Everything in the restaurant is actually great. Unfortunately, I had a nasty surprise when picking up a meal. Contrary to my order, something was prepared incorrectly. When I told them I hadn't ordered it, the waiter got angry. I took the dish as it was. Afterward, I realized I had paid for what I had ordered and got the much cheaper option. I haven't been back since. It's a shame.

The schnitzel is a frozen schnitzel, not good. The fries were delicious and the service was very friendly.

The restaurant is not suitable for families with small children. We wanted to eat there together at the start of the school year, but the owner couldn't stand my 2-year-old son playing with cars on the table. We left the restaurant and went to another establishment. To avoid any discomfort, I would recommend putting up a sign on the door saying "children 6 and older only."

Now that a new crew, the Evrin family, has reopened Fero (formerly Hüttenhof), this restaurant is highly recommended! Great dishes, a good, large yet concise menu, and a wide selection of drinks are offered. Everything is freshly prepared, delicious, plentiful, and tasty! 🥰 👍 👍 Add to that the friendly, courteous, attentive, and fast service! 🥰 👍 👍 This won't be our last visit to Fero! You should make a reservation, though!

The food left a lot to be desired. Frozen schnitzel, chili cheese fries are a disgrace, with bad fries without salt, tube cheese, and other stuff that doesn't belong there. Since the Coke was cold, it gets one star. Mayonnaise from a single-serve packet, everything thrown onto the plate without any care, and then a lot of money was spent on it. Unfair. Folks, if you can't or don't want to, have no idea about cooking, and only know how to use an oven and a deep fryer, skip it and do something else. Thanks to the friendly waitresses.

This family business does a perfect job in the catering industry and offers the Euskirchen district one of the best restaurants in the district. The 5 of us had dinner yesterday. Service very nice. The food is very good so far, it would only be better if you used fresh schnitzel for the dish instead of ready-made schnitzel. The guest will definitely enjoy it and appreciate it. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

1st visit today... Basically, I'm initially surprised when I have to pay 12 euros or more for a burger... But the Hawaiian burger was worth it. The fries from the first to the last were also an absolute pleasure. Modern, rustic atmosphere, high-quality furnishings, you sit comfortably. Very nice service, staff. Price/performance is absolutely right. No wonder that reservations are recommended in the evenings. It wasn't the last time I was there :)

We didn't have a chance to eat. Our request that my husband (just out of the hospital) be allowed to sit while waiting for a free table was denied twice. We were even sent out with the words "they'd better go eat somewhere else, I don't have to give myself that." Impossible!

Oh Fero ❤️ As always, every visit is excellent. You are always warmly welcomed. If you make a reservation in advance with the right number of people, it's never a problem (the restaurant is always busy, so I would always make a reservation). Now about the food. I don't know of any burger from Cologne - Aachen that comes close to Fero. The patties, the sauces, the drink selection, the fries and especially: the cheddar sauce 10/10. The portions are large and the selection is always fresh. There is nothing I would complain about. I would also rate the restaurant higher. Unfortunately it doesn't work on Google. A culinary pearl of the Eifel.

We came here with our two children because we were traveling and looking for something to eat. The ambience, food and service were great! We were able to continue driving very enthusiastically.

It's a shame actually. I was there spontaneously as a stranger and was immediately told by the owner that I had a maximum of an hour, after which the tables would all be occupied. At this point the restaurant was at most a quarter full. I was then immediately asked if I could hopefully!! I would have chosen something from the menu and my order came very quickly. Paprika schnitzel with fries that were carelessly scattered across the plate. While I ate quickly so as not to put myself under any more pressure, a small group of people, apparently locals and known to the owner, came into the restaurant. When the new guests pointed out that they didn't have a reservation, they responded with a generous "no problem at all." I did my duty and then left the restaurant in a hurry. The food was nothing more than okay and the staff was friendly. But for me it's not worth another visit.

Food wasn't that good. Schnitzel frozen goods, chilli cheese fries a disgrace with bad fries without salt, tube cheese and other nonsense that has no place there. Cola was cold, hence 1 star. Mayonnaise from the tear-off package, everything kind of carelessly slapped onto the plate and then you paid a lot of money for it. Unfair. Guys...if you can't and don't want to, don't know anything about cooking and only know the oven and deep fryer, leave it alone and do something else. Thanks to the waitresses, they were nice.

Completely satisfied. I had the bacon burger with fries and two beers. The food was of excellent quality and very tasty. The service was very attentive and everything was perfect at our table of 8 people, everyone was very satisfied and the food came warm and absolutely at the same time for everyone. Even in the very modern toilet you could have eaten off the floor. There is also a large number of cocktails - I personally didn't have one, but everyone was satisfied. All in all, highly recommended, it couldn't be better...

Tested it spontaneously on a recommendation and was almost not disappointed. Meat is always possible and can never be too much. The grill plate for two had to believe in it. There were also garlic fries. Tastes good and plentiful. According to the menu there should be a salad. There was a salad buffet, but unfortunately there was no communication about whether you could help yourself etc. Unfortunately there was also no dip or sauce, you can order it separately. For 49 euros there could have been at least a dip or herb butter. Kind of monotonous. Definitely one of the better restaurants in the area. You can go there.
