Förberhofmühle in Titisee-Neustadt

We were there today with a large group (we had booked in advance). Unfortunately, it took quite a while for the drinks to arrive. It also took some time for our food order to be taken, which might have been due to the restaurant being full. However, the wrong food was then brought, and some of it arrived lukewarm. My food was supposedly prepared incorrectly, and after I said I would also send the food so it wouldn't end up in the trash, that's unfortunately what happened... The pork tenderloin was overcooked and the spaetzle were too salty. (The green beans with bacon, on the other hand, were excellent.) After complaining, I finally received my ordered food, but unfortunately, the meat was also overcooked. What a waste of good food! The server was visibly annoyed that things seemed chaotic in the kitchen... However, she was incredibly friendly at all times, and no one could fault her. On the positive side, I didn't have to pay for my food after all the back and forth. However, we won't be going back to this restaurant from now on. The food was fantastic, which is a shame.

Beautiful location, newly renovated rooms and dining areas. New opening hours, now open later, meaning you can enjoy a cool drink even late in the evening. New menu and new management, naturally due to the change in innkeepers. Definitely worth a visit!! ✌️

Was in transit, there is no pizza to take away. And even though tables were free, I wasn't allowed to eat there either because he "didn't have time."

It couldn't be better. Very cozy. Very delicious. Very friendly. And all at reasonable prices.

We have enjoyed coming here for years
