Wir bekamen ein halb geschmolzenen McFlurry der seit 5 Minuten auf der Theke stand. Der Mitarbeiter machte einen Klacks frischen McFlurry oben drauf! Absolutes No Go!

Das Essen war ok jedoch wurde die Soße vergessen. In den Ecken lag überall Dreck, zudem war das Fett der Chicken Nuggets mehr als alt. Die Steck Dose am Tisch war ekelhaft versifft und alter Salat klemmte dahinter.

Unter aller Sau Alles falsch bekommen und es steht nichts zur Verfügung Bitte schließen Sie den Laden Ich hab anstatt einer Apfeltasche zwei Pfirsichtaschen bekommen und meine Ehefrau hat anstatt Nuggets plant Nuggets bekommen. Was soll denn das?

Wie warten seit 30 Minuten und das Essen ist immer noch nicht da. Absolut lange Wartezeiten. Das Personal sag die Bestellung wäre als nächstes dran was aber gar nicht stimmt.

You actually know better and still fall for the store again. Ordered food at the terminal (with cash payment), then waited at the checkout for over 10 minutes until someone tried to cash out, but had problems giving out the change. After waiting for 20 minutes, some order numbers disappeared from the screen (food is being prepared). After another 10 minutes I asked when I would receive my food. Oh, what a miracle, my order isn't there....... When I asked for food or money back, someone tried to make me my meal. It was also complete. That was the only thing. While waiting, I noticed that almost every meal was given out incorrectly (drinks or food were always missing). If possible, I would only give minus stars.

Yesterday at McDonald's in Kall I waited at McDrive for over half an hour until I got my order, it can't be that long of a wait even though there wasn't much going on there, and the food wasn't anything special either, soggy fries, no napkins It's questionable whether I'll go there again.

To all future customers of this restaurant, This place has an incredibly bad ambience. The tables are dirty and the customers are way too loud. Even after asking, no one quieted down (which I find extremely rude). The orders had various errors and were sometimes completely missing and the drinks were only half filled (see pictures). Unfortunately, ordering is extremely difficult. Of the 4 order terminals (too few!), 3 were out of order (just because of the receipt printers?), and the order counter is not always manned. Ordered with a table number, they couldn't find it and left the order standing somewhere and getting cold... The team there was pretty overwhelmed, especially with small peak rushes. There was a serious traffic jam at the drive-in... So you should have a lot of patience. There is a McCafé, but I didn't see a barista there. But admittedly didn't order there. But the food was perfect.

When exchanging the spoons, 2 employees looked for clean spoons with the comment: None of them are clean. It's just awesome to say that in front of the customer. They then gave me 2 large spoons because they couldn't find any clean ones. And they were dirty too. That is not possible!

Where did the old “cozy” McDonald’s go??!! Now the last shop, not clean and very cold!!! It would be nice if you would turn off the air conditioning in winter and make it a little warmer...it's a disgrace to eat here!!!

This location has unfortunately become the worst of this chain that I have ever visited in recent times and I am a regular at McDonald's. The waiting times are unimaginably long. I sometimes get my food quicker in a conventional restaurant. Just this evening around 10:30 p.m. on the way to the end of the day, do you want to take a quick turn and pick something up? Sure, if you stand at the ordering station on the drive for a good 20 minutes and there are 3 vehicles in front of you waiting to be handed out and not a single one of them is processed for over 15 minutes. In total it took a good 30 minutes until I received my food, mostly cold. I was no longer willing to complain about it, otherwise I would never have gotten away from it... The gentleman taking the order apologized because there was no staff there. At the front, three people packed up the bags and because the kitchen couldn't keep up, they waited happily. If there is not enough staff in the kitchen, you should probably employ boring staff to prepare food... One would at least hope that the shift manager knew his team and had the most skilled “cooks” in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this has become a permanent situation there. At peak times we last waited inside for 55 minutes and then didn't even receive the correct goods. That was quickly corrected, but oh well... There can always be stressful situations, no problem. I have a lot of understanding for things like that. But since we don't go there every day and have had these experiences every time we visit for about a year, I can no longer imagine coincidence or exception. It will definitely be the last time at this location.

We always get food from Mc Drive. And every time I order an extra cheeseburger. Since you always have to drive into the side lane because the staff is apparently understaffed, the aforementioned cheeseburger or sauces are almost always missing! So management really needs to intervene!!!
