The bar itself is very nice. The staff is also very friendly and can't be faulted. Unfortunately the burgers weren't to my taste at all. Unfortunately, I didn't like the burger patty at all, and the bun wasn't good at all either. But the fries were very tasty.

Incredibly delicious, I haven't eaten something this good in a long time. I wanted a hot and juicy burger and they nailed it exactly. The flesh is divinely real. Very very highly recommended.

We came spontaneously on Sunday evening with three hungry children and immediately had one. Be offered a table. The staff is incredibly nice (the cook, who popped out for a moment, was also very attentive when we dropped a fork)! The food is super delicious!!!! The best thing is that you can put together your burger however you want and there is something for every taste 👍🏻. The children's menu descriptions are super funny and there are three choices here too. That's how we like it best... Small menu but excellent food!!!!!! Food: Huge burgers. I can't think of any shop that offers 190g patties as standard. Ingredients taste fresh and delicious. Putting the burger together allows for the perfect taste experience. And for all those who like spicy: the hot sauce is really not for the inexperienced palate Service: food came very quickly, friendly service that was easy to chat with. Wow! We've been looking for the ultimate burger for a long time but this evening I think I found it. Kallex burger well done! From the menu, you decide what you want from your burger. Something edgy, something regular or something for the adventurous? You decide your own combination which is a great concept. The quality of the burger which arrives is spot on. You feel the people who made the burger for you have passion and knowledge about what the ultimate burger is. It's sublime, it's an experience to remember. Anyone can throw together a burger but only a few can deliver the ultimate taste sensation. Kallex have done this, again, well done!

I can only agree with the positive reviews. Quality, taste and arrangement of the burgers are great. We also enjoyed the delicious sweet potato fries. The price-performance ratio is right, the atmosphere - whether outside or inside - is cozy and relaxed, and the service is very courteous. Definitely worth a (further) visit.

We were passing through and were able to spontaneously take food with us on a Saturday evening without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and the food was ready quickly (20 minutes) for 3 people. The burgers were very tasty and the portions were really big. So really great value for money.

We ate by far the tastiest burgers we've had in a long time. The service is great: We were there with our daughter (8M) and a high chair and a marble run were immediately brought to us. So she had something to discover and mom and dad could eat in peace :) Because she can't eat from the children's menu yet, the kitchen brought us a cucumber-tomato smiley as a greeting. So drinking after a hard week is really cool because even if it's expensive compared to the supermarket, you can still do it. Food to pick up is actually good, but they just forget a burger and then you have to go back and then it takes forever. You can do overalls, but you don't have to.

We would have liked to eat something. Unfortunately, that didn't happen because the waiter gave us the cards but then didn't come back to ask about the order. We then went after other people who also left without eating anything.

So that was the worst restaurant. We were here the last time. It used to be great under different management. We had specially ordered a table. Even though there were only a few guests there, we had to wait around 20 minutes for drinks. He didn't take the food order even after three quarters of an hour. Other guests who came after us were served faster. He walked past our table 3-6 times. It's a shame... We then left without eating and if you still need staff you hire them to ensure good service. And above all, to have satisfied guests. In my opinion, Kallex doesn't deserve a star. I'll never go there again and I won't be disappointed.

Worst service ever. About 30 minutes after we ordered, the food hasn’t arrived, so the waiter said it would take at least 40 minutes more because they have many ordered. Why they haven’t say that when we ordered?? 😡 They didn’t even apologized. Eventually we got only fries and left. Even the fries were served with different dressing than we ordered, and no napkins or something. Very amateurish. We ended up in McDonalds.

We arrived at 7pm, the waiter tells us we have to wait an hour before we can order, we wait and order snacks in the meantime, the waiter forgets the sauces and brings them to us after the snacks are ready. He also forgets a guest's drink, we remind him and the order still doesn't come. When we try to communicate with the staff, they make fun of us. The result is that at 9 p.m. we still haven't eaten anything and we leave this hovel.

They explained to us that we have to wait 1 hour to take a order and after it ( some drink and snack ordered to wait the burgers) they said to us that we have to wait 1 hour more ... after complying they laughed in front of us ... really bad

You can put together the burgers yourself, we had two vegetarian ones. Burger sauce was very tasty, and the side dishes were also tasty. It fills you up well, but it's not cheap either. Service friendly and in a good mood.

Unfortunately, the waitress didn't say "Hello", let alone give us a smile. The cards were simply placed on the table. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the food, even though there were only 6 guests with us. Two guests were just paying and left. The patties were more meatballs than narrow, thin, crispy patties. Some of the burgers were also cold. The requested arugula that I wanted on my burger was forgotten. It was quite cold in this place, which made it even more uncomfortable. We visited this restaurant last year with the old owner, which encouraged us because we really liked it and wanted to eat a burger there again. Unfortunately, in between there was no inquiry as to whether everything was OK, nothing! We expressed our displeasure to the waitress in a friendly manner. But the lady had taken it, but because of that, we decided against a tip, to which the waitress replied that she didn't need it.

The food is great, there's nothing wrong with it. But it was really cold in the restaurant and there was a huge draft. The service was good, if you pay by card you can't add a tip. This is really a shame for the employees, this definitely needs to be changed

Most importantly, the burgers are really delicious. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Personally, I am overwhelmed by the selection and would like to order a ready-made burger instead of having to decide everything individually. The waiting time on site is sometimes difficult. Despite a weekday evening with few guests, we waited over an hour for our food, which is simply too long for 2 burgers with fries. What was particularly disturbing was the price. A burger with fries, with a few toppings, without any wild extra requests costs over 20 euros. As two adults with a child, we paid €60 for a standard order (one dish and drink each, no cocktails or dessert), which is simply too much.

Fanden es super die Burger selbst erstellen zu können. Der Mann vor Ort war nett und hat alle Fragen super beantwortet. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Zwiebelringe, welche wir nur empfehlen können. Schön kross und gut gewürzt. Burger waren schön groß und die Gitterpommes lecker. Die Knobisoße war flüssiger als erwartet. aber geschmacklich genau richtig. Das Ambiente ist klein und gemütlich.

The burgers were okay, but there was a lack of seasoning here and there (especially with the meat). The idea with the knife in the bun may look "cool", but in my case it destroyed the bun on a burger, which is why it broke completely apart... 3 dishes and ingredients were not available, which was sometimes only announced when the food was at the table. If I had known this beforehand, I would have left straight away. Our drinks came without glasses and were too warm. The starter came with the main course, so the food got cold quickly. In terms of taste it was more like a 2/10. The innkeeper himself seemed uninterested in his guests and you didn't feel particularly welcome. It's a shame that Alex gave up the shop. This also means a major loss in quality and service. We used to enjoy being customers, but we won't be coming back and won't recommend them. If you understand good food and want to have a great time, avoid this restaurant.

Wir waren an unserem Hochzeitstag in Titisee-Neustadt und kehrten im Kallex ein. Wir waren recht spät dran, das Küchenpersonal war gerade mit der Reinigung fertig und demnach die Küche auch zu. UND TROTZDEM WURDEN UNS NOCH 2 BURGER GEMACHT, was letztendlich wieder den Reinigungsaufwand mit sich brachte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Burger waren ein wahrer Genuss! Für den glutenfreien Burger entstanden keine Extrakosten. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! Macht weiter so!

Wirklich Super Essen, auch vegetarisch TOP Auswahl (mit entsprechendem Preis aber angemessen) leider wars ziemlich kalt an der Türe und Fenster.

Einer der besten Burger Restaurants in denen ich je gegessen habe, die Variationen sind vielfältig, tolle Beilagen und einfach nur lecker, auch gut sind die grossen Portionen. Die Atmosphäre und der Service sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Mila niespodzianka. Super burgery, świeża wołowina, chrupka sałata, ciekawe połączenia smaków, dobre sosy i niecodzienna bułeczka. Dopełnieniem było pyszne piwo prosto z beczki. Nie jest to typowa burgerownia jakich sporo w każdym większym miescie. Polecam każdemu, nie tylko miłośnikom burgerów.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich hatte mir den BBQ Burger bestellt mit einer Portion Pommes. Es war eine recht Große Portion. Der Burger war sehr lecker, sehr saftig und die Pommes schön knusprig. Der Service fast genau so gut , der Kellner war sehr freundlich und wirkte sympathisch. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren sehr gemütlich und auch schön hergerichtet.

Wir waren zu acht. Die Auswahl ist groß, jeder hat was gefunden ...sehr lecker! War super, toll geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren am Wochenende hier zum Abendessen. Ich hatte ein Burger Blumenpflücker, vegan, um die 18 Euro (wohlgemerkt nur der Burger, ohne Pommes). Der Burger mit Fleisch von meinem Freund war größer und war deutlich günstiger. Es war ein Sesam Brötchen dabei, welches durchgehend trocken war und beim Essen auseinandergefallen ist. Das Patty war geschmacklich gut. Den Kellner hatte ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, aber ausser ein "OK" kam nichts. Ich erwarte nicht viel, aber ein "tut uns leid, ich gebe es weiter" wäre echt nett gewesen. Wegen dem Service, dem Preis und dem trockenen Brötchen kann ich leider keine gute Bewertung abgeben.

Ein tolles Lokal. Es gibt nicht nur ein Vegetarisches / Veganes Gericht, sondern sie haben sich wirklich darauf spezialisiert auch diejenigen glücklich zu machen, die kein Fleisch essen.

Ich hatte den Heidi veggie Burger und es war der beste Burger, den ich je gegessen habe! Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Essen war okay. Sonderwunsch wurde vom Kellner aufgenommen, aber nicht weitergegeben. Das Lokal ist modern eingerichtet und erinnert an die heute typischen Burger Läden wie Hans im Glück etc.

Es gibt Burger in allen Variationen, egal ob mit oder ohne Fleisch. Hier wird jeder fündig und vor allem satt. Preis/Leistung -> 5/5 Sternen. Super freundliche Bedienung und top Service daher 5/5 Sternen. Ein absolutes muss für jeden Burger-Liebhaber.

Hamburger classico molto buono, patatine ottime. Birra e coca top. Personale gentile che ci ha ben accolto, parlano inglese.

Avevo grandi aspettative leggendo le recensioni, ma sono rimasto deluso. Ho preso uno degli hamburger speciali e mi è arrivato un panino piccolo, pieno di salse ma con un hamburger sottilissimo (circa 1 cm). Molto meglio prendere un panino di quelli normali, erano alti il doppio. Ho preso anche i Kaiserschmarren, buoni ma erano tiepidi; meglio la salsa alla vaniglia di quella alle mele.

Essen war sehr gut und der Service war auch sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wartezeiten waren trotz vollem Lokal sehr gut. Würde jeden der in der Gegend ist einen Besuch empfehlen.

Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hätten und spontan da waren, hat der Chef super schnell uns einen Platz für 3 klargemacht. die junge damit hat uns was essen angeht sehr gut beraten und die Bestellungen entgegengenommen. der Laden ist klein aber fein. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Kallex auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen und wollten Mal was Anderes als das übliche Urlaubsessen. Man kennt ja Läden wie „Peter Pane“ oder „Hans im Glück „. Das Kallex braucht sich aber nicht zu verstecken. Etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstraße ruhig gelegen. Location ist in modernem reduzierten Stil gehalten. Positiv fanden wir die Räumlichkeiten, die nicht zu groß sind und nicht zu viele Tische haben. Dadurch angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Burger waren klasse im Geschmack wobei der Bun etwas zu trocken war. Tochter hatte Curry-Wurst und fand es gut. Zum Nachtisch gab es Frozen-Yoghurt… sehr lecker. Wir werden die Tage wieder kommen. Jedenfalls eine Empfehlung wert …

Qualità neanche lontanamente paragonabile alla maggior parte delle catene di Ristoranti con menù simili. Prodotti freschissimi, fatti in casa e si sente!!! Il tutto in un ambiente raccolto e piacevole, personale gentile e buon servizio. Unica pecca per me, le bevande sono quasi tutte in formato 0,30/0,33 ad esclusione dell'acqua e di qualche birra, ma decisamente sorvolabile! Noi torneremo sicuramente a provare altre specialità dal menù!

Kurzfristig sind wir "reingeplatzt" und haben Burger to go bestellt. Und wurde aufgrund des gut besuchten Lokals eine Abholzeit genannt, die auch eingehalten wurde. Der Burger selbst und auch die Wedges waren sehr gut.
