to support the whole thing and served my time without ordering .
