The service left a lot to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The food also seemed carelessly prepared - the burgers not only looked unclean, but also had a quality that you wouldn't normally expect from McDonald's. Overall the experience was disappointing and I hope improvements are made soon.

We swapped our nuggets twice because they were inedible and hard. The staff showed no interest in the complaint and simply left us there.

The burger was completely soggy.

So, we've been going there to Mc Drive for a few weeks now. And I have to say, I have never seen such friendly and cheerful employees in a McDonald's restaurant, at Mc Drive. I was there again yesterday and now I just wanted to leave a review. Always nice to make a short stop with you. Keep it up 👍

So the store was really the LAST place today, I was just excited My husband and I wanted to grab something to eat at McDonald's at 5 p.m We ordered as normal via the app as usual and the woman at the checkout said a completely different price I had to show her what price I had on the app Then she didn't figure it out, she only spoke English, I had to get the boss Then the boss entered the order and complained endlessly because she couldn't do that. I paid then he told me to sit down, the number on the table, the food would be coming soon 15 minutes later the food wasn't there because I went back to the service, the order wasn't there in the system, nobody knows what it was, I had to get the boss again, it turns out the order is now in a bag to go somewhere where it doesn't belong and with Of course not at the table and Then I asked for the money to be paid, meaning 30 minutes later I came out of McDonald's just as hungry as I was when I went in without anything working in this store I can also fool myself in the relationship Really really bad loading and above all totally bad staff

Burger was cold on 2 visits and then warmed up in the microwave.

Unfortunately it wasn't clean. The tables were dirty and full of leftover food. The rubbish trucks were overflowing with rubbish. Part of our order was also missing. We managed to get it, but the staff was stressed and not exactly friendly.

Very bad service. Completely haphazard and unqualified employees, some of whom don't even understand what you want, in my opinion. I wanted cake from McCafe, so they sent me back and forth until I left. Avoid it in the future. By far one of the worst McDonald's branches in terms of service and customer friendliness in my opinion.

The toilets were very dirty, the tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 2 months.

My husband's Big Mac was cold! I wanted a cappuccino with a piece of cake afterwards, they looked me in the eye but I wasn't served!! No matter, there are plenty of other eating options!!

McD... I can now eat McRib without getting dirty... :)

A whole burger is often forgotten or a sauce. Not that great. Otherwise it's a normal McDonald, only the content needs to be checked carefully

Very full, only one cash register open, long waiting time despite quick employees.

Just like any other McDonalds, small note, there are showers and washing machines. The deodorant failed for the employee at the entrance. Addendum 2024, arrived today. Table service took a good 20 minutes, food was only received upon request. Cola brown water, no carbon dioxide. When we complained, ice was added to the cola, nothing more. It's stupid when too few employees can understand and speak German. What a shame, you shouldn't serve Coke anymore. Hopefully the McDonalds will come to Schärding soon.

First of all, it started with the fact that the shift leader didn't want to redeem vouchers even though the machine didn't work. Then my nuggets were forgotten. Then I came to my double Big Mac, who unfortunately became single. When I went to the food counter to have a double made, one of my colleagues (who saw me sitting there and standing at the counter) threw my food away. Afterwards I still enjoy the Big Mac I threw together. Hats off to the team, it was a strong performance.

A worker gave me McPlants nuggets and then snapped at me when I tried to exchange them for normal ones. The same thing happened to my friend with a Big Mac. Next to us, small children were playing loud music and also disturbing us. The food was delicious but everyone there wasn't very pleasant.

The food came warm and the staff was incredibly friendly and I can only say that this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to

The grandchildren have a good report card, they asked for a meal at McDonalds as a small reward, but the rubbish afterwards gives a negative impression.

Once again no complete order was received! As is often the case at the mc drive, a burger from a menu and the sauces that were ordered were missing. Given the prices, it's now a disgrace!

Katastrophe die 2 Bedienungen eine Frau und 1 Mann.Die Dame ignoriert meine Tochter als sie eine Mehlspeise kaufen wollte machte seelenruhig 3 Kaffee ohne ihr den bereits bezahlten Kuchen über die Theke zu reichen .Obwohl sie sah das wir ein Kleinkind mit hatten das auf ihren Kuchen wartet.Nach den auch aus der Küche die schreie lauter wurden was denn da los wäre weil nix weiter geht wurde die Dame ungehalten und forderte uns auf ihr Respekt entgegen zu bringen. Worauf meine Tochter sagte ist das jetzt so schwer dass sie mir den Kuchen reichen.Wohl gemerkt es war nur 1 Gast anwesend der ebenfalls reklamieren musste weil er anstatt eines Burgers Orangensaft bekam.Also So was hab ich noch nie erlebt Schlaftabletten wirken schneller.Sehr unfreundlich langsam einfach fürchterlich .

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! McFlurry was only 1/3 full, the chicken nuggets were dripping with grease and the McChicken roll was rock hard and dry and crumbled apart at the first bite. I've never been so disgusted by a food.

....after the change of ownership, I was there today for the second and last time - if you can still hear yourself saying ugh 2 hours after the visit, that says everything about the store. Someone called me from the kitchen - it was almost right!

ATTENTION Miserables FAST FOOD POCKING I went to this restaurant on Saturday and had the worst service I have ever seen. After about 40 minutes of ordering and asking several times, I received a poor apology. Wrong receipt by staff at checkout. Staff don't bring food to the table and are poorly organized and call the order number in poor German, which almost no one understands. Work very slowly even though it's a fast food restaurant. All catastrophe.

Well, I actually like mci, BUT today they put a poster on the door saying that they would have the McDrive open until 1 a.m. today because of the European Championships. My friends and I decided that if Germany won we would buy a McFlurry. I'm 18, I'm on my period, I'm hungry, I'm craving this new Twix McFlurry and then... We arrive, we drive through the McDrive, turn off the screen and hide behind the counter. I'm German, yes, but I still hardly complain about anything, BUT SOMETHING like that got me so down. Why put up a poster if you don't feel like serving regular customers. Your sales are only marginal. Best regards

Had a delicious burger menu with fries and a drink. Afterwards an ice cream, couldn't cope with ordering from the machine. They helped me a lot.

Food as always. But the staff is extremely unmotivated. Slurps through the restaurant like you're in a hospital hallway. Laughing and looking customers in the face is out of place. Service desert Germany. This staff is part of it. Sad.

In the fast food restaurant I had to wait 25 minutes for my food, slowest McD ever even though there wasn't much going on, food was cold until it was at the table.

Hardly any employees speak German properly... very difficult if there is something to complain about and there were a lot to complain about!!

We only drank a cappuccino. I was horrified by the toilet, the more expensive everything becomes, the worse the toilets become. First you have to fight forever to get the locked toilet roll out, then you want to use the disinfectant for the toilet seat, but that doesn't work either and finally you have to lean on the tap with your arm to be able to wash your hands. A sad picture. Still, the cappuccino was good.

Yes I know. If you still go to McDonald's today, it's your own fault. The side salad consists of 3 dried, tasteless tomatoes and two torn lettuce leaves. The cheeseburgers soon grew to the size of macarons. The sauces, ordered and paid for, were forgotten. Yes I know. If you don't check your bag, it's your own fault. Why 2 stars instead of one? Because I like to remember the great MD time that began for me personally over 40 years ago. When you could still get very tasty products of sufficient size for very little money. But for the time being, I'll be healed again...

When we arrived there were a lot of tables available and it wasn't busy. However, choosing a seat was difficult because almost all of the free tables were completely dirty. Likewise the floor. So really unappetizing. The staff were very comfortable and had no need to clean.

I was passing through and wanted to take a quick break here. Now I had a very simple question for the staff. The first two employees didn't speak a word of German, which is somehow unhelpful with a predominantly German-speaking customer base. The third employee spoke somewhat broken German, but the final straw was her completely unkempt appearance. She no longer had a healthy tooth in her mouth. Everything is black and there is a big gap in the field of vision. And you put something like that in front of your customers? In a restaurant? #ismirbad The dirty tables and seating gave me the rest and I preferred to eat somewhere else.

McDonald's, what can you say about it, burgers, chicken nuggets, everything you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Compared to other Mcis, I think this one is the best.

Chaotic ambience, everything across the bed, food (fish burgers just slapped together sideways (not on top of each other) the cafevregular didn't really taste good from the mc cafe either. I'm used to better quality from the mc d in general. Too few self-service orders. People stood all the way out the door as they walked out. Sanitary facilities were dirty and left a lot to be desired. The pocking youth group always meets there in the evening, when they are bored and can't think of anything else to do. They just had nonsense on their minds and behaved like that in the mc d ambience (but nobody was interested)

Hello, true yesterday in the drive in I had an order for €35 and there were 3 chilli cheese burgers and 3 fries. I only thought of it when I got home. Unfortunately, it's a real shame. Hopefully enough people read it so that no one goes there anymore, it's a cheeky thing.

A very clean and modern McDonalds. The staff is friendly and motivated. We would stop here again! We ordered to the table, the food arrived quickly and everything was well prepared. For dessert there was a cappuccino from the Mc Café. Very relaxed.

Today we were at the McDonald's branch in Pocking. Very friendly staff and the freshly prepared food (McPlant) made the visit a great experience. Gladly again!

Unfortunately always a disaster!!!! I've been here several times and unfortunately it keeps getting worse. Unfortunately there is only one McDonald's in this area but it is one of the worst in terms of quality. This place is dirty; The tables are all dirty and I don't even want to talk about the toilet. When we visited yesterday, the food was not edible, the fries tasted like fish products. The burgers were burnt. The Coke didn't even have any fizz. Finally, I treated myself to another cup of coffee, which is the worst I've drunk. From the looks of it, it was a thin black tea with a lot of sand at the bottom that couldn't be defined in terms of taste. Unfortunately, as a customer, I cannot understand how such a restaurant can be run? Also according to other customer reviews. I'm definitely giving this branch a wide berth now.

Really disappointing now. My son is always looking forward to his Happy Meal but is most excited about the toys that were supposed to be inside. But the good employees forgot to pack it for the third time yesterday. And the rest of the order is often not complete either.

It's sweetly salted, but what really bothered me was that the tables weren't wiped down and unfortunately the women's toilet wasn't exactly as it should be, especially at lunchtime.

Not recommendable!!!! I always love everything about MC Drive. If you place 5 orders, 1 order will be made correctly. Unfortunately, something is always missing. It's just annoying when e.g. E.g. instead of 4 chicken nuggets in the Happy Meal there are only 3 or some products are simply completely forgotten.... Should I open all the boxes first???? You will only see me one more time to redeem my remaining points! Unfortunately, no one answers the phone to accept a complaint about the missing products. Sad and very disappointing. Maybe it's time for a BurgerKing to come to Pocking, the employees can at least count to four.

I was just in the branch in Pocking with my family, the burger was cold, the toilets were dirty and without paper, none of the employees spoke German, so you can't even complain on site because they don't understand what you want. Absolutely terrible and the price is super expensive, the tables weren't wiped down, just disgusting, other branches can do it much better than Pocking!

Mens toilet has no tissue, dirty sink. Crews are fast in serving but slow in cleaning the tables and putting the trays out.

Sie schaffen es einfach nicht. Nachdem im letzten halben Jahr mehrfach bei der Drive- Bestellung etwas gefehlt hat fahren wir in Zukunft nach Passau. Wenn man die Tüte kontrollieren will und hinter einem schon mehrere Fahrzeuge stehen wir man "gebeten" weiter zu fahren . . .

Ich hab was zum mitnehmen bestellt leider war es jetzt schon das zweite mal das was vergessen wurde was sehr ärgerlich ist wen man es erst zuhause merkt.

Coupons, die in der App angezeigt werden, wurden nicht eingelöst. Man wird von einem unfreundlichen, ungepflegten und unverschämten Teamleiter angeschrien, der keine Lösung suchen möchte, obwohl man ihm den Coupon in der App gezeigt hat und diesem freundlich gegenüber getreten ist. Ein völlig inkompetenter und überforderter Teamleiter Herr S.. Durch solche Aktionen geht man dann doch lieber zu Burger King und meidet diese McDonald’s Filiale besser. Sehr schade. Beschwerde an den Mutterkonzern folgt.

Es ist einfach nur traurig egal wann man zu Mcdonalds in Pocking fährt .. man ärgert sich jedes mal aufs neue .. und es war dieses mal das letzte mal .. sowas darf einfach nicht passieren ..rohes Fleisch .. im Burger 🍔 da vergeht dir das essen .. echt. letztes mal hatten wir einen Milchshake indem ..Dreck Wasser drin war .. anscheinend Abwasser der Maschine .. als mein Mann rein ging wurde er dann noch blöd angemacht was er jetzt da will … sowas gibt man nicht raus .. auch wenn es mal stressig ist .. sowas geht nicht .. Mitarbeiter sind fast alle unfreundlich nein danke ..

Ich muss ehrlich sagen es ist nicht mehr so angenehm dort zu frühstücken, unfreundliches Personal . Cappuccino kriegt man schon längst nicht in Tassen sondern im Pappbecher,da angeblich keine mehr sauber sind, statt Kaffeelöffel kriegt man ein Holzstäbchen zum rühren.Da muß sich der Herr Helpap was einfallen lassen.

Schlecht ,schlechter unterirdisch ! Die Mitarbeiter können oder wollen nicht zählen wenn 2 burger draufsteht sollte man glauben man bekommt auch diese zwei weit gefehlt es gab 1 und das war der falsche . 3 Soßen bezahlt keine ich wiederhole KEINE bekommen. Im Restaurant sieht es aus. Keine Tische abgeräumt vom Boden rede ich erst gar nicht. Auf Nachfragen zwegs der Bestellung bekommt man nur pampige Antworten wenn überhaupt. Nur auf mehrfaches nachfragen gabs dann das was ich bestellt und auch bezahlt habe. Nie wieder in diesem Leben werde ich diesen mc donalds nochmal besuchen .

Mein bester McDonald‘s Besuch seit langem. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und ansprechend. Die Musik war in einer angenehmen Lautstärke. Die Burger 🍔 wurden frisch zusammengestellt und sahen aus wie auf Werbefotos. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiteten trotz der vielen Gäste konzentriert alle Bestellungen ab. Top 👍🏻

Kannte diese Art von Service nicht, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man lernt alles, auch im Alter.

Waren am 20.august am Abend dort Mussten 20min auf das Essen warten Meiner Meinung nach viel zu lange für ein "fast food" Restaurant Dan falsche Nuggets bekommen Habe es Dan reklamiert Nach dem wir mit dem Essen fertig waren hatten wr die richtigen Nuggets immer noch nicht Habe Dan selbst gebeten das es auf ein Eis getauscht wird Keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen Finde ich etwas schade

Zu McDonald's gibt es eigentlich nichts zu sagen jeder weiß bescheid.

Typischer MC Donalds. Das Essen war Top aber ansonsten nix besonderes.

Draußen konnte. An nicht rauchen,stühle sehr alt und nicht bequem
