McDonald's in Neumünster

I don't know what's been going on with you guys lately, but you just can't seem to prepare food properly. You need to train your kitchen staff more. It's been happening way too often lately.

The food has gone downhill. Since when is there no sauce on the burgers? The burgers were very dry...and unfortunately also cold.

Charging stations for electric cars.

Rude cashier. Generally, the staff were very rude.

Friendly and well-maintained. The usual satisfactory quality from McDonald's. Long opening hours for a village like Neumünster :) One star deducted because this McDonald's requires bank verification when using mobile payment. Annoying and leads to waiting times.

I went to Burger Bro in Neumünster and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious – the burgers were freshly prepared, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were crispy and served piping hot. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can tell they cook with love. I'll definitely be back – a definite recommendation for all burger lovers! 🍔🙌

What a mess! We placed our order on our phone, and only half of it arrived at the table! When we asked the first server about it, they just stared in disbelief, and when we asked them to check the tablet, they simply asked why. Only the branch manager was able to sort things out! So, next time we'll definitely go to a different branch. Unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, and there was trash everywhere! We won't be going back.

Yesterday's spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all and absolutely bone dry. At €10.99 for a meal deal, it's outrageous!

It's a shame that the staff only had time for their cell phones in front of the customers at first. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

Honestly, what can I say? The food isn't bad, but it's not amazing either; after all, we're talking about McDonald's, not a high-end restaurant. The service is reasonably fast; when it's busy, the staff can't do anything to slow things down, and you can tell they're doing their best. Coordination is perhaps a little lacking, but otherwise, everything's fine.

So, we were there exactly 2 minutes ago. And no hello, no goodbye, just not a word. The service there is absolutely terrible, unfortunately, I'm used to it differently.

Typical McDonald's food quality... however, the service and cleanliness of the store leave much to be desired. Something is almost always forgotten in an order, and it's unfortunately unpleasant to eat there, as the tables, among other things, are sticky.

The food was okay by default. But this place was the most run-down McDonald's I've ever been to. The benches were scratched, the tables were sticky, and it seemed as if no one cared to fix it. There was dirt all over the floor. There were tons of staff there, but no one took care of the mess. The ordering machine looked like it hadn't seen a wipe in a long time. The place itself seemed very outdated. It's a good thing we were passing through. I wouldn't go to this place again. I'd rather have my local McDonald's.

It's orderly, service is top-notch. Everyone is friendly.

By far the worst Meccanica we've been to. The nuggets were cold and tasted stale, the TS was also cold, and the fries were almost inedible. At least the Coke tasted good. If the place hadn't been so busy, I wouldn't have enjoyed the food and would have raised the alarm... The parking situation is terrible; the drive-thru lane runs right through the parking spaces, so if you want to exit, you have to rely on the goodwill of the drive-thru customers. Horrible 😞

So we had one meal, and the burger sauce was missing, and the fries were missing mayo. No mayo at the happy meal, cold noodles. I wanted a strawberry milkshake, but I got a vanilla one. So it went bad. P.S. We took it to-go and didn't look inside right away.

The food tasted good but there was hair on my drink and on the top of the lid.

The food is delicious, but the service is really unfriendly. They're really slow, and you have to wait a long time for the food to arrive.

At exactly midnight on a Saturday night, you get kicked out. The food was cold and tasted like it had been fried several times.

The ordering system is apparently too complicated for the staff. This is the third time in a row that items are missing or the wrong ones are included. A little tip: Increase the font size or have each item in the order confirmed during packing. Simply annoying...

The service at the counter leaves a lot to be desired. The same goes for the food. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

McDonald's wants to be everything: a cafe, a burger shop with a huge selection. They should go back to their roots.

Dirty McDonald's. They don't take out trash, there's paper everywhere in the restrooms, and the place stinks. McFlurry ingredients are poured into ice cream cups from cups, and items are left out of the order. A huge amount of litter is left in the kitchen and by the ice cream machine. Nobody cared. We won't be back.

Products of the usual McDonald's quality and style. However, the service staff was clearly unwilling or unable (possibly due to a lack of product knowledge) to identify missing menu items and provide them despite repeated, clear warnings, so we ended up with an incomplete meal. We wouldn't go back.

The food was really bad and not up to McDonald's standards. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the tables were very messy and dirty, even though there was nothing going on there. The toilets and sinks appeared to have never been cleaned.

30 minutters to get our food. Server said that it was normal. No complementary icecream for the not so fast food.

I tried to buy an MC Flurry. After standing around with the order slip for 10 minutes, an employee took pity on me and accepted it. Unfortunately, the employee disappeared. After a few minutes, I left without anything. What a shame 😅 Fast food is actually something else entirely.

At this location, I've experienced several deliberate attempts at the McDonald's Drive-In to circumvent the automatic time recording system. Customers are specifically asked to drive forward a few meters – apparently to manipulate the camera analysis and thus the drive-in time. This doesn't seem like an isolated incident, but rather a systematic approach. I'm particularly critical of the fact that this is apparently being done on the instructions of the shift manager. When a franchise partner of the McDonald's Group attempts to influence internal performance indicators in this way, it raises questions – not only about this location, but also about whether similar practices are being followed elsewhere. As a customer, I get the impression that incentives are being deliberately used or exploited to create a better image – at the expense of transparency and possibly also service quality. I hope McDonald's takes such allegations seriously and checks whether internal standards are truly being adhered to at all locations.

The food was lukewarm. The fries were thrown into the bag, so you had to pick them out again. Mc Chicken in a Mc Wrap paper.

Just picked up food for five people via drive-thru, and once again, items are missing. It's happening more and more often. Driving back isn't an option; the rest will be cold. Sour.

I ordered a McPlant to go and then saw at home that the burger was made with meat. That's completely unacceptable. I'd gladly give it 0 stars.

After a long wait at a fast food restaurant, they removed the license plates from the terminal, so you HAVE to pick it up yourself at the counter so the employees don't have to leave. Very unfriendly employees, some of whom can't even speak German.

Unfortunately, the same problem keeps cropping up here: The license plates for table service are regularly put away by the staff. When asked, they always say there are none left – presumably because the staff doesn't want to deal with them and it's too much of a hassle. This often leads to the entrance area looking messy – almost like a train station.

Ordered, picked up, and drove home. Of course, something was missing again. So I went back and picked up the rest. :(

No delivery on Sundays due to staff shortages. Many people want to have deliveries made.

Unfortunately, we were greeted by very unfriendly staff. There were no table numbers left, and when we asked for one, we were told "NO." Upon closer inspection, we saw that no one had a table number. The fries were cold.

Well, I was invited there. We waited almost 20 minutes for the burgers. For a fast food restaurant, I was used to something different, or rather, I expected something different. And well, what's in the "food" isn't all that great either.

One Sunday morning, I had a really good cappuccino to go here – a great start. That evening, I thought to myself: "A small cheeseburger for the way home? Why not?" What happened next, however, was more like a rabbit hole than fast food: I stood around with a horde of young people for over 30 minutes while we collectively watched the team calmly sort fries, package burgers, and distribute them one by one. A cheeseburger drama in slow motion – somehow strange, somehow fascinating. Unfortunately, the cheeseburgers were cold!

Absolutely disappointing. Never been to such a bad McDonald's: The food was cold, the entire order was delivered incorrectly. Just a zero number. Never again.

I've never had anything like that before. My order was ignored. I only got my food after 30 minutes. Others who ordered after me got their food after just 5 minutes and the boss simply sent away customers who wanted to order. I've never experienced anything like that

So slow, I waited over 15 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. One just stands around and picks his finger, one checks everything 5 times... It doesn't work at all

Bought a double pack of menus from the app for 12.99 because there should be Minecraft game content included. Food came without...with the justification that it wasn't in their system. The whole wall was stacked full of small boxes. The app was shown again to show that it was included and that it had been paid for accordingly.... Nobody was interested. Impossible to lure customers with something like that and not give anything out. Unfortunately, due to demand, the food was lukewarm when we ate it.

Unfortunately only to a limited extent. However, the staff was friendly and tried hard.

So I'm not at peace one of my children wanted this bine from this Minecraft game now he's disappointed and sad the food is a bit cold the service is OK but on the pick up screen it's true just removed our number that really irritated me the store so the ambience is true ok not mine but nice and nice I resist when the service says the number and then asks which toy so please every child comes up with that!? Well McDonald's if you let it then do that! So that doesn’t make sense?! Even a dog can just throw toys in! Or a duck or something else, well just change it a bit and then it's great!

The employee comes from outside, doesn't wash his hands or disinfect them, and then eats the prepared fries. DISGUSTING! If I hadn't pointed this out, someone would be getting these fries.

Food was ready quickly and hot too. Definitely recommended for a "small" hunger in between and especially for children if you like McDonald's. The price-performance ratio is okay. Coziness is something different, but it is also a fast restaurant. :) It was clean and well maintained.

Everything is outdated and the staff is very slow.

Today around 6:40 p.m. ordered Cicken Nuggets 20s with a large bag of fries after I had to wait 4 minutes at the order terminal. That was also paid for. The receipt was not given and there was a small bag of chips inside with 20 count nuggets. Very sad because I have to work hard for what I earn. The staff probably less so.

This McDonald's is not recommended, the store is very unfriendly when the dialing screen has a misfire and when you want to let them know that the screen isn't doing its job.... Will you also be insulted at the checkout? I have been with McDonald's almost my life as an old customer. So very simple. I wish McDonald's a happy downfall. I will be better served at Bürger King

McDonald's isn't just a restaurant - it's a feeling. A safe haven in stormy times. A place where my worries melt away like cheese on a freshly fried patty. I come here so often that the cashier should soon greet me with "Welcome back, king." The fries? Golden yellow, crispy, a masterpiece. The burger? A hug in food form. The McFlurry? Food like everywhere else. Service could speak a little more clearly and listen better and be faster. Practice makes perfect.

Never seen such a dirty McDonald's. Staff are busy drinking and feeding themselves while packing. As a precautionary measure, the table signs will not be put back into circulation, as you just have to use them quickly. Not a good McDonald's!!!

My son wanted a hamburger with just a patty, ketchup and a slice of tomato. Apparently it didn't work. OK Then please one citizen with just patty and ketchup and the whole thing twice. Getting a burger with everything but mustard. And the employee couldn't be understood at the drive due to language differences.

No free ketchup in Germany. I recommend, Belgium, UK or Sweden instead. “You hast curry dip!”

Simply underground, the nuggets were just dead, the cheeseburgers were dark and carelessly slapped together, one was even cold and the service person at the drive answered very annoyed and unfriendly when you asked questions.

Forgot 2 burgers, this isn't the first time... Something is always missing...

Time of crime approximately 8:30 p.m. on December 14th, 2024 A very bad franchise operator from the McDonald's chain. We put together a meal at the terminal and you can't enter the order correctly on the screen. We asked the branch management and got stupid answers (she wasn't there when we ordered, she was busy right now, etc.); if a person can't act in this position, they're out of place. Some of the tables were dirty, the floor could have been swept, trash from lazy guests was on the tables and the service carts were overflowing. There were about 8 people behind the counter and no one was responsible for filling the restaurant. The pickup screen was also broken at the time, so the numbers were called out very quietly in the room and you couldn't understand it. The fries were so cold, the burgers were lukewarm, and so were the nuggets. We lost our appetite and didn't eat it and put it on one of the overcrowded serving trolleys. Don't want to know what the toilets looked like? This facility will not see us again.

What a bad McDonalds. Dirty toilet facilities, Tablet carts were completely full and overflowing. Tables that are not wiped clean. I can only advise against the store. Oh yes, the food was cold too. I've never rated anything But that's really bad.

Was there today, the very last thing, I asked a lady from the staff to please clean the table we wanted to sit at, waited for about 10 minutes, then she got very mushy, fired the remains of the table on the floor, and then it banged Extremely rude lady threw the chair from the next table that wasn't directly at the table against the table.. The place is pretty dirty... Even when there was a lot going on, you should always appear polite and nice... Which is probably not possible in this restaurant, maybe you should be Sending staff to a friendliness seminar...it was the last visit for us

I ordered 1x McSmart menu and 20 nuggets at McDrive. Although I wanted everything freshly prepared, they gave me fries and nuggets that were fried the second time. There's also something wrong with the burgers. It tasted rancid and smelled rotten. The fries are soggy and inedible. The nuggets just like that. The “food” is still almost completely there. On Monday I will hand the whole thing over to the SH state laboratory and inform the food regulatory office about it.

Table service is selected - and then an older employee barks at you as you walk past that your order is there on the counter and the food is ready! It's not for nothing that I choose table service when I'm traveling with the children. Such a disgrace! Unfortunately it's not clean either.

This McDonald's gets five stars from me for the ambience and top service. The staff was super nice and they also talked to each other. Which was very positive for me. Stay like that.

It's been a long time since I went to McDonald's, the burgers are only half as big, it's a shame. It still tasted good. For this price it's not much food.

Be careful: McDrive involves cheating. They billed for 2 burgers, but there was only one in the bag. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home...
