McDonald's Restaurant in Pocking

We got something to eat about an hour ago and unfortunately they forgot the fries in the entire order. Because we took it with us, we didn't see until we got home that the fries were coming off. Otherwise everything was great 👍🏻

Classic McDonalds, I was happy with my meal, wife and daughter said they had cold burgers. Apart from this minor stumble, this branch of the multinational chain is adequate by the chain's standards.

Unfortunately, I don't like the new ordering concept. Touch is nonsense here. We are forced to produce more products... it's no longer mine...

Very complicated to ask an employee for something. You were referred to the next one and the one after that.

Fast service and the food as expected. Clean and well organized. Ideal for a quick snack.

Update today 04/23/25 around 5:15 p.m. I don't know how much the guy on the McDrive intercom makes, but he deserves a raise!! 100 points for the nice man in service. Great! McDonald’s Pocking is lucky to have such a good-humored, friendly, child-loving employee. The day will be more beautiful. Thanks Fast and ordering with the app worked great and brought to the table. Great with children. But it was freezing cold. Like a refrigerator in the children's corner. With the cold ventilation. It's also really unnecessary to cool the children's drinks in winter, especially since it's far too cold for the little ones anyway. It is better to use the energy at a little room temperature.

Bad McDonald's, never fresh, everything cold when you order, a piece of advice, go to another McDonald's and you'll see the difference like earth and soil. I would never eat there again!!!!! My opinion .

Today it was possible to sit outdoors everywhere throughout Pocking and the surrounding area. But at McDonald's we had to drink the ☕️ inside in incredibly beautiful outside temperatures in the most amazing 🌞 sunshine. Sorry, I don't understand that. Not a single café far and wide isn't open outside today except McDonald's Pocking. We were really very surprised. The whole of Bad Füssing went to the outdoor café, the whole of Bad Griesbach went to the outdoor café, and opposite the McDonald's there was the outdoor ice cream café. But McDonald's will remain closed outside in this weather. And total overcrowding inside. Hardly any space available in the afternoon. When I asked, they said, no, no discussion, stays closed!!!! The last photo shows the McDonald's open in the evening in Passau on the same day, wonderfully outdoors, chairs outside, parasols were open just for comparison with Pocking

The food is standard at Mac. The service was good and the place was clean. I would be happy to make a detour to this Mac again.

Hello again, Today we spontaneously went to McDonalds in Pocking. The burgers and fries were good, and the chicken nuggets were also great. The service was equally nice and friendly. Only the men's toilet wasn't quite optimal. The paper towel holder was empty and a urinal was broken. There are worse things, but the children's area was nicely decorated😀

Firstly, you have to wait forever until you get the food and the food was cold and not good, never again

It seems to be popular, as many people come here and therefore sometimes the restaurant is a bit "swimming" with garbage, but this also applies to other McDonald's. There is disinfectant at the counter👌 It's like most McDonald's. 😉 I recommend it 🤝☺️

Clean, friendly staff. But unfortunately the food doesn't look that great in its original form. Were very disappointed again. We were looking forward to the M. But it was really small. Not worth the money 💰.

Interior (tables, benches, chairs) could be cleaner. The toilets weren't very clean either. Toilet paper was lying around, the soap dispenser wasn't filled. This MCDONALD'S is not that appealing. 🫤

No German-speaking employees. After the branch manager has just collected the dirty cash, he helps fold the burger just seconds later without cleaning his hands in between.

Please hire staff who speak German! If the person taking your order at McDrive doesn't understand you and gives you the wrong, more expensive menu three times, and then gets upset when it's handed out that you should say what you want, then something is wrong with you. There are supposed to be people who, like ChatGPT, don't have every language they speak at their fingertips!

Service very good. Food is changeable. Sometimes good, sometimes not so much because the food is sometimes not hot.

We swapped our nuggets twice because they were inedible and hard. The staff showed no interest in the complaint and simply left us there.

Very dirty and all the toilets were blocked

Burger was cold on 2 visits and then warmed up in the microwave.

Unfortunately it wasn't clean. The tables were dirty and full of leftover food. The rubbish trucks were overflowing with rubbish. Part of our order was also missing. We managed to get it, but the staff was stressed and not exactly friendly.

The toilets were very dirty, the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 2 months.

My husband's Big Mac was cold! I wanted a cappuccino with a piece of cake afterwards, they looked me in the eye but I wasn't served!! No matter, there are plenty of other eating options!!

Just like any other McDonalds, small note, there are showers and washing machines. The deodorant failed for the employee at the entrance. Addendum 2024, arrived today. Table service took a good 20 minutes, food was only received upon request. Cola brown water, no carbon dioxide. When we complained, ice was added to the cola, nothing more. It's stupid when too few employees can understand and speak German. What a shame, you shouldn't serve Coke anymore. Hopefully the McDonalds will come to Schärding soon.

First of all, it started with the fact that the shift leader didn't want to redeem vouchers even though the machine didn't work. Then my nuggets were forgotten. Then I came to my double Big Mac, who unfortunately became single. When I went to the food counter to have a double made, one of my colleagues (who saw me sitting there and standing at the counter) threw my food away. Afterwards I still enjoy the Big Mac I threw together. Hats off to the team, it was a strong performance.

A worker gave me McPlants nuggets and then snapped at me when I tried to exchange them for normal ones. The same thing happened to my friend with a Big Mac. Next to us, small children were playing loud music and also disturbing us. The food was delicious but everyone there wasn't very pleasant.

Katastrophe die 2 Bedienungen eine Frau und 1 Mann.Die Dame ignoriert meine Tochter als sie eine Mehlspeise kaufen wollte machte seelenruhig 3 Kaffee ohne ihr den bereits bezahlten Kuchen über die Theke zu reichen .Obwohl sie sah das wir ein Kleinkind mit hatten das auf ihren Kuchen wartet.Nach den auch aus der Küche die schreie lauter wurden was denn da los wäre weil nix weiter geht wurde die Dame ungehalten und forderte uns auf ihr Respekt entgegen zu bringen. Worauf meine Tochter sagte ist das jetzt so schwer dass sie mir den Kuchen reichen.Wohl gemerkt es war nur 1 Gast anwesend der ebenfalls reklamieren musste weil er anstatt eines Burgers Orangensaft bekam.Also So was hab ich noch nie erlebt Schlaftabletten wirken schneller.Sehr unfreundlich langsam einfach fürchterlich .

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! McFlurry was only 1/3 full, the chicken nuggets were dripping with grease and the McChicken roll was rock hard and dry and crumbled apart at the first bite. I've never been so disgusted by a food.

After about 40 minutes of ordering and asking several times, I received a poor apology. Wrong receipt by staff at checkout. Staff don't bring food to the table and are poorly organized and call the order number in poor German, which almost no one understands. Work very slowly even though it's a fast food restaurant. Had a delicious burger menu with fries and a drink. Afterwards an ice cream, couldn't cope with ordering from the machine. They helped me a lot.

Food as always. But the staff is extremely unmotivated. Slurps through the restaurant like you're in a hospital hallway. Laughing and looking customers in the face is out of place. Service desert Germany. This staff is part of it. Sad.

In the fast food restaurant I had to wait 25 minutes for my food, slowest McD ever even though there wasn't much going on, food was cold until it was at the table.

We only drank a cappuccino. I was horrified by the toilet, the more expensive everything becomes, the worse the toilets become. First you have to fight forever to get the locked toilet roll out, then you want to use the disinfectant for the toilet seat, but that doesn't work either and finally you have to lean on the tap with your arm to be able to wash your hands. A sad picture. Still, the cappuccino was good.

When we arrived there were a lot of tables available and it wasn't busy. However, choosing a seat was difficult because almost all of the free tables were completely dirty. Likewise the floor. So really unappetizing. The staff were very comfortable and had no need to clean.

The first two employees didn't speak a word of German, which is somehow unhelpful with a predominantly German-speaking customer base. The third employee spoke somewhat broken German, but the final straw was her completely unkempt appearance. She no longer had a healthy tooth in her mouth. Everything is black and there is a big gap in the field of vision. And you put something like that in front of your customers? Chaotic ambience, everything across the bed, food (fish burgers just slapped together sideways (not on top of each other) the cafevregular didn't really taste good from the mc cafe either. I'm used to better quality from the mc d in general. Too few self-service orders. People stood all the way out the door as they walked out. Sanitary facilities were dirty and left a lot to be desired. The pocking youth group always meets there in the evening, when they are bored and can't think of anything else to do. They just had nonsense on their minds and behaved like that in the mc d ambience (but nobody was interested)

Hello, true yesterday in the drive in I had an order for €35 and there were 3 chilli cheese burgers and 3 fries. I only thought of it when I got home. Unfortunately, it's a real shame. Hopefully enough people read it so that no one goes there anymore, it's a cheeky thing.

A very clean and modern McDonalds. The staff is friendly and motivated. We would stop here again! We ordered to the table, the food arrived quickly and everything was well prepared. For dessert there was a cappuccino from the Mc Café. Very relaxed.

Unfortunately always a disaster!!!! I've been here several times and unfortunately it keeps getting worse. Unfortunately there is only one McDonald's in this area but it is one of the worst in terms of quality. This place is dirty; The tables are all dirty and I don't even want to talk about the toilet. When we visited yesterday, the food was not edible, the fries tasted like fish products. The burgers were burnt. The Coke didn't even have any fizz. Finally, I treated myself to another cup of coffee, which is the worst I've drunk. From the looks of it, it was a thin black tea with a lot of sand at the bottom that couldn't be defined in terms of taste. Unfortunately, as a customer, I cannot understand how such a restaurant can be run? Also according to other customer reviews. I'm definitely giving this branch a wide berth now.

Really disappointing now. My son is always looking forward to his Happy Meal but is most excited about the toys that were supposed to be inside. But the good employees forgot to pack it for the third time yesterday. And the rest of the order is often not complete either.
