We were 6 adults and 4 children for breakfast on January 25th, 2025. It's a shame that the female waitress was borderline unfriendly. When I asked whether a small change could be made to a dish on the menu, I received a short military "no". This can also be explained differently. We all had the impression that we were not welcome. We were somewhat compensated by the very good food and the older lady at the juicer. She even gave the children a little candy. There was also a very nice gentleman sitting at the counter for a while, maybe the owner? who had a friendly chat with us. If this service person were employed by me, I would ask her to speak to me.

Hotel is very centrally located, nice rooms. Food top. Highly recommended friendly staff very helpful in everything. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. Thank you for the lovely time in your house.

Old, rustic restaurant. Very friendly host, portions huge and freshly prepared. Smoke from the smoking area can also be clearly smelled in the non-smoking area.

We celebrated our wedding in the Förberhofmühle. What a beautiful place with rustic charm! Really something very special. Communication with the operator was always flawless and “familiar”. The whole process was also very uncomplicated! A true insider tip in the Black Forest!
