The food and the staff were good!! But it was absolutely filthy. Tables not clean, despite few guests. We cleaned them ourselves, even after wiping twice the towels were still black. Three toilets, one without toilet paper, one completely contaminated with feces, one wet. Garbage in the children's area outside Richard and Maurice would have been ashamed.

Absolute disaster... Food is cold, table service doesn't move a meter and you have to get it yourself after the number has been shouted 100 times through the store. Toilets are a mess and there is no lighting in the women's toilet. Next time I'd rather go into the forest and pick berries...

Order arrived about an hour late. Everything (3 burgers, fries, nuggets; around €35) was cold, soggy and falling apart. I had called the restaurant in between because they said online that my order had been in transit for a long time and was told it was "on hold" because the store was too busy, but my delivery would be in 20 minutes. Delivery took place another 40 minutes later by an extremely unfriendly employee who was apparently only interested in getting rid of the soggy paper bag quickly.

We stop here often because the car can be charged next door. Can not complain. Very friendly and helpful staff, cleaner than a typical rest stop and it was always quick. Definitely one of the better McDonalds.

Food ok, everything good! But cleanliness and hygiene are a total disaster. Sticky benches and tables throughout the restaurant. The floor is full of leftover food. Dead insects on the windowsill. Simply disgusting. It's probably a case for the health department.

I called on July 28th, 2024 in the morning and was threatened with the police even though I hadn't said anything yet and then insulted after calling 3 times. It was an Arabic employee because my husband also spoke there and was treated normally and I was directly threatened by the police because I spoke good German. I think it was from this person who had the phone on the morning of July 28th, 2024 very unfriendly and very aggressive towards me. I hope it will be clarified as quickly as possible who that is because he has always never said his name and so I would be happy if it is clarified and he is admonished because he behaved very disrespectfully towards me on the phone. And I would be very happy if someone could give me a tip on where I could report him to the human resources department, because that was the very last number he always did, threatening me with the police and then hanging up on me and then insulting me and so on call it stupid. It doesn't matter why I'm calling (about a job actually). I'm not worth working for a company like that. When you are treated like dirt on the phone because the person opposite doesn't understand you in German and then you are immediately threatened and insulted. Otherwise the other employee was very nice and kudos to her.

The food was OK, as you know it, just warm and not hot. The service was quick, the atmosphere was unclean, the tables and chairs were dirty. All in all too expensive. Unfortunately.

I am deeply disappointed, not only because we ordered and the food for almost €70 didn't arrive, but because they are trying to take you for a fool. I write from my personal perspective. We had ordered through a delivery service who sent us a message that the food would be there at 6:20 p.m., of course I wasn't stupid because our bell didn't work, I posted myself at the front door at 6:15 p.m. After a while nothing to see, now it's already 6:45 p.m. I decided to call at 6:55 p.m. and asked if they had forgotten us? The one who said: "No, we were already there, we've been trying to draw attention to ourselves for an hour." I then said: "How can that be? Then we would have had to run into each other's arms or I would have seen you." The one who said: "We're sorry, we can't do anything about it, you have to come to us now and pick up the food." Then I said: "Okay." I then had to set off by car and got there at 7:20 p.m. Now my question to you: "How long did the whole thing take until I got there and how long did you try to draw attention to yourself from 6:20 p.m.?" Well, I tried to explain my disappointment to the person in charge. The person currently in charge completely impossible and rejected all mistakes. The only thing he could probably do now was prepare the food again. I then said: “That’s probably the minimum.” Now I sat there and watched them do the (“NEW PREPARATION”). I actually saw them taking our old order and reheating it and giving it to me again. I had the faxes full!!! Not only was the old, warmed food foisted on me and the food was really inedible due to the double frying, but they also tried to play me for a fool, even when I asked if it was freshly prepared. Honestly: never again!

Early in the morning, the MC breakfast was freshly prepared, very tasty and recommended.

The purest catastrophe! You won't be served for ages (McDrive) without a hello, let alone information that it's still taking a while. Minutes later he appears at the window and only takes part of the order, but doesn't understand us at all (we just wanted a McFlury and an MC Sundae). Then he left again and gave us no information again. When asked when things will continue, all I get is an annoyed “just a moment”. Even a screaming baby in the car didn't motivate him to finally finish taking our order. We drove again, it doesn't work at all!!! And there was hardly anything going on...

Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had bad experiences. Entered an order at the terminal. Received these quickly. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were packed completely wildly into the bag. And something went wrong during the previous “assembly”. That was nothing again and now for the last time. A pity!

I ordered a Double Big Mac Bacon TS without lettuce, without cucumbers and without tomatoes to take away. When I wanted to eat the burger I noticed that there was both lettuce and pickles on it and both the cheese and the bacon were missing. Since there wasn't much going on and the employees weren't under any stress, I find it absolutely incomprehensible that a burger could be so badly wrong. I would also have paid a lot less for a Double Big Mac. I am therefore absolutely dissatisfied with today's work. As far as the service is concerned, it's generally friendly, but you should speak at a level that allows you as a customer to understand the employees.

After ordering at the terminal, I waited 10 minutes for staff to accept the cash payment… then waited another 25 minutes for a breakfast burger and a cappuccino… which then had to be made again when I asked because I had ordered a milk alternative. Terrible…

Fast, problem-free and friendly

We had to wait over half an hour for two bacon and egg muffins and two hot drinks. The muffin bread was charred black. We ordered to eat there, but had everything handed to the waitress as we passed by. I've never experienced anything like this with this chain before...

Were there for the first time. Everything was great.

Unfortunately unqualified staff... At first the coupon (two classics for €7.50) was not properly understood, which wasn't a problem, it could be scanned. The employee then selected the wrong burgers and after we pointed this out, the coupon could no longer be used. No further coupon was provided by the store and we were sent away…. It's a shame, I was so looking forward to my Hamburger TS

Unfriendly, disrespectful service!!

Ordered takeaway food there. Unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through. For the children, they would have forgotten the toy in the Happy Meal if you hadn't paid attention to it.

McDonald's in Nottuln. The tables were mostly dirty. The fries had only “seen” the fat briefly. Returned the fries and new ones were delivered to the table. These were a little better but still more white. Hamburger Royal TS is not even remotely stacked properly. I don't expect food prepared with love but this was slapped together. And there was nothing going on, so it certainly wasn't stressful.

The meal was quite cold and dry. The toilet poorly maintained. Update My empty stomach brought me to this shop again. I can hardly believe it but nothing, absolutely nothing, has gotten better. The floor is already stuck in the entrance and runs through the entire guest room. I can't imagine that the toilets will be cleaned either. The food wasn't really warm again, or better yet, the fries could have stayed in for a few more minutes. Cold and muddy But this garbage has become really expensive. If I go to this chain again, I will definitely not go to this branch.

A well-groomed appearance was immediately canceled out by a lame team who couldn't handle two orders at 9:45 a.m. Unfortunately, the "foreman" / "shift management" apparently got up on the wrong foot. A regular cappuccino and a breakfast burger were apparently too much work at this time of day. Meanwhile, the colleagues who prepare the burgers celebrated on TikTok. Everything was fine I think 10 minutes is too long for these two things.

Overpriced, cheap goods, poor service

So I have to honestly admit that after all the very bad experiences and one particularly rude employee, I had a perfect time today. The service from the people was great and the crazy looking man with a cap and a revolver belt full of technology understood it! Super nice, helpful and everything under control. Also the other team. Keep it up!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever seen. I ordered a simple menu. It was not possible to find a clean place, all the tables were dirty. After waiting half an hour I wanted my money back and they became rude.

We ended up in a hell of a commotion because one of the machines had a false reading. The two nice employees didn't manage to fix the error. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper or soap. The floor was very sticky.

As with every McDonald's... It tastes and costs the same everywhere. That's exactly what I like every few weeks. Especially when traveling...

There's nothing wrong with the store itself. But what I wanted wasn't possible at the terminal and when I finally finished everything after 10 minutes, there was no receipt because there was no paper in the printer. At the counter and throughout the store there were always oily eyes who understood absolutely nothing. Sad.

We tried the delivery service. The ordering process was easy. The order arrived slightly late because the driver couldn't find our house. The house is right on the street and there is a large house number that is actually clearly visible. No delivery service or parcel delivery company has ever had this problem. Driver called and asked for help - no problem. It would have been nice if the passenger wasn't also talking loudly on the phone, as I could hardly understand a word the caller was saying. Driver was nice and polite. Unfortunately, the order was absolutely ice cold, not even lukewarm and the burgers, especially the nuggets, had probably been on display for a long time and were very, very sticky. In addition, the sauces we ordered were forgotten. You don't expect a high level of culinary delight in advance - everyone is aware of that, but the quality and service has deteriorated significantly.

I have rarely seen such a dirty place, not a single table was clean. Even after asking the staff, the table was only cleaned superficially. Disgusting. Doesn't bother the staff.

I paid €17 and got a completely wrong menu and only two out of three burgers! I'm really disappointed!!!

Ordered food at the counter and brought it to the car at 7:10 p.m. Milkshake was once again not available twice on the menu If you only ordered 1 of these, you would get 4x fries, so 2 too many, and of the 9 McNuggets only 6 made it into the box... if the route wasn't too far for me, I would drag the staff behind the counter through the gap . It can't be that damn hard.

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. We always come from Münster. Food is always warm and freshly prepared. Table service is super fast and also very friendly. The cleanliness is also great. Feel free to go to a branch in Münster, it looks completely different there!

As always, there are no table number displays at the terminals...ok, you already know that. As always, the animation for children is defective...you already know that. The dirty floors, the filthy toilets and the faucet that is almost cheekily set too high... there's a catch. Nothing new here. But now you're starting to top the burgers - in my case a TS - with buns (from a hamburger) that are too small. Can happen when the place is full. Then it's ok to serve me balsamic vinegar instead of barbeque sauce and question my complaint about this. Of course, I always order balsamic vinegar with the fries... That option doesn't even exist, but hey, what am I upset about? Conclusion: Congratulations, you continue to be the worst McD I have met. You have to do it first...

The vegetarian burger, simply brilliant. Maybe a few more comfortable places instead of high seats. My suggestion would be visibility and noise protection.

I wasn't asked what sauce I wanted with my fries, it was just decided that it would be a mayo. I wanted the curry dip!!!!

Coffee was okay. Toilets without lights and dirty.

Ich bin auf 180 gerade bei dem w....sladen bestellt mdie 8 er Shrimps nicht dabei die sossen statt süsssauer cocktail und chili die Hamburger royal ts mit zusätzlich Fleisch nur mit einem patty obwohl der Karton so beschriftet war . Das ist nicht das erste Mal und telefonisch nicht zu erreichen . Ab heute werde ich diese gesamte burgerkette boykottieren wie diese Palästinenser das auch machen . Eine unverschämtheit dann noch statt eistee Cola rausgegeben ich darf keine Kohlensäurehaltigen Produkte trinken . 🤐🤐😡😡😡😡😠😠😠🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

2 Leute vom Personal mit Handy am rumspielen ... Fast jeder Tisch dreckig und unter den Tischen auch. Der tablettwagen läuft über ... Scheint ja nichts zu tun zu sein wenn sie Zeit fürs Handy haben...

Sehr ärgerlich: habe zum wiederholten Male beim Drive-in die falschen Burger bekommen, Chicken statt Cheese. Falsche Beilagen, Curly Fries statt normale Pommes frites. Personal wirkt schlecht geschult. Antwort auf Kundenfrage, ob man noch 2 Hamburger mehr bekommen könne: "das geht nicht, jetzt ist zu spät". Nicht sehr professionell...

McDonalds halt... Zweckmäßig und überteuert. Kann man gelegentlich mal machen, aber sicher nicht hier! Bei Speisen zum Mitnehmen wird generell mindestens ein Artikel "vergessen" und die Burger werden meist nur lieblos zusammen gepappt. Man könnte bei freundlichem Umgang vielleicht noch über einiges hinwegsehen, der fehlt hier nur leider auch. Schade!

Mc Donald’s halt. Der Hunger treibst rein. Das was man erhält, entspricht in keinem Fall der Werbung. Aber man weiß ja schon vorher, dass man nicht das bekommt, was man auf den Plakaten offeriert bekommt. Das Restaurant selbst macht einen sauberen Eindruck (sogar die Sanitärkeramik gereinigt) und die Mitarbeiter flott und freundlich.

Sauber und gepflegt. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Bestellen ist sehr einfach. Bestellung wird schnell zubereitet.

Ein guter MC...Obwohl es voll war und die Arbeiter Stress hatten waren sie sehr bemüht und freundlich.Das Essen war frisch und heiss einzige Kritik natürlich sind die Preise..Es ist sehr teuer für Fast Food

Leider geht bei mc Donalds kaum noch Bargeld zudem sind Coupons nur noch über app einlösbar. Aufpassen am drive in! Da wird oft was vergessen. Innen ist es recht sauber je nachdem wie hoch das aufkommen ist, ist das Personal schnell überfordert.

Da wurden kleine Weingummiburger verteilt... Richtig cool!

Die Mitarbeiter machen hier einen guten Job. Ich wünschte die Kinderecke mit dem Projektor innen wäre wieder aktiv oder wenigstens die Spielgeräte repariert. Es funktioniert nur 1 von 3 und ist sehr alt und langsam.

Beste McDonald‘s Experience seit ich denken kann. Sämtliche Burger on point, so gut dass wir noch Nachschub holen mussten!

Ist halt ein McDonald's. Ist nichts besonderes

Essen ist normaler McDonald's Standard. Aber die Mitarbeiter dort gehen echt gar nicht. Erst verstehen viele nur die Hälfte und man muss es mehrmals wiederholen, damit die Bestellung korrekt aufgenommen werden kann. Und dann bekommt man noch freche und patzige Antworten, wenn man Nachfragen zur Bestellung stellt, da man die Mitarbeiter "ja nur aufhalten würde...". Und die Preise von McDonald's steigen auch seit Jahren und das Essen ist das aufgerufene Geld einfach nicht mehr wert. Dafür kann aber die Filiale im Einzelnen jetzt nichts dafür.

Bestellung per Automaten. Tischbedienung war sehr schnell. Die Sauberkeit der Tische ließ zu wünschen übrig und auch die Tablettwagen waren überfüllt.

Einer der wenigen McDonald's, wo echt alles super läuft.

Halte hier gelegentlich an zum Kaffee trinken. Habe ich morgens noch nie richtig voll erlebt.

Wie gewohnt schlechtes und überteuertes Essen. Immerhin gibt sich das Personal hier etwas Mühe und es ist relativ sauber.

Habe den falschen Wrap bekommen, anstatt sweet Chili war's der Cesar. Das merkt man leider erst am Ende, weil die Soße meistens sowieso nur auf einem Ende ist.

Ein McDonald's ohne spektakulären Unterschied zu anderen Filialen. Die Kinder können sich an einem Ständer mit aufgeblasenen Luftballons am Stiel bedienen.

Wirklich bei JEDER Bestellung im drive fehlt etwas. Gestern extra drauf geachtet, dass die süß sauer Soße, die die letzten 2 Male gefehlt hat, mit in die Tüte getan wird. Zu Hause angekommen dann gesehen, dass die kompletten Nuggets fehlen. Dann wenigstens auf den Crispy Chicken Homestyle gefreut, der ja da war. AAAAABER, da war einfach ein Rindfleischpatty drauf?!?!?! 🤦‍♀️

Lange Wartezeiten für 3 Cheeseburger, im Laden überall Fliegen und das WC um 14:00 schon nicht mehr anmehmbar, alles unsauber und ein mieser Geruch
