McDonald's in Titisee-Neustadt

This place is disastrous. They messed up our orders and gave us something different than what we ordered. The burgers were literally broken in half. All the food is made with complete disregard.

Grab something to eat after the stadium; Puppy cake! After half an hour we asked about our order and were rejected with an unfriendly “Yes, it’s coming soon”. Three times until we asked until they realized that they had forgotten our order. - not recommended.

After the Freiburg game, don't you grab something to eat at the FAST FOOD restaurant on the way home?! Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that . Order placed at 8:08 p.m., asked 3 times after 20 minutes. Because the order for around €60 was simply deleted and was no longer visible on the ad. Every time with jaja comes has been fobbed off. By the way, the only food for an eternity. Only when a lady in her prime loudly advocated for us was the order processed very slowly. An impudence.

Everything was fine, as usual, except the EC terminal had a mind of its own. 🤷🏻‍♂️

No breakfast mc muffin so had a fillet of fish and waffle fries - the fillet was the best I've ever eaten at a McDs - perfectly cooked hot and lots of tartar sauce - couldn't've been better. The coffee was hot and perfect too 🙏 well done guys - keep it up (BTW your 2nd ladies loo needed toilet roll)

Unfortunately it doesn't meet the classic McDonald's standard. At first the code didn't work, bread was way too dry, there was almost no sauce on the McRib, there were no pickles on the BigMac and orders were forgotten. The trash can was not emptied and was therefore overflowing.

Food was great. Hot and freshly prepared. BUT! One of the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen!!! Tables and seating were totally dirty. The floor was extremely sticky. The crowning glory were the toilets...urine everywhere... You also get the impression that the staff don't care.

A smaller McDonald's with McDrive. Due to the proximity to the B31 and the schools on the other side of the street, it is always very busy. Small parking lot available & often heavily used. Staff friendly & my orders (takeaway or restaurant) were prepared quickly. Overall, a “typical” McDonald’s. For what it's supposed to be, it does everything well so far.

The worst Megges visit I've had so far. Waited 15 minutes for the food. The burger was absolutely delicious and the fries came 5 minutes later after I had almost finished eating the burger.

Food: Fine for a quick snack, fast food chain. Service: Depending on the shift, I usually pre-order via the app and pick it up at Mcdrive, which works great so far. But something is often forgotten... I don't understand why you don't just go through the receipt before the food goes to the customer, because that way you would notice what's missing. This means that there is simply a lack of structure in isolated MAs Ambiance: like all McDonald's, but a bit small in places.

I regularly eat in various McDonald's branches throughout Germany. Today I had one of my worse McDonalds experiences in this branch. The fries and chicken nuggets had been on the tray for a long time, and my burgers weren't ready yet. But that was also my luck. At least they were warm. The fries were cold by now. But the highlight were the nuggets. They were also cold and totally old and limp. They must have been in control for a very long time. I then pointed out the poor quality to the employee behind the counter. No insight, no apology, no new fresh food. Dear Mc Donalds team in Titisee-Neustadt: this can definitely be done much better. On a side note, the tray return containers were bursting at the seams and the restaurant was generally very dirty. But we also know this from other branches. I always didn't care if the food was good. Unfortunately not today.

The coffee was good. Unfortunately there was no lactose-free milk for my companion, but there was oat milk for me. The fries were lukewarm, sticky and not at all fresh from the deep fryer. Too bad. On the next visit, coffee that tasted like cleaning products. Plus very little, half full cup. I was really annoyed when I was given a paper cup, even though the order was marked for on-site consumption. My last order there.

Food was good, freshly prepared and hot. Service on the day was very friendly. The rest was terrible, dirty tables and benches/chairs. The floor was also very dirty, so I decided to save myself a trip to the toilet. Windows/doors are just as dirty as the smell inside. I would work hard on that. Never seen such a dirty McDonald's.

It was extremely warm inside the restaurant, probably no air conditioning or it was out of order. The toilets were underground! Typical train station toilet smell, lots of flies and the toilet seats dirty and broken. We sat outside and unfortunately there was smoking at the neighboring table by the children's slide.

Fries taste good and so does the cola, unfortunately the main course tastes as terrible (the citizen) as it looks. Instead of cleaning the dirt from the seats and floor, they have other things to do. That's why there are quite a lot of flies flying here.

A McDonalds like many others. The food and drinks taste like those in other McDonalds. What varies greatly is cleanliness. I would really like to say a lot of praise for the older bald man who is responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant. He exudes a good mood and warmth and when he's not there it's noticeable - not only because the tables are dirty and you know what the previous person was eating, but also because of the lack of warmth. Kudos to him!

Short vacation at Titisee, were here on different days of the week, there are only 2 terminals and the order was partly incomplete. It's well attended, but probably only had bad days.

+ friendly staff + Modern furnishings + Fun colors, which attract customers, which is also important. + No long waiting times - A machine does not accept EC cards. - some tables were not cleared in time or were wet - the annoying flies 🪰😫🫣 Otherwise everything is good.

Horrible we had to wait inside the establishment without air conditioning (under 30 degrees), the waitress almost threw the tray at us (a smile costs nothing), table delivery service not available, severely lacking in staff, no way to clear his tray everything is full next to it above and below, the person to whom I give my tray at the cash register looks at me and it annoys him that I give him my tray, perhaps I should have leave it on the table, hamburger bun wet as if it had been soaked in water. You want me to write something, yes where do I start, when ordering I saw a hair on the checkout and pointed it out, was ignored, sad. The tables and seating at the table were dirty Instead of cleaning tables and seating, the window panes would be cleaned with a dirty rag, maybe the tables would also be cleaned, who knows. Then the citizen, just hardly any sauce on it, it was next to it. Staff could be friendlier I could list more negative things...

And today once again tried exactly the same burger without sauce. as usual!! Perfect shop, and no to the boss, I didn't get lost. I was in the real McDonald’s, Titisee-Neustadt. I don't think there are that many on Titiseestrasse. And again the worst burger for the third time MC Rib without sauce and management showing no interest in complaints very sad behavior towards customers. Unfortunately one star has to be given.

Something has often been missing when picking up at McDrive. Since you only unpack at home, it's very disappointing. That's when trust goes away. Ate there today and the Big Mac and fries were still only lukewarm. It used to be a lot better. But not so special at the moment. Hope it gets better again.

Today I went to McDonalds again after a long time and I have to say that it's not really any better. Menu with salad, chicken and cola. The chicken was hard and not fresh and I barely saw the salad. The pizza pockets are new and don't taste good at all. For the money I can eat better somewhere else. So the food isn't better. It was worth a try but probably not the first time 🤮🤢 But the cleanliness is ok

Compared to the city branches, it is much more comfortable, the staff is also very friendly, the toilets were also a pleasant surprise and the food was great so far.

I don't know if I just had a good day, but the fries were super fresh! They still twitched! The Big Mac was also excellent and very fresh. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good, like in every Mcos.

Unfortunately no breakfast although McDonalds advertises it. There is also no sign on site that says no breakfast is offered! Service is still friendly.

There is always an emergency solution that the app doesn't work - it's probably more of a problem with the system than with the location.

It's another McDonalds, so you know what to expect. The staff are friendly though, but they did forget some items we ordered.It took a while for our order, so we sat at the table with the touch screen for games, but this thing doesn't work very well - it was more frustrating than anything. Food is prepared well, and it's very appreciated that they have the veggie stuff on the menu!

Such a bad shop. There is no breakfast there, we were on a trip and wanted to get something to eat and there was nothing available. No wonder there was nothing going on. The kitchen is dirty. You'd better go to Donaueschingen if you want something real to eat at McDonald's.

We wanted to grab something to eat after visiting the Galaxy Bad. Apparently many others did too, which is why the store was packed and the staff was extremely overwhelmed. This led to an absolutely disproportionately long wait with several forgotten items. Under no circumstances go there in rush!

We stopped here after the Black Forest bathing paradise and got something to eat. - Parking lot very very small - Food was ready quickly - Food was hot/warm and complete. - The fries could have been a little longer and were a bit wobbly... Overall it's a normal McDonald's.

We stopped on the way home for a early dinner. We sat outside while the girls played in the small playground box thing Miki D's always has outside. Food was really tasty. I love the fact that you can customize your burger and add more toppings (something not possible in the Netherlands) Fries were a bit on the white side for me (should be lightly golden brown) and floppy. seems like kitchen was rushing on the frier. Staff was friendly doing table service and general help. Good to note that they were out of straws (a must with a 3 year old) but saw our disappointment and instead gave us the straws used for the milkshakes. Very thoughtful.

Not that star cuisine is cooked here, it's a completely normal McDonald's with the usual range that tastes perfect and is of high quality. Although Mc, BK etc. are always negatively rated - it can't be as bad as many reviews, it's fast food and that's all it wants to be. If you want star fast food, you should have your burger with a slice of foi gras in a star restaurant at a star price, you can have it - but you don't have to. What is special in this restaurant is the opportunity to find out how Ray Croc managed to buy the name McDonald's from the brothers Richard and Maurice Mc Donalds and, with his invention, the franchise system, to create the foundation for the largest restaurant business in the world! Whether you Mc. Whether you love it or not, it's just that it's not the biggest catering company.

Very juicy burgers, as it should be. They gave us the wrong McFlurry but were so kind without hesitation and gave us the right one in addition.

Nothing to do, McDonald's in Germany are really better than in France: more choice of burger (and also BIGGER!), fries, more choice of drinks...etc.

I've never been a fan of McDonald's, I only eat there when I'm traveling. The coffee used to be better

Absolut Dreck dieser Laden! Wortwörtlich! Man schaut links, man schaut rechts , DRECK! Das Tablargerät überlauft mit den Tablaren, am Boden überall Pommes! Aber das war noch nicht das Hightlight! Schimmelburgers gekriegt, Kalte und Kartongeschmack. ALS Kirsche auf der Torte..die Polizei lief zur Inspektion rein als wir gegangen sind. Ach ja, die Rechnung des Notfalls gerade für die Lebensmittelvergiftung..wohin mit der?

Hmmm some write here very dirty and others write it is very clean. Something can't be right? I go there about 12 times a year, the food has actually been good every time in the last few years, I've never had a stomach ache. I always liked it very much. I can't rate the interior because I'm only in Drive. Parking lot is too small and only for 1:30h. Even exceeding the limit by 10 minutes is punished by camera surveillance with a fine of €25. Therefore 1 star deducted. Customers should also be treated well in the parking lot... But as I said, from my experience, there's nothing wrong with McDonald's itself.

As soon as I entered the restaurant there was a smell of old, disgusting, rancid fat. Right next to the food distribution there was a tray trolley completely filled with rubbish and food leftovers. The employee did not respond to my criticism. The tables were not cleaned. Of all the McDonald's restaurants I know, this is by far the worst. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Definitely not here anymore

This is by far the most terrible McDonald's I have ever visited. The guest room and the toilets are so dirty and filthy. The food is cold, the fries are completely soggy. Simply a disaster!!!!!

A very small but nice McDonald's restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything and would come here again and again! The one employee who stands in front of the counter and wipes the tables was very nice to us from the start:) 5 well-deserved stars😁

A classic McDonald's as you know it. Table service was offered, terminals worked, employees were friendly. What bothers me here, as in many other McDonald's, is the pick-up counter. An order is ready and an employee says he has to shout the order number 700 times across the restaurant at full volume if someone isn't at the front within seconds of the first call. I can't understand. Especially since the screen worked, which generally makes calling unnecessary. Anyone who has ordered and paid for their food and then doesn't remember to pick it up simply has themselves to blame.

Ich war am Mittwoch Abend mit meinen Kollegen dort. Nach einem tollen Abend, dachten wir essen wir noch was hier. Leider wurden wir bitter enttäuscht. Wir hätten beim Betreten des Ladens gleich wieder gehen sollen, denn es roch nach altem frittenfett, überall lagen Pommes und weitere Krümel ect herum. Wir haben gedacht, das vielleicht vorher viel los war und sie noch nicht zum Putzen gekommen sind. Soweit so gut. Wir bestellten und warteten nicht lange auf unser Essen. Wir bekamen zwar mehr als wir bestellt hatten (was ja eigentlich geil ist), aber das hätten sie sich sparen können. Die Burger waren kalt und trocken. Der crispy Chicken war wirklich nicht genießbar. Auf meinem RoyalTS war die falsche Soße drauf und ich Frage mich wie die es geschafft haben, trotz extra Wunsch, den Burger kalt auszugehen. An den Pommes haben wir Haare gefunden, die wir dem Service Mitarbeiter zuordnen könnten. Wir haben etwas runter gewürgt und die Rache kam sofort. Wir saßen alle mit Diarrhoe und erbrechen die Nacht im Bad. Für uns ein klares NIE WIEDER!!!

Essen lau warm und Cola ohne Kohlensäure

Dieser McDonald's ist echt das Letzte! Eigentlich hatten wir dort einen ganz netten Abend, denn wir haben in unseren Ferien unerwartet Freunde im örtlichen Spaßbad getroffen und wollten den Abend mit den Kindern dort ausklingen lassen. Ja, das Essen war nicht richtig frisch und warm und auf den McRibs fehlte die Sauce. Aber trotzdem haben wir uns nett unterhalten und auch ein Eis als Dessert gegegessen-die Eismaschine hat ausnahmsweise mal funktioniert. Leider haben wir aber ein paar Wochen später einen Strafzettel über 30.-Euro bekommen, da wir länger als 1,5 Stunden dort geparkt hatten. Nun könnte man natürlich fragen, warum man um 23:00 in einem Kaff wie Titisee-Neustadt noch einen Strafzettel bekommt, man blockiert ja nichts und war zudem Kunde des Lokals und das habe ich auch getan. Ich habe den Kundenservice unter 030-520049472 angerufen, in der Hoffnung, dass man uns hier weiterhelfen und ggf. entgegenkommen könnte. Schließlich waren wir Kunden und die ganze Zeit in der Filiale und haben dort konsumiert. Das habe ich innerhalb der letzten 5 Wochen ca. 5 Mal getan, wurde jedoch immer abgewürgt mit den Worten " Man kümmere sich und rufe zurück". Überraschung: Natürlich ist nichts passiert. Auf die Frage, für was denn dieser Kundenservice eigentlich zuständig ist, bekam ich leider keine Antwort. Nun gut, ich gebe jedenfalls nicht auf und werde ab jetzt täglich dort anrufen und mich nach dem Stand der Dinge erkundigen, bis ich eine Antwort erhalten habe. Auch wenn ich den leisen Verdacht habe, dass man diese Gehälter einsparen könnte.

Um 22Uhr essen bestellt, 40 Minuten gewartet, für 2 chickenburger und nen Getränk... Die Tablets wurden nicht aus den Wägen geholt, sonit stapelte sich alles auf die benachbarten Tische. Echt schlecht dort Abends zu essen.

Leider ist der McDonald's in Neustadt ziemlich schlecht organisiert. Die Wartezeiten sind einfach viel zu lange. Egal, wann wir da waren, es ging viel zu lange.

War wieder mal da 😉 . Leider war der Burger lauwarm und die Cola Zero ohne Kohlensäure 😡 Bei der zweiten Cola war der Becher nicht bis zum Strich gefüllt. Pommes waren heiß 👍 Der Herr der das Essen bringt ist sehr nett und hält den Laden sauber 👍👍👍

Normaler MC. Tisch wurde frisch gereinigt als ich mich hinsetzte. Sehr aufmerksam. Essen war schnell da. Toiletten waren im Großen und Ganzen sauber, leicht verbesserungswürdig.

Ich gehe gerne ab und an ins MC Donalds aber hier sind einfach zu wenig Plätze und es ist so eng dort drin. Etwas schade . Deswegen haben wir im Auto gegessen.

Nicht mehr und nicht weniger als von einer McDonalds Filiale erwartet. Geschmacklich meistens gut (hatte schon schlechteres Essen in anderen Filialen). Personal ist an sich immer freundlich, natürlich je nachdem mal weniger wenn sie im Stress sind - sind halt auch nur Menschen. :) Dringend anzumerken ist jedoch: der Laden scheint nicht für all zu viele Personen angedacht zu sein, wenn zu viel los ist - wird das mit dem "Fast"Food oft weniger was und die Ablagen sind schnell mal voll. (Leider finde ich nur insgesamt die aktuellen Preise der Kette etwas übertrieben - kenne die Hintergründe aber auch nicht, wenns also wegen ökologischen Änderungen teurer ist, ist ok - sollte alles beim alten sein, ist es doch seehr teuer geworden)

Für einen McDonald's eine ungewöhnlich angenehme Atmosphäre mit nettem Personal.

Wir waren gestern um 18.30 Uhr hier im McDonald's. Wir haben am Schalter bestellt und was soll ich sagen? Ich habe nie, wirklich nie, derart freundliche und nette Mitarbeiter in irgendeinem McDonald's erlebt. Humorvoll, zuvorkommend, motiviert! Echt super! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße an die 18.30 Uhr Schicht 😊 an die freundliche Kassiererin und die lieben Leute, die gestern das Essen gepackt und ausgerufen haben!

Essen ist ok für McDonalds Verhältnisse. Laden könnte größer sein. Wir kommen hier trotzdem gerne her. Grund ist die Unterhaltung - Spannung pur. Hier bekommt man immer spannende Geschichten mit, von Besuchern und Mitarbeitern. Deswegen die Bewertung. Ein Besuch hier steigert die Coolness allemal. Kommen immer gerne!

Durchschnittlicher MC Donald Laden. Punktabzüge für vergessene servierten und Soße.....

Es handelt sich um einen kleineren Mc Donalds mit freundlichem Personal. Für die Kinder gibts draussen eine kleine Spielecke. Free Wifi und Ladestationen für Handy und co sind vorhanden. Hunde sind willkommen. Der Hund und ich fühlen uns wohl :) Hier ein Dankeschön an das Team.

Wer glaubt, dass jeder McDonald's gleich ist, wird hier eines Besseren bekehrt. Die Laden ist viel zu klein und man fühlt sich eingeängt. Dass Personal macht teilweise einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Von Freundlichkeit kann nicht die Rede sein. Der Burger war trocken und es war mehr Ketchup an der Verpackung als auf dem Burger. Die Pommes waren lahm und kalt. Der Parkplatz ist für Kleinwagen gedacht.

Wollten nach einem SC Match noch einen kleinen Sack einnehmen. Das Personal war wegen des grossen Andrangs völlig überfordert. Haben nach 40min Wartezeit unser Geld zurückbekommen und sind ohne Essen wieder gegangen.

Der bisher schlechteste McDonalds wo wir waren. Die Cola hatte keine Kohlensäure, die Pommes hatten kein Salz und die Burger war alles andere als warm. Immerhin waren die Nuggets heiß.

Bestimmt seit 3 Jahren das erste Mal wieder in rotem M. Pommes Eine ältere nette Verkäuferin hat uns ohne weiteres am Barverkaufsschalter bedient. So wie es sein sollte. Danke

Wir wurden von einer unheimlich tollen Frau bedient, sie war so hilfsbereit danke dafür . Werde immer wieder gerne hier Pause machen .

Im Drive In unbedingt an der Säule bestellen, ansonsten musst du eine Ehrenrunde drehen, weil die Zeit von dem Mitarbeiter läuft😂 keiner Ahnung was das bedeuten soll

Über heiße Pommes hätte ich mich gefreut, ebenso über eine freundliche Begrüßung, zumal wir die einzigen Gäste waren

Der Tisch war leider sehr dreckig. Die planted Nuggets kamen nicht wie gesagt an den Platz und waren dann komplett verbrannt.

Der kleine beschattete Außenbereich ist ganz nett, wenn kreischende (Nachbars?)kinder auf der Rutsche neben den wenigen Sitzplätzen einen nicht stören. Aber die besten Donuts und Cookies sind grundsätzlich ausverkauft. Im Automat war das Karamellcookie noch nicht gelöscht, das ich bestellt und bezahlt hatte, aber mir wurde stattdessen das Schokocookie serviert, das unter der Woche mittags als einzigstes noch nicht ausverkauft war. Als ich sagte, das möchte ich nicht, wurde die Dame an der Ausgabetheke so unhöflich, wie es in den USA unmöglich wäre! Schlampig geführtes, unsympathisches McDonald's!

Der Bedienautomat hat sich zum Bestellende hin aufgehangen (daher ein Stern Abzug), allerdings hat der freundliche, entspannte junge Mann an der Kasse (mit der Käppi falschrum auf) dann schnell und unbürokratisch erledigt, dass ich nur meinen Couponpreis zahlen musste. Essen halt Standard McDonald's.

Heute mal wieder im McDrive was geholt. Ich hätte es besser wissen müssen. Ein Burger vergessen, genauso wie die Spielzeuge in den Junior-Dingern. Bitte schließen, das wird nichts mehr.
